Really nice park looks like lots of kids play there, can't wait for them to turn on the water park so I can bring the kiddos out there to play in the water!

Fun splash pad for kiddos, the play ground next to it is fun too. Benches all around the splash pad are fine. Bathroom was kinda gross though.

Everything as far a park itself goes it nice and nicely kept up. However everytime I've gone there's always been just adults hanging out by playground chillin and drinking or whatever. Sadly it could be good but just not safe for adults and def not kids.

Too many things go on in the area itself not a safe place for kids

Nice park but drug dealing around it makes for a risky location.
Day camp there this summer seems well supervised

It's a pretty small park, however, it has a nice splash pad which is an excellent amenity on these hot Summer days.

Nice park. The splash pad for children is nice, as well as the playground area. I like the covered picnic area.

Outstanding! Never have I seen a park with water in an urban neighborhood. Brilliantly located, bringing people together.

Joe Taylor Park's splash pad is a perfect way to cool down, it's open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.everyday! You can find this neighborhood park at 1038 Bemis St!
