The menu looked good, it wasn’t anyone in the drive thru line and it looked closed at first. I saw someone inside so we went to order, we were greeted then told she would be right with us. We waited about 3 minutes or more, which is long just to place an order. When we thought maybe we should just go inside she returned apologized for the wait and took our order.
When we went to pay she advised she would get our food out to us as soon as she could she is the only one there and she doesn’t know how long it would be.....
We asked could she give us an estimated time she said like I said I’m the only one here I have two other cars in front of you, I have to make tour food and bring it out so it could be ten minutes....
She just wasn’t sure and I could understand that, but we decided to not get the food.
She seemed annoyed I’m sure from being there alone, but she could’ve had a better attitude about it and we would have stayed. She barely looked at us, she didn’t smile, she didn’t offer anything for the wait. It was just not a good experience and we were from out of town.
Please get her some help and a little more training for busy times
I also didn’t like the paper signs on the drive thru station area one was ripped and the written sign on the window seemed tacky
