"A confirmed relocation to the Eastern Commons retail center in Henderson will involve building a new 2,941-square-foot restaurant on the Eastern Avenue wing of the parking lot; paperwork for construction permission has been filed but diners should expect delays while the project moves through approvals. The site, located across from a Jack In the Box and a short distance from the recently opened Seafood City, is slated to operate daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and will feature a drive-thru, outdoor patio seating, and the familiar menu of Chickenjoy fried chicken, spaghetti, fiesta noodles, peach mango pies, halo-halo desserts, and breakfast items." - Bradley Martin
