Really authentic and good coffee place in Grand Central. Gets busy but very fast service.

Astounding mocha latte. Simple and terrific. Kudos to Aveena, she was working on her own today, nothing but positive vibes from the barista on staff. Would recommend this Joes to anyone.

Came in last Wednesday before my boarding my train. Had a server by the name of Grace who decided it was more important to be on her phone rather than tending to her customs. As I finally decided to say hello, she finally looked up and rolled her eyes as if I was a nuisance to her. I’ve encountered this individual in the past - also within the dining area. I wish I would’ve just walked out but I was already there. My drink was very flat and bitter in taste. I’ve been here many times and in recent visits, has been less than pleasant. The service has drastically decreased. Not entirely sure it is worth this disappointment any longer.

This Joe Coffee was tucked around near Track 11 / Greybar passage, so the best part avoids the big lines and rush in any other coffee shop. My large latte, 12 oz (which I'm glad the barista showed me for no surprises), was $6, which I'll usually make an exception for when time is precious and taste was good. Enjoy!

Really tasty specialty coffee. Tried several Joe Coffee places across the City and all were great.

My best friend and I wanted to get something warm while in Grand Central and she chose here. The line wasn’t too long and it took about 5 minutes for us to get to order. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable as I navigated my thoughts on what to order and what size. I ordered a large hot chocolate with oat milk. The price was $6.75. It was very tasty. The balance between the hot chocolate and the milk was great. I wished it quickly. The only thing I wished for was that there was an oat or almond-based whipped cream to go with it. Otherwise, if I need hot chocolate I would head back here!

The place is quite convenient to get a coffee before getting on the train... I costomize the newly released ice lavender early grey latte and ordered it as less lavendar. EXTREMELY GOOD for those who like these flavors!

Love it here! the crew is fast, helpful, and a bunch of real coffee heads. Exactly what you want from a coffee shop. It gets busy but those baristas stay funny!!! Good energy

Yelp
I'm not sure if it's just the iced drinks that are off here or my taste buds aren't a fan of the espresso but every time I order from here, it just isn't it for me. Maybe I will give it a third try with a hot drink.

Yelp
Love a quick spot to grab coffee! I grabbed a large caramel latte with oat milk and it was such a light tasting beverage. PERFECT for the cool winter outside. The baristas were super nice too

Yelp
One of the my favorite places to get coffee. I have also bought a bag of coffee for a coffee addict before and they loved it. Well lets clarify, I bought two bags, another well known brand and a bag of the Waverly Espresso, and they preferred the Waverly. Gotta give options ya know!

Yelp
Grand at Grand Central. If you have to leave home at the bumcrack of dawn to catch a train to get to NYC you don't always get to have coffee before you leave. No worries people, Joe Coffee Company has both delicious coffee and yummy baked goods to hold you over. I always need alternative dairy choices, and there was no problem here. Flavor shots for taste and a touch of sweetness, check. I believe I had a buttery scone, and knowing there was not a bakery on site, (guessing?) Joe's magic elves sure did a good job making the morning a better place to be.

Yelp
Coffee is great the groups of frustrated baristas are extremely rude and resentful. it seems like the culture at Joe's coffee grand central is one of rudeness and frustrated barista and provoke clients with despicable comments designed to provoke and frustrate customers into a reaction. It is truly regrettable conduct because the coffee is good but not worth the abuse.

Yelp
Latte was the perfect temp and not acidic at all! Highly recommend it for coffee lovers!!

Yelp
Started coming here regularly about 2 months ago after getting mediocre coffee from some of the places on the upper levels of Grand Central and I'm happy I found this place. I have never had a bad cup of coffee from Joe (whether it's iced or hot) and the customer service is excellent (everyone working always has a smile on their face and are very accommodating). I highly recommend!
