"The Filipino chain — famous for its fried chicken and banana ketchup–topped spaghetti — generated excitement just by teasing its future location at the Rainier Valley Square mall this October. It’s not projected to open until late 2024, so until then Seattleites will have to travel to Tacoma or Tukwila to get their fix." - Harry Cheadle

We ordered fried chicken bucket meal here. They were very well cooked and fried. The spicy ones were wonderful seasoned. Every bite was a delight. The dining was spacious and decent seats and tables. A little dark and narrow though. Free parking lot and one door to the mall too.

Google
Order 10 spicy fried chicken bucket and they all came with the spicy flag on it but all of the chicken was dry and non spicy….very upsetting, very sad. Normally spicy chicken has spicy seasoning on the meat itself, definitely not these ones. Underwhelming bad, if this happens again, wont be going back!!!!

My daughter and I made this trip to Jollibee from the east side of the state. Trying to find out why my Filipino friends are always telling me Jollibee is the best. My gripes are mostly location. Being inside the South Center Mall is more than enough to keep away. It is very noisy in there and there is no one to wipe down the tables so either you clean it or eat on a dirty table. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries, a two-piece chicken with Palabok a side of spaghetti and a pineapple drink. The chicken sandwich was good but not spicy. They even have jalapeños in it still nothing. The fries were not good at all. We left them alone after taste-testing them. The chicken was not spicy either. I guess my version of Spicy is different from theirs. The chicken did have good flavor and vice and crispy. The spaghetti took me for a spin, it was sweet. Never had sweet spaghetti but the combo they put with the hot dogs was good. Now the Palabok was probably was the best thing. Never had it before but is was good. The sauce had this strong garlic taste which my daughter and I both enjoyed. We ordered a family size to take home so we can have some the next day. They also give you a side of gravy to dunk your chicken in. That was some good gravy. All in all the food was great except for the fries. The counter people were very nice and welcoming and answered any questions you might have. About the only thing that would keep me from going back is its location. If it was a stand-alone business, I would definitely go there every time we came to the westside.

No breasts or wings. Dark meat only, over priced for the amount of pieces in a bucket, and puny sized side dishes. Flavor is there, always fresh. Offer no condiments: no salt, hot sauce, etc. Service is decent and the restaurant is always clean.

Grandson (bday boy!) requested this, after visitin' Woodland Pk. Zoo from open to close, so we drove further South, and "Wow!" Well worth the trip before heading back to Sedro-Woolley. And kids obviously love it! They offer white rice for a side (not something normally seen in a 'chicken shack', but the grandson's 1/2 Thai & it's always his preference, so it was perfect!) And there's a GREAT Asian Seafood Mkt. next door that I could've meandered thru' for hours! Will hafta go hack when I'm not hurtin' as bad. (Gramma's gettin' old. 😉 ) Had to find a table across the mall's hall, in the dbl. archway-opened food vendors' seating areas, 'cuz we had a party of 7, & wouldn't fit inside (it was BUSY, all tables were taken, & they all looked like 2-tops anyways), or in their little seating section just out front. Had a 'hidden cove at the food court' feel... was pleasant, so were the employees where we sat (made me wonder if they deal w/ others doin' this a lot, dead as both restaurants were while Jollibee's was PACKED! We were given a lg. flat, bright red, flashin' pager to inform us when our food was ready.

Fresh and crispy chicken with yummy spice and smashed potatoes. Good for kids and family out.

Terrible food ,chicken was not fully cooked, rice was mashed up not fresh with a terrible taste, spaghetti noodles overcooked with barely no sauce on them

Google
Always busy but the wait is never too long, the Spicy Chickenjoy is my son's favorite, and it's just as good here as it is at every other Jollibee I've been to. The customer service is always very good here as well.

Carmela G.

Yelp
Jollibee has the best fried chicken in the world. Period. We drive 3 hours just to eat here. Their spaghetti is very good (for a Filipino palate). The crew is always very respectful. They look very clean. You know they handled your food well. I recently have a big order thru their app, and I got everything without any mistake. They are that good! Every time I have a big order from other food places, something is always missing.

Paul K.

Yelp
This place is like nothing I've seen before with the strangest combinations of food offerings. I came for the infamous fried chicken (apparently their fried chicken is called "Chickenjoy").and ended up also trying Palabok for the first time as a combo and I really enjoyed it. You can get the Chickenjoy spicy or regular. I chose spicy. The combo meals have strange (to me) sides such as Jolly Spaghetti or Palabok (a Filipino rice noodle dish with flavorful gravy) and also more traditional sides like mashed potatoes, Jolly Crispy Fries or Rice. My wife got the 3 piece Chicken Tenders meal. There was not much of a line when we got there but it ended up being really busy shortly afterwards with a line snaking around the corner. The staff are very busy with clearing the tables and running all over the place, There is also a bakery attached to Jollibees that seems to have take home items in larger quantities and bakery items to boot. It's a unique combination but seems to work as the place is popular!

Emelina W.

Yelp
Always super busy. long line. But not that hard to find a seat. the mobile order instructions are not very clear: you need to wait until your time to waiting in the mobile order line. Plenty of parking spots.

Kathy V.

Yelp
The chicken here is always hot and fresh! The spicy option is always the way to go. It's flavorful and gives the chicken a bit of a kick which is so yummy. Chicken skin is crispy and the meat is always tender. For how busy the place is, they are always quick with filling orders. Definitely a grab and go spot, but if you're able to eat the chicken fresh I definitely recommend doing that!

Kai C.

Yelp
The husband loves the gravy here. He actually makes rice at home (hack alert) then gets the twopiece chicken with a side, then comes back and pours the gravy on the rice and eats that with the chicken. It's very delicious. This time we also tried the spaghetti side, which was unusual - and tasty. Not spicy. A bit of a bbq tinge to the sauce - worth giving a try. Also got the original chicken sandwich. What I liked was there was a more ample spreading of mayonaisse than most places put on their basic chicken. The chicken itself was also a generous portion and juicy. The only reason not 5 stars this time around is that the wait is slow once you order - the ordering is FAST and then you wait.

Maria L.

Yelp
My daughter ordered take out for me and got me the 2pc Spicy Chickenjoy w/ Jolly Spaghetti. I have been waiting to eat this and I thought it was going to taste better. The chickens were very crunchy, but I didn't taste any spiciness. Which is not normal when ordering this from Jollibee. I've ordered their chicken before and it was really good and spicy! For the spaghetti, they gave more than before which was a plus. But the hotdog in the sauce was a bit more on the sweeter side and I didn't like it much in the spaghetti.

Philip P.

Yelp
Let me tell you how much I adore Jollibee. Ever since I was first introduced to this place, it has yet to disappointment me with there juicy and crispy fried chicken. Honestly, the best fried chicken I've ever had for a fast food chain. It's even better when you dip the fried chicken in their savory gravy that comes with it. And having it along with a side of rice is the clincher. You can wash it down with their Pineapple Quencher which is refreshing as heck! As for the other items, those are honestly optional for me. The Jolly Spaghetti is a great kid pleaser, but it isn't your typical spaghetti since it's more on the sweeter side of things because this is a Filipino fast food chain serving Filipino Spaghetti. Not everyone's cup of tea, but it isn't bad. Respect it. The ube and mango pies are pretty beloved by some, so I would say it's worth checking out if you like that old school McDonald's apple pie. It's pretty much made the same way, just different flavors. If you don't want to venture too far off from the fried chicken, then definitely try their chicken sandwich. Same great chicken, but in a bun. It definitely competes well against Popeye's Chicken Sandwich. So this place is located inside West Field Mall and looks like a busier KFC. Do you know how dead KFC looks inside?! Well Jollibee's is mad popping!!! I definitely recommend ordering through their online app because the line for this place tends to be pretty ridiculous every time I'm there. The service is okay at best just cause they tend to be pretty busy, so everyone behind the counter is pretty much in rush mode. The cashiers are easier to work with because they pretty much have just one task. If you're looking for a great bucket of fried chicken, then you definitely need to check this place out.

Yelp
Pro tip.. online ordering is the way to go!! Arrived at a huge line, all the way out the mall entrance but we were able to walk to the front of the line, show our order number and got our food in 10 minutes. Grabbed seats and sat down to our hot and Yummy food! One star lost due to not having spicy chicken. The chicken legs and thighs were still hot and crispy but without that signature spice, they just tasted like any other fast food fried chicken. The exception was being able to dip in the dark brown gravy. Kids all got the fried chicken sandwich, two of them had bacon and cheese added... but still...almost $10 for just a sandwich? Got the chicken joy bucket of 12 pieces (legs and thighs) with 5 pies and 5 sides. They have ube pies! It's a purple yam with vanilla Uber creme! Yum! And of course the peach mango pie is always a winner. The tables turn over too quickly to clean so everything had a layer of grease. The employees were 5 stars! They all worked quickly and kindly! No complaints there at all!

Eleana S.

Yelp
Before leaving Washington, we decided to have brunch at Jollibee. As expected for a Saturday afternoon, it was packed! The line was long, but totally worth it. I was thrilled to see the spaghetti portions are bigger now. I love the original Chickenjoy, while my husband prefers the spicy version. We also enjoyed the Burger Steak and Peach Mango Pie, so crispylicious! If you want to avoid the long lines, it's best to come earlier or visit on a weekday.

Smaly K.

Yelp
I finally got to try Spicy Chicken fresh (and not as leftovers or cold at a party) and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The fried chicken was moist and crispy, and the spices gave it a lot of good flavor. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was also good. The fried chicken patty was moist and thick, but a little on the pricier side at $6.99.

Art T.

Yelp
Overpriced and flavor was lacking. I tried 2 piece leg (spicy) and thigh + side for $12.00. Excessive flour coating. Even KFC has better flavor. They're well organized and clean.

Steve K.

Yelp
I got the two piece chicken with the palabok and side of adobe rice. The chicken was crispy and juicy. This is one of the best fried chicken that I have eaten. The palabok and the adobe rice were also great.

Mona M.

Yelp
Jollibee, the land of crispy chicken dreams and gravy so savory it could make a shoe taste like a gourmet delicacy. Located inside the Southcenter Mall, this place is like the pilgrimage spot for hungry souls craving a taste of that Filipino fried chicken or simply in a desperate need of a chicken fix. Our order definitely flooded us back like a tsunami of nostalgia for our childhood years growing up in Asia. That spicy chicken sandwich that packed a punch, the 2-pc fried chicken (Chickenjoy) with rice, and the chicken dippers - oh man, they were so tender, juicy, and paired with gravy so good it make your eyes wanna roll back. You can upgrade your rice to Adobo rice as well if you savor the savory. Now, they also have Palabok, Spaghetti which both usually taste bland to me so I always go back to Chickenjoy and Chicken Dippers. I've heard good things about both of their Ube and Peach Mango pies. The queues can get crazy at times during peak hours! But once you sink your teeth into that crispy chicken perfection, you'll understand why. Jollibee's crispy chicken and soul-warming gravy are a reminder of the simple joys in life.

Millie C.

Yelp
Came here for a to go order before heading to the airport, it was sooo busy but the line moved pretty fast. The pineapple quencher was so good, tastes sweet and tart. But I'm so sad because I did not get the gravy I ordered to go with my tenders. Was soooo disappointed when I opened the box and too late to go back since I was already at my gate :( the chicken was still good though but not the same.

JayeTee R.

Yelp
Very popular fast food place in South Center, Tukwila, especially with young population. The only thing about the deluxe chicken sandwich combo, was the order taker, the bun, chicken coating, lettuce & tomatoe, although all of the goods-insides slipped right out as soon as i unwrapped the sandwich!!! the so-called chicken breast fillet was clearly cut in the wrong manner & direction & not cut against the grain, as it should've been! it was tough & stringy, and i couldn't even bite through it. i tried to chew & eat regardless, but couldn't & had to spit it out! it may not have even been a fryer chicken! it was so tough & stringy! the worst chicken breast sandwich i've had by far!!! i ordered to go, so didn't discover how it was prepared & cooked until i was almost home. i live 15 miles from the tukwila location & it was already getting dark & i don't drive at night - too late to turn around & go back!!! total waste of money!!! i also got the mashed potatoes, lumpy but the gravy was flavorful

Christophe G.

Yelp
Tried them for the first time. The burger was not that great and had a salisbury steak flavor. But the chicken sandwich was ok, not bad. Not rushing to go back.

Britt B.

Yelp
I am not at all a fast food person, but I've always wanted to try Jollibee. I did not have high expectations, but it was actually really good! The weight was a bit long, and there were some unsavory characters at the soda machine, but other than that, the food was hot and delicious. Even the fries!

Rey C.

Yelp
I drove three hours from Portland, Oregon to this location only to be met by disappointment. The pieces of chicken were undersized, the spaghetti seem dry and seriously lacked spaghetti sauce. The Palabok was bland and tasteless. No hint of garlic flavor. There are no shrimp and most importantly small pieces of chicharron sprinkled about. So disappointing indeed. That's why it's bland tasting because all the essential items that makeup a great tasting Palabok is not there. They only provided 7 slices of egg on top. I haven't even got the peach mango pie yet so I'm hoping that's not disappointing as well. Hopefully when the Tacoma side opens up, they'll have better quality at that location, but why should I even worry when I know there's going to be one built here, near Portland six months from now. For sure, this place will only be for local Filipinos in the Portland area and I doubt that anyone would be driving from far to come to this location since it's between Washington and California. Still, nobody beats the quality of chicken being served in the Bay Area. Sure they have their shortcomings but the portions there are much larger especially in Milpitas or even the OG in Union City. Whoever is running this branch seems like they're trying to cut corners by omitting the good stuff out amongst other things. I feel bad for all the Filipino's living in the area subjected to this substandard Palabok and they have no choice because there are no other Jollibee's except for 100s of miles away. You're probably better off buying from an authentic Filipino resto if there are any around.

Vinh P.

Yelp
Shit was gas So yummy fried chicken was fya!! Service was cool but damn that chicken was fyaaaaaa!

Nicole S.

Yelp
The only reason this place is getting 4 stars is because it's a fast food chain and even then I feel bad about it . Went here when visiting the Tacoma mall to get a bite before a shopping adventure and I was pretty darn impressed. The fried chicken was both juicy and crunchy with a peppery-kick and that Ube Pie was Ah-Mazing. So homey and lightly sweet in a wonton-like wrapper, it really hit the spot for a quick meal. The service was quick as expected and we were able to sit down and eat promptly so we didn't miss a beat. Glad to have finally tried this, next up-spaghetti?

Kathy M.

Yelp
This place is busy. Especially during lunch time. We arrived on Sunday morning and there was quite a line to order. Not much seating was available. Luckily we got lucky and got a table for 4. Of course, order food first and wait until your food is ready. Very busy. Lots of people coming in and out.

Jeremy C.

Yelp
The long lines here are not sure to the food, but rather the very long wait times to get that food. Even if you order online to pick up in the store you'll wait in a crazy long line (the same one for DoorDash, Uber eats, etc). I will not be coming here again since the extremely long wait times during the weekday will prevent me from ever trying it again.

Trong N.

Yelp
I never heard of this place when I lived in the middle of nowhere Michigan. My first time was actually in Cali where they messed up my order but another place, another time. I actually really enjoy the chicken here, especially for the price. But I only get the spicy chicken which for someone that really loves spicy food, it's like a mild-medium. The regular chicken is just flavorless, which sucks since for the past few months they only serve regular fried chicken and no spicy fried chicken. A lot of the time, there is a long line. It usually moves pretty fast though!

Amer A.

Yelp
Called and the team confirmed that Chicken is not Halal. Giving 5 stars only to not affect rating, but wanted to post for any one looking for Halal chicken based on past reviews that chicken is not halal, per phone call with staff.

Chee Jen N.

Yelp
Best fast food fried chicken! Always fresh and crispy! I like spice so the spicy chicken is great! I always get half and half

Amanda I.

Yelp
The most surprising thing on the menu is the peach mango pie. The pineapple juice is good but get the mango pineapple juice...you won't be disappointed. The chicken Sandwich is decent, ask for extra sauce on it, it comes with two crunchy slices of jalapeños. The combo comes with fries and a drink. Chicken dinners, the 2 piece comes with a side, a drink and a pie. The key is to get the spicy fried chicken and a side of gravy.

Erica C.

Yelp
Located inside the southcenter shopping mall, it's in a great location. The fried chicken, spaghetti, peach mango pie and pineapple quencher is my go to usual order. The fried chicken is so crispy and juicy white meat dipped in the gravy is heaven sent. It is an indulgent meal so expect a lot of richness. The sweet spaghetti with hot dogs reminds me of home. They're usually busy but the service goes at a good pace. While you wait there are other bakeries and stores to check out.

Keiki-O-Kalani A.

Yelp
We love Jollibee! Fried Chicken, Mash Potatoes, and their infamous sweet spaghetti. Yummmm :p This location gets pretty busy during the evening hours so just be ready to wait in a line that wraps around the front or come early. Your welcome lol

Michelle C.

Yelp
For as busy as it was it with a line out of the door , the food was ready really really fast . The chicken was really good and I should have gotten 5 of the peach mango pies My husbands family is Filipino and it was so cute to see all the employees were Filipino

Saemyi L.

Yelp
Love their fried chicken! It's so crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I think it's a genius idea to dip it in gravy. One of the best parts about getting fried chicken here! Can't forget the spaghetti! FYI, it's different from the typical Italian/American red sauce. It's a bit sweeter, with ground meat, sausage, and American cheese. Last time I went, the line was long (expected for Sunday lunch time) but we moved through the line pretty fast. I knocked a star off because they didn't have spicy and the drink dispenser was out of order except the iced tea and water but they didn't tell me when I was ordering my drink. So that was a bit of a waste to purchase a drink.

Weiji Z.

Yelp
The fried chicken is quite juicy. The tender tasted quite like the one in Chick fil a. I like their Pineapple juice but it cannot be refilled though... So Ai just ordered the Soda every time. The atmosphere could be noisy to you. You may consider order pick up online then tell them you want to dine in so you could avoid the long waiting lines all the time.

Alisha M.

Yelp
I really wish we had another location but what a treat to have one in general. Jolibees is my favorite fried chicken in Washington state. Minus the wait time and how busy it gets, the food is consistently delicious and fresh. I always get. 2 piece spicy fried chicken meal with fries, a side of gravy and a peach/mango pie.

KIrk K.

Yelp
This was my first time, going there, nothing to jump and down about, seems to be a type of fast food eatery inside the SouthCenter Mall in Tukwila, Washington. I had the Spaghetti (Came with some sliced hot hot dogs) it was somewhat sweet and a piece of chick. Again it was ok. It was hard to find inside mall, just have to look for the kiosk and I also, I guess it depends on what parking lot you arrive at. The cashier at the time, was ok, there were definitely quite a number of personnel working there.

Richard M.

Yelp
The chicken is very good and I love dipping it in the gravy. I am sure they were busy and I'm sure it's lovely inside. I took off a star because, through DoorDash, I ordered a bucket of chicken and two large containers of gravy and it took them over 15 minutes before they even got to me. I've seen in person how busy they get and I probably won't order from them again but it was really tasty

Stephanie L.

Yelp
If you haven't had Jollibee before, please do yourself a favor and try it. This location is located in Southcenter in Tukwila, and it definitely gets PACKED here, with a line stretching out the door. I would probably recommend ordering ahead online and then going to pick it up if you want to save time. If it's your first time here, you have to try the fried chicken, baked spaghetti, and peach mango pie. The spicy chicken is tolerable for a person who doesn't handle spice well. However if you want to get the spicy chicken you may want to look into ordering online as they don't always have the spicy flavor when ordering in store. Definitely hope that they expand and open some stores more up north!

Rick K.

Yelp
I did not realize Jollibee has been at the Southcenter Mall since 2010. I have heard of the brand often, and I heard they just opened in Tacoma and will open one in Beaverton, Oregon, and I am there often so thought it may be a good choice. I can see why there are so many negative reviews. Like the rating reflects...it could have been better. at 10:20 AM yesterday, there was a line of ten groups which moved quickly. They had two cashiers and one person manning the area for online orders and pick-ups such as myself. Very good system. When I ordered, I wanted to try the tenders and the bone-in chicken. I was told that the tenders were not available. I think the cashier told me that a new recipe was being developed for the tenders and they would be available in a couple of weeks?? Odd. The chicken by itself had zero flavor. It was juicy, but the two pieces were small and lacked any seasoning. The gravy that is given with each order was good, but the taste of the chicken is then different...even though it is better. I just like my fried chicken to stand on its own. The three side choices include fries, mashed potatoes or white rice. I chose the french fries. They were warm, not hot, and had zero seasoning, like the chicken. There was not any salt or pepper supplied or any on the table, so I ate a few with the ketchup packets that were given to me. When I went to pour my beverage in the cup, I noticed two of the flavors were out of order/stock? Considering it is company of 1,400 locations, I had much higher expectations. Food is the most important of the visit, and it was not great. The team was very friendly and many greeted me nicely with a smile. I will pass on future visits though.

Shaye P.

Yelp
long line all the time, so order online but 10/10 food is always good & service is usually good

Ciara L.

Yelp
Long lines but the food is so worth it!!! Service is always friendly and it's fun seeing Ates and Kuya's and Titas and Lola's all around!!!

Rob C.

Yelp
Fast and friendly and made me happy. I wasn't disappointed at all and I tried their chicken sandwich to me it was better than Popeyes or anything else.

Richie S.

Yelp
Too late to check in but never too late to post my experience! LOVE THIS PLACE AND THEIR SPICY CHICKEN COMBOS! I always get the 2 piece combo with thighs only and Pancit Palabok. Don't forget to upgrade to the large gravy cause it's that good with the chicken. Always cooked perfectly. Breading is crispy but light and just right. Here's where it comes out on top. They are somehow able to get the spicy seasoning throughout the chicken and not just on the skin or breading. The palabok is just as good for what it is. Everyone makes it differently and for a fast food joint...I can never complain. If you are brave enough...you can wait in a long long loooong line on the weekends or holidays. Coming here at 11am-ish and was so nice to wait in a very short line AND find a table for all 5 of us. Oh yeah...don't forget to get a Peach Mango Pie. Another must have...

Mandy W.

Yelp
A bit of a long wait but the food is so solid! The peach mango pie is a must have after the delicious meal of chicken and potatoes

Nelson L.

Yelp
Still the best fried chicken in Seattle for me. If I'm even close to the Southcenter Mall, you bet I'm getting some Jollibee. Drumsticks and thighs only, but that's the best part of the chicken anyways. I usually go on the weekdays to avoid the long weekend lines, so the wait is only a couple minutes if none at all. My go-to is the 3-piece spicy Chicken Joy with spaghetti or if I'm really hungry, I'll get a bucket. That's for special occasions though. It's always spicy fried chicken for me, because if it's just regular, your life is boring. It's honestly not that hot and you need the full seasoning experience as you dip it into the gravy that comes with it. The skin is perfectly crispy on the outside, Eric Cartman would want to peel off the skin in secrecy before everyone finds out. Meanwhile, the meat is juicy because dark meat is king, so it's never dry. As for the spaghetti, anything with hot dogs is A+ in my book. I just love the sweetness of the spaghetti. It compliments the spicy chicken so well. It's not fancy, but if you served it to the affluent, they would enjoy it as well. My love for Jollibee is limitless. There's a lot of great fried chicken around Seattle and this place belongs in that top tier.

Ting A.

Yelp
Now I understand why Joliibee always has a line after finally trying it. Their fried chicken is top-tier and perfect just by itself without any gravy. The chain is Philippines-based and offers other dishes such as palabok, a Filipino rice noodle dish. Peach mango pies were also good and overflowing with filling. ----- Chickenjoy Bucket Treat C: 6 piece Chickenjoy Bucket served with gravy for dipping, Palabok Fiesta Family Pack, and 3 Peach Mango Pies or Coconut Pineapple Pies ($38.99). Upgrade from a 6 piece bucket to a 10 piece bucket for $10. ----- This location is inside the Westfield Southcenter mall near the Seafood City Supermarket on the first floor. Inside has plenty of seating but may be difficult to grab a table given its popularity.

Andy L.

Yelp
Just a horrible customer service. Why offer online ordering and then disable it when people actually want to use it? Completely useless.

Aman P.

Yelp
3 Piece Normal Combo w/ 1 side (Rice) (9/10): I am a huge advocate for Popeyes because of their chicken, but Jollibee might take the cake now. Their chicken is so good, and pairing it with the gravy (comes with the chicken order) and rice is just amazing. The gravy is sooooo good. My friends always raved about this place and I've had it twice in the span of 1 week now. 100% recommend, but beware there is almost always a line so be prepared to wait.

Yelp
Guys, please don't hate me. I know my Filipino friends are gonna be angry at me but "nooooooo!". I have eaten amazing Filipino food in my lifetime and this was just a disappointment. The hype is not real and this is just not good. I waited about a hour in line and and I know this is a fast food place so I shouldn't be so harsh. But if the food was good and the flavors made sense, it would have been a different story.

Yelp
Depends of what time you go in, there is usually a line but it does move quick. Most people get family chicken bucket. I prefer the spicy chicken better, more flavor. Spaghetti is not for everyone because it is not Iike your typical ragu at all. It fits more for Asians taste buds, it is a little sweet. The pineapple drink was kinda a downer, it is just regular pineapple juice you get from Mexican spots. Overall it meet the popularity. I rather wait in line here than chic fila

Yelp
I've been coming back to this branch since it's the only Jollibee in Washington at the time. My rating is influenced by your Filipino male manager, who I don't see anymore. Anyway, this manager is unprofessional. I came back because my order was missing. And he jokingly said, maybe I already ate it? Half-joke and I don't know him but no apology for the inconvenience. What kind of attitude is that? Also, please, improve the takeout service. Make sure there are napkins and utensils. What's this? We'll eat spaghetti with our hands, and you're the one getting upset? But the service is getting better since he's not there. I guess, attitude is indeed flowing through the org. Always be kind to the customers especially when you're not the employer.

Yelp
"Thank you, Sir--May I have another!" That's from the scene with Kevin Bacon and the fraternity paddle. That was how it felt when I recently went to Jollibee. We stood in a long line. We finally placed our order but we had to repeat ourselves because the cashier didn't catch everything. We received a buzzer and waited for our order. We picked up our food and checked our to-go bag. It was missing food items. Not only that, they gave us 1 napkin, 1 spoon, and 1 fork to share with the family. Look, I love my fam but I'm not about sharing utensils. Jollibee's definitely not on point with their quality checks and they're obviously cheap as hell. Why do we take the beating? Because it's the only GD Jollibee around! There's no other Jollibee in WA, OR, ID, or MT and I'm not about to drive my A to Canada or fly to Cali for some chicken and Peach Mango pie. I swear, maybe it's good they're hiring for their Tacoma Mall opening cuz they can't handle the capacity at Southcenter. Could you imagine driving all the way from JBLM or Bremerton only to get a paddle pounding by Jollibee? Long story short, check your bags before leaving and get the items and utensils you paid for.
