Joe Coffee Company

I went to Joe's Coffee for the first time ever today. It's a coffee shop I always walked pass on my way to work not realizing how great tasting the coffee is. I'm so happy that I went to Joe's Coffee. The Barista was very pleasant and friendly. His Customer Service was top notch. I felt very comfortable being there. He made me feel like if I was an old friend. And that's what people need nowadays. That old fashion personal touch. That's what keeps people coming back. And business keeps thriving. I'm sorry I didn't get the Baristas name but he represents the company well. And he's makes a fantastic cup of Cappuccino! And a he's a talented Artist! Look at the heart he made in my cup! I will definitely be back every Saturday morning! If you need a great tasting cup of coffee with excellent Customer Service go to Joes Coffee! You'll be glad you did.☺️

Good coffee and great service are applaudable. No restroom is not very cool though. Things are a bit pricey compared to similar-kind players in the market.

Should be 5 stars because the coffee is that amazing. The pastries are very good as well. The service is good only to an extent. That extent is when they feel like its ok to ask for a tip. YOU DO NOT ASK FOR A TIP!!!! THAT IS A BIG NO, NO!!!! After paying and not tipping because I was asked I then felt like my coffee might be compromised by how well it was made. This goes through my head and I know that I shouldn't even have these kinds of thoughts. But I do. Customer service needs improvement in this area. Wait for a tip based on the experience that you give to your customers. Give me the Wow factor that is deserved and I will do you the same based on that. Bottom line stop asking for a tip!

Good drinks and very good wifi, and quiet. Good place to work. 4 stars because the barista was a bit rude - I sat down for less than 30 seconds and was looking at the menu, when she aggressively told me I must order a drink to sit at a table, which I was planning on doing .

They are smaller and a bit cleaner then the other Joe's of same chain, that is on Columbus av, but still, the tables that have leftovers and crumbs, yucky looking trash/milk area .. thank Lord no loud music like in another place, so is possible to meet and to enjoy coffee and conversation. Staff is open and friendly. Coffee is great.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I felt they really cared about the customers overall experience! My iced matcha (1/2 oat milk, 1/2 2% with vanilla) was DELICIOUS. I'd definitely recommend them! Bonus there's places to sit also, and it's right Accross the street from the 1 local train stop so it's super easy and quick to get to!

So this place only accepts Google Pay or cards these days because of covid, I guess. So I pay for my large coffee, and then the girl asks directly "tip?". I've never seen such rudeness. If I want to give a tip, I will volunteer it, thank you. I wish I would have gotten her name to report her to the manager. Fwiw, I was there on the morning of July 3rd. Also, the large is the size of a small at any other coffee shop. There's plenty of other coffee shops in the neighborhood where you can get much better value without the rudeness.
