This food was perfectly seasoned, crispy, and the gravy was a warm drink if you will! I love this spot first time was today definitely won’t be my last.i went back today and it wasn’t as fresh the flavor changed because of that one element. I got three piece and a side and I didn’t finish it because it wasn’t as fresh as the last time. The review stands because you are able to make it an excellent level.

Perfect place to taste home! From the crispy Chickenjoy to the sweet Jolly Spaghetti, every bite brings back memories of the Philippines.

The 2 piece chickenjoy was delicious. Even the mashed potatoes were good. Just make sure you put the gravy on the chicken and get 2 pockets of hot sauce on the side. Does Jollibee have the best chicken? 🤔🍗

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with adobo rice. The sandwich was tasty and fresh like the rice. I like Jollibee but the portion of the food you get for the money you pay doesn’t really make sense( 15.00 for a meal).The service is great, friendly, fast and there’s plenty of parking.

I loved how this Jolibee location felt like a hole-in-the-wall spot to chill and hang out. The interior is a lot smaller than other Jolibees I've been to, but comfortable. The food is always fantastic, especially the Chickenjoy, Spaghetti, and the Ube Pie.

I was hesitant to try this place but I liked it so ima put yall on 😂. the drive thru is always pretty quick and the food is actually really good and it’s affordable too!!! I get the three-piece with the spaghetti also it comes with a side of tasty Gravy that I dunk the chicken that makes it yummmyyyy. Got all this food for 15$

I ordered a Palabok from Jollibee on Beverly Boulevard, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While eating, I found an eggshell mix in with the noodles. This was not only offputting, but also concerning from a Safety standpoint. Eggshells in food can pose a choking hazard and indicate a lack of care in food preparation. I usually enjoy Jollibee's food, But this incident left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning their food safety standards. I hope management takes steps to improve their kitchen practices to ensure this doesn't happen again. It's important that customers can feel safe and confident in the meals they are served.

I only put 1 star because I have to put it, but if it was my choice, I would put 0 stars. Food is really bad, no flavor, tastes like paste, really bad.

Time for a review update! It's been years since I last went to this location so giving credit where it is due! Big improvement on their service! The staff is super courteous and friendly, the restaurant itself has been nicely updated - it is clean and bright! The Chicken Joy remains delicious, crunchy yet juicy as always, love topping it off with a steaming hot off the oven peach mango pie! The spaghetti is as how I've always remembered it as a kid, the sweet red sauce loaded with meat and cut-up hotdogs! (SO---whatever Benny Blanco - your overly exaggerated dislike and grossed out reaction of jolly spaghetti totally backfired huh? Anyway, these entitled so called "influencers" does not deserve our attention) Jollibee is pretty much a Filipino tradition, so as you can imagine, to insult what has been a part of the Filipino culture is pretty much an insult to the people itself. ANYWAY Jollibee is my Pinoy comfort food - everyone has their preference regarding their chicken but for me - it will always be The Chicken Joy!... Cheers!

The cheesy yumburger is my favorite thing from Jollibee, and I don't even like burgers! To be honest I don't think the tenders are well seasoned, I won't be ordering these again although they did give me extra tenders! I've pie is a yummy treat! The staff are always friendly and in a good mood. They are fast and even items they said would take a minute to cook by order were ready when I got to the window.

I love Jollibee! Jollibee makes me feel like a JOLLY BEE! XD Due to allergies and food sensitivities, I can't eat food deep fried in soybean oil or that contains a lot of germs/chemicals. Good to know that Jollibee deep frys their chicken in sunflower oil. So good and juicy, and their meals are big portions of pieces of meat for a good price. They also have a variety of dipping sauces including gravy!

Recently went to Jollibee. I had previously gone a few months ago for the first time. I actually really enjoyed the chicken. It's been a couple months, so I went again, and was so disappointed! The first time I'd gone I had nice sized chicken tenders. Adequate For an actual meal. This time they were so small. A $15 meal, and the tenders were like pencils. I get restaurants are struggling, I get they need to make some adjustments because of the new minimum wage... But $16 for three pencils? And as much as I love, Anthony Bourdain, that spaghetti is not my jam. Love him... But he's wrong in this case. It taste like spaghetti sauce, and sugar. Not a fan!

With very limited seating and a narrow drive-thru, this place can feel a bit tight, but the experience makes up for it. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. The chicken was cooked perfectly. However, they could clean up the tables and chairs a bit more.

I know I'm late to the party, but I've been wanting to try Jollibee for a while. When I told a few of my Filipino friends that I was giving it a shot, the feeling of sheer pride they shot at me was obvious. This is why I'm giving it the extra star. Any place that brings joy and happiness to people because of their cultural background deserves an extra star in my book. First off, the spaghetti is bomb. Reminds of the kind of spaghetti you get in Hawaii at someone's house. The sweet sauce and the hotdogs! I should have ordered more. The chicken was also good. Honestly much better than the last time I had KFC. Everyone told me about the gravy too. Not as good as the smothered chicken at Roscoe's, but still good. If there was one closer to me, it would definitely be in the rotation. Looking forward to going back for more spaghetti.

Bumped it up a star. For a national fast food establishment, their fried chicken is top-notch, especially the spicy chicken. I don't expect much with fast food spicy fried chicken but this one has a pretty good kick. Crispy flavorful batter on the outside and juicy chicken in the inside, the spice is marinated throughout. The heat is bearable but it will definitely make your lips tingle. I did something different and ordered it with adobo rice and this is going to be my combo for awhile. I normally get the palabok (flavorful but a bit wet) and the sweet spaghetti. The peach mango pie is a must and good luck in getting the pineapple coconut. Spicy fried chicken sandwich rates pretty high in my book ass well. The bun is soft and the chicken breast is generous. Customer service is top notch and I always get friendly service here. My only criticism is how backed up the drive through gets. It's not really Jollibee's fault but I get nervous if i am still on the street trying to pull in.

I'm not gonna lie. The stars on this locations review had me leery. BUT I don't have one anywhere near me and I was in Korea Town with the kids so I had to take the chance. Best decision ever!! Maybe because I didn't go inside?? Idk. I went through the drive-thru, the lady on the headset was nice (she had an accident so sometimes it was hard to understand her, but she happily repeated herself), I didn't feel rushed and that was great for me because I was so excited!! I did a six piece bucket , and my left boys had the chicken sandwiches. All my food was fresh. And piping hot. I had a long drive back home, I took the risk of dipping my drumsticks in the gravy along that heavy bumper-to-bumper commute. Amen!! It's was the one thing that made me so happy the whole ride as steam was coming out of my chicken every single bite! (Insert Homer drool here) . There wasn't a taste in the chicken of old grease. You could tell the grease was clean. The gravy was spot on. I had everything in my bag. I'm a huge advocate of checking yelp reviews before going to an establishment , however my experience at this particular location is exactly why I recommend using discernment too.

Somehow we always end up in this location for Jollibee when we drive out to LA area. The location isn't great. It does get busy. Food and service is 5/5. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I love Jollibee. I happened to be running errands in the area and decided to stop by to pick up lunch for my family. The drive thru was a breeze. I always get a little overwhelmed ordering because I want everything but the lady taking my order was so kind and patient. We got one yum burger, an order of spaghetti, 6 piece original chicken meal with adobo rice, gravy and fries and two Diet Pepsi drinks. It was about $35 which I think is great for my family of 4 to eat and still have some left over for later. The food came out quickly and I was very happy with my experience here. I wish they would open up more locations. I'm in the middle of this one and the one in Torrance so it's a drive either way but I will happily make the trip when the craving strikes.

Nice location with a drive thru. Dining room could be bigger. I liked the aloha chicken sandwich. $8 is pretty high for "fast" food tho. Wages be waging. Anyway the ube pie wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

Been here many times before. This drive thru needs improvements! Honestly Sucks. Most of time it takes 8-15minutes even with 1 car in front of me. The speaker is usually bad to hear and they always ask me to speak louder or directly into mic. If the line is into the street, I will not stop even with any ChickenJoy cravings. They have cleaned up the menu boards. If your want the infamous fried chicken with spaghetti or mango pear pie. Cheesy yum burger with fries (favorites for the kids)Gotta come by This place. Recently I try to go Downtown most of the time nowadays for these cravings.

I know the pictures aren't pretty or anything but Jollibee fried chicken is sooooo good. No wonder they won best chicken in America! I grew up with Filipino spaghetti and this took me back to my childhood! The family bucket is on sale for $29 right now and it comes with 6 pieces of chicken, a family pack spaghetti, and 3 peach and mango pies!

Everyone knows the move here is to order their fried chicken - something I wholeheartedly agree with. The fried chicken is moist, tender and deep fried in a light, crispy batter. Dipped in gravy and Jollibee fried chicken is as good as it gets. However, I dabbled with other parts of the menu and everything is pretty much mid. The burger tastes like desperation - it tastes like you've been in Asia long enough to have a hankering for American food. The Big Yumburger ($9.19) wasn't bad but definitely had cafeteria vibes. Check out the fried chicken if you haven't already!

Visited my boyfriend's local Jollibee because he just loves Filipino food. As he should, his girlfriend is a Filipina. It's located by a busy street with a decent amount of parking. The restaurant is small in comparison to the Panorama location. We were not greeted when coming in, but not too big a deal. There also wasn't a Jollibee statue outside the restaurant like most locations. Again, not that big a deal but you know it's what attracts new customers. For those on the go, the best thing about this location is that they have a drive thru! They're usually fast in the drive thru too. We ordered the chicken joy 2 chicken & two sides and a Yum Burger. For drinks I recommend getting yourself the pineapple quench 10/10! The chicken was good, crispy and tender-- as advertised. The yum burger though was small but nevertheless my boyfriend was very fond of it. We also received our order in under 10 min which is nice because usually we wait about 20-30 min every time we order Jollibee. Inside the restaurant, it appears clean and well taken care of. When we found ourselves a table, I did have to wipe it down myself with my own wipes because employees seemed busy. Bathroom is for customers only and it was clean and smelled fresh, safe to assume employees frequently check up on their restrooms. Overall good experience at this location and I do see myself going back.

My husband and I always take advantage of eating jollibee whenever we are in LA. So I looked up the nearest one luckily it was less than 10 min away from us. Upon arrival it was tough to get through drive through since there was traffic, so we decided to go inside but the doors were locked looks like they shut down inside services an hour or so ahead before their closing hours and they were allowing customers in who were picking up mobile online orders. But luckily they were nice and allowed us to order so their menus are on their screen but they were turned off so we had to pull up their menu items on our phones. Everything was made less than 15 min. Everything was fresh as well. The cashier who took our order was new she missed a few of our items and the manager was very sweet she apologized for the inconvenience and gave us our missing items. We ordered 10 piece spicy bucket chicken gravy and mashed potatoes with gravy and 2 of their pineapple drinks and 2 cokes and one order of spaghetti which was sweet btw. Employees are so sweet and communicative with one another and with the customers. They doubled checked everything on the receipt before handing off our order to us. Gave us plates and utensils as well with napkins. Definitely will continue to come back when I'm in town again.

Sooo delicious! It was my very first time trying Jollibee! I was originally gonna get the 3pc chicken tenders but they said it'd be a 15min wait so i got a sandwich instead. We did drive thru and the service was pretty quick! No more than 10 mins. The sauce was sooo yummy (spicy sriracha mayo) and it had jalapeños! Will definitely come back soon to try something different on their menu!

Came here for the 1st te about a month ago, I was working In the area and finally had the chance to try Jollibee... There isn't to many Jollibee's around, I believe they are mostly in the LA area but ate pretty limited... They are known for the spaghetti & gried chicken, so since it was my 1st time I ordered a few popular items from the menu to try... I ordered the spaghetti & spicy fried chicken, with a cheeseburger and Mango pie... The spicy fried chicken was really good, the chicken was very crispy and not very greasy ... It also came with gravy that was very tasty as well.. I was not a huge fan of the spaghetti, it was sweet and has pieces of hotdogs weenies in it... It's one of their top selling items, but I did not like it... The cheeseburger was very plain & simple, but had great flavor and was good... the mango pie was delicious, It was warm & crispy... Overall I would give it 4 stars, I did not go inside the restaurant I used the drive thru... I would go back to try other items on the menu.. It is definitely different than other fast food restaurant but the food is pretty good...

I noticed that there are new managers in this location. I wonder what happened tot he old managers that were there for years! The old ones seemed to have things under control. The newer management seem to be too lax. One of the female manager speaking loudly from register to the staff in the back. They were pretty much screaming and the whole restaurant can hear them. The food tasted a little off. The restaurant is poorly maintained. Full and overflowing trash. Napkins all over the tables and floor. No one really cleaned the tables. Come on guys! I know you can do better. This visit was 9pm on 7/23. Kind of disappointing. They upgraded the exteriors, but the interior work flow seemed to have downgraded. Also, the person taking the order really needs to listen more carefully. They got our orders wrong. Other customs also complained they got their orders wrong.

Everyone hyped this place pretty up a lot so it was worth a shot but it was definitely a mixed bag! Best to worst... the chicken sandwich is a clear cut winner!! No idea how a fried chicken place doesn't serve breast or wings which makes no sense and hard to believe and takes a point away off the bat. Gravy is very tasty on whatever you put it on. The sauces were really good. Fries were like Alibaba McDonald's fries. The worst of the worst was the tenders. They were tough and tasteless unless you got a hint of fish which was weird. Overall I was disappointed and rather Popeyes or bogangles!

I ordered through the drive thru they had nice greetings but I ordered a palabok family that $25. They ended up not putting my order in my bag!! I know my mistake for not checking but they tied it up sealed my food so I figured everything was fine. They weren't even busy barely any customers, YET mess up on my order that are only 2 items. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOUBLE CHECKING ORDERS. This happen 3 times at this location

This wasn't bad! I can't remember the last time I passed a Jollibee, but most likely it was this one on Beverly. Some co-workers were talking about it and after viewing the menu, I found some things I know I'd be willing to try. Since it was my first time, I went in over going through the drive thru. Went with 3 crispy tenders (honey mustard sauce). fries, and added in mashed potatoes w/ gravy. I was told it would take about 15 minutes for the chicken so I killed some time in my car and the front area. Food was fine overall, but those mashed potatoes were amazing. I always enjoyed these from KFC, Boston Market (RIP), etc. but these were really good. I'm going to be upgrading the size of these on a future visit. Glad I tried Jollibee, and happy to add this into my chicken 'repertoire'!

Finally had Jollibee and was glad I tried it. For better or worse, I tried it during a chicken bucket promo and the scene was straight out of a climactic scene of The Bear, where the restaurant was not really for the deluge of orders and there was a 1-hour wait for spicy chicken. And any original chicken was queued for online orders vs in-person orders Fortunately, guests could change their spicy chicken orders to ordinary which was much less of a wait. The chicken had decent batter and was fairly moist - the flavor was a bit lacking but fortunately, they provide some thick delicious gravy along with each bucket of chicken. There's a small parking lot and a drive-thru. Will have to come back at some point when lines aren't crazy to try the spicy version.

I placed an order for thigh part chicken with palabok and I confirm it three times upon ordering , upon paying and when they handed me my order. And when I got home they gave me a leg part. Why do you have to trick your customer saying you give a thigh part but instead they put a leg part on my order! This happens a lot in that location and every time I order! This is so frustrating and annoying !

First time trying Jollibee, it's good but the chicken isn't anything special. I enjoyed the adobo rice & their drink. They do give a good serving size. I dunked the chicken skin onto the gravy. I'd say you gotta give it at least one try for yourself. The service was quick(went through drive-thru), it has a small parking lot on a busy street.

The very definition of "if you know, you know." You cannot describe the spaghetti in a way that will do it justice, its truth must be tasted to be understood. The fried chicken is leagues better than most of the hyped up fried chicken places in LA (yeah, better than Gus's and Howlin Ray's, come at me heathens). The spicy chicken isn't actually very spicy, but savory as all get out. MUST be accompanied by the gravy which alone deserves a Michelin star. And those peach mango pies have no right being that good. Try Jollibee and you might become a believer. The most you have to lose is a taste of immortality.

Jolibee's spicy fried chicken has honestly replaced all the other over-hyped chicken places. It's always good and those damn pineapple pies are like crack. Docking one star for the hamburgers though. Absolutely disgusting. My mistake for ordering it but I had to try.

Great spot to get chicken here. I recently took me and my girl here. I ordered maybe a 10 piece meal, with some French fries and all. The fried chicken was ok. Pretty good and decent. Chicken is crispy and needs a bit more flavor tho. All in all not bad.

Chicken: Pros: very crispy. Cons: not much flavor Spaghetti: it was sweet Gravy: whatever typical canned gravy Desert: its okay Service: they had on their drive through menu that the bucket B cane with 10 piece chicken but when we got to the windows, they had us choose between 6 or 10. Didn't wanna argue so we said 6. But they ended up given us 10 anyways :/. ...... Overall experience: the food is okay. It is not all that. I would prefer KFC OVER THIS ANY DAY. It is definitely different when it comes to their pasta. Its not the usual flavor pasta.

This place would have a 5 star if it had biscuits and the tables were clean. Service is good.

One of my favorite spicy fried chicken. I like the fact you get gravy with the chicken too.. but everything else it's not my style. I only get chicken from here. Service is friendly most of the time but sometimes kinda confusing. I usually visit koreatown location and it's kinda small inside but they do have a drive through so pretty convenient.

I order Jollibee almost weekly. Whether it's from Doordash or in person, they always do a great job of making me feel valued. This Beverly branch specifically is my go to not just because it's nearby but mainly because of how meticulous they are in terms of serving their signature meals. The Chicken joy and Spaghetti has always been top notch. My family loves their Palabok too. They serve it fresh and always with a smile on their faces. If and when I dine in here, the vibes is just so welcoming. The dining area is very clean and I know for a fact that they sanitize the tables well cause it doesn't smell foul. All that being said, when in Ktown, Jollibee Beverly is a must visit! Love it!!!

Jollibees chicken and food is great for fast food don't get me wrong. This isn't a food quality complaint. It is more so at the absolute mind blowing laziness and giving zero F's this particular locations staff exhibits. Corporate should come in fire all the leads and start fresh. After sitting in a drive through line of 9 cars for 40 minutes and moving 2 spaces I gave up. Any restaurant with a drive though that would take 20+ minutes to process each car needs a serious reevaluating. Upon walking up and attempting to go in only to be met with a closed dining room, I was greated through the windows of full racks of cooked chicken ready to go and a collection of 4 employees hanging out, our front. 1 was working the drive though and 1 was doing closing details. Clearly staffing isn't a issue with 6 in shift but with only 2 working the problem becomes readily apparent.

Since then I was a fan of jollibee and they didn't failed to amaze me with their foods and services. Thank you jollibee LA everytime I eat here it brings me back to my childhood.

I stopped by here today around 4:40 to 4:50 pm . I had a great experience at the drive thru . There were no line it's just me and another car in the front which is a good luck for me , The order taker did great me with a jolly voice , ordered a yum burger meal with a side of French fries and an pineapple drink , The yum burger was delicious , I would say better that cheeseburger from McDonald probably cause I'm tired of mickey d's. French fries was hot and you could tell that the oil is new and the apple quencher was just satisfying. I did enjoy a quick small dinner .

My DS decided we should try Jollibee. It was ok, the fried chicken WAS juicy n crunchy, I enjoyed it. Now, we are a family who Loves pineapple on pizza, that being said, hubby did not like the Aloha burger too much. I thought the concept was interesting and might order it again if I was in the neighborhood. The chicken sandwich leaves much to be desired...bun, chicken, TINY bit of mayo. If you are a child who is an EXTREMELY pick eater? This sandwich is for YOU! As for me? I came home and added more mayo, cheese, pickled jalapeno n onion to mine.

Customers here are some of the rudest, most disrespectful, most impatient people I've ever seen. Let the workers do their job, they probably don't get paid enough to deal with your BS. Every time I go to this location, there's always some customer complaining about the wait time, but they actually tell you how long your order will take if they know it'll take time. Overall good service and good food!

It's jollibee lol. Heart attack inducing meal but at least you'll go out with a full stomach and satisfied tastebuds. Fried chicken and pasta never misses.

Firstly, the location is on a weird corner but it works. The drive through is tricky when the line is long but it doesn't take too long to move. I like the spaghetti and the chicken with the gravy is delicious. I did try the spicy chicken sandwich but was not my favorite, I think the sweet bun throws it off, but just my opinion. All in all, will continue to order when craving spaghetti and chicken.

I go here for the spaghetti and spicy fried chicken. Their burgers are OK, but it's not for everyone. I wish the area was a little bit cleaner and they offered more breakfast items again

Been hearing about how great this place was on social media, so had to try. The spaghetti was gross the chicken was meh, the peach mango pie and pineapple drink were good....never again!!! Filipino Spaghetti

I had never been to Jollibee before but I have been told by my friends that it's a fast food place so my expectations weren't too high, but this place did not disappoint. The fried chicken was so juicy and the gravy was such a great bonus. I liked the spaghetti a lot too! I feel like it tastes like the spaghetti you get in Asia a lot. The adobo rice and the mashed potatoes were really good as well. My favorite part was probably the beef steak. I didn't have much expectation for it but it was so good. The yum burger was okay as well as the palabok. All in all it was a very filling meal for a pretty cheap price. Next time, I would definitely just get the fried chicken, beef steak and the sides.
