I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Joe’s Garage, especially from James, who went above and beyond in a moment of crisis. While I was all the way in Florida, my loved one was stranded on the road after leaving Cooperstown, NY on the way to the Albany airport. With very little information to give and only a phone call to rely on, James showed an incredible level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Not only did he manage to locate my loved one, but he personally made sure they got the help they needed, stayed in constant communication with me the entire time, and saw everything through until the situation was fully resolved. James is truly an amazing human being—kind, patient, and a blessing during a stressful moment. Joe’s Garage is incredibly lucky to have someone like James representing them. We had a tire blowout on 81S. Tiny, from Joe’s Garage, was at our car very quickly and installed our spare tire in no time. Thanks to him, we are on our way home safely!

Amazing people; they help out those in need. 10 out of 10. If I didn't live in Maine, i would make them my regular garage. Give Hunter a raise; he went far and beyond. The others are absolutely amazing, fun-loving guys.

Ray from Joe’s just left my place. He was very professional and careful with my car. I have a 2023 BMW 2 series coupe that I store all winter and it wouldn’t start. It was locked also which made it very difficult. He got the car open very carefully!! That was a chore in itself but no marks left behind. Then the battery was so dead he had to go directly to the battery in the truck and let it charge for a bit. But he finally got it going. Highly recommend you ask for Ray when you need anything. Thanks!!

I had my Toyota Sienna’s P005 sensor replaced at this garage less than two months ago, and it's already malfunctioning. Upon inspection, I discovered they had installed a used sensor without informing me. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and treated me disrespectfully. I was also charged an excessive amount for the service. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this garage to anyone in the Binghamton area.

Unscrupulous business practices. Shoddy work. Unfriendly. Beware and take your business elsewhere. They tow cars that are legally parked in order to make a profit. Real jerks.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do NOT bring your vehicle here. Overcharged for a diagnostic then they lied to AAA to try and prevent me from getting the car towed when I wasn't willing to overpay them for that too. Dishonest, unprofessional, downright scummy behavior.

Had my car towed. This garage charges way to much money and charges 85 a day. They don't understand fair prices just shady business.

Joe's Garage was great to work with. I had a unique situation with some damaged roofing material that I needed hauled from a jobsite in Norwich to a recycling facility in Binghamtom. Joe's offered a great rate and was great with communication before, during, and after the process.

Y'all better get a new woman who picks up that phone. Shes a complete b*tch who hung up on me while I was asking about the price of my car which was towed I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! GO SOMEWHEREE ELSE!

Locked running car and they came within 30 minutes and price was very fair! Some people take advantage of us when we r in desperate situations like this so I'm more than pleased and highly recommend!

I had a transmission replacement done by these guys in March 2021. A few weeks after, transmission they put in started to go bad. I had another garage look at it and confirmed this. I informed Joe's Garage of this and almost immediately tried to get out of it by saying the Warranty I had was 60 days.....I had a reciept that said one year. Sorry for them. So, it took them about a month to line up another transmission.....which I found odd, because when I was paying them $2500.00 they found a crap transmission almost immediately. But now that I was asking to honor a warranty, I was waiting. So, when they did finally contact me, Joe informed me it would be in on a Tuesday and out that Thursday. I waited two more weeks. Finally, they tell me it's ready but the computer needs to be programmed by a Chrysler dealer. OK, fine. But I have to wait another 9 days for it. But, Joe knows a guy that can get it done. Great. He does and still charges me a price for sending it to a dealer not his black market buddy. By now, I will just say it is a nightmare scenario. When I pick the car up, Joe tells me there may be some rattling........I can only shake my head at this point and get my car back and away from this garage. So, in all actuality, if you want to be had and like faulty parts put in your vehicle, this is the place for you. This used to be such a respectable garage. New Ownership will kill the reputation of this garage.

Our car needed a tow and someone showed up within 45 minutes. Process was simple and professional. The driver even offered to take our car a free mile over what our AAA card would cover us. We just handed him the keys and he took care of everything. Great service!

My car's engine overheated and I needed my car moved fast. I called Joe's garage. The flatbed truck and driver arrived in about 20-25 minutes and quickly moved my car onto the truck and delivered it to my home. The price was very reasonable and the staff courteous and sensitive to special concerns I had pertaining to my 50 year old car. I used them a few days later to transport the car to my mechanic. I was surprised at the low cost ($100 for the nighttime transfer and only $75 for the daytime). I highly recommend this company

I have had several good experiences coming here, ranging from tow & repair for catastrophic breakdown to fixing break lights and windows. Before you hand over the cash to a chain repair store, call Joe for a quote. I saved a very substantial amount on a break job by not going to another shop. The people here are great to deal with and will help you in a pinch. Highly recommended, can definitely fix a Benz. Would breakdown again.

Extremely Shady. They took advantage of me. The day after they towed my car for me from an accident and it was sitting in my lot, they informed me they would charge me $75 per day for the privilege of storing my car while I tried to figure out how to get it fixed. This was on a Friday when I was not in a position to move it. I tried to get in and pick it up on Saturday, but they were closed for the weekend and had the car blocked in. I showed up Monday when they proceeded to tell me they were charging me $75 per day over the weekend when they were not even open! This is on top of inconveniencing me as it took me two more days to get my car. Extremely unethical! Do not do business with these people or you will regret it!
