Pricey but good. Some items are $14 now! As others have commented, get the punch card and return your glass bottles to make the cost manageable. It's in a cute little kiosk where you can take your drink after purchasing and people watch at Patricia's Green.

Great juice selection, just right nothing over whelming. I get the beet juice one, and the blue algae shots. If I work out at lux fit I’ll grab the almond milk protein one it’s really good . Def recommend this spot it’s quick and easy, and they take back the bottle and refund you a little something. Staff is always up beat friendly and cool . Punch cards rock as well

Daydreaming about the blue plant smoothie & mushroom plant milk smoothies. It’s really rare to find pressed juices without artificial sweeteners but The Juice Shop delivers 💫. Love their bottle buy back program (♻️) and so content to be supporting small, local businesses.

Great cold pressed juice with some samples normally available. I would say a bit pricey but aren’t all cold pressed juice places these days. Don’t forget to return your bottle for $2 back.

Shannon was incredibly nice to work with! I called in because I wanted to pick up a few juices I had in mind, they usually sell out pretty fast and she set aside my favorites for me so that I could pick up my order quick. I love how you can return the bottles for credit towards your purchase, talk about an amazing perk with these guys! I really love all the elixirs and juices, everything I've tried is beyond amazing. Charlie and his bros are great in everything they do. I used to work for them and man, I cant tell you how much I miss their unique juices. They definitely go above and beyond to give the maximum in quality and taste experience! I cant wait go back to SF and have a deep green juice! Best and freshest juices in SF. They have sweeter juices, ones with some spice, and plain juices for those that are watching their glucose levels. Can't recommend it enough.

I have been obsessed with juices lately. Not sure if my body is craving certain nutrients or whatever, but I have been drinking a lot of green juices. Juice Shop is a fast & convenient place for me to grab and go. It's a small juice shack right by the outdoor gym and next to a Ritual Coffee (which I also like). Juices can be a tad expensive but think of all the veggies that have to be pressed for a little jar of delicious juice. Luckily, you can easily trade in the cute glass jars for $2 credit making this a delicious and environmentally friendly experience. Located on Octavia and Hayes near Patricia's Green in Hayes Valley.

Best juice in the world! Organic, glass bottled (no microplastic leaching or oxidizing), zero waste, and so sooo nutrient dense. When I'm getting sick, I crave the Citrus Gold -- it has busted so many onset colds and flus for me. (Make sure you consume a little bit of black pepper so the turmeric is more bioavailable to help with your inflammation.) Always super fresh and delicious. My home juicing hardly compares, I always come back to Juice Shop. So thankful they are here.

I tried the Juice Shop since I got a deal on Too Good To Go that was 50% off the original price. The strawberry lemonade came in a glass bottle that they will keep $2 until you return it. The juice itself is very clean and refreshing but comes at a steep cost, especially if buying full price. I'd consider treating myself to the Juice Shop on a hot day or after a hard workout

Love this place! I always grab the jalapeño punch whenever I'm in town. It's the perfect balance of sweet and spicy without being too overwhelming. The bottles are also cute and you get a discount if you return them.

First time trying Juice Shop and got 2 Citrus juice. Citrus (5/5) - orange, grapefruit, carrot and turmeric. Nicely blended cold pressed juice. You can definitely taste the rawness of it. You can rinse and return the bottles back to the shop for $2 per bottle. I love how eco friendly this is and help reduce waste. I'll be coming back. Friendly staff and quick order.

TGTG. I got to try since I was in the neighborhood. I saw the sign for half off at the end of the day. I tried the watermelon and something citrus. All very clean tasting, absolutely no pulp. Definitely tasting the flavor of the juice. It's located right next to the outside gym in a hut.

This place is always one of my first stops when I travel back home. It's literally walking distance from my childhood home and hits the spot when I'm adjusting to the weather and pace here. I absolutely love their elixirs when I'm feeling a little worn out. Always helps me feel better. Their green juices are so unique and cleansing. I haven't had a chance to try all their juices but they sound lovely as well. The lack of the last star is because the worker I encountered today was really not happy to be there and I wholly believe in the customer service making or breaking someone's experience.

Cute little juice stand! I was parched and also needed to hit my protein (rahhhh) while I was out with my best friend, so I ordered the Blue Plant Protein Shake after we stumbled across the place. A smooth drink that quenched my dying thirst lol and the chia seeds added a nice bit of texture, but it really just tasted like flavored almond milk and was pretty expensive for a single drink (but that's sf for you). Came in a cute bottle though!

My friend got the Deep Green juice (or some sort of green juice) from the Juice Shop (a small little stand/hut in the heart of Hayes Valley where there's a park and lots of shops around) because she wanted a cleanse. The person running the shop this past Friday morning was friendly and helpful with giving her suggestions. We were able to try a few samples before she bought something. I really enjoyed the Citrus Gold because it seemed like a more spice heavy and richer orange juice since it has turmeric and carrots added into it. Solid option. The juices (16 oz.) here were 11.00 but you have to pay +2 for the glass bottle. To get your 2.00 back, you have to return the glass bottle. So my friend and I sat at the park near the Juice Shop and enjoyed our beverages in the nice weather. She ended up finishing her juice, so she was able to get her deposit back. The green juice itself isn't the most pleasant compared to other options, but it's good for green juice. I also felt like it was a lot sweeter than I expected green juice to be. While it's a tad expensive for juice, maybe it's worth it if you want to quench your thirst with something healthy and high quality that's also pretty tasty.

Please justify $15 for a juice? I could buy a whole meal for that amount. I genuinely can't understand what makes it so expensive. $10, sure but $15?!?!

I ordered the Deep Green juice and from the looks of it, it definitely looks healthy however a glance at the ingredients list is where it's also evident. While it helps that the bottle is aesthetically pleasing inclusive of the $2 bottle deposit, I am now more motivated to juice and make smoothies. The flavor offerings at the Juice Shop however are rather uninspiring and because oat milk is all the rage, I'm not too sure why their milk drinks are confined to just almond.

First time here and I ordered the Local green juice on toogoodtogo. Super friendly staff and great juice! I love that they use glass bottles that you can bring back. I will definitely be coming back!

I juice myself and after making it at home it's difficult finding a place that does it well. Usually tastes watered down or they bottle in plastic. To best preserve juice glass is best. And also it's less toxic for you. But I gave this place a try since I can't juice myself right now and it's pretty delicious!! So happy I found them while I'm in SF. Yes it's pricy but if you juice yourself you know that it is a ton of work and expensive to do at home. I haven't tried their protein ones yet though that's next on my list. Also to the lady complaining about a roach or something at the store I mean cmon it's a kiosk store front so there's probably spiders and bugs on the floor. This isn't where they juice itself so I'm not worried about that.

While the juice here is pricey, it still tops my list as one of the better pressed juice locations in the Bay Area. They offer 16 oz bottles, which is a good size given the price point per bottle. The menu isn't super extensive, but each of the juice blends that they offer are of really high quality. I got the Winter Defense, which is a mix of grapefruit, green apple, mint, fennel, watercress, and moringa. It tasted really fresh and had a great flavor which I think is testament to the thought they put into their juice blends. Overall, while pricey, I think it's worth trying this place for a good pressed juice experience.

I have been trying out a lot of cold-pressed juices and this is hands down, the BEST one I've had. Delicious, light, nutritious, wholesome. COMFORTING. And all around healthy concept inside and outside. Through and through. I love their glass bottles as you get $2 for each bottle. Better for the environment and no chemicals seeping into the juice. Sustainable. Organic. I can't wait to go back tomorrow at 9am and grab more lol. See you soon JS!

For $10/ bottle, it's a hefty price to pay for some pressed juices. However, the design is quite cute and you get a $2 deposit back when you return the clean bottle. I got the bright green juice and some other kind with chia seeds in it. It was quite good and made me feel like a health goddess- LIKE DAMN WHO IS SHE?! Overall pretty good juices, but the price is a bit high for me. I'm glad I tried it, though!

Made it to the Juice Shop today, since I've heard to many amazing raves about it. I've been wanting to do a cleanse and convinced my husband to join me. The place is really cute and small and I love the variety of juices that they offer. I ended up getting the stay at home cleanse kit, and I'm wrapping up my day 1. My favorite juices have to be watermelon, citrus gold and blue plant protein. And the best part they are all organic! The bottles are recycled, so you can drop them off next time around and get credit toward your next juice purchase.

Juice Shop was open on this Tuesday in San Francisco. It's a sunny day, but life is still on hold due to these times. Trying to put Yelp on hold with the these times...is a fact and would not stop me from getting my juice. I had the elderberry elixir to try and it was a shot of juice..purple juice and tart..in Hayes Valley the businesses have been boarded up in almost two months. Juice Shop is still open for now.

Love this place! The juice is always very fresh. I have had many fresh pressed juices in bottles. But Juice Shop is the closest to being the freshest juice sold in a bottle. Also it comes in a glass bottle and everything just taste better in a glass bottle. Once finished you can get a dollar back for your bottle, I think. I let my bottles pile up in my house and use the credits the next time I go. If you can't go back to redeem your bottle, they also serve as very cute small flower vases for your table top. The watermelon is amazing! But that's seasonal. The pineapple with jalapeño is one of my favorites. There's also a chocolate milk smoothie with mushrooms in it. Lol. It's tasted tho! They also have a strawberry smoothie when in season. Pick any juice or smoothie here and you'll love it. They also have shots and elixirs. Some taste weird but feel healthy. People may say this place is expensive but it's worth it because the quality and freshness is high plus the flavors are tasty!

I stopped at this place yesterday still disgusted by what I experienced so disgusted it prompted a seldom Yelp review. While I was purchasing a $20 apple juice the biggest roach I've ever seen and I'm from NY crawled onto the counter. Employee and me both shriek and attempt to kill the roach with $20 juice bottle. When leaving I notice huge rodent holes surrounding the shop. Couldn't even drink the juice just tossed it I have contacted the department of public health about this place because roaches and rodents are inexcusable in a food vendor

YUMMMM I probably think about this drink way more than I should. Visited this stand slightly hungover on a Sunday morning, needing nutrients but not really wanting to eat solid food. A super friendly employee helped me pick out this Blue Plant Protein drink and wow I fell in love. Overall a great sensory experience - rice milk gives it a flavor similar to horchata, spirulina gives it a fun blue color, and chia seeds give it some texture. Super unique and enjoyable. I returned a few weeks later to get the Maca Malt which was also delicious and provided me with ample energy when I was crashing at work one evening. But the Blue Plant drink is my bae and you can bet that I will be back for her...soon.

Things are about to get juicy. This little hole in the wall has got vibbezzz. I stopped by the Juice Shop while visiting San Francisco for a work trip, and couldn't help but purchase a juice to go. This juice bar screams health nut. The ingredients are fresh, free of preservatives, and made daily. While I might not be the most health conscious person (most meals I eat include ranch), I do enjoy trying new things and education on ingredients and their benefits. Being a health-newb, choosing the perfect juice can be a little overwhelming. Luckily the owner went out of his way to match each individual customer to a beverage with ingredients that benefit them. Since I've always had digestive issues (probably the ranch) I was recommended their seasonal Strawberry Almond nut milk. This drink was right up my alley - thick, creamy, and sweet! It also includes reishi mushrooms, which help your immune system, digestion, and can improve your sleep cycles. This drink was definitely on the expensive side at $12. My only argument for this is that it's a decent size, a healthy option, and is placed in a pretty sweet elixir jar - which you can return for a $2 refund. It's obvious that the owner lives, sleeps, and breaths health, which is what really makes the Juice Shop unique.

DON'T GET TRAPPED IF YOU ARE TRAVELER!! you will get charged $2 extra for the bottle fee, supposed to be able to get refund when you bring it back but they say 'because of covid' they don't deal with cash. i've never ever experienced like that. then deal with credit/debit card. right? you take extra $2 from everybody. it's same as a scammer. what if we not local? crying for $2 huh. just $2 but still $2. if you say you do refund, you have to do somehow. bad system. i've been keeping asking staff everytime i pass this shop but situation's still same. Covid's getting better and tourism's reopend so hope you fix that and everybody gets refund soon. want to mention about customer service too. every staff in Hayes is not nice. both boys and girls. a girl in Cow Hollow was nice tho. i want to support local business but only for trustworthy ones not scammers nor bad service. i can't support this shop from these reasons. i'm sorry that's what i feel. disappointed.

Situated right across the street from an urban park and next to Ritual Coffee, Juice Shop's Hayes Valley location is small, quaint, and straight to the point. They use 100% organic, non-GMO ingredients for their juices. One of my favorite is the pineapple pear chia - not too sweet, yet very hydrating. It's pricey ($9.50 + $2 = $11.50), but it's so worth it. The worker is super nice; I tried sampling some of their green uses and she was helpful explaining it. Highly recommend if you're in the Hayes Valley neighborhood, but they also have mini shops in Cow Hollow, FIDI, and SoMa as well. Don't forget to return the bottle to get $2 back... or you should just keep it, 'cause it's cute. :)

Four out of five stars because the juice I wanted was not marked and out of stock, did not like the second choice juice. The attendant was very nice and explained the bottle deposit (an extra dollar charge to be refunded or taken off your next drink if you return the glass bottle). Little storefront in a beautiful park, but be prepared for the green juice to be very earthy flavors and unlike store bottled juice. I got the A+ Green Juice and it was a heavy celery flavored drink, whereas my first choice drink was the Jalapeño Punch which was out of stock but not marked. Better luck next time!

I got the Adaptogen Green. It's one of the better green juices I've had. It goes down smooth and is not nasty tasting. I like that Juice Shop is eco-friendly and uses glass bottles. I just drank my juice in the park and returned the bottle afterwards. Would come back for a healthy treat!

Great refreshing juices and elixirs: -LOVE the chubby little glass bottles -try the liver-aid, almond drink and immunity elixir -carriers are super durable and strong -nice they have a variety of green juices that don't incorporate fruit -wish the expiration dates were a bit longer, only 1 day to enjoy

Always all organic which is amazing. I wish they had the option of plastic cup. Sometimes you wanna grab a juice and go walking and don't cary a glass around. Anyway it's an amazing shop love it and highly recommended. Hope they don't increase the prices.

My bestie and I were shopping around and got super thirsty so we stopped at this place to get some pressed juice. LOCATION-its right next to Ritual Coffee and Aether clothing store. Its not actually a store but more like a stand. I didn't see any parking areas/structures so Im assuming its street parking but who drives around a car in SF right? SERVICE-the guy that was there was so nice! He suggested the Wild Green which was their new flavor. WILD GREEN-omg. It was so good. I definitely tasted the ginger but I didn't taste much of the veggies that was in there. AWESOME RIGHT?! It was moderately sweet which was good. There is a open area in front of the stand with some random chairs but not many. Its a good place to take a breather from walking around and enjoy your juice. I would definitely go back and try their other flavors!

This store in the Hyde street is wonderful! The ladies there are hospitality. I drove around 5:00 and called her I will be late about 5 mins. Coz I know they close at 5:00 pm. She just let me take my time and waited for me. So nice of her. This is the only Juice store accept the return empty bottles now in San Francisco.

I can't even lie. I didn't buy anything, so let me just be honest: My review is for the woman who was at the stand today. I went up to her, saw her counting money, and waited until she was free. I asked if there was a code for the lot's bathroom. I asked. She didn't say hi or anything at all, she rolled her eyes, shook her head and went right back to counting her cash. I left saying out loud "What the fuck?" The reason being is because I COULD have been a customer, and her attitude was not needed. She could have just simply said "No, it's for employees, sorry." Or literally anything actually. I don't know why she decided to be not only unhelpful but also condescending, it didn't make me want to even be a future customer lol. If you're going to be in a job that is public-facing, you should try practicing common courtesy and respect.

Food truck was at the conference I was at so I was able to try a couple of their juices (they we're operating using a limited menu as the juices were included as part of the conference). Both were good but I liked the A+ Deep Green the best. Loved the glass bottles. High quality juice and great customer service!

due to not drinking enough fluids during hot yoga, an overwhelming thirst overcame me... and in the middle of nowhere there was this small juice shack. i came on a pretty ok, non cloudy day and enjoyed the juice outside the shack in the nearby dog park. the bottles could be repurchased by the shop but due to the limitations of my stomach, i could not finish the entire bottle in time for closing. pretty cute place and quenched my thirst.

My friend got the watermelon juice: $8 + $2 bottle deposit (you get the $2 back if you return the cleaned glass bottle) I got the pineapple chia: $9 + $2 bottle deposit Even though it's pricey, the watermelon juice and the pineapple chia were delicious. The bottles are so cute too! It's cold pressed juice which is why it's pricey. Note that the drinks are unpasteurized so you should drink them as soon as you buy them. If you're not willing to spend a lot of money on a bottle of juice, then obviously don't come here.

A bit pricey, as most cold-pressed juice places are, but the quality and taste are well worth the extra few bucks, if you can afford it. They have a selection of goodies, and they will give you samples so you know what you're getting yourself into. I love their coconut water and all their coconut water-based juices the most, though the other juices hold their own too. You also get $2 back for returning the bottle, though the bottle itself is nice and sturdy, and a great souvenir if you're not from the area. It's a nice healthy treat for yourself if you're taking a stroll in SF--do give it a try :)

I noticed the Juice Shop as we strolled along Hayes Valley to walk off the pastries we just indulged at Arlequin Cafe. I've been on a juice kick lately so I decided to give it a try. Their menu is posted against the side of the truck. The juices listed on average are about $9, but it's really $11 as there's a $2 deposit for the bottle. However, you can return the bottle to any of their locations and they'll refund you back the $2. They use 100% organic ingredients & sources from local farms. All the juices listed on their menu sounded delicious! I had initially intended to get the Pineapple Pear Chia, but decided to get the Bright Green as it had kale, pineapple, apple, lemon, ginger, & cucumber - all ingredients I love. Plus, it just sounded healthier. Like the name, the juice was a beautifully "bright green" & visually appealing. I thought the juice tasted great. I definitely tasted the ginger and the tartness from the lemon. The hubby didn't care for it too much since it was too tart for his liking. On their brochure, it shows there's a location in the FiDi. I'm sure I'll be frequenting the Juice Shop often.

Seriously the best quality juice and wellness products around. Bonus that it is a family-owned establishment and the owners are incredible people. We love the mushroom chocolate milk and 5 seed smoothie!!! They care about health, the planet and their customers. You can't go wrong.

This the second time I come to this shop and it is closed past 8am. It is 8:35 now and it is still not open. Spoke to ritual workers and they say it is common!! Well then don't ave a sign on your door that says it opens at 8. People come from far to get juice and they get here to find the establishment closed. Not cool:(

Juice Shop rolled out its brand new juice truck today, bringing fresh, raw (unpasteurized), organic, cold pressed juice to Hayes Valley. The Juice Shop has two brick & mortar locations in SF, a new one coming to Corte Madera and now the truck. Their plan is to park in the Octavia park area (aka Proxy SF with neighbors like Ritual and Smitten). The hours aren't set yet but they plan to be there everyday. The menu is posted on the side of the truck but they may also carry juices that aren't on the menu, so be sure to ask. They have several green juices, citrus juices, roots based juices, coconut water, almond milk and elixirs. The 16 oz. juices, packaged in cute glass bottles, are $8 and up plus $2 deposit fee per glass bottle. You can get your deposit fee back by returning the glass bottles. I think I met one of the brothers who own the Juice Shop because you could tell that he was passionate about juicing. * Almond drink ($10 + $2 for bottle deposit)- sprouted almonds, coconut water, vanilla bean, Himalayan salt, filtered water. The drink is smooth and sweet (in a natural way) with subtle flavors, wonderful * Bright green ($9) kale, pineapple, apple, lemon, ginger, cucumber: you really taste the tangy sweet pineapple juice, more fruit juice like than veggie like, delicious I didn't see any nutritional information. They offer cleanses too, online ordering, and delivery (for more information, visit their website). Credit cards accepted.

Taste good! I got the citrus gold and they gave me a sample taste first. orange, grapefruit, carrot, and turmeric. packed with vitamin C to boost immune system. all ingredients organic. $2 for glass bottle deposit. I kept the cute bottle. total price $10. well worth it. the girl helping me was helpful and offer to suggests which one to get since this was my first time. the total was $8 something and I gave her a $10 and she was ok with that amount for the $2 bottle deposit! thank you!

Pretty pricey for the product. There are competitors who have the same quality but for cheaper. The nice part about this place is the cute glass bottles! They are such a nice accessory to take away with you. You know the juice is fresh because the next day, the remainder of the juice that I had kept in the fridge had changed colors!

A surprisingly warm day in the city for once. Meeting up with folks earlier, I decided to get some refreshment as I was thirsty as hell. Got the almond drink that they have which has: Raw Almonds Coconut Water Vanilla Bean Himalayan Salt Filtered Water Very interesting flavor profiles throughout. For $12 it might be a bit on the pricey side but that made it no less tasty and refreshing.

The best quality juice you're gonna get. Why only 4 stars? $12. That's how much I paid for my last juice. If it wasn't right by my work I might not have done that, but it's a good kind of indulgence - and I love stamp cards. That being said, Beta Green and Citrus Gold are Most Delicious. Deep Green, Alpha Green and Liver Aid are Very Helpful.

You get what you pay for. Expensive, cold-pressed juices that are not doubt very healthy. They charge a $2 deposit for the glass but most people just hang out there and drink it. They are in an awesome location next to a parklet and there is always a lot going on around there. Their juices likely cover all your juice needs.

Girlfriend was feeling under the weather and went by here and the staff was super helpful recommending a juice along with a shot to help her recover quicker. Really can't go wrong choosing this place.
