"This Alexander Valley chateau uses its one-acre chef’s garden and local purveyors to offer wine and food experiences, like the Estate Tour & Tasting ($135, available Thursday to Monday at 9:45 a.m., June to October), a three-hour adventure via sprinter van that traverses all over Jordan’s massive Healdsburg estate, stopping to sip, munch, and learn at vineyards, vistas, lakes, an olive oil grove, and a mini farm. One of Jordan’s newer offerings, Paris on the Terrace ($110, available Thursday to Sunday at 12 p.m.) transports guests to France with bistro tables, music, chateau views, and an alfresco wine lunch that yes, does include real Champagne." - Jess Lander
