All the food is great 👍 👌 😋 I bought to go 12 piece chicken joy with their specialty gravy sauce, spaghetti and ube pie was very delicious. The staff are great customer service. The place is clean and also you can dine in.

Dropped in for a quick bite. Regular fast food joint. Tables were not regularly bussed while i was there and some tables needed a good wipe down.

Based on many of the reviews, I already knew this wasn’t gonna be good, but I wanted to try it anyway I had it before a long time ago, but it’s been a while. I had the single chicken dark meat with spaghetti and I guess I neither were good. It’s very salty, but the chicken and the spaghetti the spaghetti sauce was much sweeter than I would want it and the pork hotdog meat whatever it was sausage very salty.

Nice clean spacious bathroom, one room. The door goes to the floor. I was in there 3 times during our half hour visit. This was my first time here. The food needs salt or they need to put salt shaker's on the tables. Restaurant was very clean with ppl cleaning it as we dined. I was here with family. It tasted alright. Needed salt for the potatoes.

The service is good, and staff are friendly. Has a clean eating area. Never messed up on any of my orders. Love coming here with the fam from time to time. If you love chicken and gravy and haven't tried Jollibee yet, go.. go now! lol A plus is that this location has a drive through, in case you didn't know 😉

I order through uber eat weekly. They updated the menu, now they added biscuits (+$1) on all combo items. Today didn't get gravy, the saddest fries I've ever seen (soggy) and the chicken size is so small. Not ordering again.

I have ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. Price is slightly expensive for such a small sandwich, but they are generous with the fries though. The taste was good, as well as the customer service provided.

Worst Jollibee I've ever been to. Biscuit was rock solid. Mashed potatoes where CHEWY and cold (absolutely not temp). I don't even know what part of the chicken they gave me???? The pie was so hot that when I bit it it fell on me and left a blister. A BLISTER!! I've never had a blister from fast food. Absolutely terrible food. Will never go to Jollibee again.

Chicken was crispy and very flavorful, adobo rice was good and we loved the Peach Mango pie!

I ordered the 6 piece bucket with mashed potatoes and spaghetti with a side of pancit palabok. The chicken was a 3.5 out of 5. Not as crispy today. And the chicken was a little dry. The spaghetti was pretty good. I didn't care for the mash and probably should've gotten rice instead. The pancit was good. My issue as well was that the price on their menu for the 6 piece bucket is $5 less than what they charged me. When I questioned the cashier at the window, she had no comment about it. I believe it's been like this for a while. They need to update their outdoor menu. I would rate a 3 based on this experience, but all of my other experiences were good.

We love Jollibees but tonight's meal was a total let down. We ordered the 6 piece chicken meal deal where you get 2 sides and 2 drinks. Got half spicy and half regular chicken. Got the Palobok too! At the dinner table, I open the top of the bucket lid and my golly Jollibees...a hair on one of the fried chickens! It's crisp and stuck to the spicy toothpick... at first I thought what is that? And while removing it, yep sure indeed was a hair fried with this chicken. What a waste and I did not want to drive all the way back to go and let the restaurant know. Wasted time, money, and dinner..

You guys need to do a better job with your staffing. Why do you have somebody on the front register who is getting overstimulated and can't answer questions. It was literally taking the person in front of me's order for like 10 minutes and then when it was finally my turn, he didn't understand anything I was asking him so I just walked out. I'm sure there are more reasons. This restaurant has such a low star rating, but I'll never be be back to figure out what those other issues are.

We came around 9:00 pm because we were craving chicken. We decided to try Jollibee for the first time and was not disappointed! We got a little of everything because we wanted to get a good idea of what they offer. Must try: The fried chicken was so fresh and I loved the spicy chicken (in bucket and the sandwich). The biscuits were yummy, but the mango peach pie is soooooooo delicious Skip: fries, pineapple quencher (tasted like canned pineapple juice) 50/50: Spaghetti - my daughter loves Filipino spaghetti, but didn't care for the Smokey flavor The staff was so friendly and quick considering the amount of food we ordered. We will be coming back for sure

Cravings for crunchy tasty fried chicken always satisfied here. Friendly crew, Billie assisted us , was smiling & courteous. CK the manager always visible & attentive to operations. Ambiance family oriented. And always clean place.

The nicest staff of a fast food restaurant workers are here! Every single server was friendly, kind and helpful. Such great customer service. The fried chicken is also the freshest and best flavor anywhere. It's always served piping hot and delicious. Eat it with their steamed or adobo rice and every bite will make you happy! I've decided it's my most fried chicken fast food anywhere. It's world renowned too and found in so many countries! The seasoning is excellent! Their chicken sandwich is also very delicious. It's a cheerful place to have lunch or dinner! I wish we had one in our hometown! Someday hopefully! Until then, we'll be regulars at their locations in Las Vegas!

Love jollibee! The workers are always so pleasant, and the food is always delicious. It's definitely our favorite fast food fried chicken. Their new Ube pies were also delicious! We will return time and time again.

I have to say that as good as Jolibee burgers are, they are overpriced. The best deal here is their chicken bucket deal but their prices is not one that is sustainable to spend on everyday but once in awhile.

Friends were always telling me about this place so I decided to try it . I got there about 9:45 pm. I order the 12pc bucket SPICY but was told only regular was available. I then ask if they can make a batch of spicy for me and I was willing to wait. Then they told me kitchen was closed. I got back home and found out it was open till 11pm. So basically they sold me stuff on the shelf sitting for who knows how long and lies to me that the kitchen was closed. This is wrong in everyway. They had the product, I told them I was willing to wait, they just wanted to serve the old chicken that was sitting there for hours first Update the business owner reply back and instead of addressing the problem. they didn't even bring it up and ask me to visit them again soon so they can serve me another bucket of bullshit.

Three chicken sandwiches - two of ours were spicy chicken sandwiches - one was the regular chicken sandwich, heavy on the sauce, a bit. Ala carte (not the combo) and we used the survey promo for a free peach mango pie, mmm (kinda reminds me of the old school apple pies at McDonalds). Masarap, everything was very good. Our favorites are the chicken sandwiches and the pies too. First time eating inside. (We've been here a couple times in the drive-thru.) Nice inside. Decor was nice. Seating was a mix of different types; we were seated at the rectangular tables with benches, opposite us at the same table were stools. Pretty big inside. One of the workers was cleaning (and this was often). The line to order is along the map wall. Fast service. Drink machine- fountain drinks. Bathroom is a single stall only. There is a hook.

Big applause to manager Jasmin, manager CK, and cashier Cena, good customer service, very pleasant and super nice. If I can give them more than 5 stars they deserved it . Manager CK went beyond to help me out, very nice manager. Even Ms. Cena did a very good job, very attentive. Good Job . Also very impressive I did not wait long for my take out orders. All my orders are soo delicious. Good Job Everyone! Good customer service! Bravo!Bravoh!

Hi Jollibee Rainbow! I went last Tuesday morning, this chicken tastes like they made it the day before and reheated/refry it the next morning. Thats why it's only "$11" cause they will give you reheated chicken. Im too shy to ask to change my chicken. I didn't even finish my meal because it tastes awful for me. You can do better guys. Hope you have a good day.

I've never actively had Jolibee before today. It's... fine. I can see if you grew up with this, you might stan it the way some people swear by chic-fil-a or Popeyes. The adobo rice I would eat a lot of but other things, other places do better.

03/20/24 can't go wrong with jollibee chicken. Taste and crunchiness been consistent. Ordered the 12 pc chicken and it came with 2 gravy sides. Also ordered the peach mango and ube pie. Again, no changes which is a good thing. Service through drive thru is quick and staff s friendly and respectful. Restaurant is clean in and outside. Got chicken? We got Jollibee on S. Rainbow. Happy finger licking good! Happy eats!!

My very first time here. Exciting much?! So I ordered a 3 piece combo and I wasn't aware that a fountain drink is included. With all the inflation, I figured any shit is extra $. As a person working drive-thru in the past, I'd always ask the customer-especially when you're ordering a combo, the particular drink (if included) and if they want to upsize etc.. An unaware male employee over the phone asked me, "Do you have the receipt?" I then replied, "No receipt but check the cameras. I'm Asian with a red hooded sweatshirt and paid with $20 cash." I left without the receipt because I was trusting the ethical motto. Like dude, you're not that busy at around 11am and I wonder why?! And the female was the one taking my order. Thanks for giving me the correct change. Quit flirting with one another and learn the prospectives of work etiquettes. I don't want your fountain drink anymore. It's just the principle. And to think I was about to give you a tip.

Wow! Haven't had Jollibee in a minute and was impressed. Definitely holds its own against the other "higher quality" American fried chicken places like Cane's and Chik-fil-A. Chickenjoy was so crispy and mashed potatoes and gravy actually had flavor that is better than sit-down restaurants.

We love Jollibee! In fact, my daughter picked the ube desert right away. Not only did she get a photo with one of her favorite characters, but she also thought it's family friendly. The service is always great with proper English spoken from every employ.

Food was great and came out pretty fast even though our order was huuuge. They actually had the Ube pie and aloha burgers, other locations did not have these when I went. Staff was very friendly as well!

I ordered a 6pc chicken strips along with other items on their drive through. I was asked to wait 15 minutes for the chicken strips to be prepared. When I got home I only received 3 pcs and was charged $15.99 for. I do not live close and it's difficult to return immediately when mistakes like this are made and it's done frequently. I called the location and they said they would refund my 6pm Chicken strips and it should reflect in 2 or 3 days. It been closer to a week and still no refund. Extremely disappointed in the service and value here. Their prices keep increasing and the service is headed in the opposite direction direction.

We've been here a few time and it was a hit and miss on the chicken. Sometimes they taste really good, sometimes no more taste. The gravy is on point though. Customer service was never dull. Always happy to serve, which is great. The palabok is always good. No complain.

Right now they have $25 deals so we were able to get a 12 piece. Without this deal, the usual price point here is higher than other chicken spots (KFC, Popeyes, Church's) but every place has their own special flavor and niche. My kids say that jollibee has juicier chicken than the rest and they loooove the palabok. But again, price point is such a factor. I can't afford Jollibee as often as I can compared to the other spots. For the first time in a long time we got the adobo fried rice and it was nice. The garlic flavor really hits but I'm surprised there wasn't much of a vinegar flavor to it. If you don't have a big appetite, an absolutely must to order is the peach apple pie. Dessert is always a good idea. The dine in service and drive thru service is always as fast as can be and polite. I don't mind being called ma'am because I know it's out of kindness and respect. They always say when there is a wait for the fresh chicken and will do their best to provide it as soon as possible, even if that means as a drive thru customer you have to park in front of the store. Maybe not the most popular opinion but we do not enjoy the gravy. We always try it but feel like ketchup does a better job with pairing. Definitely will attempt it with banana ketchup when I get around to buying it.

Food is gross. Chicken tasted like fish because obviously fried in same oil! Spaghetti is not Spaghetti is like super sweet bbq sauce on Spaghetti noodles very obnoxious! They have one size drink ultra children's small like 6 ounces after ice!!! Mash potatoes and gravy was not editable very strong over powering gravy that was gross! Food was very expensive 20 bucks for 2 very small pieces of fishy chicken, small serving of noodles and small mash potatoes. Let's not forget the happy meal soda! Save your money run away from this establishment as fast as possible!!

This place is as bad as it gets. The chicken sandwich is dry and flavorless. They charge you 90 cents if you want honey mustard which is insane. Never trust a fried chicken spot that sells spaghetti.

First off I will say the food is always hot and fresh. But today was the second time this cashier scammed me. The first time was a few months back I paid in cash in all one dollar bills. I counted the money three times and gave it to the cashier and she tells me I am $5 short. I knew I counted n checked it 3 times . But in the back of my mind I said maybe she is right. Got home and checked my wallet and I was right. I let it go. So today's rip off!!!!; my total was $30.95.The cashier swiped my card for $37!!!!!! WT ---F!!!! I am done with you jolly beeeeeee. Y'all pretend that you don't speak good English meanwhile you scamming a dollar here n there. People take your money where you won't be ripped off

Clutch! It's Christmas Eve 2024 and we all know that there's not too many places open for business today or tomorrow "Christmas Day" and I've tooking the response ability to treat my family to dinner tonight. With the hassle of five it didn't make any sense to order plates; Five different combos withs side items and cold drinks so, Jollibee would be my convenient choice of the evening. I've never experienced this restaurant, even with it being at the Korean market off Maryland next to WingStop. It's just any time we're craving chicken, we order WingStop! Now the excitement that I felt smelling that chicken in my car on the drive back home was anticipating. The food WAS fried fresh to my approval; IDK if this was due to it being so close too closing time or the holidays but, it was a busser beater. I ordered 10pc chicken half original and half hot, This order also comes with your choice of three sides & an additional 3pc order. Like I had spoke, this was my first time ordering from this franchise so, I ordered fries to be safe. The food was so much to my liking that I'm thinking to incorporate it into my favorites. Everyone's experience maybe different and we're all subject to our own opinion and I'm speaking mind; That chicken was good! It gives a Chick-fil-A vibe with all the workers all doing an assigned job. We even had a associate escort my baby-sister to the women restroom so I didn't have to become unbearable with such a task of following her in there if not consoling her through a closed door

I love the food from Jollibee! My favorites are the spicy ChickenJoy, Fiesta Palabok, Jolly Spaghetti, and the occasional Peach Mango Pie. I don't come here expecting the greatest service because it's a fast food restaurant after all, but I do expect accuracy in my order and the availability of their popular menu items. For some reason, this location really struggles to keep spicy chicken in stock, and they pretty much ruined my birthday by leaving out the gravy with my ChickenJoy meal. (Seriously, the gravy is essential to the meal, it just isn't the same without it!) This wasn't the first, second, or third time that they've left items out. I've learned that you have to absolutely make sure that everything you ordered is in your bag before you leave... but if you're ordering through meal delivery apps or if someone else is picking it up for you, you can't always expect to get 100% of what you ordered - be warned. I would rate lower, but the food's too good and I'm going to continue ordering here because it's the closest Jollibee to me. Wish the one on Sahara/Ft. Apache hadn't closed because I never got incomplete orders there. Management, please emphasize with employees to double check orders before handing them off!

Been using their app for YEARS , i loved henderson location & had no problems with their henderson location. moved to southwest area and they always sent me INCOMPLETE orders. i dont remember getting a complete order , every delivery there was something missing . they always promised a refund and i never got it in my bank. i usually call and let them know but it happened too many times so im leaving a review

First time ordering chicken tenders here and uh... $9 for this and had to wait additional 5-10 minutes for it. It wasn't even crispy and the gravy was hotter than the chicken...

Got a 2 piece with pancit. It was fine. It was good for something quick. The drive thru workers were nice and friendly.

Great Filipino comfort food. Wish there was one closer to home in Santa Rosa, CA. In any case, my family and I enjoyed lunching at this Las Vegas location.

Always loved Jollibee growing up! It sucked that there were only a few locations and they were on opposite ends of town. I love that they are opening more locations in Central Las Vegas. This location was a big hit when it originally opened. There's just something about Jollibee chicken that makes it so addicting. I know there are better places to go, but I always find myself coming back here and getting their chicken or spaghetti. I do have to mention that half the time, they are out of spicy chicken. I also notice that it's not always consistent when it is available; sometimes it feels like they dumped a whole jar of spice in the mixture, and other times, it's just perfect. I typically order through drive-thru, and despite how long the line is, as soon as you pull up to the window, your food is waiting. I don't ever find myself waiting any longer than 5 minutes after ordering. I do have to say that the prices have gotten EXPENSIVE in the last couple of years. I know they are trying to match our tax bracket, but the price of one yum burger basically matches the price of a full meal with a drink! Which is such a shame because the yum burgers are so delicious!

How does Jollibee run out of chicken and other iat 9:52 PM. And they close at 11:00 PM.

I never had Jollibee before and was very happy with my experience here! I ordered solo for myself some tenders, mashed potatoes, and a drink on a Friday at 5:30pm. I was expecting the drive thru would be busy but it was a breeze. I did have to wait about 5-8 minutes for tenders since they were slammed with online orders but I did not mind. I can't wait to go back and finally try an ube pie.

This place is the worst!! Food quality sucks and they never have food here. This is the second time I've been here at they say they are out of Chicken? You are a chicken place. You go through drive through and then you're stuck as they have no sense of service to place a sign or stop drive through. This place is the worst. Don't waste your time I'll never be coming back

This is some of the crispiest chicken I have ever had! My father in law has been encouraging me to try Jollibee for a while and I finally did. I tried the regular 2 piece meal. The crispy chicken was delicious but it lacked seasoning. I don't do spicy well but I would be willing to try theirs and see if it is better. The chicken was juicy and delicious otherwise. My main complaint was the fries were soggy and their hand pie was stale. The chicken is worth a try though!

First time here & I think I'm in love. I had their OG chicken sandwich and it was AMAZING. The place is very clean and a lot of open space & the service was swift

Made us wait for 10 minutes for regular chicken joy and got home ended up with whole bucket of spicy chickenjoy. Are you guys asleep OR you just don't like your customers? My 8 year old son was crying because he was craving the chicken and jollibee had to drop the ball and ruined dinner for him. SHAME ON YOU JOLLIBEE! SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

Jollibee Rest on Rainbow Las Vegas, the staff are friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered 3 Burgers Steak and it's fantastic. Very clean restaurant as well. Highly recommended! I had a wonderful experience at Jollibee Rest on Rainbow in Las Vegas! Cena and Mikoy are very helpful and gracious, I commend these two employees.

I recently dined at this location for a quick bite to eat for dinner unexpectedly. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked with the great service, and good food. Although their fries were kind of bland and run of the mill, basic fast food fries. I had there 3 piece chicken and two side. There chicken was very moist and cooked very well not undercooked at all. The mashed potatoes were decent but nothing special. The flavoring I had was the spicy chicken and it didn't disappoint. It had a good amount of kick to it. (Kind of cleared the sinuses) haha. The one thing I was very disappointed in was the restaurant was out of the mango pies which is a favorite of mine when I go to the other locations to eat. I always look forward to having one The ambiance is that of any fast food restaurant, but I will say that it was very clean and very professional. I will definitely be back hope they have the mango pie next time hahaha

I got a couple meals to go and everything was great. The service was excellent, the cashier was so friendly and helpful. I have only been a few times and he answered my questions. The chicken is delicious- crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Spicy chicken has a nice kick to it, and I like dipping it in the gravy. First time I had the Adobo Rice and it was yummy. Although I didn't eat there, I observed that the restaurant was very clean and tidy. If it was closer to where I live I would frequent it more often.

This is my first time to try Jollibee, not bad. The fried chicken was crispy enough for me, my kids love their cheesy yumburger. We will be back!

We decided to eat at Jollibee around 9pm after my friend had surgery earlier that day. She was hungry since she was not allowed to eat after midnight, and was craving Jollibee's fried chicken, and mashed potatoes and pineapple drink. We ordered a large 10 piece original bucket of fried chicken that came with five sides and five mango peach pies, as well as a six piece spicy bucket of fried chicken. We also ordered two of their pineapple beverages. After I had one sip of my friends drink, I regretted not ordering one for myself. It was that good! I thought to myself that beverage alone would be so refreshing on a hot Vegas day, especially at poolside. I will definitely return for that alone. The staff worked very well together, and they were so nice and friendly, and gave the impression that they appreciated our business. While waiting in the car for our food to be ready, I had to help my friend inside to use the restroom. This business was very busy with what looked to be very happy customers eating their meals. The restaurant and ladies room were all very clean and presentable. There was a soda dispenser and I actually got a couple cups of ice to refill my friends ice pack from her surgery. Our food happened to be ready while I was inside and one of the employees gave me extra napkins, plastic ware and plates with a couple extra bags so we could eat our food in the car. I must say, even though I am not a big fried chicken fan, or a fan of fast food, I was extremely impressed with the quality and freshness of all of our food. I actually ate two legs and a thigh with adobo rice and a pie. Even on my third piece of chicken, it was extremely hot, and I am a slow eater, lol. I loved the crispiness of the skin with the original batter and thought to myself this was so much better than KFC, Churches, or Popeyes in my opinion. Jollibee only serves dark meat which is fine by me. You aren't going to find chicken breasts or wings here. I loved the juiciness of the legs and thighs. My fingers were not full of grease like what I experienced at other chicken restaurants. My stomach tends to be very sensitive to greasy fast foods, especially the next day. But with this meal, I didn't have any gastric reflux or stomach issues after eating here last night. Since I tend to be a healthy eater, I definitely will return, but not on a frequent basis. I highly recommend Jollibee for the excellent customer service, the delicious fresh food at what I felt were reasonable prices, as well as in a nice clean cheery well lit popular environment.

Came here and got a bucket on a Wednesday 7:30 pm. The chicken has no crunch at all. That means it's been sitting there for a long time. How you gonna sell fried chicken with this kind of quality? The management team need to step up and make sure fried chicken is crunchy since you have a lot of competition around you such as kfc, Popeyes, church's chicken etc

Can't say I am a regular patron of Jollibee, but I have visited the one on W. Sahara a handful of times (in the same plaza as the Regal Theater when MoviePass was still around). Anyway, that's when I found out their Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was fantastic (before the Popeyes vs Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich War). Plus at some potluck events someone occasionally would bring buckets of Jollibee's Fried Chicken as their contribution. Recently I was craving fried chicken after a screening of Spider-Man, and mentally debated about ordering from KFC, Popeye's or Church's while in the parking lot, but opted to give Jollibee a go with their Chickenjoy Family Family Deal 2 (10 pieces of Chickenjoy Bucket served with gravy for dipping and 3 Peach Mango Pies). Ordering via their app was pretty easy and their estimate of how long it would take to have the order be prepared was within a minute. That's impressive! Just be mindful that the staff will not call out your name or or order number if ordering for pick up via the app. The To-Go order would just be placed on the rack near the entrance (right hand side) when it is ready to go. I tried the Original and Spicy, and would definitely recommend just sticking to their fabulous Original. The Spicy has a nice kick that builds up, but it is nothing special. The Peach Mango Pies are surprisingly good, and I would be order it again in the distant future when "lean meat extract" injected into pigs in China are made safe for human consumption, and not triggered a positive test result for banned substances for athletes competing in the upcoming Beijing Olympics.
