Let’s start off with their impeccable service! We saw a promo at their front door for a feee sandwich or drink using the app. Couldn’t quite figure out how to use it. By the time we got to the counter, both Bridget and Nyeka took the time to help guide us through the app! We ended up getting a sandwich for FREE!! Tunacado- absolutely freaking delicious! First time I’ve ever had a tuna sandwich and I think I’m spoiled ! Right amount of a lemony zing in the tuna mousse, gorgeous vegan pesto, fresh avocado on their crisped signature bread! 100% recommend this sandwich!! Thank you again to Bridget and Nyanka for your superior service! Hope we can try a Joe & the Juice again in the future on our travels!

I’ve never had any issues with the service here—on the contrary, the staff, especially the morning crew, have always been very friendly. However, what happened today was very disappointing. On 10/01/24 at 6:30 pm, I was very disappointed and surprised by the treatment I received from a lady on the afternoon shift. I asked about using the restroom as a customer, and I was told they were unavailable, even though they had been working fine earlier. The response from one of the staff members was unprofessional. When I voiced my concerns about how her colleague treated me, she told me I should leave if I didn’t like it. I found her comment extremely disrespectful, and instead of offering an apology or any understanding, she basically told me to leave. This is not the kind of service I expected. Please ensure your staff is trained to handle customer concerns properly. Below is an image of the employee to assist management in identifying her, as one of the staff members refused to provide their name when I tried to submit a formal complaint.

This place has really tasty smoothies. I also had the turkey sandwich, which was also quite good. You can get a free sandwich or juice after your first purchase if you download the app, so I recommend that. The atmosphere was cool and comfortable. The service could be a little warmer. It was civil, but a smile and saying welcome would be a good idea. I wouldn't let that keep you away though, especially if you like good smoothies. Give it a try.

Nice place for a quick bite. The sandwiches were tasty especially the tunacado, the bread is what makes it. Also the almond croissant was nice a sweet and was good with coffee. Nothing stood out that was amazing and service was decent it’s just takes so long for the orders to come up when it’s not busy but we would go back.

Great food, super healthy light feeling food. "juice" was very tasty. One staff member must have been having a bad day. Very rude. Rest seemed very nice. Got a free sandwich by jumping through the hoops of getting the app. Carrot cake was stupid good.

Today I was disappointed in the place. There was a promotion with the App and I wanted to use it. The assistant was unkind to help me display the menu that is not friendly on the iPhone.

Got the famous viral tunacado extra tuna mousse, Not worth the hype, nothing special about the sandwich. The avocado was paper thin and not fresh no tomatoes. i expected better quality for being a $15+ sandwich

We were staying at The Ritz Carlton for a few days and this location was a short, convenient walk. Our daughter had eaten here a few times when she was visiting so she suggested it. We ordered the Tunacado and a coffee. I absolutely LOVED my sandwich! The bread was perfectly crispy, light and fresh. It’s a pretty small, light sandwich but a great portion if you’re eating healthy and light. We came here 2 days in a row because it was so good. The 2nd day, I ordered the spicy tuna and it had tons of jalapeños which is expected considering it’s in the description. I highly suggest the regular Tunacado if you don’t like too many jalapeños. I deducted one star because the service wasn’t friendly both days. The ladies working behind the counter aren’t friendly at all. The young guy taking orders doesn’t greet anyone and just stands there staring till you order. Very awkward for a first time customer and for someone who is trying to read the menu. Overall the atmosphere isn’t friendly at all but the food and coffee are fantastic.

Stopped by Joe and the juice with a mean hangover and it was just what the doctor ordered. That Paris Hilton drink was super refreshing and had super fresh and healthy ingredients like strawberry's coconut water and pineapple. Then the pumpkin spiced latte was equally delicious and a great pick me up. If you're in the area looking for a nice juice or coffee stop by Joe's! The staff were super friendly and quick with my order as well. The restaurant was super clean and well maintained.

I watched the staff make two smoothies that came out thick and looking perfect. My smoothie happened to be batched with one of those smoothies, it looked great but fell short so I watched the employee pour the smoothie back and add other ingredients no big deal but when I picked up my smoothie it was literally like water. No thickness to it. When I walked by the table of the people that ordered their smoothie before me and I saw just how thick it was i decided I wasn't going to leave with a smoothie like that so I walked back to the counter and I asked her why my smoothie was like water and I asked her if she could make it thicker and She gave me a bunch of attitude and did not want to make it thicker and told me that she was going to put a bunch of ice in it and when she returned the smoothie to me, she looked at me with such a snarky look and she said there you go, I made sure I put a bunch of ice in it - so I asked her if there was a problem because her attitude was so crazy to me, I paid for a smoothie -- why should I leave if it's not even a smoothie? She pouted her lips and was like nope no problem , I told her she didn't have to add a BUNCH of ice where my smoothie now resembled more of an icee , I tasted it and was not surprised to find it tasted like nothing I told her she did that intentionally to be rude because now my smoothie taste like nothing and she said no, that smoothie usually tastes like that LOL. This smoothie has date paste allegedly so it should be a bit sweeter nd l I taste is ice. Cashier Ayden also had a bad attitude once he realized I hadn't left a tip. I'm in the service industry so how I'm treated at establishments is very important to me. Won't return. Bad impression all around. $15 for a smoothie that comes in a plastic cup in Miami is already outrageous now it's not even one that I'm enjoying.

I love Joe and the Juice. It was conveniently located where my hotel was so ate here for breakfast at least 3 times throughout my trip. Their juices have olive oil in them which I wasn't sure if I would like. It added to the texture---not sure how to describe this feeling, but I guess it's healthy and if you don't think about it, most people wouldn't noticed. All their stuff is made with fresh and healthy ingredients and I would recommend. I love their sandwiches too!

Great atmosphere and delicious drinks I try Paris Hilton refresher smoothie tonic wherever you want to call , it's worth it to experience /taste what she promised ! Food and desserts available as well can't wait to try more :)Service was excellent place nice and clean

Yummy juice bar by the beach and close to hotels. Most of our time in Miami was spent eating great food and yummy drinks. I needed something fresh and light, and this did the trick. It was below our hotel, so perfect for an early morning start to the day. Coffee wasn't bad either. Not the best I've had, but did the trick. Juice prices are comparable to everything in the area, but I'd say it's with it! Happy we were close to this spot.

This is the emptiest sandwich I've ever been served. I get that it's a flat bread but there's almost nothing in it??? For $15 it's a disappointing lunch. :(

I ate here three times during the week I was in Miami and enjoyed the food and drinks quite a bit. On the visits I got either the Avocado sandwich, that I thought was pretty good in the Joe's bread with mozzarella and tomato and then I got the Go Away Doc juice (Apple, Ginger, Carrot, Olive Oil) because traveling you usually pick up something. Good stuff, too bad I don't have one closer, but I enjoyed it.

Was curious what all the hype was about with the Tunacados... finally got a chance... ordered an Iced Blueberry Latte and a Spicy Tuna with avocado. First... the latte was 4/10. Very basic and barely any hint of blueberry. The Spicy Tuna was good but really it's not anything you can't make at home and have it taste exactly the same... because honestly I recreated it based on the reviews on tik tok last year and compared to the real deal.. it was pretty much the same. It was good. Just don't understand the hype behind it.

Were interested in the hype and certainly paid to experience it. Place was thumpingly loud, like a nightclub at 2:00 a.m. Menu appears on a video screen that gets interrupted by print ads. If you want good juice, I am positive there's better and far less expensive. Avoid this disco tech and spend your money elsewhere.

When you know there's a viral sandwich offered near you, you go get that sandwich! The tunacado is TikTok famous and lives up to its hype. Now I don't know why the menu says "tuna mousse" cause it makes you think it's a tuna paste of some kind. But it's actually tuna chunks (think like canned tuna consistency) with fresh avocados tomatoes and their signature pesto sauce! The club sandwich is also pleasing with its thinly sliced grilled chicken sandwiched between Joe's classic thinly sliced toasted bread. It's the perfect meal paired with a smoothie. Leaves you feeling guilt-less if you typically stay away from carbs haha The smoothies and juices are made with fresh ingredients on the spot. Juicers are working hard with lots of love back there! Highly suggest the Blue Magic smoothie for your aesthetic spirulina fix. Come here for a quick cozy lunch or chill work day with your laptop. You'll feel right at home at Joes :)

I stopped in here on the way to the beach one Friday during the Food Network's SOBEWFF. Looking for a good and healthy green smoothie was my focus. Well, I came across a green smoothie that piqued my interest. I asked to add avocado but the consistency didn't align with an avocado being added. Smoothie was good but just not creamy as expected. They said 1/2 avocado was added. Ummm ok. I also had shots of turmeric and ginger that were fantastic!! The service was just okay. Not many smiles or friendly greetings here but we come for the healthy product, right? Also, the outdoor area was riddled with annoying birds! Ugh!

Really bad service every time we come here but keep coming back for the delicious Tunacado sandwiches. Not sure why the employees always have such bad attitudes at this location. Probably the rude tourists have something to do with it. We're not rude tourists, we're Florida natives that love this location when we visit our family who live on Brickell Key. There's other locations closer but we like to stay at The Ritz and walk down to this location. We'll take the abuse because the sandwiches are worth it.

Stopped by this shop for some quick snacks. I got an acai bowl that was very flavorful and a vanilla iced latte. It was a bit chaotic with how many people were waiting for food/drinks, but the wait seemed to go pretty quickly. They could definitely use more seating in here; we took our things to go.

Stopped here as I was told this was an amazing juice and sammich place. To be honest, other than the pretty decor, it's nothing special. I tried their Iron Man juice, but it didn't have a strong fruity (strawberry, kiwi, apple) flavor like I was expecting. It honestly tasted as if they watered my drink down, which is weird. I also tried their Spicy Tuna sammich and didn't love it. The packaging is the best part and their bread was good, but the flavor of the sammich itself left a lot to be desired. It was very plain and not worth the price.

Love this spot for all things "healthy pick me up"! Cool coffee shop vibes with relaxed virtual work spaces. They have a variety of baked goods, light sandwiches, açaí bowls, fresh pressed juices, coffee, and shakes. This made it a great choice to grab a protein shake after finishing my morning workout. Service was fast and cordial. Ordered the Green Sport juice and Green Gains protein shake. Both were refreshing with good flavor. For portion size it's a bit pricey but to be expected for the area. They have outdoor seating and the option to order on app for quick pick up.

This place deserves all the social media hype! Perfect place for a quick and relatively affordable meal in Miami Beach. I was able to order ahead on the website and pick up in store. The interior is really spacious and they have a nice outdoor seating area as well. I ordered the tunacado sandwich and it was so so good for only about $12! The tuna was flavorful and mixed so well with the avocado and all the other toppings. It was served on a flatbread which was nice and easy to eat on the go too. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back and try the juices!

I was in Miami as I was going on a cruise but it was rainy day outside so I decided to order through Ubereats. I ordered the Tunacado and an iced Matcha latte, the sandwich did not disappoint. My delivery took longer than normal due to the weather but it did not disappoint, believe the hype! The latte was melted and watered down by the time I received it so I can't give an honest review of it. But definitely give this place a try if your in the city

Such a cute cafe to chill , hang out , read or do some work. I got the tuna melt and a green juice. Highly recommend this location !

It's good, healthy, quick. Nice service. Had the unicorn tears smoothie and I would definitely get it again.

Tiktok absolutely influenced me to try this place! It's a super trendy cafe and has a very healthy menu. My husband and I loved it so much we visited 3 times out of our 5 day stay in the area. We tried the tunacado whose tuna mousse is definitely interesting. Joe's club was my husbands favorite; the grilled chicken is juicy and the sauce was a perfect compliment to the other ingredients in the sandwich. Their iced vanilla matcha didn't have as much vanilla as I hoped but it wasn't bad. We also tried their Avo shake and it was divine! Silky, sweet and very filling. The service is ok, the staff isn't very friendly/approachable but maybe that's part of the trendy vibe? They have lots of seating and everything is very clean. We enjoyed each visit very much

Instead of our usual afternoon coffee we decided to get some healthy juices. We ordered these two drinks and they were healthy and delicious. They have good sugar free options so it is good if you're looking for less sugary drinks. The vibe is super nice and fun with the staff being very attentive, friendly and seeming like they enjoy their job. Definitely a place to stop by when in Miami!

The entire staff here is so sweet. And the manager is highly customer oriented and knowledgeable on the items at the shop. The aesthetic, the vibe, it felt like my safe space. Not to mention I tried the new coffee tonic with grapefruit this morning and it was delicious!

Not sure why the Yelp reviews are low? Had a good experience here-- have been to other locations & it's pretty consistent. Love the vegan avo sandwich & pressed juices. Fast, friendly service. Lots of seating. Just your typical Joe vibe.

I love a good tuna sandwich and this place delivers! My two youngest daughters were dying to check out this place and try the "tunacado" so this past weekend I was in the area and although I wasn't with them, I stopped by because J was craving something light and refreshing. It was way too hot for something heavy to eat so a fruit juice and tuna sandwich was exactly what I was in the mood for. Let me tell you it was amazing! My natural juice had apples, strawberries and banana. Loved it. I also decided to try the tunacado and let me tell you, I can't stop craving this. The bread was nice and crunchy on the outside. Slightly burned but not really. That's exactly how we all like it. The flavors in that sandwich was outta this world...SPECTACULAR! Yeah it's a bit on the pricey side BUT then again everything has gone up. You go to Mc Donald's which is TRASH compared to a place like this and you now pay quite a bit more for super processed, greasy, heart-attack-waiting-to-happen kinda meal. NO THANK YOU. Even though I do love a filet-o-fish every now and then, if given the choice and if I had this restaurant closer to my house, it would be my go-to-spot all the time! I hope they keep opening more of them all over South Florida. If you haven't tried them, I promise you won't be disappointed! You might have one tunacado at the restaurant and probably get one to go!!!

This Downtown Miami Store becomes my second office. The manager Jose and staff here are friendly and helpful. The spicy tuna sandwich is my favorite. if you are a frequent comer, download the App, will earn free coffee and sandwiches.

It's a quick and healthy lunch if you're using the brightline or work nearby. I had the iced matcha latte and the spicy tuna sandwich. It wasn't anything special - the tuna sandwich is probably the equivalent of getting a subway tunna sandwich. I honestly don't understand the hype about it online. The packaging is cute lol but there's better places to grab a bite.

3.5 stars!!! Wtf Joe! I bestow 5 stars due to the juice and prompt service. Other reviewers might get all upity about whatever, but if you want some juice get it from Joe! Blame it on my juice?

That's a pretty nice, big, and centric location! They have plenty of room inside and outside, staff was pretty professional and fast! And coffee is constantly delicious! Will definitely come back when will be around!

Had to take my coffee to go, didn't want to miss the sunset going into the 1st full moon of the year! If anyone is ever looking to try something different that is flavorful try their macha latte! The taste is just so thick and savory! I wish I would be able to have one right next to my house. Coffee rate: 10/10

A big emphasis on pink and being the health vegetable juice and health sandwich/coffee shop of the area. Located right across from hotels on the beach, a midsized grab and go restaurant on the corner. I had the spicy tuna sandwich and it was very delicious. A little more on the pricier side but a nice place to grab a quick bite

Kind of a pig with makeup if we're honest. People only come here because they have seen it on social media. My drink was not good at all and the bathrooms were very far from sanitary. Won't be back

Went in hoping to get decent coffee today. Attending a conference across the street and they got coffee but not like, good coffee. Ordered an Americano, short. They asked if I would like milk, hesitantly cause I am not that into cream in my coffee but maybe? So I asked a tiny bit of milk. Noticed they were about to charge me for a tall Americano. I questioned this. The guy said he had to charge me for milk. Like what... over a dollar for a drop of milk? People be real. I come from the land of coffee in Seattle and any self-respecting coffee shop will let you add your own cream or milk. And never dream of charging you for it. This is basically robbery and I was not about to be robbed. I left cause this is not how things are supposed to work. Found a Reddit discussion among Joe & the Juice workers stating this has been a thing and some managers make people pay for milk in Americano, but that they are not supposed to charge if it's less than 4 oz. No way. Bye.

Oh em gee. First time here and I'm loving the whole vibe. Such an urban space and super spacious. We started at Koa Poké and Burrito and my group was stoked about eating poké...until we saw their menu and a poké bowl costs $20!!!! Needless to say, we sprinted out of Koa and walked next door to Joe & the Juice. Love the space, decor, menu, everything! Scoped out the menu and sandwiches and prices were totally fair. Got the Spicy Tuna sandwich for $8.90! SOLD!!! And a latte as well. No flavored syrups for the coffee drinks which I love for keeping it old school and simple. The guys behind the counter were rocking it with the juices, coffee and sandwiches. Excellent teamwork and knocking out the orders quickly. My order was ready in 5-10 min tops. The sandwich was very thin and the bread was soooooooo crispy! My sandwich is basically a tuna salad with jalapeños, Tabasco, sliced tomatoes and a vegan pesto. I took one bite and immediately fell in love. It was totally the BREAD for me!!! Perfectly thin and perfectly crunchy. Duuuuuude!!! The flavors were great but I still couldn't get over the bread. Panini perfection ya'll. No, for reals!!! My coffee was piping hot and delish. So happy we ended up here at Joe & the Juice. There were 3 people in my group and all of us wanted to know more about this bread. So I went and asked the guys behind the counter. They already knew their bread was BOMB!!! They said it's a Danish wheat bread imported straight from Denmark. Holy moly. So how do us mere mortals snag some of this ridiculously AMAZING BREAD?!? Joe & the Juice, do you sell the bread? Crap, I should have asked when I was there. They need to ship this crack so the whole world can enjoy it. It's that good you guys!!! Go find a Joe & the Juice ASAP and try it out for yourself! #yourewelcome

New fav coffee shop Super cute and had lots of good healthy options. Wish they had a steamer for the milk options for cappuccinos though

Unfortunately, I came here twice and I got the same thing both times. The re-build! So tasty for sure. Everyone here was chill, just spewing the vibe of this establishment. Service was quick and they take just about every type of payment. I did try something else here but I liked my choice better. I wish I had one of these closer to me over more well known juice/shake shacks. I am happy I have something to compare that is here at home.

Ambiance: A cross between a cafe and juice bar. There is plenty of room to sit and enjoy yourself or post and do some work. Food: I recommend their juices. I got the spurlina bowl and was not feeling it. I normally don't order cold brew coffee, I did, and it was tasty. Conveniently located between other shops, restaurants and the beach. what more could a girl ask for? The general mood of Miami is not to work they made a sign that they're not available, just cause they were out of a few things. They made sure to warn us again when we got in with a sprinkle of "go away" but it's all good - I still went in and got what I wanted and I still give 4 stars because running a business with the best employees is tough. So all G. Still got my juice, still left happy.

Staff is rude and unfriendly. They are in a great location and could make great tips if only they changed their attitude. There are far better juice places in South Beach with better service at a fraction of the cost.

Açaí bowl was good but the juice was not hittin ya know. Ain't worth it. Service was ight. Ambiance was nothing worth posting on the snap ya feel.

Overpriced, they add oil tot he juice and blend it. Seems as if they try to cater more to coffee than juice. Service was okay they seemed shocked I did it want oil in a blender with my juice. Good place to get some work done though.
