Jiva hill resort

We have visited Jiva Hill Resort multiple times with our family, and we truly appreciate the facilities offered. The ambiance is lovely, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy.||While we dined at both the Italian and French restaurants, we found the food to be average and nothing special. On our recent visit, we also noticed that the pool bar restaurant was understaffed on Saturday, making service a bit slow. The waitress was incredibly nice and helpful, but it was clear that managing everything alone was a challenge.||Overall, while our experiences have been enjoyable, there are areas for improvement that could elevate our visits even further.

One of the most beautiful French hotels, only there is nature and a life of luxury in the most beautiful and luxurious hotel and resort in France in terms of location and also the staff, and I would like to thank the general manager Mr. SEBASTIEN PILAT for his high taste in dealing with reception and farewell until I felt very sad when I left, and I also thank the operational team of the place for their hospitality and continuous welcome throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay at Jiva Hill. The grounds are stunningly beautiful and well maintained. The landscape is a dream. The view of Mont Blanc at breakfast is unique. The staff are extremely friendly, everyone is super friendly, and every wish is fulfilled. For us, it was the discovery of the year.

A Piece of Heaven! Literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at with my family. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. Everything was just perfect — the stunning views, the elegant attention to detail in the décor, the spotless cleanliness, and the smooth, high-tech amenities. A special thank you to Sonia for her outstanding professionalism — she truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. And Hamza was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Jiva Hotel to everyone I love, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again and again. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We (unfortunately!!) just booked one night, and we regret we did not stay much longer! The Jiva Hill is an amazing resort with beautifully landscaped gardens, comfy rooms, super breakfast, lots of free amenities, and, above all, an amazing staff. Georgina went over the line and made us feel at home and welcomed from the very first minute, and made sure we were well taken care of. The Jiva Hill is lucky to have her! We went for nice bike rides in the property grounds, played tennis, a bit of golf, went to the pools, used the Technogym facilities, and played with the darts and the pinball. This is THE PLACE to come for disconnecting and relax. We are already in thinking in going back!

Jiva Hill is a nice play to stay either for business or leisure. We stayed for a team offsite meeting, and felt very well impressed with the facilities, the rooms, the staff and the food.|The fine dinners dinner with wine pairing was very nice. |The rooms and spa are great. |And all just next door from Geneva!

A bit late leaving this review, but I stayed here last July and it was such a peaceful getaway. Perfect for relaxation, good vibes, and reconnecting with nature. No noise, just pure tranquility. Spent the most amazing week there, truly the best week of rest.

A fabulous hotel! Great location, beautiful rooms, very friendly service and the breakfast ist fantastic. On top of that, a very dog friendly hotel where you can take your dog with you for breakfast. We will be back!
