8-16-2025: Purchased two 10 pieces bucket, one spicy and one regular. The first two pieces of the spicy chicken was spicy, but the next one was not. We haven't haven't tried the other pieces yet. We had the spaghetti and it was good. The mango pie was tasty, but warm. The pineapple juice had the metal can taste. Staff is very friendly and nice. The sad situation about a wonderful dining experience was the bathroom was "out of order" and NO one considered calling a plumber on a very busy Saturday What was worse? I was followed by a female employee to see if I was going to use the restroom, but I was washing my hands from eating the spicy fried chicken.

Tried this for the first time got a combo that had drink (ube coconut), 1 leg and thigh, biscuit and mashed potatoes. Chicken is big and the season is garlic with a little spice. I tried the ube pie and nice that it stays crispy when cold. Biscuit is dry. Mash potatoes is a little chunky it id ok I like the ube drink. It gets super busy and they had a lot of food but the packing is slow and somehow they dont update the tv so people come and pick up bit the people are nice though

I don’t want to come across as patronizing, but I truly appreciate the effort of the employee, Ernie. He kept the entire dining area exceptionally clean—right after customers left, he immediately wiped down the tables and tidied up the floor. I haven’t dined at this location for quite a while, and my impression was that it used to feel a bit messy. But today, everything felt especially neat and well-kept! Ernie really deserves a raise! My apologies if I stared at his name tag for a while—I just wanted to make sure I got his name right. P.S.: Thank you for the balloon today—my child loved it!

Wanted to try Jollibee, as they do not have locations where I live. Food was "okay", not as good as I remember from Philippines locations (of 8 years ago granted). Probably about normal for USA locations in 2025. Gravy was much worse.

This Jollibee in Milpitas is a classic go-to spot if you’re craving Filipino comfort food. It’s in a convenient location with plenty of parking and sits near other popular shops, making it an easy stop whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or picking up takeout. The menu delivers the usual Jollibee favorites — Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti, palabok, peach mango pie — all the crowd-pleasers are here. For the most part, the food hits the spot. That crispy-sweet Jollibee flavor is still satisfying and nostalgic. That said, I do wish the chicken was cooked fresher more consistently at this location. Sometimes it sits a bit too long under the heat lamp, and while still tasty, it doesn’t have that hot-out-the-fryer crunch you hope for. When it’s fresh, though, it’s everything you want — juicy, crispy, and packed with that signature seasoning. Service is generally fast and friendly, and the place stays clean despite the high traffic. Overall, it’s a solid Jollibee and a reliable choice if you’re in the area. Not perfect, but when they get it right, it’s as good as any other location — and worth coming back for.

Jollibee Milpitas: A Crispy-Chicken Love Story Jollibee’s Milpitas branch has become my go-to comfort-food stop, and after two separate Saturday trips I can confidently say the Bee never misses a beat. ⸻ Visit #1 – First-Saturday Lunch, Big Flavor Order: Chicken Sandwich + Fries + Pepsi Even during Saturday’s peak lunch crush, the line moved briskly and the crew greeted everyone with genuine warmth—a hallmark of Jollibee’s island hospitality. The chicken sandwich landed at our table piping hot: a thick, ultra-crunchy fillet sealing in shockingly juicy meat, on a pillowy bun. fries were fresh from the fryer—lightly salted. An ice-cold Pepsi rounded out this classic combo and reminded me why Jollibee is beloved worldwide for fast, feel-good meals. ⸻ Visit #2 – Next-Saturday Bucket-Deal Bliss Order: 6-Piece Chicken Bucket Deal (Spicy) Exactly one week later—same cheerful vibe, slightly later in the day—we were back and grabbed the 6-piece bucket. Every piece had that unmistakable Chickenjoy crunch that shatters on first bite, revealing succulent, subtly seasoned meat. The spicy pieces deserve their own shout-out: when Jollibee says “spicy,” they mean it. The heat kicks in fast, building from a peppery zing to a lingering, lip-tingling burn that spice-lovers will celebrate (and mild-palates should approach with caution). We demolished the chicken in record time. ⸻ Why Milpitas Jollibee Shines on Busy Weekends • Consistently Hot & Fresh: Both visits—first-Saturday lunch and next-Saturday dinner—served chicken straight from the fryer, never lukewarm. • Friendly, Efficient Crew: Orders came out fast, tables were wiped promptly, and staff checked in to be sure sauces and napkins were stocked. • Clean, Bright Dining Room: Even with the nonstop weekend crowd, floors and tables stayed spotless, and the Bee-mascot décor adds a cheerful touch. ⸻ After two flawless Saturday experiences—complete with a fiery Spicy Chickenjoy kickoff—Jollibee Milpitas has earned a permanent spot on my comfort-food roster. Whether you’re popping in for a quick chicken-sandwich fix or sharing a bucket with friends, prepare for crispy bliss, sincere smiles, and (if you dare) a seriously spicy kick—because at this branch, the joy in Chickenjoy is very real.

Google
was craving for their original chicken sandwich and my doordash order arrived faster than i thought. order was complete and was still in standard condition. what i like about their sandwiches is that it is made of real, juicy chicken. signature sips are also a must try especially for the summer

Google
I’d been meaning to try Jollibee for quite some time. I’m glad I finally did. It may not be my number one favorite fast food fried chicken, but it was quite good. I loved the sauce selection, and the inclusion of gravy as a dipping option. The space of the restaurant was much bigger and nicer than expected which was great. And the staff were very friendly, even in the face of order errors and stress. I’ll definitely be coming back to try some other stuff, like their spaghetti. If you stop by, I can’t recommend enough their pineapple quencher drink. It’s amazing.

Yelp
I grew up going to a lot of Filipino potlucks - the kind that are scheduled for 5:00 but no one shows up until 6:30, but when people do arrive there is an amazing array of delicious dishes. My parents would make literally 300 pork skewers and equal number of lumpia which would be devoured before the MagicSing karaoke machine had even been plugged in. While there are plenty of restaurants around here where you can find sisig, menudo, pancit, and adobo, sometimes Jollibee is inviting. After reading a recent article in The Atlantic about Jollibee I felt compelled to make visit. We came here on a Sunday afternoon in the midst of the Christmas shopping season. Finding a place to park was the major challenge but we were luckier than many others circling the lot. The line to order was especially long when we walked in, so we elected to get our shopping done. About 1.5 hours later we returned, only to see that the line was even longer. But we were pot committed at that point. We got some Chickenjoy and a serving of the Jolly spaghetti. Because of the large volume of customers the chicken was hot (almost too hot) and crispy. The meat was moist and skin had that interesting flavor of garlic with a hint of citrus and soy (well, not quite soy) that gave it a rich and complex flavor. The spaghetti had that curious sweetness that some people might not like but I think it's a nice changeup from the more traditional Italian versions. The fries were just okay, and were unexpectedly soggy even though I assume that they were also freshly made. One quibble is that the food has gotten quite expensive. I marveled at some of the large orders that were put together - seriously, some of those must have cost over $200. It's a bit of an indulgence, but good for an occasional treat.

Yelp
The Chickenjoy bucket came with three drumsticks and three thighs. Flavor wise, it tasted like an ordinary fried chicken. I did like how moist, tender, and crunchy the chicken was. The palabok was okay. The sauce felt thick and paste-like, which didn't mix well with the rice noodles. It lacked that smooth, evenly coated bite I was expecting. The chicken tender was tasty, but small for the price. They taste similar to Raising Cane's tenders, including the sauce that comes with them. Both the ube pie and peach mango pie were yummy, but also on the smaller side. Good flavors, but wish they were a bit bigger. As for the experience, there are three self order kiosks, which is convenient. Customer service was okay and the service itself was slow, considering how many employees were working. The wait time for the food took about 15 minutes. Aside from that, the restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking available.

Yelp
First time here at this location!! Super super crowded. I'm assuming its because it is located inside the Great Mall that the line here is crazy long and inside is super crowded However with that being said, the employees were still courteous and even though it was very busy my order was correct and food was ready in about 10 min Parking is hard to find as again due to the location (Great Mall)
google avatar

Melinda K.

Yelp
This location is the busiest since it's conveniently located inside Great Mall. Their newly installed kiosks aren't working, so I have no choice to wait in line to try their limited edition Ube Coconut Freeze and Katseye Korean BBQ fried chicken. The ube coconut freeze is refreshing with good amount of Ube. Don't recommend drinking out of a regular straw, so I have to find a boba straw to sip. Katseye Korean bbq chicken wasn't spicy as their spicy crunchy chicken, but the flavorful crispy skin goes well with a side of mashed potato. I do like the decor here, but it's challenging to find an available seat during the weekends, especially holiday shopping season.

Yelp
Ordered online for just a 6 piece chicken bucket said it would be ready at 6:09pm got a text early and said it was ready . We go to online ordered online pick up line & they said it's not ready. The guy taking care of the online orders takes everyone's name down. 15 mins past and we keep checking and the guy says the order is not ready. Another 15 mins pass and we ask another girl and she grabs our food under the table.. like wtf we been waiting here for 30 mins and the guy goes we been looking for you... no you have not because we have been freaking standing here asking you for our order. No apology until we had to ask for a new order since our chicken has bee seating there getting cold. They need to more workers for this location.

Yelp
Chickenjoy, please [Milpitas CA] I've not dined in a Jollibee in a long time so we decided to have a quick dinner here while at the Great Mall in Milpitas. The line was long but it went fast. What took long was waiting for the food. They yell out your name when your order is ready but if you're seated at the dining room area you probably won't be able to hear your name when called, many folks were standing nearby including the hubby while I grabbed a table. Offering all-time favorites we ordered a combo of Chickenjoy w/ Jollibee Spaghetti. Catering to the Filipino community and Filipino-American families living in the area, Jollibee brought a familiar feeling of home. So yummy... there's always a line at Jollibee. Your best entrance to Jollibee at the Great Mall is in Entrance 1, located in Neighborhood 1 across from Starbucks. Review #3942

Yelp
It had been awhile since we had Jollibee's Fried Chicken. Thankfully, a friend brought it to our potluck! This was the first time, I had it with their brown gravy. Wow, that was delicious. I think I still prefer just the Fried goodness of the chicken. But, it was very flavorful with the lard-laden gravy. LOL.

Yelp
This is a Filipino fried chicken chain store . Today is Saturday and the line is super long . Most people who lined up Filipino. The chicken is served super hot in temperature. The skin ( outside batter ) was very flavorful. The inside is tender and juicy but did not get marinated like Popeye chicken . The meat is so tender that reminds me of KFC chicken . Similar grade of chicken . Too soft , not my personal preference. Ambience is fun and family oriented.
google avatar

Yelp
This location has plenty of indoor seating and is located inside the Great Mall. Their chicken is always good. The chicken was fresh and crispy however, they do lag to complete your order. Ordered the classic 3 piece meal with a pineapple drink. The pineapple drink itself is worth stopping in. I wish they offered chicken breast meat as an option but they only serve dark meat, strips and sandwiches. Definitely a good place to eat while getting some shopping done.

Yelp
My boyfriend had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal alongside an adobo rice and a speciality drink. About five hours later he's been hit with a headache, stomach pain and nausea. He said the taste wasn't the same as usual as well as the texture which makes me suspect undercooked product. Saturdays get busy but it's no excuse for lack of quality control.

Yelp
Wanted to try Jollibee at the mall. The line was super long on a weekend but the workers moved fast. I got the tender meal with an ube pie and mashed potato side. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time but there was no more seating in side the restruant. The tenders were on the drier side and they did not give enough sauce. The mashed potatoes are amazing one of the best I had! Definitely could've had more gravy with it though. The ube pie was delicious as well it was crispy and flakey and the ube flavor was good.

Yelp
tl;dr Jollibee has been hyped up for me but unfortunately disappointed. Comparable in quality to KFC or just a tad better. On a weekend afternoon, the mall was packed so the wait time was ~20 minutes for everyone's meals. The staff was upfront and polite about it, so props to them on what must have been a very busy day. My husband and I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo, the 2 pc spicy chickenjoy + 1 side combo, and 2 of the summer refreshers (pineapple and guava). My husband was still hungry after his combo and was pretty underwhelmed. I was full enough after my combo, but I felt like the oil and batter on the chicken was similar to KFC quality - very heavy and oily. The peach mango pie was a nice add on to the combo meals, but it was quite bready and really felt like fast food pie. We didn't get to try the spaghetti, palabok, or burger side of the menu, but since we weren't impressed by the chicken, I'm not sure we'd care to return since there's so much good food in Milpitas.

Yelp
Surprisingly, Jolliebee fried chicken or at least the chicken tenders are so good here. This place is usually packed with crowds and long lines of people during peak hours. I rarely go inside, but since it was empty in the morning hours on Tuesday, it was worth the stop. Only thing I didn't like were staffs talking too much with each other. It can take 10-15 minutes for an order even when there's no lines. Customers usually order from app for pick up. I tried their 3-piece chicken tenders meal which comes with the side and beverage. I had the pineapple juice and wow, it tasted much better than expected. Very good pineapple juice here. Spaghetti side wasn't the best though. I may try other side items next time. Chicken tenders were delicious. I never knew the chicken meat was that good. Just under $15 for my meal set order. I think it's pricey for fast foods these days, but Jolliebee chicken is very good tasting here. Yummy. Tempting place. Best of all, the dining space is huge! Yes, very comfortable and spacious inside. If you can deal with the crowds and longer wait times for foods, this place is worth the stop.

Yelp
This Jollibee is inside Great Mall. This mall may get busy, especially on weeknights and weekends, so parking is hit or miss depending which entrance you park by. They are right outside of Entrance 1 with entrances from outside and inside of the mall. There was a very long line when I arrived, but I ordered online. I only ordered a single order of mashed potatoes. I received a notification that my order would be ready within 20 minutes, which is not ideal, but understandable since it was very busy. I started walking towards the store closer to the time and I received another notification that says the wait jumped to almost an hour, which is definitely not right, especially for just one single side. I went to the counter to talk to an employee, but she kept trying to brush me off several times until she just turned to me and gave me attitude telling me that I need to go to the pick-up order side in a rude way. I get that it is busy, but I was just asking a simple question. Anyway, I went to the other side of the counter and explained my situation and after speaking to 2 other employees, I got my order.

Yelp
I've been going to Jollibee for years!! I was craving Jollibee the other day since I haven't had it in sooo long. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. It has a spicy mayo sauce, jalapeños, tomatoes and lettuce inside. The chicken was so juicy and tender! 8/10 Highly recommend trying it out if you want a good chicken sandwich. Then I ordered my usual Jolly Spaghetti. If you're not into sweet spaghetti then this isn't for you. We also ordered 2 pcs Spicy Chickenjoy and requested for both thighs. Is it just me or did anyone notice that the chicken portion has gotten smaller over the years? Flavors are still amazing but I'm just shocked to see how the portions have changed. That's why I give it minus one star for that.

Yelp
JOLLLLIIIIBEEEEEEE! Before I became a vegetarian, this place was my happy place! Now, I can only order the sides, but this review is about more than just my sad life choices. A large group of us came here before watching a movie; the wait was long but we ordered ahead of time via Grubhub. I learned that I should have used their app- so FYI to all out there, their app has better deals and prices! Anyway, the employees handling the pickups were super friendly and helpful. We all got our food with plenty of time before the movie and we found a large table for all of us without much trouble. I ordered their biscuits and my friends all got sandwiches plus some drinks. The ube pies were also so goooooooood! My daughter ate up her chicken strips, so that's always a double thumbs up from all of us. Will be back!!

Yelp
The chicken here is great. The meal deals are a bit expensive for being deals but come with a lot. Service was polite. I got the two piece chickenjoy meal with 1 side, drink and a pie. I paid extra to upgrade the side to adobo rice and the drink to a pineapple quencher. I chose the spicy chicken and mango pie. The chicken was very flavorful to the bone and perfect with the gravy. The skin is delicious. The adobo rice was enjoyable. The pineapple quencher was just okay. The mango pie was fine but not amazing, pretty similar to other fast food pies.
google avatar

Yelp
the BEST fast food fried chicken!!! super crispy and juicy and perfectly seasoned! their side dishes don't hold a candle to the chicken imo, but i know other people love their side dishes. this is also the only fast food biscuit i've had that isnt a sad dry unseasoned hunk of dough which honestly blew my mind lol!

Yelp
This was my first experience at Jollibee, so my expectations weren't as high as seasoned fans. We ordered the regular and spicy Chickenjoy, spaghetti, tenders, and Palabok . The spicy Chickenjoy was the standout- juicy, flavorful, and it definitely surpassed my expectations. The spaghetti had that signature sweetness my girlfriend told me about (she grew up on Jollibee, so she was my guide), and it hit the spot. The tenders, though, were a bit dry - I probably wouldn't get those again. To be fair, we had Raising Cane's just a couple of days earlier, and that's their specialty, so the comparison might not be fair. Service was great. The cashier kept the line moving even during the dinner rush, and the lady who handed us our food was friendly and welcoming with a big smile. We didn't dine in, so I can't speak much on the restaurant itself, but the front looked clean and well-kept. And of course, I had to snap a picture with the GOAT himself, the Bee!

Yelp
Sometimes I just crave fast food, and one of my favorite fried chicken fast food chains is Jollibee. I always visit the location at the Great Mall. They serve fried chicken sandwiches, fried chicken, spaghetti, and pies. Their chicken was very juicy and tender. I also tried their spaghetti for the first time and liked it. It's sweeter than usual spaghetti, but that's the Filipino twist they purposely add to all their dishes. Their limited time only ube pie was tasty. I always upgrade my drink to their signature pineapple quencher as well. Very refreshing~ Next time, I'm going to try their Palabok Fiesta, which is a traditional Filipino noodle dish covered in garlic sauce, and Aloha Chicken Sandwich.
google avatar

Yelp
This place chicken bucket is either a hit or miss in terms of being too salty. When it's just the right amount of umami feel and tenderness it's great :) Otherwise when it produces super salty chicken, money down the drain :( Neutral feelings about the service. Ambiance wise, plenty of seats and fairly clean.

Yelp
Although I wasn't a huge fan of the new limited time KBBQ chicken item due to just being way saucy. I will stand by the quality of their regular fried chicken being superb! One of my top favorite places to get fried chicken. Also love the peach mango pies, and the spaghetti plate. Spaghetti with fried chicken is an amazing combo and you can't go wrong with a yum burger either! This location is great. Busy spot at the mall. It's almost nostalgic. Lots of fast food place don't really have a welcoming dine-in vibe anymore prioritizing more for take out. This location has lots of accommodating space to sit and dine and the place is busy. The staff's super friendly and on top of keeping things stocked and cleaned it looks like they have a good size team with plenty of workers. Food comes out fast and is delicious! Highly recommended!

Yelp
Being Filipina American, I tried Jollibee for the first time. I'm not a huge fried chicken fan but on this day, I decided to check it out. I came during lunchtime and it was a long wait to place my order and it took about 30 minutes to receive my order. I ordered the 1-pc Chickenjoy w/Palabok Fiesta. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the fried chicken. I ordered the spicy chicken but there was nothing spicy about it and it was a bit dry. The gravy helped though. But, I'll have to say the palabok was delicious! You get gravy for your chicken and lemon juice for your palabok. The cashier was friendly and accomodating since I requested a thigh. The place is kept very clean and orderly. There is someone always busy cleaning the tables and pushing in the chairs, and there is ample seating even though it was lunchtime. I'd give it another try if I'm ever in the area again.

Yelp
I've only tried their fried chicken at the Manila airport and wanted to try the rest of the menu. I ordered the 2-piece spicy Chickenjoy meal with a side of spaghetti as well as an order of the adobo rice. I got the guava quencher for my drink. The meal comes with a Mango-Peach pie, but I also ordered the Ube pie. The meal comes with a small cup of gravy, but I also ordered a separate large cup of gravy It was pretty busy, but I only stood in line for 10 minutes with 10 customers in front of me. The chicken was really crunchy even after the 10-minute drive home. The chicken was really juicy. and spicier than I expected, which is good. Other fast food places should match the spice level of Jolibee. The guava quencher is pretty good, although a bit watery, clear, and lacks the cloudy pulp of Kern's or Hawaiian Sun's guava nectar. I'm not a big fan of Filipino sweet spaghetti, but it wasn't as sweet as some homemade versions my relatives have cooked in the Philippines. It was actually more "smoky" than sweet. The adobo rice is pretty good, but I know other people wish the adobo flavor were stronger. To me, it's pretty dry and not the same as I'm used to, which is more "saucy" when you spoon the sauce over the rice. Lastly, I'm not a fan of the woody smell/taste of Jasmine rice and prefer the neutral taste of Calrose or Hinode sushi rice. I really liked the flavor of the gravy. I think I'll use the leftover gravy to make some Hawaiian Loco Moco or perhaps a poutine variant with chopped mozzarella sticks, gravy, and French fries or tater tots. Next time I'll try the Katseye Korean bbq, the tenders, palabok, and burger steaks.

Yelp
Great chicken sandwich -- warm with crisp veggies, not too sure how the sandwich stays so crisp despite it being pretty hot. Was in and out within 10 minutes of ordering which was great in a rush.

Yelp
Our go to meal for fried chicken with rice and pineapple drink. Does not disappoint. Gets really busy but service is not bad. A little bit of a wait. Since they took over the space next door there's more seating available but if you sit near the bathroom it is just too hot there makes it not as enjoyable to eat your meal.

Yelp
This is my favorite for good fried chicken. It is above all the rest in crispness and flavor. I love the variety. Their Yum Burgers have that special sauce. I even enjoy their spaghetti with hotdogs and the sweet banana flavored sauce. But the best are their desserts. Love the Peach-Mango Pies.

Yelp
They don't listen. I mentioned that I would like a regular chicken to go and a pineapple juice. She asked multiple times the things I've already mentioned. She asked if I wanted spicy or original well I already told you. You need to listen. She asked is it to go or for here. I already told you. You need to listen. I told you that I want a pineapple juice and she totally forgot to include it. I hope I don't get charged twice for the order with the pineapple juice plus without it. This place is awful. On top of that the customer to my right was complaining to a worker about how they messed up with her points. And this was being done literally shoulder to shoulder. Why don't you take that conversation elsewhere. They need to learn how to listen instead of going on auto pilot like a dum dum and be a real human being instead of a robot

Yelp
I ordered online at 5pm and it said pick up at 6pm. I was there on time but the online order pick up lady told me to wait another 20 mins. I waited another 20 mins at the same time I was looking at the lady to see if she is preparing my order. None! I ended up leave because I couldn't wait another 20 mins and 20 mins and 20 mins. Who knows when they can get ready your food. If I know the online pick up time is a joke, I will buy food from food court rather than wasting 10 mins (finding parking space) to drive from food court exit to the Jolibee to pick up my online order. And I event didn't get my food. Don't waste your time to go this store. There are couple good restaurants in this mall.

Yelp
IMHO It's my first time to any Jollibee!!! After seeing a movie, we strolled through the mall to find someplace to eat a late dinner. My daughters were very excited to see Jollibee! When we arrived, it was crowded with people waiting to pick up their orders. A worker showed me where to wait in line to order. Thanks! The line was moving fast, and I had no idea what to order! We were scanning the menu quickly and finally had my daughter do the ordering! Basically, we all had some signature fried chicken, with sides of Jolly spaghetti, Palabok (which I discovered is glass noodles with a yummy garlic, pork sauce, and slices of hardboiled egg), and peach mango pie. We were told it would be at least a 15-minute wait. We were lucky to find seating for four. This place is popular! When the food was finally ready, the chicken was super-HOT (temperature-wise) and crunchy. I was pleased to see that a small cup of hot gravy came with the chicken since you've just got to dip!!! The Palabok was fantastic! It was very flavorful and tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed my first Jollibee meal, and I can't wait to go back!!!

Yelp
Jollibee is like typical Filipino comfort food. My boyfriend and I went on a little date here before our movie and I was excited to order the palabok and chicken. I liked that the workers there spoke Tagalog and English very well. Service was quick. There were flies in the restaurant which was annoying, but I'm not sure how much control they have over that.

Yelp
Not impressed much. Chicken tenders were cold but the mango pie was super hot. The service was quick. Food could have been better. It was pretty crowded.

Yelp
Food came out hot and fresh. Fried chicken skin was crunch and the meat was juicy. They also give you gravy in case you want more flavor. Also the spicy did come with a kick. They routinely also clean the tables which I appreciated.

Yelp
Filipino staple to introduce your non Filipino friends to try. Their gravy hits 100% of the time. They've recently added biscuits to the meal which was surprising but it tasted really buttery. The line for this place can be pretty long so expect a wait. If the lines are long the cashiers are a bit less friendly and less jolly. Be prepared to wait a long time during the weekend or if there are long lines. The food taste like every other jollibee in California but nevertheless really tasty in my opinion.

Yelp
This place was really packed. They made us wait outside in the cold until we can get inside and order. There was a long wait once we ordered food, but the food is still worth it. The chicken is crispy. The dessert pies are delicious. After we ordered we tried to find a place to eat but all the tables that were available were still dirty and we didn't see anyone coming around to clean the table.

Yelp
Whenever I come here, it's usually very busy. there is a decent amount of seating and the staff is friendly. The wait times to order and to get the food can take a while. I recommend checking your order once you receive it because they sometimes get the order wrong. Fast food wise, the fried chicken is pretty good due to it's crispiness and juiciness. It goes well with their signature gravy. Definitely my favorite fast food fried chicken spot. I personally like their spaghetti, but it might not be everyone's favorite due to it's sweetness. Their peach mango pies are definitely a must if you like sweets. It has a nice crispy shell filled with the peach and mango. I don't really eat halo halo so it was fine for what it was.

Yelp
I don't think I'll be coming by here again for a very long time. The process has doubled since two years ago. Normally two piece one entrée would be about nine dollars excluding the drink but now it's almost $15. And I thought McDonald's was getting more expensive with their prices. I do like their chicken, but not that bad. I'll probably come by here once every six months. However, they do have good deals on weekdays and bucket of chicken deals. Price: $$ Quality of food: A Quality of service: A

Yelp
I've had Jollibee since I was a kid so it's pretty nostalgic for me and I still enjoy it to this day. The most recent time I got a box of jolly spaghetti and a big yumburger. I had originally planned to get the jolly spaghetti + 1 pc chicken, but they said all chicken would be a 20-30 min wait. I'm guessing this was because it was a super packed and busy Friday evening. No regrets because the big yumburger ended up being pretty delicious. It had two patties compared to the regular yumburger that has 1 patty, and also had lettuce and tomatoes. Would come back to continue getting their spaghetti and would like to try their chicken sandwiches one day too!

Yelp
Came here on a Tuesday around 5 pm. No surprise... no spicy chicken. I asked the cashier when is the best time to order spicy chicken and he said that they've been sold out of it and won't know when's the next time they will have it out... if they don't have spicy chicken they should just remove it from the menu. The spaghetti I got tasted OLD. For $8... it was not worth it. The pasta was fried out and had those overcooked/overdone pasta where it was hard to chew. Honestly this location has been going down hill.. no spicy chicken ever and serving old spaghetti?

Yelp
Food was really good! This was my first time trying this place and I loved it. The chicken was very crispy on the outside but extremely juicy on the inside! I ended up getting mashed potatoes and fries as sides, they didn't give me a fork so I couldn't eat the mashed potatoes really, the fries were just okay they tasted like any other frozen fries. Also got to the try the peach mango pies it was amazing! It tasted mostly like peach but still so great. I would for sure come here again and try a few different things.

Yelp
For a fast/medium food restaurant I was pretty impressed. Their chicken is crispy and extremely juicy but a tad too oily for my liking. I liked the spicy chickenjoy a lot. I actually did like the spaghetti, it was pretty sweet but it exceeded my expectations. Really liked the ube pie

Yelp
Here is my two cents on the quality quantity and price of Jollibee... it was delivered and a timely manner by Uber eats .. I have ordered from Jollbee before, but the one that's over in San Francisco area and I was impressed with the food there no difference here . I order their three-piece fried chicken or fries and took a chance and ordered their hamburger.. well let's start with the fried chicken. It was outstanding large pieces. Very crispy. Very delicious.... I just ordered the regular. I didn't check to see whether or not they have spicy or not but when I got it was great their pieces were large. It was actually very good. The next day as fried chicken should be... I would say there as good if not better than Kentucky Fried chicken or Popeyes or the one thing that I found it stood out. Why is there biscuits unlike Popeyes chicken biscuit this biscuit actually taste good and with the gravy, you dunk it and you eat it wonderful now the french fries the ones I got. I'm not sure if it was because of the delivery, but those could've been a little more crispy and of course they don't put salt on it so you need to be sure and request so you can add additional salt, but that's all personal preference and I decided to try their hamburger just a regular hamburger that I found pricey but I think that's because of the prices but for us a regular hamburger, it had a tendency to be costly about five dollars or six dollars ...but it was worth the price to at least experiment within so that you need to give that a shot to... so overall, I was quite happy with this location and their french fries and fried chicken so if you're looking to give some some fried chicken somewhere or you want to take it in a basket pick it up here definitely worth the extra money that it seems because!!!!!

Yelp
Palanok was just OK. But Spaghetti was not tasty. The sliced hot dogs tasted a day old and overcooked.
