"Eighteen months since first revealed, Filipino fast-food experts Jollibee are finally hiring for its first expansion to Henderson, launching a stand-alone space with drive-thru on Eastern Avenue. Located at the Eastern Horizon, formerly Eastern Commons, retail center and sitting close to the Horizon Ridge Parkway, early plans called for a 3,002-square-foot building with an outdoor patio seating area, a short walk across the parking lot from the Seafood City Supermarket, Arby’s and El Pollo Loco. Describing itself as the Philippines’ number one fast food restaurant chain, the Filipino-inspired menu has earned a very loyal customer base at its its three existing Las Vegas locations at Village Square, the Southwest Marketplace and inside the eastside’s Seafood City supermarket. Famed for including the late Anthony Bourdain among its fans, the Henderson expansion has yet to update further details, or an opening date, but long filed paperwork hoped Jollibee would serve daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and include its popular menu of 'Chickenjoy' fried chicken, spaghetti, 'fiesta noodles,' peach mango pies, halo-halo desserts, and 'breakfast joys.'" - Bradley Martin

"Even counting Anthony Bourdain among its legions of fans, Filipino fast-food experts Jollibee plan to bring a fourth local expansion to the Eastern Commons retail center in Henderson. Las Vegas residents for more than a decade inside the eastside’s Seafood City and also at Village Square, a third outpost is currently hiring for its built-from-scratch restaurant at the Southwest Marketplace. The Henderson branch has yet to reach the permit approval stage, but will fill 3,002 square feet and feature a drive-thru and an outdoor patio seating area. The empty plot sits across the parking lot from the recently debuted Henderson home of Seafood City and a short distance from Bad Owl Coffee. On the future 'JFC' menu, fried 'Chickenjoy' selections, spaghetti, 'fiesta noodles,' peach mango pies, halo-halo desserts, and corned beef, sweet pork and beef tenders 'breakfast joys.' An estimated opening date has not been announced." - Bradley Martin

I tried their $11 meal and got the chicken sandwich. The fries were unsalted so I had to get packets of salt. The moment I walked up to the counter the manager immediately walked to me asking what I needed. He gave me a handful of salt. The fries are ok not the best. The chicken sandwich had a piece of chicken breast. Very flavorful and very juicy. The buns on the inside were toasted and had a buttery flavor. They do use mayo for the condiment. The flavors mixed together are phenomenal. The Ube pie is always delicious 😋 I've been to other Jollibees before but this is the first time I've been to a stand alone restaurant that's not inside a seafood city. The experience was very nice. I'll definitely come back.

Google
Absolutely ass, please make your chicken less slimy and freaking SEASON IT I wish i could give a 0 star review. Never get the chicken. The only good thing in there was a lemonade and thats store-bought. Please do better. I might try a burger. Also, ordered mashed potatoes and got straight gravy. Not even exaggerating it was just a tub of gravy.

We were visiting from out of town and had been aware of this Philippine franchise for a while. Decided to pull the trigger and taste it! Happy to share it’s a great fast food chicken spot. Definitely on par with the likes of Chick-fil-a, Popeyes and Cane’s. Staff at this location were extremely helpful and friendly. I mentioned it was our first time and they pointed us in getting the right items for a first time visit. Definitely recommend and coming back next time I’m in Henderson.

Google
WOW!!!!!! You are not gonna find any better fried chicken than here. It's literally flying off the shelves, every bucket has **FRESH** hot chicken, served with an amazing brown gravey that can't be missed. Forget the other fast food chickens because Jolliebee isn't messing around! Seriously stop by, try the chicken and never go back. They even have a drive thru!! Will definitely be hitting that up next time I stop in

I recently visited Jollibee and let me tell you, I was blown away! The chicken is so crispy, it's like biting into a flavor explosion. And don't even get me started on the fry's - they were hot and fresh, just the way I like them. But the real star of the show was the mango pie. It was so delicious, I could have eaten a dozen of them. And the adobo rice? It reminded me of my mom's recipe - talk about a blast from the past! Not only was the food amazing, but the staff was so friendly and the store was clean and well-kept. It's always a plus when you can enjoy your meal in a nice environment. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Jollibee. I'll definitely be back for more crispy chicken and delicious mango pies. Keep up the good work, Jollibee!

First time here. Never heard of the place but looked clean and bright. Decided to try. Outstanding flavor. Will visit again. And again. And again.

Google
Let's talk about the food. Chicken is just ok but if you dip it in that gravy it takes it to new heights so do t forget to dip....... Spaghetti was actually good for what it is. Peach pie way better then McDonald's version. I believe the peach pie is deep fried." Must try" Customer service was fine but definitely not the happy go lucky high energy you see on TV when Jollibee is being promoted. Atmosphere: here is where they really dropped the ball. All the tables that were available for dining were dirty and filthy.... This is not a big location so not sure what the issue is. I ate for about 30 min and did not see one employee come out to clean customers just kept coming in sitting on the already filthy tables as there was no other options at the time.

Google
The chicken is a hit and missed with the salt. Sometimes it is salty and sometimes it is fine. The menu board is too busy with words and can be difficult or confusing to order. Unlike other fast food places have pictures and words below make it easier to identify what to order.

Yelp
Jollibee isn't exactly top of mind when I want fast food but sometimes I get a craving. They have one of the only fried chicken offerings that I like. And I mean like real fried chicken. Not just chicken fingers which I would normally prefer. But I like the flavor and crunch of the chicken here. Even if it does have bones. And for some reason I like the spaghetti too. It seems weird to get fried chicken and spaghetti as a combo but dammit I don't care. I like both so why not get both. Even if the spaghetti is a bit different. Sweeter sauce. Hotdogs. Very much a familiar taste of childhood even though I didn't grow up on this. But it is that kind of offering that I like from Jollibee. Inexplicably familar. Tonight I switched things up a bit. Out of necessity really. I had a meeting to go to but needed a quick dinner. Fried chicken and spaghetti don't eat fast in a car so I went with a deluxe chicken sandwich with fries. All good things but pretty standard. It hit the spot and got me through the evening. That is the important thing. But I kind of missed the spaghetti after all. To round out my meal I ordered an ube pie. Well, they asked me if I wanted an ube pie or a peach mango pie. I've had both and both are good. But ube is one of those things that is just a little extra special that nobody else has. Fruit pies by comparison are fairly common. Tonight Jollibee served me well. There was no line in the drive-thru so that was nice. Food took a few minutes to get to me. I could see several other orders being worked on. It must have been more busy inside. Nevertheless I got my food, got to my destination up the hilland had plenty of time to eat before my meeting. I may stop by again in a couple of weeks when I go back for meeting part 2. Next time, though, I'll switch it up again and try a yum burger. I'll be missing the spaghetti again but all in the name of expanding my food horizons.

Yelp
Very rarely do I eat fried food. But today was the day. I was craving fried chicken. I used the app and placed my order online then pick it up in the drive thru. The lady was so sweet, we had a nice chat. For all the haters out there, this is a Filipino food joint. You cannot compare Jollibee to KFC, just like you cannot compare Memphis BBQ to Texas BBQ. If you tried and didn't like it, that's on you. I enjoyed the chicken and gravy and even the spaghetti hit right. And I especially appreciate the packaging. The bag was well sealed with stickers and the drink lid was also covered with a tamper proof seal. In the future, if I need delivery, I know I can trust it. Have a jolli day!

Tasha S.

Yelp
The chicken is juicy and crispy. I love it.not over seasoned. The chicken skin is to die for, luv the crispiness. I recommend.

Leena T.

Yelp
My fav Jollibee location in Vegas. Always fully staffed and the employees are amazing and full of smiles each time. The most comforting fast food joint Can't beat 20$ 6 piece two sides and two drinks and it's just the best. Adobo rice is my favorite

Amanda C.

Yelp
Jollibee is nostalgic for me. It's not a "new" chicken spot; it's been in the United States since the late 90s, originally from the Philippines since the 70s. Jollibee and Zippy's are my two comfort food spots. A heads-up for those who think this is a new spot: Filipino spaghetti is quite different from other types of spaghetti. It's sweet, which is how we enjoy it, but it's an acquired taste. In my opinion, their aloha chicken sandwich is better than most fast food chicken sandwiches (don't come for me). However, the fries are probably the most disappointing side they have to offer, depending on how you rank your top five fries (if you put in-n-out up there, then maybe you'll like the blandness of these fries). Don't miss out on their pineapple quencher--it's my favorite drink during these triple-digit summers. Restaurant is always clean, always good service -- no complaints from me.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
I have to say that this is some of my favorite fast food fried chicken. The flavors and spices are just right and the chicken is oh so crispy. I love the service that I get here because it seems as though everyone is always in a good mood; they make customer service a priority. This location is close to anyone who frequents Henderson. The menu is a bit pricey, but, as I always say, quality over quantity, especially when it's "good eats".

Dave W.

Yelp
I'll make this fair and to the point: I was really looking forward to trying out this newer fried chicken restaurant. The place certainly looked modern and clean, with a trendy vibe that made me excited to taste their food. However, when I finally got my hands on some of their chicken, I have to say I was pretty disappointed. It just didn't taste good to me at all. The breading was bland and the meat itself lacked good flavor it just tasted....odd. It came with some sort of Gravy too. Maybe it was just an off day for them, or maybe my tastebuds are different from everyone else's. Regardless, I know Jollibee is a "thing" and there is a following to this place. This brand though, is not for me. i just didn't vibe with the taste.

Mary H.

Yelp
My sister raves about the chicken sandwich. I don't eat much fast food but hey since I got a good recommendation why not while in the area right? Did drive through got the chicken sandwich meal which was $9.99 plus tax total $10.83 The sandwich was hot, fries hot. It was ok meat was seasoned the buns was a miss I ended up not eating one half of the bun. Not sure I would try it again.

Yelp
Jollibee jollibee. This was my second and ultimately last time ever. I wanted to give this place a fair chance so when my bf and I left Seafood city- I convinced him to try Jollibee because he is a connoisseur of Korean fried chicken. It looks like I'll be in the dog house for a minute after this one. When pulling into the drive thru, the order taker was impatient with a bit of a tude. Knowing I was not a fan of their spaghetti from my previous experience I took a minute to peruse the menu and settled on their chicken tenders and the one thing I know I love- their pie. We were advised to pull around because our food would take about 7 minutes- no big, we anxiously and hungrily awaited our food. When it came, we dove in and immediately the chicken tasted off. I chalked it up to maybe bad oil and ate about two tenders because I was starving. My bf didn't love the sauce or the chicken and wanted to wait until we got home to use bbq with his. He was also pretty peeved at the two bites of Mac and cheese he got with his meal. I'll never hear the end of "we shoulda gone to KFC." While preparing to leave we looked for the pies and noticed they were missing. I went in to grab them and noticed half the staff were in the side office celebrating what I assume was a birthday with cake. The front counter girl had a line and looked a little distressed waiting. 3 people made eye contact with me that were walking by and ignored me and finally a younger guy came to my pie rescue and apologized. All was good as I hopped into my car and headed home- until about an hour later when a world war erupted in my stomach. Massive cramping and abdominal upset so bad you'd think there was a fog horn in my backyard. Then came the bathroom trips. I thought maybe it was just the start of a bad girl summer out here with this non winter weather until my bf took up living in the guest bathroom and has lived there for two days. Whatever kind of demon bug rode shotgun on that chicken, it's taken us both out. Safe to say our Xmas dinner will consist of water and saltines. I didn't think I was on the naughty list this year but boy am I paying for something and it was trying Jollibee. Never ever again!

Yelp
I have unexpected visitors who are fond of Jollibee, so I placed an online order, but unfortunately, I forgot to add more items. The clerk informed me that once an online order is placed, it is final. Fortunately, Elizabeth, an employee, overheard our conversation and was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your assistance you are the BEST.

lawrence G.

Yelp
I just had Jollibee for the first time. Right before I read the reviews which weren't great. So I decided to do a review. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. I have good things and not so good things to say. Overall not terrible. Place looks nice and clean. Service was fast. No one in line. Lots of employees. All working hard. The food was hot. Hottest fast food I ever had. Sandwich was pretty large. Fried pretty crispy. Not much flavor. In fact the only flavor I could fast was the mayo. And lots of mayo. Just chicken. Mayo and bread. Chicken was a good quality. But no flavor. And fries. Also no flavor and undercooked. I couldn't finish my sandwich because the mayo was taking over. The whole thing covered.

Ruth S.

Yelp
10/02/24 ordered a spicy chicken sandwich $9.99 at drive-thru. They will ask if you want lettuce and tomatoes in it. If yes, it's a $1 more ($10.99) . Got thrown off a bit but I have to say, their chicken sandwich is really good. Drive thru is clean at least. Happy eats!

B S.

Yelp
Service could do better! I placed an order on 1.5.2025 in the drive thru. They asked me park in the front which I did due to my food taking a little more time. I waited 25 minutes in the front and during this time 7 different workers approached my car with the wrong order. As I kindly declined the orders, not once did the manager of the store come out to rectify the situation or come up with a solution. As they finally brought my order out, they still did not provide all the items on my receipt. Then instead of an apology the response I get was the cashier did not ring it up. (Rain, the cashier) read my order back to me three (3) times! How is this my fault. Why are we throwing blame on the customer? I paid for my food in full and all I needed was my order complete and in a timely manner. Although the food is good, service was not as expected. Especially for a culture that prides itself in customer service and integrity. It's a shame that the Assistant Manager could not solve this issue as a leader, but fell short on a simple fix. This city of hospitality should do better. Shame.

Nathan S.

Yelp
I've heard of this place but never tried it I decided to give it a shot and was very dissatisfied. Yes they greeted me when coming in but very unattentive customer service. The worst thing about it was trying their Aloha burger. While it was kinda good they served it me scolding hot not warning that it's hot or any caution notice on the label or employee. I burned the top of my mouth leaving burnt tissue and unpleasant discomfort for a week. I looked online that I can sue them for that but I already let too much time past so I saw it as an inconvenience. I'm making a review to warm others at least to be careful of this place.

Gabriel S.

Yelp
First time here. The person at the counter was very friendly. The location was very clean even though it was busy inside. We ordered a two piece special with mashed potatoes and gravy. It also came with a drink and peach pie. The chicken was very good. I had a spicy leg and my wife had the regular thigh. Hit, crunchy and juicy. I'd give it 8.5 out of 10. I'm going to say I'm still a Popeyes fan though.

Apple S.

Yelp
Got the spicy chicken sandwich and the good thing is that it has jalapeños on it. It was better than Wendy's but definitely not a chick filet! The fries were decent. It's a Pepsi establishment.

Evangeline L.

Yelp
Got to eating the fried chicken2 piece and palabok so often we had to stop having them for a while . But you miss it ... donuts time to go back . LOVE their peach mango pie ! Palabok has a good amount of topping although I've had to ask for additional sauce as the palabok noodles hot too dry to mix . Don't forget to check on your lemon juice when doing a take out - they sometimes forget. Friendly staff . Clean dining area . Family and kid friendly. No real ambience to speak of - but hey ! Staff friendliness shines !

Jonalyn D.

Yelp
Didn't give us any gravy with our chicken and only one set of utensils even though we had 2 meals. Employee was also very rude. Never going to any jollibee ever again after that experience.

Caroline L.

Yelp
Quick, fast and easy fast food place that is different from all the other chains. Ever since I discovered Jollibee I'll randomly crave their peach mango pie and combo meals. This is the Asian version of KFC and they do it better in some ways, especially if you love rice with your chicken. I recommend either their 2 piece 2 side combo or their family bucket combo that comes with peach mango. For the 2pc 2 side, I always get the sides rice and mashed potato and the drink as pineapple Juice. I like to pull the chicken off the bone, dunk it in the gravy and bite it with a fork full of rice. The gravy makes everything taste so yummy!!! The chicken is nice and juicy and fresh and comes as regular or spicy, I prefer regular just bc I think the flavor tastes better. There's a drive through here and service is always quick with friendly workers. Also it's in the same plaza as Seafood City market so super convenient.

Ms. FeFi M.

Yelp
Okay I have a question? Never eaten here before so I don't know. If these are large containers what is a small? Anyway service was good and the place was very clean. Food was bought for 3 guys and they were all good with the food.

Taylor M.

Yelp
me and one of my best friends went and bought six different chicken sandwiches from places and blind taste test all of them... Jollibee's spicy chicken sandwich was THE best by far... SOOO GOOD

Nette B.

Yelp
Want a great meal?!!! Well, Jollibee never disappoints. My friend says, "I can't eat chicken," so Jollibee it is. We made our way to Henderson and visited this location. This location is great since the restaurant is not connected with a Seafood City like other locations. Food: Chicken Joy - 1 Piece Chicken anf gravy with Spaghetti. Washed down with a pineapple juice. The Chicken is always cooked to perfection and I'm now a fan of sweet filipino Spaghetti. Although I'm filipino, I did not grow up eating sweet spaghetti. Overall, it was a great location and easy parking.

Cyn T.

Yelp
We tried a 3 piece chicken with fries to see how this chicken tasted. It didn't have much seasoning and the fries were bland. We weren't sure what to do with the gravy, so we tossed it. The food was just okay.

Michael B.

Yelp
Jollibee; you guys should train store employees about the change in the Spicy chicken recipe. It's not the same !! Very Bland & no spice at all. It's unfortunate too, we purchased an entire bucket only to find out something was wrong .. it's wasnt the same were all familiar with. Come to find out on Google , they're serving up a different recipe and people are not liking it. We called the store - the manager apologized and confessed it's an issue they're dealing with & customers have been complaining about it. Please bring back the original spicy chicken and stop selling the imposter , wannabe chicken .

Derrick S.

Yelp
Good food , a hidden treasure everyone was very nice and service was quick would go again

Marie T.

Yelp
Ok so after our last dine in experience, I can certainly say we won't be back any time soon. I may be in the minority, but I just don't love their food. The spaghetti is just straight up not good. I've had homemade Filipino spaghetti and this is just not it. And the chicken is not the best quality. Sorry, but not sorry for being honest. The only thing worth coming back here for is their peach mango pie. They are freaking delicious!!!!! The nail in the coffin?! It was seriously so gross. So as we were eating, I saw an older employee clean up a spill on the floor with a little towel. And with that same towel, she wiped up tables and then wiped the trash can and then wiped trays!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! She didn't dip it back into any solution nor did she use a different towel. We were literally in shock when we saw this. Luckily we were finished eating when this happened, but I still left in disgust. My dad (who works in the hospitality business) said "it's good the health department wasn't here." Needless to say, we won't be dining in anytime soon. And if we were to stop by, it'll just be for the peach mango pies from the drive-thru. Note to management, please teach your employees proper sanitary practices.

Dustin E.

Yelp
This place is a bit of a conundrum for me. I heard about it and wanted to try it. I ordered a hamburger with cheese it was terrible. I will never order it again. Then I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. This was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life! The spice level was a little much for me so I'll get the non-spicy version next time. But the delicious white breast meat and perfect breading and frying made this sandwich very, very special. Let me be clear: This chicken sandwich is better than any fast food restaurant you can think of. I have tried them all. This one has no equal. I will be back. Avoid the hamburgers. They are terrible!

Yelp
Look I love jollibee. The nostalgia the memories in Manila even the early one on top of the hill at Daly City Ca all of that I get it but inflation sucks, the pricing is a tad off I mean 2 piece chix joy w palm full of jolly spaghetti +drink $15 it's about $4 overinflated than what it should be but if you like to splurge cause it was payday and you woke up and yelled out "YOLO!" then go for it it's still delicious. Customer service was meh. I walked in 3 people were gathered at a register shadowing training a couple of new peeps and I stood there for about 5 mins before I could order mines I was the only customer standing there lol but ambiance is clean the two aunties was constantly cleaning tables and bathrooms are clean.

Luciana M.

Yelp
I know the reviews are not that well, but I figured I'd go try it anyway and this is what happened. The drive-through window employee was very nice. He hooked me up with a special instead of ordering things separate so I got a good deal but overall the chicken was good and it was actually a good and crunchy experience. I'm gonna give it four stars. It's definitely a different batter than American chicken taste but not bad . Gravy was great . Pie was good and hot.

Claudia E.

Yelp
Our very first Jollibee experience! We are from out of town and after my husband got his morning coffee shop at a little shop nearby, we had to jump on the opportunity to try it. We got in right at opening, and the locale was really nice, bright and clean. The staff was really friendly too. We got some fried chicken, spaghetti, palabok, and some peach mango pie. The standouts were the spaghetti and the pie for us. The palabok was interesting, I wasn't ready for it right at opening, but I would like to try it again. Overall we had a good experience and we now understand the hype! Hopefully they bring one of these to our town!

Yelp
"There might be some credit in being jolly!" Charles Dickens We all must begin somewhere, right! Let's all be joyous and jolly! Many times in passing this restaurant one sees the lines that are in the drive thru. Could they be onto something? Perhaps, let's see. First, some history, knowing is power. When something is happening and such a favorite there is usually a reason. The Jollibee's history is rich. First off according to their histories the bee was selected because it was so hard working. The employees seem to be busy little bees too. The sweetness of the bees job for the world evokes the "sweet life too!" Being such a big it around the world in places such as Papua New Guinea and the Philippines in the 70s it just clicked with the way individuals wanted to eat. Gone were hamburgers and ice cream from the menu replaced with spaghetti and their world famous chicken. Who would of thought that a menu with spaghetti and chicken would make such an impact here in America. Dream and dream bigger. The Jollibee with its white gloves and cute little hat gave life to a new epic menu that all of us can enjoy. It's a beautiful place that here in America we can have flavors from around the world. Preserved in their original way delivered to you from individuals that work hard like a busy bee. The tastes are out of this world. Make sure and have some. It's all smiles and more smiles as the crew goes back to back customers they hand out the orders to hungry people. It's our turn. Wow, that chicken looks so delicious. The menu is a mix of flavors from other places all made just for you and me. Come and sample what other cultures have to offer us. Don't you want to be jolly? If you do then let's go. A wide menu and range of flavors are here. Find something new that you would never of known about! Now let's go and celebrate each moment. Happy is yours always!

Madai H.

Yelp
This is not at all a review of the employee service. This review is for the owners of this establishment. It's 111 degrees today. I walk in and it feels hot, stuffy & poor air circulation. I ask is the AC broken? The answer is they don't have AC unit in the building. I truly feel bad for the employees the most & the customers second. We can always opt to take it to-go.

Corey T.

Yelp
Like the spicy chicken. Spaghetti sauce on the sweet side. Going back to order different things.

Errol C.

Yelp
Filipino fast food at its finest. Can never go wrong. Quick and friendly service. Menu will accommodate all ages. A must go specially for Chicken lovers. Don't forget to dip your chicken to the gravy. You won't regret it.

Gabe C.

Yelp
It's exactly what you would expect from a good fried chicken spot. The service is quick and the drive thru is very efficient. The restaurant has some friendly decorating and you know what you are getting when you come here.

Jessica P.

Yelp
LOL. Gosh, Jollibee shouldn't be getting such a bad rap here! Jollibee is a fast food restaurant chain serving Filipino food!!! So, it isn't for everyone at first bite. It should grow on you though if you give them a chance!! How about give these a try: *Pineapple Quencher *Peach Mango Pie *Palabok Fiesta (pancit) *Chickenjoy fried chicken with gravy *Spaghetti - if you're open to trying a sweet sauce version with hotdog. Hehe! I'm Filipino so hopefully you trust my judgement. Haha! I've been to Jollibee in the US and in the Philippines. Just like any other fast food chain, you may not get things hot n fresh every....single...time. That's just the way most fast food operate, right? Especially if you wait to eat em up until you get home because you're ordering through a Drive-thru. I promise, Jollibee is pretty decent!!! Believe it or not, I get cravings for Jollibee as much as I have regular cravings for the Golden Arches. ;-) Customer service has always been great for us at this establishment! Smile and you may receive one back!!

Jane M.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try Jollibee since its opening in 2020. Filipino fast food chicken? Yes please! But plagued with bad reviews, I just couldn't. Fast track 2 years later, I was in the area and saw a few cars in the drive thru. They moved through quickly and saw another round of cars go through. They too, moved through the drive thru quickly, so I figured they finally got the kinks worked out and gave it a try. Pulled through the drive thru and was greeted by friendly employee. Took my order and drove up to pay. My order was hot and ready and headed home to check it out. Once home, my 3 piece spicy chicken meal with gravy was still piping hot! Loved that they had little markers showing they were the spicy ones. One bite and i was hooked! Super super crispy, with a nice kick of spice!! I dislike when food is labeled spicy and there is no heat to it. The chicken was juicy and tender and spicy!!! Oh and piping hot!!! I dipped my chicken into the gravy and oh was it so tasty. Its a traditional type gravy but with a few Filipino spices. Ordered a peach mango pie as well and it did not disappoint! I hope this is a new trend for Jollibee and they keep up the great service and the tasty food!

Yelp
First time to give a comment to Jollibee Henderson Just asking them that they forgot the rice. But the way you responded Gab seems We just want a free rice from you. We bought it your combo with rice burger steak , chicken and rice . Not all customers are asking rice just to have free rice. The way you answered Parang nanloloko customer mo. Look I pictured that day When we bought that combo. Gab that's our food That night NO RICE

Yelp
Rico & Russell were the ones who helped me today. Luckily the quality of the food is not a reflection of the quality of their customer service. Russell initially took my order and when I asked about promo pricing for the fried chicken he got really flustered and asked Rico to help me instead. Rico was able to help me out but seemed to have a hard time figuring out how to put my order in on their system. One thing that really bothered me was that while I was waiting for my order, the staff all seemed to not be busy, playing around with one another, and were talking to their bunch of friends who all happened to walk in. Staff were running back and forth between being behind the counter and not, tagging their friends and running off to get things for their friends. It was rather annoying, too, to have to wait and wonder if my food was ready or whether these employees fooling around caused my wait time to be much longer than necessary. I wondered even if some of what these visiting friends came from behind the counter munching on was part of what should have been my order or not. Ugh! I understand what it's like to have your friends visit you at work. I was once a young kid who worked retail and would every now and then be surprised by friends who came by to say hey. I get it. But I did not ignore my customers or shy away from my duties. I was really upset and I hope that they realized that. It wasn't fun to have to wait so long for my order and it was even more disappointing to be made to feel like I didn't matter. Since this experience I have not returned to this store. I'm not planning on it either. During a past experience, I placed an online/phone order. I was told that the order would be ready in about 20 minutes. I got there just before the 20 minute mark. I let the cashier know that I was there and that I was waiting for my order when it was ready. It took another 35 minutes. I waited for a while and asked how much longer it might be. They didn't know but they did tell me that no portion of my order except for the peach mango pies was ready or had been made. I liked that my food was going to be fresh and hot since it was just being made but even that wasn't the case. My spaghetti was cold. The noodles were hard and the sauce was cold. It was gross. I also had the chicken joy. The chicken, at least one piece, was undercooked and some of the other pieces were cold, like they'd given us scrap left over pieces and didn't have enough so they had to fry a few more to complete the order. Talk about bad! I tried to call the store but by the time that I called, they'd stopped answering the phone although based on their posted hours, it said that they were open for another hour. Hmm. I was furious but didn't bother trying to contact any kind of corporate office or anything. I figured, then, that I'd give this store a 2nd shot but well, you see how that turned out. I also found it interesting that folks inside, employees as customers, were not wearing masks. I thought it was a mandate. I guess not. That was really irresponsible though. I also didn't like the fact that the employees acted like they didn't have things to do and yet their trashcan was over flowingly full. The photos that are mine were from the first visit and the review is after my 2nd. At least, as you can see, the first time I visited the store the store was much neater and cleaner. Ugh! So definitely, my first visit here was terrible. I thought maybe it was some sorta fluke thing. I gave 'em a second chance to earn my loyal business. NOPE. that was botched too. So, no more. Thanks but it just isn't worth the trouble or feeling un-safe. Disappointing!!

Yelp
Unexpectedly tried Jollibee for the first time and genuinely enjoyed it! we liked it so much, we went back a second time the following day. Location easy to find, ample parking. Friendly staff! I recommend the chicken joy if you're a fan of fried chicken. the chicken sandwiches are also pretty great! i preferred the spicy version - however, it does have jalapeños so opt for the regular (also very tasty) if you'd prefer less spice. We also tried the spaghetti - sweeter taste but equally as tasty! The mango peach pies are absolutely great and put a mcdonald's pie to shame - def try this too.

Yelp
This restaurant is very clean fast and friendly. This is exactly what you want from a fast food restaurant. The spicy fried chicken is the best in town. Pear that with garlic, rice or mashed potatoes and gravy and you can't go wrong you will be craving their fried chicken! I will be back here just for their fried chicken and say dishes. They're mango peach pies are a must have!

Yelp
I ordered 2pcs spicy chicken with spaghetti, 1 palabok and ube pie. I was happy when they told me that they finally have their spicy chicken back but got disappointed right away when they didnt even gave me the 2 spicy chicken that i ordered and paid for. You guys should've not told your paying customers that you have it even if you dont.Very disappointed.I don't think im gonna come back on this location anymore.

Yelp
Did not get a receipt at the drive thru. I had to ask for it after the employee walked away from giving me my food at the parking lot. They forgot the mashed potatoes and I noticed after I got back to my hotel. I call to ask why they forgot and Angel the manager said to come in anytime but not today for a refund. I asked when is anytime, she said anytime not today. AGAIN I asked. Can I come in today? No not today but anytime is fine.... What the heck??? She then said she can give me a cash refund just not on the card. I asked can I come in today she said sure anytime. I'm sorry but that is incredibly confusing! And throughout this conversation she keeps cutting me off saying multiple times come anytime to get me off the phone. At no point was I rude. Angel (manager), please work on your soft skills in customer service or maybe just your grammar and listening skills.

Yelp
Hands down the best fried chicken place we ate at when we moved here from hawaii. Service is awesome and fast. Food is always hot, moist and fresh. My go too is the meal with 3 chickens and two sides and don't forget the palabok! soooo good

Yelp
Terrible Jollibee management customer service answers in generic response on this app that doesn't apply to the review. It shows they don't care just checking a box

Yelp
I am vegetarian, so I have limited options here. But I was astounded when they charged me the total price for a mere (smaller than a kid's palm) plain cheese and bun &5.00. I ordered the palabok with no meat. They could've put more noodles in it. I felt I paid so much, $50+ for a useless meal. I want to see if the quality and the price of Jollibee fits the name. I was not jolly after all the purchases. I don't recommend this place. If you're a vegan or vegetarian, they will charge you a total price for the meats that is not even part of your dish. I am really disappointed and do not have any ounce of justifying coming back here. I asked my boys about the chicken, and they said it's subpar and mostly they served the worse part of any chicken. I would be more inclined to order at Chic fil A than here for being a vegetarian.

Yelp
Decent Filipino chicken shack comparable to KFC, Churches, and Popeyes. It's a Filipino joint that also has the Filipino spaghetti which I love. Haven't tried the sandwiches yet. Has a drive thru for those who would rather eat inside. Service is adequate and efficient. Worth a try if you're hungry and nearby.

Yelp
Generally, Jollibee can do not wrong in my eyes. But this location ran out of spaghetti and mac & cheese which was such a bummer. The chicken was still fresh, gravy still delicious, and service was quick. Only one star off for not having some main commodities available (I'm assuming people were ordering it for catering from Thanksgiving the day before but still bummed)
