Love the music at this location! Amazing menu! Time from ordering to delivery of my cappuccino was a little longer than the competition. I had to ask what the status is and she stated she was working on it. Just some helpful feedback.The receptionist was super friendly and a great ambassador for the brand. Well done!

the workers were very loudly dropping every curse word imaginable and it was echoing so loudly. made it difficult to enjoy my order. we tried the coffee matcha juice and overnight oats which were really good just more on the expensive side. overall most upset that the workers were so incredibly unprofessional.

I was expecting something refreshing, but then when I got my drink, it was room temperature. For three drinks, it was almost $40 and after paying that price you would expect it to at least be fresh. The guy at the register was nice at least and gave me the recommendation of my drink. The taste of the drink wasn’t terrible but definitely not worth it for the price. We only got drinks so I can’t say anything for the food. The aesthetic of the place is nice but definitely could’ve got juice at the gas station way cheaper and better tasting, and it would be cold too. 3/10. PS say if you don’t like foamy and your drinks, you’re not gonna like any of these

I ordered a single sandwich on the app for pick-up, from home, a few days ago (a very quiet and freezing Sunday in Chicago). Once the app said “being prepared”, I started walking over, figuring 6 blocks would give them enough time. When I got there, no one was around. And there were only 2 customers in the place. The guy at the juicer said he was busy so I just went to the register and waited. For literally minutes. Then 3 employees came from the back area, saw me and walked back out to another room, shutting the door and giggling. I kept waiting. One girl finally came back out and to the register. I asked if I could get my to-go sandwich. She looked puzzled and said they didn’t have any orders and they were busy. I was like, well, I ordered it from home, the app said it’s being prepared. She finally looked and saw the paper slip at the register with my order but said they didn’t have time to make it. I just asked for a refund but she told me I would need to submit a request. Once I left, I opened the app and it said “Ready.” Unreal. This place was a total waste of my time and money.

Visisted Joe & The Juice here in Chicago, and they did not disappoint. Quality ingredients and quality food. Tried Joe’s Club and it was really amazing. The bread was whole wheat yet thin and of top quality. The avocados and chicken were a great combo. Highly recommend it. Nice, cozy seating area inside as well!

Great Menu!! Taste is consistent with other locations. I thought my breafsst sandwich was very greasy (as compared to what Inhad in Bay Area a month ago). Inside of the place had great decore but ZERO CLEANING and maintenance done. Gives a very Yucky vibe. Chairs are very stained and floors are black and sticky. Well its Chicago!! Meh. I will try another cleaner location.

We stopped by Joe & The Juice in Chicago and had such a great experience! I ordered the blueberry matcha, and it was absolutely delicious--refreshing and perfectly balanced. The café itself was super cool, trendy, and vibey, making it the perfect spot for a quick break. It was an ideal stop before a jam-packed day of showing my friends around Chicago for their first visit. We grabbed a quick bite and coffee, and it gave us just the boost we needed. Whether you're in a rush or want to chill for a bit, Joe & The Juice is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Such a cute little spot hidden in a Chicago food court They have pastries, coffee, juices, smoothies and açaí bowls!!!! I'm going to have to come back for my sweets

I absolutely love this place! While it is a little pricey, I thought it was so good. Especially because of the type of food it is. The ingredients are so fresh and seriously SO good. I got the matcha energy and a sandwhich and omg. My mouth is watering just typing this lmao. The person who took my order as well was so funny and personable, I will definitely be back!

Honestly one star is a bit generous in my opinion. The drink is supposed to be a nutty protein shake but I was given unicorn tears instead. They insisted that it was my order and the system must have "autocorrected" and so this is my order. I also know I ordered correctly since my emailed receipt also said the nutty. Additionally for a shake this was VERY thin. Not at all what I would expect from a shake. Finally the door is not accessible. It is very hard to open and you must use a lot of force. This was not just the case for me but also the people who came in after. As a side note, I was sharing my experience with a friend who briefly worked at Joe & the Juice and he said a key reason he quit is because they often ran out of items and instead of telling the customer they were instructed to leave out ingredients just making it incorrectly or to make something else. Ethically he thought that was wrong.

If I had one of these near me in Kansas City it would become a go-to lunch (or for big back like me a snack because all the sandwiches are at or around 500 calories). I was obsessed with the salty crunchy savory flatbread these sandwiches were served on, it was so unique and lived up to the hype. The raved about tunacado really was incredible because for someone who doesn't like tuna (me!) this was so mild and had barely any fishy taste or smell. The club was the backup sandwich I ordered in case the tuna was too much but it was also delicious with clean flavors of succulent grilled chicken, herby petso and soft luscious avocado and fresh tomato. Both sandwiches were exactly what I was expecting and I didn't leave disappointed at all, even for the steep price tag since each sandwich came in a little under $15. The wait wasn't extreme but, the shop only had two people working so there are delays and lulls in service but, I would have happily waited twice as long for these babies. Maybe I had a preconceived notion from watching some of my favorite influencers eat these online but, the dream of the asmr crunch that I had in my mind was well received once I feasted upon a Joe and the Juice tunacado!

I enjoy Joe and the Juice for the most part. The space is nice and quiet, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up on some work. Their selection of healthy juices is impressive, and I particularly appreciate that they don't add sugar to their drinks. It's refreshing to find a place that prioritizes natural ingredients. However, the prices are quite steep. We ordered three drinks, and the total came to $37, which is on the higher side. On the bright side, the drinks were served relatively quickly, and the cashier was very helpful with drink recommendations, which made the decision-making process easier. Overall, if you're looking for high-quality, healthy juices and don't mind the price, Joe and the Juice is a great choice.

I do very much appreciate Joe & the Juice for what it is and for their menu - I just don't think the quality is very much there anymore. I got a green juice and it really seemed watered down and that they had accidentally mixed too much ice into it. I appreciate that they do not add sugar to their drinks. I also find it to be a bit expensive for what you are getting. I would come back and give them another chance - maybe this was just an off day!

Stopped in after my workout for a quick bowl. The inside is very clean and artsy. Cool spot to take your order to go or dine in and hang out for a while. Staff was friendly and after taking my order (açaí bowl) it was ready in less than 5 minutes. The dim lighting and vibe makes this feel more like a coffee shop. I'll definitely come back!

We came in around a good time because it wasn't so busy but once we ordered the late morning rush came in and it got super busy. I got the spicy tuna sandwhich and it was good, I feel like I could've added another additions to it to make it even better, but since this was my first time I didn't know. I also got the beets & berries drink and that was very good. I would come back again and try more items that they have.

First time here and loved the sandwich! I'm only giving it four stars for the price! Just a few dollars short from paying 20 bucks for a tuna sandwich?! Crazy world we're living in.

Ok I think I get the hype. Yes I also was introduced to Joe & The Juice via TikTok :). I got the Spicy Tuna sandwich, add extra tuna, add avocado. Basically the best of both worlds between the Spicy Tuna and Tunacado. There really is something about that thin, warm, crispy bread! It is unique and honestly I think it's the best part and what makes the sandwich what it is. With the extra tuna, I felt like I had a good amount of the fillings. The vegan pesto is tasty, the tuna salad a good amount of creamy and subtlety lemon-y, and the jalapeños were a good crunch and spice. Overall though, I kind of thought the sandwich wasn't that flavorful (outside of the spicy jalapeños). Maybe a balsamic drizzle could've elevated it. So overall good but aside from the bread, nothing really special. I think with the extras it was $16 pre-tax/tip which I found a bit expensive for what it was. I do think it'd make a good easy work day lunch. I was in and out in less than 20min. Cool vibe inside and friendly service.

The iced blueberry latte was good but the blueberry flavor was subtle. Slightly expensive for the size but fun little treat. Would love to try some of their juices or food items because they all looked really fresh and tasty. The blueberry iced matcha is also seasonal and looked great!

Love Joe and the Juice for the fresh options and straight up juice. So refreshing with real ingredients and juices made on spot. Service has always been great for me and they keep the place clean. Although this location could use an upgrade to the old furniture. It still is a great spot. I recommend the herb tonic and nutty protein shake.

First time here , coffee was great. Not too sweet nor too strong just perfect, I ordered the Mocha . I also ordered the slab which was good . It had a little too much cream cheese but I enjoyed what I ordered . Would definitely come back . The interior was nice , I was jamming out to some R&B music haha .

Joe and the juice is my all time favourite coffee shop. I love the smoothies and juices there but this time we tried something new - Iced Espresso Tonic, which was quite tasty and refreshing. The Avocado sandwich is the best thing on the menu and quite filling. The ambiance was quite casual and chill, one can bring their laptop and work there. The place was quite busy, hence why the service was a bit slow because they had only 3 people making everything. Overall, great experience!

The food and shakes are always yummy. However super stingy with the Tuna in the Tunacado. I think that's a franchise thing. Super happy they were open on christmas however the staff was a little rude. Not super clean

I eat here at least twice a week. Yes, I know it can get expensive, but there's something about that bread and tuna combination that has me HOOKED. I found out about Joe and the Juice when the Tunacado went viral all over social media and I just had to get in on the trend. There are several locations all around the city, and all are within walking distance from each other. The decor is very hipster, so you know the coffee and shakes are going to be GOOD! My favorite will always be the Re-Build 2.0. It can help satisfy your sweet tooth, and always decreases my desire to eat chocolate. The tuna sandwich is true to the hype. The bread is crispy, add the savory and creamy tuna paste topped with avocado, dill, tomatoes and pesto sauce (not store bought, don't worry Susie), it's truly one delicious bite. A great healthy option for lunch or a light dinner. Service has always been fast and friendly. If you frequent J&J as much as I do, I highly recommend you get the "Sandwich and Drinks" cards. They are about a 100$, but you get 10 sandwiches/drinks with up to 30% discount. ~Till next time!

Love love love Joe and the juice. My whole family is a big fan of the Go Away Doc juice. The prices are slightly on the expensive side but the juices are well worth the price since they use high quality ingredients. The place has ample seating and the ambience is very warm and inviting. I love the avocado sandwich as well. The service is fast. The place can get a little crowded at times, especially during mornings and weekends. They also have great shakes, shots and coffees on the menu.

Had to try the viral tunacado sandwich...and it did not disappoint!! The bread/cracker is the most unique bread I've ever had in a sandwich. It is crunchy on the outside but nice and soft in the inner layer. Sooo yummy. This sandwich is for tuna lovers...which I am so beware it does taste like tuna. Avocado and pesto were nice touches but were not very overwhelming flavors in the sandwich. Overall would recommend trying it again! They also have a great selection of smoothies and juices. Their logo is so cute and the inside is quite cool and aesthetic. Service was super fast if you wanted a quick bite roaming around Chicago!

Place was empty besides there was a line of 4 of us, waiting for 10 min to order patiently and then we politely asked like what we should do because they never addressed anybody waiting at the register and they started talking crap. Like obviously we can hear you lol. So rude atleast address people that you'll be with us shortly

Aug 4 Friday....mid afternoon drink. We got the "Green Shield" juice. Fresh and no ice added. Pretty pricey. For 2 drinks we paid $27+ . It was refreshing tho. Staff was nice and helpful. Place is clean and a chill spot to just relax. Happy healthy drinking!

Good spot to grab a quick bite. Herb Tonic - super great drink! The pineapple gave the drink a sublet sweetness and helped balance the strong turmeric flavor Spicy tuna - do yourself a favor and get this sandwich and add avocado. Seriously such a good sandwich. I could eat it for days. I would ask for extra jalapeños because I love the acidic spicy kick. Clean spot with ample seating for getting work done. It is also fairly quiet inside and the staff are all very friendly.

Finally a juice shop that also has coffee! Loved the mini cups for my espresso. The green juice was very tasty. Stopped by this place 2 out of 3 mornings in town! Service was friendly, can be a little slow if there are online orders. Beware: the front door is very heavy! Lol!

Great sandwich's and smoothies. Service is quick and staff is very polite. It's a casual environment but both times I've been here I have take the food to go. Will definitely recommend this place.

I wasn't acknowledged until the final hour, I have patience but when I don't even get acknowledged when I'm looked at dead in the face. I asked how she was doing and she responded "good". It's just not a warm welcome. Very disappointing. It was almost enough to send me out the door. I wish I would have went with my gut because after receiving my açaí bowl, it was melted with little chunks of ice. I really love Joe and the juice but this location has been disappointing lately. I will not be going back after this. $17 for a bowl of melted slushy nothing.

I've visited a location in New York, but the last time I stopped by a "Joe & the Juice" was in Chicago. They have a few locations mainly near Michigan Ave. In addition to juice they also have sandwiches, desert, coffee, shakes, and more. I've tried the green tonic which is mainly green fruits and veggies and the iron man which mainly tastes like kiwi and strawberries. They also have some really good banana bread. The staff are very friendly and the drinks taste decent. Whenever I've stopped by my drinks came out really quick but I wouldn't suggest going during lunch as they can get busy. Overall a nice little shop.

I ordered the drip coffee black. The flavor is great, but I would say it was a little too cool for my liking. The menu had a large variety, so lots of stuff to try! The cup held up well and didn't leak, which can be an issue with other places coffee cups. The service was extremely friendly and prompt. The venue was well kept and had a modern lounge style. Great place to visit, work, or study.

Rude Rude Rude. Overcharged by 40%, a $6 tip was added without my knowledge, no receipt was offered, and when I asked for a refund they went ballistic. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Horrible experience here. Went in this morning for two juices and a sandwich. We were astonished that we were charged $42 for such, and the nice lady who took our order provided us no receipt. I wanted to see how the charges became so high, so I asked her for a hard copy. When she gave it to me, I saw we were overcharged for every single item by about $2 each, plus a $5.44 tip that was added on without our knowledge or approval. When I asked for an explanation, they told us the prices were increased, though they were not reflected on the menu board and they didn't bother to tell us. They had simply no explanation for the involuntary tip. I had also asked them to heat the sandwich, which was supposedly a grilled panini, but was delivered to us ice cold. I said, 'you know what, just give us our money back and we will leave the food and take our business elsewhere'. That is when the two self-proclaimed "students" working the juicers became irate, started swearing at us, and told us to leave. I said not until we receive our refund. The nice guy working the register and the young lady in the Red Sox cap tried to be helpful while the other two were screaming at us. "We have no control over the charges here." they yelled. The guy gave us out money back for the product, but conveniently kept the tip amount, so we had to wait even longer. The Red Sox fan then gave the tip amount "out of her own pocket," while the other women continued screaming and swearing. This is a terrible, unethical business that overcharges for their product, and seemingly has no qualms about ripping off their customers. Furthermore, their employees have no customer service training and no business dealing with customers the way they do, basically suggesting we were in the wrong wanting our money back after being unwittingly overcharged.

I was super impressed by these shakes! I ordered the power shake and added pineapple. A little bit on the pricier side, but worth it. Definitely a good, quiet spot with a beautiful aesthetic to get some work done or have a quick bite. Will be coming back!

Some cute girl on tik tok was talking about the tunacado so I said fuck it. Walked in and all the dudes were gay, staff and customers... ok no prob. I'm straight but I think the food is gonna be good. NOPE! Got the rebuild 2.0 shake and the avocado with the chocolate .. I didn't like it. But that's personal taste. HOWEVER. The sandwich was disappointing too, there's a canned spicy tuna you can buy at most Mexican grocery stores... the tuna in the sandwich tastes just like it.. I don't cook often and I think I could've made this sandwich.

I stayed in the area and was looking for a place that has green juices and this place came up in my search. It has a nice modern decor and overall very calming atmosphere. The only issue was the state of the bathroom, there was no soap and in need of cleaning. I ordered the go away doc and added pineapple, my juice was really good! I also got the brownie since you can't be all healthy. This place is expensive but it's too be expected. They also have sandwiches and breakfast bowls. I would recommend if you're looking for healthier options.

Rather expensive (paid around $14) but my juice tasted good. The service here as great as well -- the person behind the counter was very friendly and offered a few modifications to add to my drink. I could see myself stopping by every twice in a while, but honestly I can't easily justify paying this much for a juice.

Very overpriced. $12 for one smoothie. It wasn't even a very good smoothies at that. The employee was sort of rude to me. It wasn't great but It wasn't terrible. I think there are better smoothie places but it's not terrible.

I failed to take a picture of the juice if ordered from Joe and the Juice, because I absolutely inhaled it so quickly. I ordered a Beet based juice. I believe it was Beets, Carrots, Turmeric. Initially when I was ordering, the prices seemed rather steep, and that would be a valid concern regardless of what I'm about to say next - but dang, that juice was worth every penny. From the very first sip, the freshness was absolutely and 100% apparent! I can't speak to the service of ambience because my order was for delivery, but overall? I'll be ordering from this place again!

Love this place for its healthy options and fast service. I usually get my favorite the the tuna sandwich and I get a shot every now and then My food is always ready before the time allotted by the app. Always correct order everything perfect and delicious. The team at the Huron location is friendly and really well trained. The one thing I'd love to see in the future is skim milk for coffee. They only have 2% for now

Cute little cafe with a very nice interior to chill or work. The worker was nice and he explained the drink options to us, very good service. It's a bit of a shame that the Matcha vanilla iced latte I ordered didn't meet my expectations. The matcha didn't have a high quality taste but the drink itself did look appealing.

Super fresh. Amazing juices. Kind of expensive. But you get what you pay for here. If you are a juice person... definitely give this place a shot.

So glad I found this joint! Pressed juice "the prince of green" was exactly what I was craving - yum! I'm such an indecisive person and everything on the menu sounded good, the person working suggested the spicy tuna sandwich... I don't normally eat tuna but I went with it and I'm glad I did. IT WAS SO GOOD. The thin crispy bread and the jam packed flavorful tuna with pickled jalapeños was *chefs kiss* I would definitely recommend stopping here if you're looking for a quick bite.

Amazing tunacado and strawberry banana vanilla shake I get it everytime I'm in chicago

I love Joe and the Juice. This location is convenient for me since I work a block away. Their sandwiches are addicting. I usually get the Serrano and it's always made perfect All the juices are really good too! I'm not really sure why they don't have a higher rating. The staff is friendly and they're quick with the orders. Highly recommend.

The drinks here were incredibly expensive, although I guess that's expected for River North. However I didn't think that the size of my drink or the flavor was anything special and warranted the high prices. The store is also relatively small but I didn't have trouble finding seating. I will say that the staff was very kind to me and the shop itself was pretty aesthetic and was a fun spot to meet up with a friend at
