"A 2,500-square-foot restaurant is planned at the entrance to the Southwest Marketplace retail hub (intersection of Windmill Lane and Rainbow Boulevard) after more than a year in development; hiring began in June and a renewed search for “Restaurant Crew” applicants suggests an imminent debut.
