Google
A no-frills spot with five tables, offering about 13-14 seats total, and a restroom for customers. There’s a digital kiosk near the entrance for self-ordering, whether for dine-in or takeout. Service is quick, and food is served on disposable plates. I’ve never seen a host at the payment counter, but you can get assistance by waving at someone in the kitchen. I’m a big fan of their Signature Rice Rolls, which I highly recommend. I also like their pancakes and crepes.

Google
First time trying this location and they hold true to OG Joe’s. Very on brand with minimal atmosphere of tables and chairs. Places kinda looks abandoned when you first walk in lol. Rice rolls were freshly made and quality. Don’t sleep on the jian bing though, small but very TASTY. Prices are fair for the portion.

Google
Got the Shrimp Party rice roll w/ bean sprouts, lettuce, and scallion and the Curry Fish Balls. The fish balls were alright, a good add on since I was hungry but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get them. The curry sauce was yummy though. The rice roll was tasty, soft, and had a good amount of filling! Rolls were nicely chewy and not too thick. I got a fresh shrimp in most of my bites too. $10 for a rice roll does feel like a lot but compared to other places in the neighbourhood it is a steal. I was satiated after everything, would definitely go there again if I was hungry and in the area

Fantastic oily jiggly food. Great for an affordable quick lunch. Ingredients taste fresh and come together well in the dish.

Was super excited about finally trying this famous spot and walked away completely disappointed. To start off, the restaurant opened late simply because worker show up to work late. After the restaurant opened, I placed an order and inquire after about an hour wait why my order is not done yet despite orders that were placed after me complete already. Staffs seemed confused and although they apologize about my order being late, they state that it was my fault for ordering item that takes different machine to make which is not logical reason since any food establishment will sequence making order though in this case, they chose to skip my order completely (My order was #2 and #6 was done already). After further debate, staff said it was also because I chose a vegetable that they dont have in-stock. This is scallion, a common garnish in most orders, and again is not a legit reason as they could’ve simply inform me vs waiting for me to complain after an hour wait. I also was awed that they blame me for ordering specific item eventhough it is on their menu. At the end, they said they will make my order “now” or can give a refund which I chose to take. Any other restaurant would’ve made more effort to compensate and demonstrate sincerity though it appears to me that it was not the case. To close off, their ticket machine was broken so they said they cannot give me prove of refund for my order and if I have an issue, can call the restaurant back at later date. Overall, unprofessional staff and operation that dont know how to handle order or customer relation. Compare to the experience I encounter, no matter how good the food is, it is not worth it as I walked out after 1+ hour empty handed, starving, and TBD on refund status.

Google
Rice Rice Roll with Egg 4/5: Really thin layers of rice noodle, layered with generous pork + veggie fillling! Curry Fish Balls 3/5: very watery curry sauce with little flavor, wouldn't get this again. Good option for Cheungfun in the UWS, but personally doesnt top Yin Ji Changfen in Chinatown!

Google
Sooo tasty & affordable, especially in such a nice neighborhood. Seats are limited, but the service was super quick & it’s a quick eat anyway. The door should really get fixed though — it makes such an awful noise whenever someone opens/closes it, and it SLAMS😭 But other than that everything is perfect!!

This place is great and cheap. The man who works FOH may be one of the hardest working hospitality workers ever. I'm deducting a star for two reasons: 1. The wait time is getting out of control because they accept more orders than they can handle. Waiting 45 minutes + for a $5 rice roll on a weekend is ridiculous. Happened several times. 2. A really environmentally unfriendly business that creates a lot of single use waste. It would be great if they could look into this, especially with multiple locations.

Yelp
Glad to see Joe's Steam Rice Roll opened in the Upper West side since I'm a huge fan of their Flushing location! [Note, to avoid any potential confusion for my followers or anyone else reading this review, I absolutely believe Joe's Steam Rice Roll is not the same Joe as Joe's Pizza, Joe's Crab Shack, Trader Joe's, Joe Biden, or Joe Scarborough. I could add Joe Stalin to that list because recall years ago seeing his grave in Moscow.] This awesome cheap eats offers basically the same menu as the original Flushing spot, making it a worthwhile place to grab a bite. Although the UWS Joe's Steam Rice Roll provides a few small tables, this time opted takeout of my favorite Shrimp Rice Roll filled with corn, sprouts, and scallions and topped with soy and peanut sauces. Loved it! Definitely coming back for more! Next time, ordering a Chinese Pancake and Chinese Crepe to get a better understanding of what the difference is! Highly recommend stopping by Joe's Steam Rice Roll when you're in the neighborhood!

Yelp
I visited on a Saturday evening when only two tables were occupied. I noticed discrepancies between the kiosk and paper menu, such as the missing wonton noodles. The tables were filthy and sticky, and the trash can was overflowing. The staff were mostly absent, appearing only to take my order and drop off the food at the counter before walking away. I didn't have a chance to request table cleaning and every single tables were dirty! Despite my high expectations, given my love for rice rolls and previous experiences at Joe's Steam Rice Roll in Chinatown, the overall experience was disappointing. The wonton noodles, priced at around $13, took forever to arrive and tasted like cheap chicken-flavored ramen with frozen wontons. The rice rolls were mediocre, even when drenched in soy sauce, and the only decent item was the crepes. Additionally, the hot sauce tins were not refilled. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this place.

Yelp
(Overall: C) - Joe's Steam Rice Roll seems to navigate an interesting thread between traditional cantonese rice rolls and adapting for a non-traditional audience. While their adaptation is not of poor quality, it does seem to unable to resonate with me. Their menu does have the traditional options if you do prefer as well. I would recommend ordering takeout as their tables indoors do not seem clean, and they do not have a restroom in this small shop. (Singature Roll: C) - The rice crepe was expertly made to be thin and soft, beautifully hugging the rest of the ingredients. Unfortunately, I felt that the rest was just a random dump of meat to perhaps appeal to a western audience and it didn't really work in unison for me. -- Food: E Presentation: E Price: E Atmosphere: -1 Service: E Menu: +1 Overall: +0 C Insta/Beli: @amei_eats

Yelp
The space was quaint with very few tables and few costumers. The menu is small and serves what they know how to perfect. The rice rolls hit every time but especially on a rainy day. The Chinese crepe was delicious and crunchy and very filling. I ate this UP. There's a tablet to order or you can go to the cashier but it's yummy and classic and fast service and the price is ofc fantastic.

Allena C.

Yelp
Honestly, this was one of the top best things I had in New York! But it was definitely a small shop and you would not see it unless you get directions! We had to ask someone at Macy's across the street because we couldn't find it among the rest of the shops! And it was pot rain that day, so with a hood on or umbrella, you'd miss it! But we were so glad we found it! SHRIMP RICE ROLL - The rice rolls are thin and silky! And we had a choice of other things besides just shrimp. So we opted for corn, green onions and cilantro. I loved it! I don't think I've had it this good anywhere! BEEF RICE ROLL - The rice roll steals the show from whatever it is filled with. Soft yet not mushy and just so GOOD! Beef and filling was good but I get blown away from the rice roll texture! Fast and friendly service and you just find a spot to sit. Luckily, it was an off hour, so we had seats for the 5 of us.

Yelp
Walked to this hole in the restaurant after visiting the Museum of Natural History. This restaurant specializes in rice noodle rolls. Joe's signature (5/5): this dish comes with dried shrimp, beef, pork, eggs, and three vegetables of choice. We chose scallion, cabbage, and onion. There was a lot this dish had to offer with all of its ingredients. The steam roll was super soft. Check this place if you want affordable rice noodle rolls.

Maury M.

Yelp
Had the worst experience ever at Joe's last week. We ordered rice rolls & crepes. The order was not close to what we wanted and ordered. We got empty crepes instead of crab and other ingredients we wanted! Then we complained and never got a response. The food has gone down hill. Very disappointing. Was a great place before.

Yelp
Vibe: N/A (takeout) Service: N/A (takeout) Value: 8/10 Beef rice roll: 6/10 - if you like these, I'm sure they're great! I found it to be lacking in flavor unfortunately, and got tired of the taste and texture before I finished the dish Chinese pancake: 7/10 Chinese crepe with crab sticks: 6.5/10 Overall: 6.8/10 (3.4/5)

Yelp
This was actually my first time trying a rice roll and I've been thinking about when I'll get to try another one ever since. Not too much variety on the menu, but what they do, they do well. We ordered on the kiosk and our food came out in less than 10 minutes. I tried the shrimp rice roll and it came with egg and a choice of three vegetable toppings. You can request peanut sauce on the side, and the tables have chili oil and soy sauce for you to top the rice rolls. I of course used all three which made for the most delicious bite. I also tried the curry fish balls which were a little bit oily but had a strong curry flavor and a satisfying chewiness. For less than ten bucks, this was one of the most affordable quick lunches on the UWS!

Priscilla Y.

Yelp
Came here after a visit to the Museum of Natural History for a light lunch and both my mom and I were extremely pleased with our order. You order at the screen before choosing your seat in a no frills, quick eat type of restaurant. The price was not too high and there are many options to customize. We went with their "Shrimp Party" rice rolls that had fresh shrimp, dried shrimp, egg and your choice of vegetables (lettuce, corn and green onion). The rice rolls are made fresh to order and was ready quite quickly. The flavour of the dried shrimp really stands out. Make sure to add some soy sauce and chilli oil for a nice kick and extra flavour! Overall, a great choice for any time of day.

Emily G.

Yelp
Pretty good rice rolls (I much prefer the ones in Chinatown) but this is a good option in the Upper West Side! There is limited seating. But given the orders didn't come out very fast, by the time you get your order, there's a chance someone leaves by then.

Matthew W.

Yelp
They're very, very slow with serving the food, so be aware that it might take a while after ordering to actually sit down and eat. It took about 20-30 minutes to get our food and the place wasn't even that crowded. Heck, I've lived my entire life eating at dim sum places that have made cheurng fun in about 5-10 minutes. Our order was also served There's also not many places to sit inside, as the entire restaurant consists of 4 tables of 4 seats each, so either be prepared to sit with others or find a . Pretty disappointed with the service here. As for the food, it's indeed fairly cheap, which offsets the long waiting time. And it's slightly better than dim sum quality rice noodles, which are thicker with less filling. I enjoyed the curry fish ball rice noodle, and the beef was tasty as well; I'd like to try the Joe's special next. Overall, I'd probably come back, but might just order and get a table beforehand. The slow service and lack of seating were big turn-offs.

Giacomo C.

Yelp
I loved the signature roll, but the filling was weak and cheap. The quality of the meat was below average. The veggies were average at best. Considering that you pay $10 for a few bites, I'd expect better quality of the ingredients. Restroom out of order. Back to Chinatown.

Brittany D.

Yelp
My friend and I came to Joe's Steam Rice Roll and ordered on the kiosk by the entrance. We ordered the Shrimp Rice Roll and Pork Rice Roll (both with corn, lettuce, bean sprouts, and sesame seeds). The rice rolls were delicious, and we got it pretty quickly after we ordered it. There are tables that you can sit at in the restaurant. It has a very casual and chill dining experience, which for a Thursday afternoon, was ideal.

Terry K.

Yelp
So good, so cheap!! Got the shrimp rice roll & grilled cold noodle to share with a friend and it was so yummy. You really can't beat this for the price, both items were under $15. Perfect to eat as a meal or for a snack, I think I could've ate both on my own. The texture of the rice noodle is perfect since it's steamed fresh, paired with the chili oil it's great. The grilled cold noodle was okayy, it wasn't really what I was expecting, I was hope for more chew from the noodle but I didn't get that. The lettuce addition wasn't necessary but I didn't mind it.

Rachelle L.

Yelp
Great value and taste- what more could you ask for? Joe's is a quick walk from Central Park/Natural History Museum and is perfect for a casual bite - ordered the shrimp rice roll which had a great chew with really nice bites of shrimp! Loved that you can add sauce and chili crispy to your hearts content. The Chinese crepe was great too- very light but hearty and had great flavor. Small but comfortable shop with seating inside. Would 100% be back to try the curry fish ball flavor rice roll! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 3/5 Price: 5/5

Karan L.

Yelp
I didnt know this place existed in the Upper West Side. Only had rice rolls in Chinatown and it's nice to see that it's more spread across NYC. Really do love a good rice roll, nice steamy, made within 5 mins, and solid. Overall, no real complaints, it was exactly as I expected. Wish there were more options/the ability to include more vegetables in the Veggie rice roll however. 3 Vegetables is not very filling and I was disappointed with how hungry I was after I finished an entire plate. Protein is needed to make the rolls more filling but unfortunately in the vegetarian options there wasn't much choices of available proteins, and three vegetables is simply not enough. We also paid an extra dollar for egg and I didn't feel my hunger quenched. It's a very small restaurant with soy sauce and chili oil available at each table, and these are simply necessary to add flavor to the rolls. Without the chili oil, I would have felt it was a bit bland. Not a high end shop, and cleaner than many of the rice roll shops in Chinatown, but slightly more expensive. It's nice there never really is a crowd or a line and it's convenient to grab and go. Overall, may come back should I find myself in a rush in the upper west side and in need of food, but wasn't not taken away by the rice rolls here. May have to go to Chinatown for better options

Cindy M.

Yelp
I'm a fan of the steam rice rolls here. I get the signature. Their rice rolls are made to order so expect at least an 8-10 min wait. Small seating area. Casual, fast food ambiance.

Novalina N.

Yelp
You can order on the kiosk thing! Silly me that I just went up to the cashier and waited around for 10 minutes before ordering. I only tried Joe's crepe here. I thought it was ok, it was crispy, airy, and a little sweet (if you don't put the chili oil). The location is great, I enjoyed sitting by the window and watching people walking by. It's not a bad cheap meal in UWS.

Bobby B.

Yelp
Shrimp rice roll is oh so delicious! Great snack before or after the natural history museum, just right down the street.

Akira O.

Yelp

Jennie C.

Yelp
like actually obsessed with this place.! there's no table service but plenty of seating to take yourself. the rolls r so fresh like dimsum kind of but you can customize your own ingredients a biiit overpriced compared to chinatown but you gotta do what you gotta do

Victoria G.

Yelp
Food 6/10 Customizable steam rice rolls spot located on the UWS. A small shop with a screen for you to place in your order. An easy stop if you are in the area and don't know where to eat, but I wouldn't necessarily make a trip to go here specifically. The rice rolls were a bit bland for me, not the most flavorful, and a little skimpy on the toppings. Atmosphere 6/10 A fast casual restaurant, bare minimum interior, but it does get the job done. Service 6/10 Quite fast, pretty much no human interactions.

Britney Z.

Yelp
A solid spot for yummy rice rolls. It's a very casual spot where you order on a screen and seat yourself, and the food here is great. The food took a little bit of time to come out, but it was overall very yummy. We tried a bunch of different rice rolls, and all were great but my favorite was the signature which had a variety of proteins in it. The fish balls were also very yummy. Great for a quick bite if you're craving rice rolls!

Kimber H.

Yelp
I salivate when I think of the rice rolls. There's just no other comparison with how it melts in your mouth. Curry Fish balls were a nice touch.

Karissa S.

Yelp
No frills place, customizable rice rolls so you get what you are expecting. I personally don't find it very authentic if you are looking for traditional dim sum rice rolls but it's still good. They have lots of vegetable fillings like corn you can add on. The sauce was tasty and it was a pretty big portion for the price point. One container is enough food for lunch for one person.

Spencer S.

Yelp
The Chinese crepe was an absolute 10/10. Such good flavor, only enhanced further by the chili oil on the table. Special rice roll was very good, but I did not particularly care for the sliced hot dogs/ham inside. Would not get that next time. You get to choose 3 veggies with this. I got corn, bean sprouts, and scallion Would skip cold fried noodles. Not my thing. Strange texture and somewhat dry eggs Perfect rainy day meal

Lindsey K.

Yelp
I got a pork rice roll and my friend got the beef. We also got a Chinese pancake to share. I thought it was tasty but probably am not trying to go back again soon. Just not my favorite type of food. It was fairly cheap though! We paid about $22 to feed both of us. I was however not completely full after. There's a few tables inside but they were mostly full. Feels pretty good and clean in there though!

Qiongqiong M.

Yelp
Totally forgot to take picture bc I was too exited to eat! Tiny place with just a few tables. Didn't see a long line but still had people dining in during non meal times! Affordable and portion size is fair! Good customer service! Definitely try the steam rice roll either original or the shrimp party! Definitely will come back again!

Kailyn L.

Yelp
Solid place to grab a quick bite. I've tried their beef and curry fish ball rice rolls, along with the crepe. All three were delicious! The service is fairly quick as well.

Alexia G.

Yelp
We visited here this Friday at 5:30pm and very disappointed. If you have an allergy do NOT come here. It's not taken seriously. We went in here earlier and informed the woman behind the counter of the allergy and she went out of her way (her name was Mandee) to recommend the options for those that are gluten free. My relative has a serious allergy to gluten. After my loved ones sat down they were confused about the menu and took time to search quickly. The woman recommended the scallion pancakes but it was confusing to us. I chose here because I thought a steamed rice roll would be appropriate and perhaps gluten free. We were told the rice rolls contained gluten but the pancakes did not. When we went back to ask her for the 4th time we asked if she could ask the kitchen and when she went to the back she came out and said everything had gluten. PLEASE train your staff about allergies and take them seriously. My loved one could have been hospitalized.

Emily R.

Yelp
This was the first Joe's location I've been to, and it was so good and not crowded at all! We ordered from the Kiosk and took a seat - the food came out within five minutes, making this a perfect, quick, cheap and delicious spot for those days you don't want a high maintenance outing. All the food was simple, yet solid with sauces to add to your taste. We split two rolls, crepe and fish balls among two people. More than enough food! I would say we got too much (weren't too hungry). Highly recommend for the convenience and simplicity! Especially since this place was not crowded at all on a Thursday night, I don't see any cons in stopping by. The space was simple and quite.

Chalita P.

Yelp
Just walking down the street, fairly hungry, and decided to pop in for a quick bite. The pictures had me so I decided to try their Chinese crepe. I added egg, scallions, pork to it. Afterward I drizzled the chili oil and soy sauce on top. I think this was just average 3/5. The pork wasn't evenly distributed and was all on one corner so when you bite into it some mouthfuls are nothing but crepe. I think it all falls apart too easily, whether you eat by chopsticks or hands. Taste wise needs sauce so either you order it with it initially or add the condiments after. It's worth trying but never something I would crave.

Tracy D.

Yelp
Tiny establishment with very quick service. The steamed rolls were heavenly. They just melt in your mouth. All this for $10. I really could have eaten another plate because it was that good. I ordered it with the corn and lettuce. I didn't care too much for the lettuce inside since it leaves a bit of a bitter after taste. I added a lot of chili oil and sauce to help the bitterness. Other than that, no complaints about the quality of food. My only complaint is that the tables were really dirty with marks of their soy sauce all over. So bring wipes to wipe everything down if your dining inside this tiny restaurant.

Jeff S.

Yelp
Came here with my son. He ate some food and liked it, but this place was really gross and disgusting. Dirty tables, floors, etc. I asked the waiter if he could clean the table and he didn't understand me and ignored me. Atmosphere was terrible. Don't go here.

Catherine Z.

Yelp
Such an obscure and tasty place for local cheap eats! I ordered a pork sticky dumpling with corn and scallion. I especially enjoyed it with a lot of chili oil and some soy sauce. Probably would not choose to order it with corn again next time though (it was good but took away from the authenticity). Small and quiet space with fast service, perfect for a quick meal after a long day :)

Anna D.

Yelp
I fall more and more in love with Joe's Steam Rice Roll every time, and every location. I actually was getting burgers at 7th St Burger two doors down but I had to stop in. You can order at the kiosk or go up to the front to order with the employee. The kiosk was a little confusing because it didn't explicitly have curry fish balls steam rolls as an option so I went to the front to order. I later realized I could've gotten the base as the rice rolls ($5) and gotten the curry fish balls ($3) and it was the same as on the menu at the front ($8). I got to pick bean sprouts, corn, and scallions for free! I always think this so worth because it's so tasty, even though it's cheaper at the original location in Flushing. This location is cheaper than the one at the Canal Street Market, although ordering at the front kinda makes you tip if you know what I mean, unless you wanna make it awkward haha. Don't forget to ask for peanut sauce! The soy sauce and the chili oil are readily available on the tables, which there are about 6-7. The chili oil is kinda just out and not covered though which is a bit ick. There's a bathroom behind the counter that is for customer use. :)

Amy Z.

Yelp
Simple and fresh! Store inside had a few tables, and my bf and I were lucky to find a spot to sit down. We ordered on the kiosk, and you can choose three veggies to put inside your rice roll. We got two SHRIMP RICE ROLL (both with corn, bean sprout and scallion), and one BBQ PORK RICE ROLL (with lettuce, scallion, corn). It took a bit of time to make but that makes sense - there were many orders both pickup / dine-in ahead of us. The veggies, shrimp, and bbq pork were very fresh and tasty. Loved how thin the rice roll was and how many layers there were!! Very impressive - the amount of layers gives a whole new texture vs. the usual ones you get at dim sum places. Very good value for the price! My bf said he would come here every day for lunch if he lived nearby!! Craving this now as I write this.

Rick P.

Yelp
This little place had a small but delicious selection of items, including their famous steamed rice noodle roll.

Mei C.

Yelp
Came here during the weekend to try their famous rice rolls. The ordering kiosk was situated right near the entrance for easy processing. Ordered the Joe's Signature rice roll and a beef rice roll- wait was about ten minutes all the while a line of customers was forming at the door (get there early to beat the crowd). Rice roll tasted really good with just the right density and texture that makes rice rolls soft and silky. The dish also comes with some veggies and combined with their in-house soy sauce; makes the rice roll so much better.

Kelsey C.

Yelp
So I guess all places called Joe's are awesome because these handmade rice rolls sure were! I got the signature, which is a sampling of all the things; a mix of ground meat, slices of salty sausage, dried shrimp, egg, and my choice of corn, bean sprouts, and scallion. The wrappers are so chewy and impossibly thin, and an entire plate of lunch cost only $12.86 including tip. Clearly among the best cheap eats in the city. A must-try if you're craving a quick and easy lunch.

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Just buy what you want at the kiosk. I love noodles. So I had no complaints. If I ever come back I would prob get the shrimp. And I probably wouldn't get the pancake. It tasted more like a tw taco haha. Service was good. And the place was very casual.

Taylor Z.

Yelp
Isn't too expensive for the area but man, this rice roll slappppsss. The spicy oil here isn't from a jar, definitely homemade. The combination is where it's at, very filling.

Vivian T.

Yelp
I absolutely love steam rice rolls, and Joe's Steam Rice Roll does it so well! I had this spot on my NYC itinerary for a while, so I was so stoked to finally visit. The shop itself was a bit small, with a few tables, but it was not packed when I got there. It was nice and quiet, a perfect lunch spot to escape the hustle and bustle. You order via a tablet in the front, and my boyfriend and I opted for their Joe's Signature rice roll, which seemed to have everything we wanted, and the curry fish balls. The rice roll was good portion for the price, and since it's cut into smaller bite sized pieces, also very shareable. It was piping hot and delicious! The rice roll was the perfect thickness to hold all the fillings together, and the filling was a good balance of meats and veggies. You HAVE to top it with the soy sauce AND chili oil for the perfect bite. The curry balls were a little disappointing - I thought they would come in a separate container with more curry sauce, but they were plopped onto of the rice roll. They did not have the distinct curry flavor that I was expecting, and were also a little smaller than I expected. They still had a good chew, but flavour was not there. Definitely stop by Joe's Steam Rice Roll for a quick bite of delicious food!

Alder Jairus M.

Yelp
Still waiting for food to come out and its been almost 60 mins. We only ordered 2 steam rolls. They're still taking orders even when there's already a long line of people waiting for their orders. If you want to experience it, better get it in flushing.

Rob M.

Yelp
One of the best cheap eats on the UWS. To be honest, I never had a rice roll before. It was not what I expected. A rice roll is nothing like a sushi roll; it's actually a noodle dish. To cook it, you pour rice noodle batter into a tray with the fillings (meat and veggies) and cook everything together. The noodle comes out thin and flat, cut into 12 pieces, and served piping hot alongside peanut sauce on a paper plate. The rice noodles are delicious, light, and literally as fresh as it gets. The only downside is the wait. You should expect at least 10-15 minutes before your rice noodles are ready, since each one is made to order. PS: shout out to the first date that I overheard the last time I ate here. A guy very confidently told his date a lengthy and detailed origin story about Joe's Rice Noodles. Before I wrote this review, I googled it. Turns out that story was 100% made up. Anyway, dating in NYC is rough--but at least they ate well!

Yelp
I have been waiting for 40 minutes, and I still haven't got my shrimp lo mein. Terrible service

Yelp
Ordered signature rice roll for dine-in. Someone sent the food to my table. It tastes just so so, not as good as other Dim Sum places. The presentation was not good, making it look so cheap that you would not pay USD$11 for it although so many ingredients are inside. A bit disappointed.

Yelp
I really wonder why it was so crowded and seemingly popular when I stepped in the restaurant. because when I look back, it's so confusing that a restaurant with such bad service could have so many customers. My friend and I waited for 40 minutes for a dish of simple made noodles. Its taste does not deserve its price at all. No one should ever try the food here, if you want to eat food in 1 hour from now, do not pick this store.
