The Essential Pizzerias to Know Around Atlanta

"This is the spot for lovers of Korean fried chicken and pizza. While the restaurant serves classic, American-style pizzas, skip those and order the cheesy Korean sweet potato pizza topped with green peppers, corn, chunks of ham and sausage, and cubes of sweet potatoes and pineapples. It can even come with a crust stuffed with sweet potato mousse — a delightful way to consume pizza bones. Try the marinated Korean steak pizza, too. There’s also a pizza topped with shrimp, crab meat, smoked ham, and pineapple here." - Eater Staff

Wonderful!! They just changed their name to 99 Pizza and Chicken. The proprietor was a lovely woman who was so welcoming and kind. She showed us the sauces and spices do out on our food. The waiter, too, was so kind and helpful! We got the Korean Sweet Potato pizza and a whole fried chicken. The pizza was nice - pretty typical pizza though the sweet potato really was a nice addition. The fried chicken was hot, light, crispy and not greasy. Definitely will be back to try other things!!!

Great food: fries are crisp and tasty and goes well as appetizer. We ordered whoever chicken with half spicy and half seasoned. Good portion and well seasoned. A large size seafood pizza fed four people. Glad they have fountain drinks that is free refill. Overall nice place for a family meal. Highly recommended.

The best wing flavor I ever had, honey lemon pepper. So delicious and good size. The steak pizza was amazing. I did forget my last slice in the box on the table, my fault 😅

I actually stumbled across this gem by mistake. I normally go to H-Mart in Doraville but was not in the mood to deal with traffic. After shopping at H-Mart my wife and I were hungry. I am a huge pizza fan and my wife loves Chicken so of course we had to give this place a try. Well, I was not disappointed. The pizza was great and the chicken was crunchy. I was hooked after the first bite. Service was great. They greet you right away and checked on us throughout our meal. Great job. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars was because we ordered a large cheese pizza and popcorn chicken, with a side of French fries. We both couldn’t finish anything and asked for a boxes. We had 1/2 a pizza left which our server had to ask them manager or boss if it was okay if we could have a pizza box to put it in. She said yes but I found it weird that she even had to ask in the first place. Overall, great pizza, chicken, and French fries.! Must give a try..!!!

Came for other restaurant but they were closed. Passed by this one many times but first time I decided to try. Atmosphere is good, location is good, and staffs are average. The price is little high but I noticed all Korean places in this area charge little more than Duluth and Suwanee. Ordered a half fried chicken and 2 draft beer. With tax and tip, it will be little over $30 (1 person). The chicken is very crispy but the meat inside was dried made me think it was not prepared when I ordered it. Overall it is ok place and there are more options if you can drive 15 min or so.

Google
99 Chicken formerly known as Joy's Chicken and Pizza maintains its consistently crisp and suitably seasoned chicken. Now there is a new addition, fries have been added to the menu as a side or appetizer. Their fries are cooked till they are golden & sizzling, then a mixture of seasonings is added. Their pizzas are brought to the table fresh out of the oven. They have a wide variety of seasonings, sauces, and flavors that'll make you salivate at the thought. The atmosphere has the same feeling as going to your grandma's house to eat because you heard she was cooking. At 99 Chicken & Pizza, you will never be disappointed by the food. When you are on the go and need to pick up a quick meal for dinner 99 Chicken has to-go covered. You can even stop in for a nice drink to unwind and relax. I love 99 🐔 Chicken & Pizza🍕 !

I recently discovered a hidden gem in town, and it goes by the name of 99K Chicken and Pizza. If you’re on the hunt for mouthwatering comfort food that hits all the right spots, this place is an absolute must-visit. First and foremost, let’s talk about the star of the show - the chicken. 99K knows how to do chicken justice. From their crispy fried chicken to their succulent grilled options, every bite is an explosion of flavor. The breading on the fried chicken is perfectly crispy, and the meat inside remains tender and juicy. The seasoning is just right, offering a tantalizing blend of spices that keeps you coming back for more. But wait, there’s more! The pizza at 99k is nothing short of amazing. Whether you’re a fan of classic pepperoni, loaded veggie, or adventurous specialty pies, their pizza menu has something for everyone. The crust is just the right balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. It’s pizza perfection.

Yelp
This place had a recent rebrand, and they are not known as 99 K-Chicken -- it looks like there was a change in ownership. I LOVED this place as a child ever since the Cheogatjip days when it first opened and I used to frequent here often. I wanted a taste of childhood, so I visited here with my childhood friend and I was honestly a little disappointed. First, prices have gone up DRASTICALLY. I know inflation is amongst us but the price was insanely higher than usual. Popcorn chicken was usually around $14-15 but now it stands at $21 today. I was a little surprised, but I didn't want to let it bother me. We ordered a half and half popcorn chicken (fried & swee&mild), and a sweet potato mouse pizza, along with a volcano shrimp appetizer. We got our food relatively quickly and the visual was the same. Nothing had changed visual wise. What was disappointing was the taste. The sauce for the sweet&mild was not really good, and it was definitely missing something. It tasted bland and it almost tasted like there was aspartame in there or something. It was really lackluster. We also ordered scallions and the scallion sauce, which was pretty good but it was a whopping $5 upcharge ($7 if you get the bone-in!) and I was really surprised at how expensive the upcharges became. The pizza also was okay - it had the least taste difference when it comes to taste. It wasn't great, but it was also just whatever. It didn't taste like what it used to taste like. The amount of toppings got more plentiful but just something was off. Volcano shrimp was probably the most disappointing. For $11.99, it's just shrimp tempura topped with sriracha and spicy mayo. For a name like volcano shrimp, I would have expected something better, but there was nothing special about it. I would expect to pay maybe $5-6 for that kind of item. Overall - nothing was great. Also, it was a spring afternoon when temperatures were nearing 80 degrees outside but the AC wasn't on and it was pretty hot inside. Not sure what they're thinking... but overall, it was just a mediocre experience. I would give this place 2.5 stars, but I have to round down especially because I used to like this place so much as a child. I hope they can read this feedback and revert back to the flavors of the good ole' days but I don't think I will be returning again.

Yelp
We've tried dining in and ordering to-go and were happy with the food both ways, but we prefer to order to-go at this location. The Sweet Potato Stuffed Crust Pizza is my all time favorite pizza EVER..! Things you should know: I. PARKING The restaurant is within the John's Creek HMart Plaza, so there's a massive, free private parking lot out front. Convenient. II. SERVICE Not very good in-person. My Korean father-in-law had to nag the staff a couple times. They brought someone else's order to our table, let it sit there until we waved them down to tell them it was wrong, and then we watched them pick it up and drop it at the neighboring table. Ordering to-go just makes for a better experience.. III. QUALITY Delicious. The pizza and chicken both have amazing flavor & texture. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating.

Yelp
Okay, so maybe I am a bit biased because I don't care much for pizza or Korean chicken. I mean it's not bad per se, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. If you've read a couple of my reviews, you know I like my food salty, sour, and spicy! When I say salty I mean, as my main course, I shouldn't taste any sugar and Korean chicken is so sweet even when it's spicy! We ordered the large pizza and whole chicken combo and I had one piece of pizza and a piece of chicken and I was done. Pizza - good, cheesy, the sweet potato chunks threw me off a bit because it was sweet and soft. The cheese wasn't super runny but it wasn't hard either. The crust is stuffed with sweet potato which is new, kinda strange. I felt like it was too much sweet potato and mushy. Whole chicken - it was crunch, sweet, and a hint of spice. I just don't like that it was DRENCHED in sauce. Like some other Korean chicken places I've tried, it's saucy but the sauce isn't like dripping off my chicken, it shouldn't be. Not my cup of tea. Every order comes with a shredded cabbage salad and pickled radish(?). The tables at this place is good for groups of 6 and under. The tables and space is pretty small. Probably not good for big groups that want to sit together.

Yelp
The interior seemed a little dark and outdated right when you walk in. But the staff was very friendly and service was good and quick. We ordered fries ($6-7) and the wings, half lemon pepper dry and half soy. The fries were good but nothing memorable. The wings were Korean style and really good! However everything was very expensive. The wings came out to be about $27 and that was for 15 wings which weren't huge. I would come here again mainly because there's no other good Korean fried chicken places in johns creek.

Yelp
Very yummy pizza, I've been wanting to try Korean styled pizza for a long while now! We got it to go, so I'm sure they would have tasted even better hot and freshly made, but even so, it was delicious! We got the sweet potato stuffed crust and bulgogi pizza, and they both had a sweetness to them which I loved. I definitely want to come back to try some of the other menu options!

Yelp
Many years later and I'm still coming back to this great local joint. They've changed their interior to more hip, darker vibes. Service is still decent and popular for takeout orders. We ordered the medium pizza & wings combo. Purely food based review: Sweet potato pizza - Loaded with toppings and makes you more full than you think. Note that Korean pizzas don't contain much, if any, tomato sauce. Sweet Soy Wings - Great portion and awesome crispy wings. Really flavorful and juicy.

Yelp
Food: 5 stars. Sweet soy wing or whole chicken are excellent! Service: 1 star. I have been royal customer for quiet long time. When I was there for lunch special, they gave me one radish (Korean free dishes) and told me radish is not refill only for dinner ( at that time, we have two people ordered lunch special just got one radish and one lettuce salad) , I understood maybe lunch is cheap enough, so no more refill on side dishes just per table no matter how many people on one table. Today, Christmas Day, we were there during lunch time, but obviously dinner menu only. So we have table for four, and order whole chicken and pizza salad and full chicken wing order ( they charge extra $2 if you want to have two flavors for one wing order). We got one radish dish, and I asked for one refill. Because the sweet soy chicken today is so sweet, and we feel like radish can let us feel better. My son really wanted to have one more radish side dish, so I asked for one more (we have people for four , this is the third small radish side dish we asked for), the waiter told me it will be EXTRA CHARGE for radish! So please be careful they will charge for the second refill for side dishes! And the young waiter seems like very very impatient! I still tip them 25% service fee no matter how bad the service he offered ( we asked for plate, they totally forgot at the first time). I really really hope the owner (the lovely Korean lady when I do pickup order). If the owner really have radish refill policy, but please be flexible on how many people on one table ( if I am only one person and ask for second refills, so I am regret to ask for more. What if we have table for four and we order nearly $100 for our food?) Please train the young waiters to truly treat dine in customers good. There are so many Korean chicken restaurant there, and I can not come back because of your radish policy!

Yelp
I was so excited to try this spot !! I mean come on it sounds like some ish rite out of Diners Drive ins & Dives. So I walk in and ordered the small sweet potato pie !! First of all $20 for the tiniest pie!! Second the crust is thick and doughy reminds me of a $5 pie at Dominos the sweet potato's we're not your typical sweet potatoes that you and I know they are white sweet potato's my Dominican friend call them Batatas. The pie was instantly forgettable bland boring and I had to put salt on it when I got home so it would have some type of flavor other than baked air !! It's a No for me

Yelp
Of the change in ownership for the past like 15 years, I've never been until now. They have a $9.99 lunch special with popcorn chicken and wings options. The meal includes an order of chicken of your choice, salad, radish, fries, and drink. Where can you even get such a large meal nowadays for $10??? It is such a generous portion. I really like the sweet spicy soy or the sweet soy! The "popcorn chicken" is dark meat and definitely comes in larger chunks that your typical "popcorn" chicken.

Yelp
I love there lemon pepper wings and soy wings! i also really liked there sweet potato pizza! I live really far from this place but its definitely worth the drive for sure. The only reason I did not give this place a 5 star is because of the service. I came here one day with my friends and this guy looked like he did not want to serve us or even be there. He attended someone else before he came to us even though we came first. Was a little disappointed. But I still really love this place for the food and its very clean!

Yelp
I really like eating here. Service can be somewhat slow depending. But I like the food and staff. They're extremely kind. And so far, the food has always been delicious.

Yelp
I came in for lunch hankering for some Korean fried chicken. I settled for the soy sauce wings combo with fries and a drink for only $8.99 (really great price!!) I waited a bit which is fine because my food came out so hot and crispy!!! The glaze was amazing, wings delicious, fries crispy and not like your typical starchy type of fry but they were light and airy and didn't taste like grease or felt greasy. It came with pickled radish and cabbage with a yum yum looking sauce that tasted like 1000 island. Service was fine and place was clean. A few Koreans started coming in when I was eating and leaving which is a great sign!! This restaurant is basically next door to HMart in Johnscreek. Tons of parking and other little shops as well to pass the time. I'll definitely be back here to try more flavors and their pizza as well!!

Yelp
I can't believe sweet potato pizza is not as big a thing as Korean fried chicken. Korean pizza is not something I've seen in Atlanta very often and I'm glad it exists. We got here pretty late - closer to 8:30pm. It's great that they are open later, but we did feel odd being some of the only people dining here on a Thursday night. We ordered just enough for three and it came out fairly quickly, which was great because it was getting late and we were all hungry. We ordered a sweet potato pizza, because they seem to be known for that. The pizza dough itself reminded me of Little Caesar's... lol. BUT the toppings were great. We were able to split the flavors in our pizza and fried chicken combo - so we decided to try the Sweet & Spicy and the Soy Garlic. Both were crispy and flavorful - but BE WARNED - as others have mentioned in their reviews, the spiciness of the Sweet & Spicy is quite deceiving. It started out just sweet and all of a sudden it hit me - and I can usually handle my spicy! I made it through but it was definitely harder than I expected. At the end of the meal, we split the cost 3-way and OMG! It was about $26 after tax and tip! So affordable! Overall, while it's a little far for me, it's definitely a fun experience trying Korean style pizza and fried chicken. The food is tasty and the price is just right!

Yelp
Came in to order and there was nobody in line. I went up to the counter and was greeted nicely. In the middle of me ordering, someone called, and the lady proceeded to ignore me and take the phone order. Not only that, she took another order on the phone! Oh, and it only gets better. She finishes the phone orders and a lady walks in behind me and the worker said, "Excuse me." to ME and proceeds to take the lady's order behind me. Now, in the time of me trying to order, 3 orders were placed in front of me. Will not be returning.

Yelp
The sweet potato pizza was surprisingly delicate and delicious. I've never thought of sweet potato as a topping but it really added a light sweetness to the savory pizza. The fried chicken was a little dry hence one star off but the sweet sauce was good.

Yelp
This is an interesting concept in my opinion. It combines the love of two American passions with the right amount of Korean flair. The end result is quite successful! We had a cheese crust filled pizza and an order of the fried chicken boneless nuggets. The serving size was gigantic for the price. They were crispy and heavily sauced with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. I ordered the level as spicy but it wasnt that intense. That have one level higher that I will know to go to on the next visit. They also served the food with a shredded lettuce salad and a bowl of pickled radish. The service was friendly. We were the only dine in customers and it took quite a while to get our food. I can imagine that if it was busy that wait times could be an issue if you were in a hurry. I will definitely come back the next time I am going to hmart, which is right next door.

Alex K.

Yelp
Awesome, tasty, Korean style chicken, We've ordered 3 times already, always to go, half half regular and flavored chicken, they add some salad with thousand island and radishes, which cool down your mouth when you pair it with the chicken. I've been to a lot of chicken places and this one is par with the best. The flavored sauce isn't very spicy, so much so that my young daughter likes it as well. I've tried their pizza as well, but I'm not a big fan, as it was a very Korean style pizza where they add corn as well. To each his own, but the pizza base was excellent. The crust was the best I've tasted for years, personally I'd leave corn and olives and mushrooms off of any pizza, but that could just be me. All in all, wonderful chicken place and we are regulars for sure!

Wesley S.

Yelp
Can't find better chicken anywhere else I hate kfc(kentucky friend chicken) but now I love kfc (Korean fried chicken) Truly come here if you want a great experience and good amount of food for the price! Altho keep in mind busy days and hours are slow!
google avatar

Aki K.

Yelp
Best Korean chicken and pizza. Located next to HMart so you can order for take out while you do your grocery shopping. Offers plenty of combo selection between spicy chicken, wings and tenders and a variety of pizzas. Their price are also reasonable and everything is freshly made. If you are dining it, make sure to order the waffle fries and whatever is on draft. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Chelsea K.

Yelp
We ordered 1 large Shrimp pizza ($23) and 1 large Sweet potato pizza ($19). We used to order the sweet potato pizza more often, but they came up with the shrimp pizza on the menu! The Sweet potato pizza is sweet because of the korean sweet potato, and the shrimp pizza is more creamy. You can add cheese or sweet potato filling inside the crust for extra $4, and I highly recommend the sweet potato crust!! It is worth trying because it is something special that most American pizza restaurants don't have. The boneless wings here are pretty good as well, so the boneless wing+pizza combo is also a good idea. If you order together, they will give you a $2 discount for the combo. (You might have to ask - they dont always seem to do it). Try with the spicy boneless chicken! It's sweet but spicy. (We have ordered from this place quite frequently, and they could increase the amount of toppings. Once, we ended up with less than 10 shrimps on the large shrimp pizza or with very spread out sweet potato toppings on the large sweet potato pizza! :( Was satisfied with what I got today, but I would love to see consistent toppings in the future!)

Jasmine T.

Yelp
Used to be good. New owner, different taste. Such a shame. The chicken could definitely be better. They're charging more money for smaller portions.

Yelp
Joy Pizza and Chicken is a great local option to get fried chicken, Korean pizza, and beer. The prices may seem expensive at first but the portion sizes are large and items are meant to be shared among friends. This restaurant is a good large format casual dining place to catch up with friends or eat with family. After frequenting here pretty often I've learned to stick with the popcorn chicken and potato pizza. The fried bone in chicken is pretty good but the popcorn chicken is where the true value is at. You get way more chicken for the same price and it's easier to eat with chopsticks and dip in the sauces and salt. The chicken is crispy and delicious, with a good balance of white meat to fattier dark meat pieces. I recommend getting pink salt and the spicy sweet sauce with the chicken to get more variety out of it. The Korean potato pizzas are probably my favorite item to order here. It sounds like such a weird concept at first but it makes so much sense. It's basically fried potato wedges on top of pizza and a whole bunch of other tasty toppings. It's gooey, fun, and satisfying, and a great compliment to the chicken. During lunch hours you can get the lunch special which includes a half order of chicken, fries, salad, radishes, and a drink for around $10. It's a pretty good deal and you get a pretty large portion too. Joy Chicken serves great Asian comfort food in Johns Creek. It's fast, casual, and a great place to spend time with friends.

Su L.

Yelp
Best chicken ever! It was crispy and yet juicy. I had the sweet soy flavor. Not too sweet and not too salty. It was perfect. Portions are very generous. We also had fries. The meal came out with pickled radish and salad. They do an 8.99 lunch special that comes with fries and a drink until 3pm but it was four when we got there.

Susie K.

Yelp
They are giving half the portions with higher prices. They got the order wrong and instead of re making it just gave us the side sauce which doesn't taste the same. The wings were half the size. Prices went up but that's understandable. Very disappointing because this place used to be good!
google avatar

Yelp
Always good .. hey the sweet and spicy chicken .. awesome!! Try the bulgogi pizza as well .. great!!
google avatar

Daniel P.

Yelp
This joint ALWAYS provides excellent food and service whenever we pick up from there. This place's food crushes any other Korean fried chicken restaurant in the Duluth area. Must try if you have not been!
google avatar

Haun K.

Yelp
I wanted to treat my family and was impressed by their online ordering option but was mislead by the time wait and portions. We ordered the large sweet potato pizza and sweet and mild wings. It took a longer wait than expected and the young workers seemed unamused. The sweet potato pizza was very plain with maybe half a sweet potato on it. They really held out on their toppings and was not the most pleasing to look at. The sweet potatoes were not sweet and had more of a mushy potato consistency. The pizza crust was under seasoned but crunchy. For a $32 meal to feed 4 people it was not bad but the quality and service was definitely lacking. I was almost ashamed to take my family out to eat here and will probably not be coming back.
google avatar

Marie D.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place. Went there with my family we had the sweet potato pizza and half sauced wings and plain chicken wings and a beer tower! The interior is cute and clean! The food is pretty fast & the customer service is amazing. The employees work very quick and always make sure that we have enough on the table. Highly recommended going with family and friends. We will definitely come back when we get back into town and try l the other yummy food there. We will be back :)

Yelp
Overall...delicious!! Whenever my parents want sweet potato pizza, this is the first place I think of. It's been around for a few years and have done a couple renovations, but it's still the same good food! Service: it was only one girl running the cashier and getting the orders. She was sweet and friendly and didn't overcrowd us. The owner was in the back keeping an eye on everything. Food: this is really the only pizza place I know that does sweet potato pizza and it's delicious! I remember the first time it was mentioned to me a while back I thought it was too weird and something I've just never heard of before, but I'm so glad I tried it out! Sweet and savory with a whole bunch of cheese loaded on top. Other toppings included bell pepper, ham, and pineapples. It's a sweet and savory and definitely worth a try! Now I usually get the combo that comes with your choice of any pizza (S,M,LG) and some chicken options. I think the small order of pizza is enough for two people to share if you're not absolutely dying of hunger. I usually get the Sweet and Mild w/ Pizza. It's more worth your buck if you get the combo instead of ordering separately. 4/5- it's good! A bit of a drive for me to come all the way here but worth

Yelp
Love this place. My parents and I frequent this place for a bite of KFC and some cheesy sweet potato pizza. If you've never had sweet potato pizza, you are missing out on one of life's great tastes. Go check it out!

Yelp
Joy Pizza and Joy Chicken, one of the best Korean fusion restaurants in the Metro Atlanta. With and easy to spot location and a welcoming store-front the first impressions of this place is all positive. Service is standard. But, nothing too outstanding. Food wait time was relatively short. The bulgogi pizza is the perfect blend of American and Korean flavors. The bulgogi was surprisingly well cooked given it being a pizza topping. Cheese provides a perfect compliment to the cheesy pizza. Pizza dough is thin and is pretty well textured. Making sure to return next time I'm in the JC area.

Yelp
The woman take my order is very mean ! She yelled at me for not put the pens back to the cup which I have no idea I suppose to put it back. Cz the pens was on the counter when I pick up so !!! Very bad customer service attitude Never go back this place I dnt think they even deserve 1 star . The chicken wings taste awful dry hard no flavor

Yelp
Was absolutely craving korean fried chicken so my friend and I decided to try out this spot since we were also grocery shopping next door. We ordered the spicy sweet drumstick and it was great. The heat definitely builds up as you go through each bite so if you're into that kind of spicy, go for it. The only thing I have to say about the spot is that I wish they listed out their flavors on the menu clearly. They had it for the wings in a separate list and only had the spicy sweet or mild and tangy option for the drumstick. Wasn't until I went back to yelp to find out that the flavors apply to the drumsticks as well. Other than that, definitely a spot that I'll come back to quite often for those cravings!

Yelp
This place has really good Korean fried chicken and pizza! If I'm craving some traditional Korean sauce chicken, this place never fails! When I'm closer to the Johns creek area, this is my go to.

Yelp
After having my mind blown by potato pizza at another Korean restaurant, I was on the hunt for more, which brought me to Joy Pizza N Joy Chicken! Customer service was super nice and they went over all the combos with me for my to go order. With their help, I decided on the Sweet and mild (or spicy) boneless popcorn chicken with any pizza ($19.99). I got the 10 inch sweet potato pizza, which comes topped with green pepper, red pepper, corn, ham, sweet potato, Italian, sausage, pineapple, cheese and white sauce. It was really tasty, and if you haven't had either the potato or sweet potato, do yourself a favor and give it a shot! The Sweet and spicy popcorn chicken was unexpected in terms of the sheer size of it. Let me be clear...the amount of popcorn chicken you get is enough to give an entire party a few bites of it, so needless to say, I was eating popcorn chicken for 3 days for lunch and dinner! Outside of volume, the spicy popcorn was fried and dipped in a sweet sauce (yet still crispy), but wasn't spicy at all to me. Very tasty overall, and I liked the popcorn chicken flavor a lot, although they were very heavy handed on sesame seeds, which I also wasn't expecting, so if you have a seed allergy, let them know. The interior is pretty spacious and clean, being able to seat large groups if need, and of course, k-pop is playing on the television, which is always cool to watch while you wait. Located next to the Super H mart off of Abbotts Bridge Rd, it's super easy to get in and out, and parking isn't an issue either. If you haven't been to Joy Pizza N Joy Chicken, go! If you have been, go again! If you've never had Korean fried chicken or their specialty pizzas, I think it's a great place to break you in.

Yelp
Food is so good and the service is great. We decided to dine in and they checked our temperate and brought us water in cute mason jars. As I am writing this review and looking at the pictures, I decided to go there for lunch tomorrow. Their spicy chicken is very spicy! I recommend the sweet and soy popcorn chicken with green onion.

Yelp
Excellent experience. Great pizza! Most interesting with the sweet potato crust! Had the Hawaiian experience so good! Sweet and savory, nice balance! Also ordered wings with the the sauce. Nice wings nicely crispy and good size. Service is also great, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Yelp
I had an appointment in John's Creek and decided to stop here after for a late lunch. Glad I did! I've only had KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) a handful of times but this place takes the cake! I got the lunch special which came with a lotttt of food for under $10. It came with 10 sweet and mild wings, fries, side salad, side of radish, and a drink. The wings were perfectly crispy and a good size. The sauce was sweet and not spicy at all and very addicting. It was a thicker sauce and stuck to the wings well. They added a liberal amount of sesame seeds on top of the wings. I came at an off time so it wasn't busy at all and there is plenty of parking since it's in a plaza with an H Mart. It is a sit down restaurant but they do to go orders too. The lady (I think she's one of the owners) was very sweet, no complaints about service here. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area!

Yelp
Joy Pizza N Joy Chicken is, in my opinion, the best joint for Korean chicken and, to my knowledge, the only one that also serves pizza also! Every time I have gone with others, we make sure to get one of the several chicken and pizza combos. My personal favorite is the spicy popcorn chicken and Korean steak pizza! The food is definitely great and I always leave feeling full and satisfied, often with extra to take home. I personally prefer the chicken to the pizza, which says a lot since I'd say there are many more Korean chicken restaurants in the area than pizza. No complaints on the ambience or service! I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes for a table and it has never been too loud. My girlfriend has stated she has experienced difficulties with service before, but I have not myself. I would definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
If you're looking for a nifty joint that has delicious pizza and korean pizza. Then this place is it. It's because I know I have. I took my son here for lunch. Had low expectations because I figured it's a fried chicken place, how good can their pizza be ? We were surprised how delicious the pizza was. It was creamy and my son loves the sweet potato crust. It's too bad we live so far so we come up here when we have the chance. The k chicken is not greasy like some places either. Service here is great too. We make a request on our order and they make sure the kitchen gets it. White Windmill is next door too. Which is a plus for dessert after eating here.

Yelp
The food is good however the manager is slimy. She takes away the tips from her workers and is rude to customers. She thought that I did not speak Korean or understand it and told her worker to only fill up the sauce only half way in Korean when I had to pay extra for it.

Yelp
Their chicken is golden yellow and delicious. This beats all other crispy fried chicken-especially when I'm in the mood for (chicken and beer). Their pizza is doughy and different. They have the sweet potato pizza with corn, cheese, peppers, ham....not bad at all. Definitely go for their chicken over their pizza

Yelp
Came here for the sweet potato pizza that I had been craving. Although it was not too impressive, the meal was very worth the money. I also ordered the steak pizza and it was better than the sweet potato one.

Yelp
This is a go to place for after school quick bites. Chicken and pizza are quite possibly the two best foods in the world, and they are joined in a beautiful marriage at this restaurant. Joy pizza n joy chicken served Korean style fried chicken and pizza. I usually order the spicy chicken bites and potato pizza combo. This is enough to feed 4-6. The chicken is a blend of spicy and sweet but is entirely delicious; however if you are not a fan of spice, do not order spicy. it is actually spicy. The pizza contains potatoes and corn on top and tastes fine-- nothing to special but still solid. Overall this restaurant is a good place to eat when you're hungry and looking for some yummy food. It's worth a visit.

Yelp
Decided to get some Korean fried chicken for lunch. Coworkers and I had heard about this place so we decided to check it out. The restaurant is about an average size place that could seat at least 40+ people. It's has a very Italy inspired decor which make it's even more interesting as the place is a Korean establishment. The menu is mainly chicken and pizza as the name of the place suggests. The pizza varies in toppings and can be served in 3 different sizes (s,m, l). Some unique pizzas to mention are the Korean steak pizza and the sweet potato pizza. The chicken comes in either wings or boneless popcorn style bites. The level of hotness for the chicken indicated by the number of chili peppers ranges from sweet n mild (no peppers) all the way to very hot (3 peppers). They also have a lunch special for $7.99 that gives you a combo of chicken, fries, and a drink. I ended up getting the lunch special of 10 fried wings, fries, and a drink. The wings were small in size so 10 wasn't too bad to eat. The wings itself tasted alright, it was kind of bland not too much flavor. The fries was okay overall as well nothing too special. One of my coworkers did end up getting some of the sweet n hot popcorn chicken and it was actually really spicy (fair warning for others). There were only 2 people I could see on staff, the cashier who was a very nice lady and also was our waitress. The other staff member was the chef who was in the kitchen most of the time, but he did give us a nice greeting when we entered. Great service overall! To sum it all up this place is not bad for wings, just nothing to really makes it stand out as something special. I was looking for Korean fried chicken that I thought would have a unique taste to it, but it was really just normal chicken to me. This isn't a knock on the place, I still think a good place to eat just wasn't what I expected.

Yelp
It was alright. We got the korean steak pizza (10.99) and a lunch special with 10 pc buffalo wings (8.99). I wish the pizza was just a bit more crispy and had more meat. Literally for most of the slices you get like one piece of beef... It's kind of sad. We got the steak pizza for the steak. The buffalo wings were good, and the fries.. I love their fries. You don't have soggy fries, or those fries that are too crispy but like a bad crispy. I kind of wish our waitress would've came back and checked on us so I could ask her for ranch, but literally she was no where in sight and was either in the kitchen or behind us. She came and checked up on us when we were almost done with our meal, so there was no point in asking. I don't think I liked it enough to come back again. It was one of those try once type of place.

Yelp
Had great food here this past weekend! My friend and I got the medium pizza and wings special. I wish you could reduce the amount of wings because there were 16 wings and only 2 of us eating so we had a lot of leftovers. We got medium heat and sweet for the wing sauce and we got the sweet potato pizza which was so good! It's a different taste, a lot sweeter than most pizzas so it might not suit everyone's preference. There's a lot of parking available because its in a huge plaza where Hmart is located!

Yelp
Our favorite pizza place due to the sweet potato pizza. Don't miss it, especially if you like white pizzas
