Jollibee

First time to try Jollibee on Kennedy location. Spacious and clean. Excellent customer service. The server took his time to explain the menu to us. We were taking our Filipino clients to have their favorite Fried chicken lunch. We had a party of 8 adults & 4 kids. I didn’t remember how much food I ordered but the bill was close to $300. The mango peach pie was pretty good but the crispy fried chickens and mashed potatoes were just ok. The spaghetti with hot dog slices and sweet tomato sauce tasted somewhat funny. Maybe we used to the other brands of fried chicken and Italian style pasta sauce. Overall experience was ok but the price was in high side for fast food fried chicken place.

Best fried chicken chain in Toronto. Juice chicken and crispy skin. The spicy chicken is decently spicy compared to other joints. Service is fast and friendly. No issues picking up. Never know what to do with the gravy 😛 it feels like the chicken is tasty enough on its own.

Tried Jollibee for the first time as I wanted to see what’s special about their chicken sandwiches. I ordered the Original chicken sandwich meal (that included a fries and the pineapple juice) along with a Spicy chicken sandwich. I am not sure what the issue was with my order but it took surprisingly very long. When I asked about it, the manager told me to wait for another 6 more minutes. I was expecting him to apologize at least but he just asked me to wait until my order was ready. I could see other customers who came after me getting their big orders. Finally, the order was ready and I was quite hungry. My spicy chicken sandwich had lettuce and tomato in it and it looked good but the sandwich overall didn’t taste as great as the chicken sandwiches at the other fast food restaurants. I felt that the chicken wasn’t perfectly fried but it was fine. The pineapple juice tasted just like real pineapple but was diluted with lot of ice. The fries were not hot and did not have the salt as well. The chicken piece was big but the sandwich was pricy compared to other restaurants offering the same meals. They have lots of other food options and the ambience was nice too but I am not sure when I would try them again!

We ordered a 10 pc chicken bucket and it was amazing! The spicy chicken was a tad too spicy for me, but it was good nonetheless. The meat was juicy but not too greasy, and the gravy was great! Loved it.

The first 3 years this location was open, it was BANGING. But recently I came back with my friends and it just doesn't hit the same anymore. The chicken is still juicy as hell but the skin. Something about that skin is different. It's not as crispy as it used to be and the spicy is not as spicy as before. My intuition is telling me that they changed the recipe for the spicy chicken to dilute the spiciness. Also the chicken isn't always piping hot anymore. Which is surprising tbh since the ordering queue is STILL long these days. I thought, the more turnover of chicken, the fresher it should be right? Somehow I still ended up with a lukewarm drumstick lol. I do APPRECIATE that they give you a bowl of gravy on the side for free whenever you order chicken (you get a large gravy if you order a 4pc or more and a smaller bowl if you order less chicken). The gravy is great. Palabok fiesta, pineapple juice and peach mango pie fantastic as usual (I wish Jollibee would allow palabok to be ordered as a side but it's only served as a main on the menu). The peach mango pies are inconsistent. Some are bursting with filling, some have barely any filling in them. AFAIK Jollibee has always priced themselves higher than Popeye's, which given the extra crispyness in the skin and the unique zing from the spicy flavour, I thought justified their price point. Given the quality of the product lately, I don't think this particular location deserves to price itself above Popeye's anymore.

We love Jollibee, I specially like the spaghetti and spicy chicken and sometimes Aloha burger. I ordered through Uber Eats and of course it never disappoints. I wish they would put a bit more spaghetti sauce and not charge extra for it.

Bad service a lady name is Shella . i like eating original Chicken but she always asking me to get spicy no respect for customer needs.at 10:19pm finish my order later in 15 mins pickup my order she’s not done yet until at 10:43pm i asking my order she packing food but there is no fork and napkin also missing a pineapple quencher when I get my food she is racist and rude

I already loved Jollibee for a while now but this time when I came by the service and the food was even more exceptional than it normally is. They had to make new rice which only took an additional 2 minutes of waiting and we didn’t mind it at all and told them it was completely fine. In response the staff gave us a free ube pie (which tasted amazing) and complementary drinks. They also spoke to us and explained why there was a delay which wasn’t necessary but definitely very appreciated. All in all I absolutely love Jollibee as a whole and more specifically this location as the customer service is fantastic. Thank you again to the team here. I’ve seen how coordinated and supportive you all are to each other and your customers. Keep up the great work!!
