I had never tried pressed juicery before. So when I visited Whole Foods 365 I was having a very lovely and lucky day and decided to try something new! I had no idea what the juices even were, I had always assumed it had something to do with pro probiotics like medicine or something. Both Sam and Chris were so helpful and pleasant answering all my questions which I am sure must have seemed totally ridiculous to them! They went above and beyond to detail and explain the production process and ingredients used which made me feel very confident about supporting the business. I haven’t yet tasted my pineapple or watermelon but I am sure I will be back for more regardless even if the juice is terrible just for the stellar service! I felt like I was at a concession stand at Disney world, the service was exceptional, just top tier, please see to it that they are both recognized for the way in which they carry the pressed brand. And especially moving around during a pandemic it is so wonderful to connect with genuine human beings, really made my day.

Products are great but in every location I go (this one over others) I'm (not) greeted by rude grumpy employees who seem miserable to be there. I've often opted not to go here just because the experience of getting a smoothie here puts me in a bad mood. Also there is no consistency in smoothies. A surprise every time. Sometimes gooey, sometimes too liquidy, sometimes just right.

The juices are great but the attitude of this one employee is consistently disgusting. She speaks to me as though I’m a child each time I visit when I’m asking her simple questions. Crazy thing is she’s friendly to almost all the “other” customers. The next time I visit I’ll be sure to video and and give her a piece mind! The one on 7th ave is much more help and they don’t have angry faces.

My husband and I come here often - the drinks are great, though ridiculously expensive. We came tonight (a Saturday) at 8:45 for some smoothies, but the employee on duty turned us away because she had already cleaned up and was ready to close. My understanding is that if closing time is 9pm, employees shouldn’t be cleaning and closing up shop before then. Very disappointed.

The staff were all friendly and super helpful in helping me decide on a smoothie to try. I ended up getting the Fountain of Youth and it was delicious!! I was a first timer and will definitely be back!!

The customer service at this location is horrible! Some of the employees are friendly, however others are very rude and have negative attitudes toward customers. I prefer the 207 7th Ave location, the employees there are much less negative and do not display attitudes. For now I will continue shopping at the 207 7th Ave location. The juice press at 292 Ashland is just not for me.

I’ve been to this location 10ish times but the last three times in a row they have gotten my order wrong, or it’s been correct but overly watery or things haven’t been blended thoroughly. Not sure if there are new staff still learning or what, but it’s too much to spend on a product that you can’t enjoy and I’ve started going elsewhere.

Hours posted were wrong (they wouldn’t make a smoothie at 630 pm on a Sunday although the hours listed were to 9pm). The few times I’ve been to the location in Whole Foods the staff has been apathetic.
