Jiva hill resort

I’ve been coming to Jiva for a couple of years now, and it’s truly my happy place whenever I need to rest and recharge. I absolutely love it there and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for a peaceful, relaxing weekend. The service goes above and beyond, with so much thought and care in every little detail, and the wonderful people working here make the experience even more special. The rooms are always spotless and inviting, and the food is simply incredible. It feels like a home away from home, only better. I can’t wait for my next visit!

This resort is a hidden gem. Though relatively new, it meets exceptional standards in every respect. The design is modern, tasteful, and highly functional, creating a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming.||Service is consistently outstanding — from the reception desk to the restaurants. Both dining options (French and Italian) deliver an exceptional culinary experience, each in its own right. Over the course of our four-day stay, we felt no need to leave the resort.||Facilities include a well-equipped gym, an excellent spa (though massage pressure could be improved), and a lovely swimming pool. The overall atmosphere is serene and intimate, with sweeping views of the golf course and the surrounding mountains in every direction.||A truly special place — private, beautifully conceived, and effortlessly relaxing.

A little slice of heaven 🌿 Waking up to this view every morning has been pure bliss. The room, the serene terrace, and the peaceful greenery just outside made my stay unforgettable. Everything here invites calm and comfort, from the tasteful design to the little thoughtful touches throughout the space. Enjoy my stay at Jiva Thai. The hotel is beautiful & modern with amazing T.V. at the mirror (have never seen this before). My room has patio with golf course view. It was nice sit and enjoy my evening at the patio.||Love the indoor beautiful pool and the out door pool is awesome as well. The bar by the outdoor pool was nice. I had a massage and it was fabulous. The dinner in both restaurants was amazing. Golf is fine - the course is just ok but we had a great time.||Though it is not close to town but not far from Geneva Airpot is a plus . Thanks to Mohamad & Selva at the front for giving us a great room with great view. The front desk were all great. M||Wonderful stay!||My stay at Jiva Thai was outstanding. From my room's patio, I enjoyed a tranquil golf course view, ideal for relaxing in the evenings. ||The indoor pool is exquisitely designed, while the outdoor pool is equally impressive. The outdoor pool bar was a lovely spot to unwind. A massage I booked was absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of dining at both restaurants, and the experiences were top-notch. Although the golf course was unremarkable, we thoroughly enjoyed our game. ||A notable advantage of the hotel is its relatively short distance from Geneva Airport, despite being far from town. I appreciate the efforts of Mohamad and Selva at the front desk in providing us with a superior room featuring a stunning view. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful. ||My stay was truly exceptional.

As Americans here who frequent 5 star hotels our stay at Jiva Hill was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles by the reception, door staff, and restaurant team, to food and beverage director - everyone went above and beyond to ensure our experience was of the highest standard One moment that truly stood out was when we needed a sitter to go on a hike. Although they needed a bit more time to arrange one, the front reception staff kindly stepped in to help and they were amazing! Our 3.5-year-old daughter adored Amélie and kept asking for her afterward, saying she had such a great time. The outdoor kids’ area was also a major hit—our little one couldn’t get enough of it! As for the food: wow. Every dish we had at the restaurant was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We’re not the easiest to impress when it comes to dining, but Jiva Hill exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spacious, with a generously sized closet, blackout curtains, and incredibly comfortable beds—everything you’d want for a restful stay. This is a true five-star experience in every way. Needless to say, we’ll absolutely be back!

We have visited Jiva Hill Resort multiple times with our family, and we truly appreciate the facilities offered. The ambiance is lovely, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy.||While we dined at both the Italian and French restaurants, we found the food to be average and nothing special. On our recent visit, we also noticed that the pool bar restaurant was understaffed on Saturday, making service a bit slow. The waitress was incredibly nice and helpful, but it was clear that managing everything alone was a challenge.||Overall, while our experiences have been enjoyable, there are areas for improvement that could elevate our visits even further.

We had a wonderful stay at Jiva Hill. The grounds are stunningly beautiful and well maintained. The landscape is a dream. The view of Mont Blanc at breakfast is unique. The staff are extremely friendly, everyone is super friendly, and every wish is fulfilled. For us, it was the discovery of the year.
