Wish there was someone to help sell us jerky, because we were about to buy a ton to bring home to friends and family. Looked it up online, drove out of the way, and couldn't buy anything.
Arrived 1.5 hours before closing, saw a sign that says "open and stocked" yet the door was locked. I called the business twice, finally got a call back, and the polite employee informed me the sales person would arrive in 30 minutes. Couldn't do that as we were passing by on the way home from vacation.
To the store owner, these tips might help in the future:
Create a voice-mail with instructions to inform customers, or have a second phone line for multiple callers at once.
Have a clearer menu online and outside your store front.
Be at your store during operating hours.
Sucks because the jerky looks amazing. Two stars because the person on the phone was nice.
