Literally thee best chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time. This chicken bacon cheddar was super thick, well marinated, juicy (no weird rubbery pieces), filled with fresh veggies in addition to grilled onions. Waffle fries are hand-cut and cooked to perfection. Much nicer ambience than your average fast food place, there’s a ton of healthy options and friendly service. I’ll be back for the fresh squeezed juices.

I am so glad I found this space as it gave me such jubilee!!!! Not only were the two employees there knowledgeable about the entire menu, they were able to give an honest assessment of the menu and ensured that what they were giving me was of the best quality too! I tried the veggie burger and waffle fries and definitely had joy eating it too! The veggie burger was not processed and homemade with spinach and beans…very flavorful!!!!

I love stopping by Jubilee Juice & Grill for their smoothies—they’re always fresh and packed with flavor. Their grilled sandwiches are super tasty too, it's comforting meal every time.

Ordered a turkey burger and expected a fresh made patty as i’ve gotten in the past multiple times. Not sure if it was to save money or what, but the turkey burgers are now frozen patties that also have CORN INSIDE?? This turned me away from the entire restaurant as I have strict dietary restrictions regarding corn. If i was given a heads up about the change, I wouldn’t have made that order. Didn’t even ask for a refund, I’m just never coming back. Corn in a Turkey Burger is beyond crazy to me

I had the Cesar salad chicken wrap and it was delicious!! The service was nice and I also had a Tropical breeze smoothie. If you don’t like pulp in your smoothie then maybe past because it’s freshly made. 10/10 will definitely come again to try something different on the menu.

I use to love ordering the chicken divine pita but the last two times were bad. This last time the chicken wasn’t even edible it was so dry I couldn’t even chew it down. Unfortunately couldn’t even eat the meal just wasted $20. Really sad bc this place use to be so good! Not sure what happened or what has changed.

I ordered a smoothie from there which was good but the Indian girl tried to tip herself 3 dollars. She said the price for a smoothie and small fry was $22 dollars. I was like huh? She then showed me it and the price changed to $ 19 and I saw her remove the tip. Watch out for her

The smoothie I had was amazing! It's called Pineapple craze-- perfect for the hot weather. I'm not sure if it's fresh fruit that they use, but great flavor! The cashier and worker were friendly, no complaints. I'd go there again!

The best grab and go spot in the West Loop. You order at the counter and can take food to go or they have a casual sitting area with plenty of tables. This place is always clean and the staff are so polite. The business has been around forever and I hope it will be for many many more years! The smoothies here are AMAZING! Growing up I always got the tropical passion but my new obsession is the cranberry smoothie (I can't remember the name of the menu right now). Jubilee also has a great selection of food including sandwiches, salads, and sides. I really enjoy the hummus from here. The texture and flavor are spot on.

Best fresh squeezed orange juice in Chicago! Love this place so much. The salmon burger is fireeee.

Many moons ago when we lived in River North and Jubilee Juice did their own delivery... we had great service and loved the food. Yet fast forward to tonight. Spent $$$$ on an order of two sandwiches and waffle fries. While it took an hour... par for the course. There was a problem with the order. One sandwich was missing. The other sandwich was wrong. There was a note saying that they were out of the ingredient and substituted something else. Ok. So when I called. It took them 5 mins to find the order. The guy tells me that he remembers adding the sandwich ... kinda funny because the bag was stapled shut when I got it.... So asked them to just credit back the meal... and forget about it. He said he couldn't do it. His manager was out and he didn't have the authority. But if I could drive down to them... he'll do something. Ok, so that's 4 miles. ( Which is why we used door dash) Would take 20 mins each way... NO PARKING... and what would he do because they were out of the one sandwich my wife wanted? Really? AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save your money. Not the same quality of service. There are better options that have good customer service. I'd give them a 0 but can't do that...

This is it. This is the best Chicken Caesar Wrap in Chicago (within my delivery radius). Quality chicken, crisp lettuce, the right balance of cheese and creamy dressing. And the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are consistently delicious. (No, I did not receive a free one for this review.) It feels weird to be addicted to such an unassuming spot, but Jubilee just brings me joy.

Damn. This is the spot. I know what's a block or two north. I came here anyway. Damn. Week long business trip. Long FUN first day on-site. Worked a solid day, was walking to the hotel and slid in. (I used to live north side, I know what to look for in a "classic Chicago knock you in the dirt delicious corner spots") Came in. Read the full, wide variety of items they serve. Holy crap. This place was for real. Philly Steak. Philly Chicken...but my man behind the counter said "nah bro. Not tonight. Tonight you're eating an All-American". He let me add bacon. Hit the grill after the order. He recommended the straight up waffle fries. He fried them fresh, single order just for me. Damn. That burger was a half pound easy after cooked! The fries would make Chick-fil-A fans flock here...because however they fry these fries (wait for it...) DAMN!!! so I dragged a friend here again tonight. He had the cheddar bacon burger, I tried like hell to eat half my Philly Steak. Same quality...except tonight my man behind the counter hooked my friend and I up with badass smoothies. Off the menu badass smoothies. Nothing crazy... traded something for apple juice and let us try a sample... Damn. We both bought one. If he had had a large, I would have bought it. If you're in this part of Chicago, eat here. If you live up to about 15-20 minutes away, it's worth the trip. I know there are a lot of spots like this in this town...but this one is one step up. I've eaten in dives like this in Philly, NY, Boston, Houston, Austin, LA, Bozeman...this is in my top 5 anywhere spots. #dropsmic

Honestly, this is my go to spot in West Loop it's my favorite smoothie spot in Chicago. The peach refresher is a must everytime I come and add strawberries to really top it off. No gatekeeping here. Enjoy friends.

I went to Jubilee last week and ordered a shrimp quesadilla, which costs about $18. Got home and the quesadilla did not have shrimp. Once again, I have the wrong order. I returned last night and ordered two shrimp quesadillas. Paid for them plus extra shrimp. I asked to speak to the manager to alert her to this ongoing issue. It ends up being the same ignorant manager that I spoke with back in June. Antonia (Nia) claims that she's never spoken to me in her life. Perhaps she should look back to Yelp for a reminder. This woman has no clue what customer service is and obviously could care less whether someone patronizes her business or not. The food is good when they get your order correct. But definitely not good enough for me to spend my money with such terrible service. I politely asked for a refund and took my business to another restaurant.

I've ordered here for delivery about half a dozen times and not once, not once has the order been made and delivered correctly. There are always missing items or items made incorrectly or both. The last order one item was missing and a smoothie was delivered in a small white paper bag in a styrofoam cup with no lid and the cup was cracked down the side so the delivery person walked into the lobby with a bag dripping smoothie everywhere. We've had smoothies and beverages delivered from dozens of restaurants and each restaurant packages drinks appropriately and we've never had one delivered without a lid or with the contents free floating in and dripping from the bag. As for the food, the salads we've ordered have been decent in restaurant and delivered. The burgers are well prepared and hold up. Some of the chicken sandwiches are over sauced and gross. Verdict - dine in when in the area pass on delivery.

Came in and was greeted by 2 extremely friends young girls. It was my first time here and they were extremely helpful in helping me decide what I wanted to order. We decided on a Philly chicken and wow oh wow was it amazing. Bread was toasted perfectly, chicken cooked to perfection, and the flavors just blended together so well. I also got a strawberry banana smoothie with a scoop of protein powder and boy was it scrumptious. Overall I had an amazing experience and I'll definitely be coming back again.

I called today to place an order and the young lady who answered the phone, Shontae had THE BEST customer service. I gave my phone number and she asked immediately if I was ordering the Turkey Burger with the dressing on the side. I was shocked she knew what I wanted but remembered I dine here often. The mere fact she asked made me feel I was one of their VIP's. I also ordered a Cranberry Pleasures smoothie....another favorite of mine. I picked up my food, didn't see Shontae to thank her for being pleasant and left. While driving home I took a sip of my smoothie and I immediately picked up my phone to call the restaurant. Shontae answered and I asked who made the smoothie then proceeded to tell her that whomever made it, it was the best one I had ever had from there. Guess what.....she made it. Owners of Jubilee Juice....keep her on payroll!!!!

From Wisconsin, decided to grab lunch. Was impressed. Loved the Pina Colada smoothie!! We definitely be back!!

The food here is OK, somewhat better than average. The reason for 2 stars is that there is little to no service and you pay a huge premium for what you get. They nickel and dime you here, even going so far as to charge for refills on soda, which is one of my petpeeves. It is down town so a higher price is expected but this place goes to far in my opinion. Won't be coming back.

Food is pretty good here.Good quality.They are located near my work so I've been stopping in at least once a week to grab a bite.So far everything has been good.I usually call ahead.They have been on point with the time they give me to give me an idea how long my food will take.So far my favorite sandwich has been the avocado burger.But I also recommend their Italian combo.Definitely a solid spot to grab a bite.Thumbs up!!

I love this place! I've been coming for many years and for good reason. Lots of tasty, fresh and healthy options to go with the standard burger joint essentials. I highly recommend the marinated chicken sandwich and the various smoothies.

Jubilee. .. Jubilee. .. Jubilee. This is a difficult one to rate. I mean the smoothies are good & so are the sandwiches, soups and salads. The other day I bought a Garden Salad w/ Grilled Chicken and a Mango Smoothie. I walked out $23 lighter with an overwhelming feeling that I was hustled. Lol. The prices have always been steep, long before Au Cheval, Girl & The Goat or Green Street Smoked Meats made this the most popular food strip in Chicago. If they slashed prices by 25% I'd be a regular & rate them 4 stars. Considering the plethora of options in the area, I'll stick to going once or twice a year.

Just paid 20 dollars for the worst Cuban I've ever had and a mediocre smoothie. What a weird place.

This place is way too expensive to have poor customer service. The new young lady on the phone needs training. From yelling over the phone "we have a rush hold" to hanging up on me after 10 minutes on hold. Then when I called back having an even worse attitude. I will not except that type of service when paying $33 for a combo meal. The pandemic did not do you all well.

This place is definitely underrated for their fresh juices. For a 16oz size, you can create your own juice, picking as many vegetables/fruits as you wish. I went with pear, cucumber, and celery and it was amazing - for only $6! Just because it doesn't come in a fancy bottle doesn't mean it's not one of the freshest juices I've had. Service was fast and friendly around lunch time.

Quick and kind service. The menu had awesome options! The staff was helpful. Clean environment in the middle of west loop. I'm excited to go back and try more items.

I am a foodie I've lived all over the world Everything here is great. Literally everything. I live Two blocks away and it's the best counter service in the area by a mile.

Went there today to grab a large juice. Happily paid $9 for a juice, and now that I look at my card, the person at the register gave himself a little extra tip. Not worth it for me to dispute it with the card company, but I'll definitely never go back. Honestly is the best policy.

Soooooooo, I've been a faithful customer since it opened. I just called there and tried to place an order and a young lady answered, put me on hold, can back on the phone giggling and stated that the cook had walked out and they had no idea when they would return. I called back 45 minutes and a pleasant young man answered the phone. I asked him if the cook was back, he asked me to hold on and asked someone in ear shot what was he comfortable cooking. WHAT?!??? I asked what did he mean by asking the cook that. He didn't have an answer, and I suspect that he is new. This prompted me to ask if Jubilee was under new ownership. He really didn't have an answer. I was so disappointed because this place has great food and has never disappointed. I then asked someone call and ask who the manager/owner was to get their contact information. (I wanted to make sure they didn't recognize my number and give the wrong info)They informed me that when they called a young man answered (I suspect the same one as before) and told them that the managers name is NIA, and she was standing there and would take the call. Not one minute later I called back, a third young lady answered and I asked for Nia, she paused and said she was not available and then proceeded to ask me why I was calling, as I was explaining she abruptly interrupted and said they were busy, but still wanted to know why I was calling. I suspect that I was in fact talking to Nia, which is unfortunate because that was my 3rd attempt to place an order, however my interactions this evening with this establishment deterred me and turned me off. If managers are not equipped to take on customer concerns you shouldn't be manager. Going toe to toe responding to a customer is just going to make you look defensive and you will get a bad reputation for having poor service. Read the room and know your clientele. You are located in a prime area where some of the best restaurants in Chicago are located. In fact, Jubilee was there before many of these restaurants were even established. I would hate to see this place that has a great reputation for good food go down in flames for poor service. Get it together people!

Great shakes and smoothies that are ready in minutes after you place your order. Amazing fresh off the family grill options and menu items that you won't find this delicious anywhere else. Known for its desserts, they don't fall behind on those either, 5 stars for all menu categories. Love Jubilee

This restaurant is located in Chicago and has amazing food. There's a lot of options and you definitely get a lot for the dollar. The chicken sandwich is to die for.

I've eaten here, picked up food from here, and also just had delivery from here on Grubhub. And I've got to say, it was good every time. I usually get the Philly chicken, which is a pretty uncharacteristic choice by me, but it is really good! Also always gotta get waffle fries and onion rings. Don't forget your smoothie either!! I actually originally stumbled upon this place bc I was needing a smoothie badly one day. I've tried probably 4 or 5 different kinds of smoothies they have and I've yet to try one I don't like so far. I took a star away bc it's not the cheapest restaurant for a quick meal. That being said, the quality and quantity of food you get for the price is very fair IMO. Safe to say, I'll be returning to Jubilee Juice v soon.

Solid but overall not great. I ordered the asparagus sandwich and my wife ordered the veggie burger. We both got fresh juice. Both juices were good and we were happy about the fact that you can create your own mixture. The food, on the other hand, was just ok. They cooked the asparagus without breaking off the hard, dense, fibrous ends so half of the sandwich was difficult to chew and not very desirable. And the veggie burger looked a lot like the kind of frozen patties you can buy at any store, small and not all that good. It was a quick meal that served its purpose but definitely not somewhere that I'd crave to go back to.

My review is only about their juices. Since it is mentioned in their name I assumed they would offer an extensive list of possible ingredients. I was hoping for kale, chard, spinach, really any kind of greens beyond the usual. Maybe a "greens" juice? Since many of the newer juice businesses offer the option. They have wheat grass and that's cool but I found their smoothies and juices to be, "scratching the surface". In a jam, it's okay. They offer two sizes and the large is a super sized smoothie. There is a significant portion of yogurt going into it which can add sugars I don't care for. As I said, in a jam and you're needing some liquid produce, it is an okay option. But if searching out something that will make you feel that "juiced" high, there are other places.

This is my location for a healthy eating I order the Shrimp sandwich, grilled tilapia and a Ruben sandwich. I always buy the smoothies with extra Ginger that you can get at this location

This restaurant is simply just delicious, each and every time I come here I get their amazing Philly chicken and it never disappoints complimented with there deliciously crispy waffle fries this is my favorite meal in the Chicagoland area possibly even in the world.

PLEASE SEE UPDATE. This establishment is incredibly disgusting and a lot of the 5 star reviews are not honest because they offer a free cookie for a 5 star review. It smelled horribly. It was so unorganized. We ordered online and went to pick it up. We were missing items from our order and we had to go back to ask for them. Fast forward to waking up in the middle of the night so sick from Jubilee. Throwing up all night. Absolutely disgusting and I can't believe they are bribing 5 star reviews for a cookie. And a free large cookie for posting a picture of your food before you leave the place. UPDATE: The owner has responded and questioned the legitimacy of my claim, so below I have posted my bank statemeant of the purchase with the date. Waking up in the middle of the night (2:30-3am) sick and being questioned why I didn't call the store? That is not my job, and I want others to be aware, which a private phone call to the store would not suffice, and why I felt this Yelp review is necessary. This place is shady. Shame on me for spending my money here.

I love this restaurant, I have been coming here for years I especially love how everything is so fresh and made from scratch and there huge portions. Hands down my favorite restaurant in the city!
