I have ordered drinks and bowls before from this location and every time is absolutely fantastic never have had any problems and The people who are at the front are always very kind. This place definitely one of the best JuiceLands in Austin and recommend to anybody who is looking for a smoothie bowl/ smoothie place.

Em and Charlotte are phenomenal! They made great recommendations because I have food sensitivities. My family frequents juicelands in general but this location by far has the best and consistent customer service. They were also so generous to allow us sample a juice. I highly recommend this location and staff. I also think it would be great to see juiceland on the Too good to go app.

I have been going to JuiceLand for several years and this location a few times. I haven’t had any issues and the quality has remained pretty constant throughout. Staff is nice, perhaps could be a bit more friendly. No major issues. I would recommend ordering online to avoid standing line sometimes. I would continue to support.

I am a long time JuiceLand patron. I usually go to the burnet and domain locations, which have always been great. First time trying the mueller location today, and was a bit disappointed by a few things. I ordered the pb protein bowl online. When I went to pickup, the music inside was too loud inside and kind of off putting. It was weird for 10:30am. I ordered my smoothie bowl thick since I knew I would be driving back home before eating it (5 mins down the road), it still got melty and I needed to put in freezer before eating. Then I realized once eating they didn’t put chocolate chips or (I believe) any pb, which is honestly the main reason I get this bowl. Anyways, just some quality and environment things that were off for me about this location.

My twin boys and I have been going to Juiceland for years and we've always loved their smoothies. Until..... yesterday I saw they had their pumpkin spice smoothie out. It looked really good so I thought I'd give it a try. I guess recently they decided to change their sizes. Here's what an $8.61 smoothie looks like. This is at best small. It's bad enough that everything's overpriced but now you're going to reduce the size? I'm done buying smoothies here but I do still love their peanut butter protein bowls. I'll get that once in a while. Very disappointed. UPDATE.... I emailed them 6 days ago and still NO RESPONSE.

The Assistant Manager on 8/2/25 at 12:20PM needs a serious attitude adjustment. They were rude to me and laughed at me. They could use some coaching in constructive listening and de-escalating situations.

JuiceLand is always fresh, fast, and healthy. I'm a diehard, but if you read my reviews you'll see that I'm also brutally honest to even my favorite spots when things are bad. I've never had that happen at JuiceLand. Cheers to another amazing experience of friendly service, clean and vibrant indoor counter and spunky Austin throwback vibes from the vinyl sales wall. My only complaint to JuiceLand is that I wish the outdoor-counter-only locations were marked better on the website. This isn't one of them, but I generally avoid those locations, since as a rideshare driver, I stop at JuiceLand locations all over town for a quick bathroom break and to grab a healthy pick-me-up drink on a daily basis. I came to this location in Mueller after driving to two other locations that were counter only, and ditching them to find one like this. Any advice from management?

YOU ARE THE MAIN SQUEEZE! I did not realize that Juiceland had so many locations all across Austin. I also did not realize that it opened at 9am. When I was first trying to come inside it was around 7:30/8. But I managed to come back after they opened later in the morning. Smoothies have always been a great way to get some extra veggies/fruits into my diet. My mom likes smoothies for the same reason. I got us both a smoothie. She liked the Homework smoothie which is water based with strawberry, banana and apple juice. And I like the Clementine which is a fruit based smoothie with peach, mango, orange juice. When I came inside there were only two staff members. It seemed like they might have been short staffed. But again I understood it was the day after thanksgiving. These two employees never seemed overwhelmed they handled everything with flying colors. I highly recommend this location. It is easily accessible and in a good part of town.

No lines, good service, delicious drinks. What more can you ask for? I got the strawberry coconut foam/cloud drink and it was thick and delicious.

Visiting Austin with some friends and stopped here for a quick pick me up. Love the vibes inside and the staff are so patient and kind. We didn't expect the flavor of one of our drinks and requested to adjust it. They were really nice about changing it! S/o Monica :) I recommend coming here if you're on the go and need something quick yet filling.

After a bad dinner experience elsewhere I headed to juice land for a delicious smoothie with protein. It delivered and calmed down my stomach!

Service was friendly and my order was out in less than 10 minutes. Love my honey berry smoothie it's thick and sweet but not too much. I purchased a guayusa shot as well which was explained to me like drawn out caffeine whereas yerbamate is an immediate burst. Ambiance: I love the style that Juiceland always brings into their spots. It's lively, uplifting in my opinion. The Pac-Man machine is just a bonus. There's a bit of seating but not a lot. It's a chill refreshing spot to grab a smoothie in this Texas heat

Juice land is a great spot to get a quick smoothie. They have so many options and ways to customize each drink. I recommend trying out their daily specials!

I am a frequent patron of juiceland(s) . This location used to be one of the best customer service wise but the last two times I came they just had my drink sitting there to the point where I had to ask about it. (Yes I ordered in store and no I couldn't see they were done making my drink due to the high counter). They called peoples names that came after me and just didn't seem to care. It also took a really long time for them to make the drink in the first place... very disappointed.

Juice got on the juice land band wagon. The team here looks like they work hard! Thanks for getting me that extra Dr Dr shot today when you were out.

Simply put, they are selling a 355 mL container as a 14 ounce option on their menu. 355 mL is approximately 12 ounces. They're lying to their customers about the size of product they are selling. I wonder what they're lying about?

Though the parking can be difficult, the juice is refreshing! They have a huge variety of juices and smoothies.

Always a great drop spot! My kids love the variety of juices, smoothies, and bowls of coarse! Great friendly environment!

WHEW! There's a new ordering system online for getting those oh so yummy dinks and smoothies out to us. Much easier to work with. I worried when I ordered and it said it wouldn't be ready for 20 minutes (what?! I'm sitting in the parking lot right in front of the door and there's nobody here :( ), but my juice was ready in about 5 minutes and I was on my way with my day. HOORAY! Thanks, Juiceland!

There was plastic in my smoothie. Swallowed at least one thinking it was the greens until I took a closer look.

I ordered a large size of I Dream of Greenie at Juiceland on 51st street Friday, February 21 at 2:30pm in Austin, TX because I just got oral surgery and cannot eat any hard foods. Anyways, I noticed there was a good amount of the smoothie left over after they filled the cup. I asked them politely not to pour the rest down the drain but put it in an extra cup. They told me that they can't do that and were about to pour it down the drain again. I asked once again to not waste the food. They finally put it in a small shot cup, with still having some of it left over they poured it down the drain. In addition, they told me I was going to be charged extra for the shot. I grabbed my smoothie and just left. On my way out I was called an asshole. I went next door to Starbucks to ask for a small cup since the smoothie mix in the shot cup was falling out. They immediately gave me a cup at no charge with no hassle. I will never go to Juiceland again. Also, now I understand why Daily Juice broke off from Juiceland. I've always had an excellent experience with Daily Juice and will continue to support those who think for themselves and have an understanding of other people's needs instead of wasting food and only going by the books.

I placed an online order and realized after completing it, orange juice was somehow added. Luckily, I noticed this in time to run into the store and let them know that was a mistake as I did not want orange juice in my smoothie. I tested sensitive to oranges years ago and have not had any since; not sure how my body would have reacted. They were very polite and accommodating. We all had a good laugh about me running in. I am making the healthy choice of JuiceLand vs Starbucks as my coworker and I literally go to SB 5 days a week. I should have made the switch years ago especially since they are only a few doors apart but better now than never. I have even noticed my eyes are less red which means my kidneys and liver are less taxed by making the switch. Yay!

So high on quality service and customer service was very nice and the ladies were very respectful and understanding of my order and the rewards are great and I think I'm gonna start using this location much more than burn it because of the customer service they got my order right and it wasn't old stale bananas and strawberries and my smoothie tasted great and they did not burn their granola and there was a good enough coconut that you can actually taste it with the chocolate at the bottom

For something fairly straightforward like a smoothie I really only expect two things: it tastes good and it tastes consistent. I've been to this location more than a dozen times and I really don't know what I'll receive each time I go. I'll get the same drink a few different times and the taste can vary wildly. While I don't think I've had a completely bad drink from this location, it usually varies from excellent to average.

The girl working the cash register at 6:24 pm on Wednesday November 27 was more interested in talking and flirting than talking my order. We ended up walking out because she was still flirting instead of doing her job. Management should fire these types of people. You're there to work not socialize.

Unfriendly staff and badly made Moontower bowl in a dissolves while you eat it compostable cup. There was a huge chunk of what I assume was granola that they didn't bother putting in the blender. Most disappointing Juiceland experience

Smoothie was good, a bit expensive (though most smoothie places are). Employee who made the smoothie misunderstood me and was a bit rude in her attitude about it. I think we will stick to going to Daily Juice.

Friendly employees and awesome greetings when I walked in the door. After a bad experience with soup peddler, Juiceland made my day! Appreciate your take on "mandates" which is why you'll have my support.

It is clear that this JuiceLand location isn't focused whatsoever in their customer service. I frequent Starbucks (which is right next door) and noticed that JuiceLand had moved in. I went in early in the morning after ordering online. I wasn't greeted by the employee even though nobody else was there. She stared at me until I finally approached her. It was very uncomfortable. I told her I was there to pick up *2* drinks I had ordered online. She didn't say anything back before walking to the counter behind her, grabbing the 2 drinks, and turning back around to set them right in front of me. No words exchanged. I picked up my drinks, walked out, and decided to never visit this specific location again. $15 spent here and not even a "have a good day".

OK, I fully understand that the folks who frequent Starbucks are used to paying comically high prices for what they get, there. Since this place is a few doors down from there, I kind of expected a goofy price for my small carrot juice. Uh, WHAT?! I paid $6.44!!! Definitely a case of, my first visit was, absolutely, my last! That's it!

just discovered that this juiceland is in my neighborhood right next to the HEB i regularly shop at! everyone at this location is super nice! i like getting the strawberry mylkshake or the watermelon juice if i'm in the mood for something more refreshing! i went with my boyfriend to this location for the first time earlier last week, and ended up there by myself a few days later. the employee working recognized me the second time and was super sweet-- he gave me two coupons for my boyfriend and i to use the next time we came in! we'll definitely be back! thanks for making me feel welcome and for the really good smoothies!

Ok they had juice but hear me out: they had Alanis Morissette's unplugged album. NO WHERE ELSE in her discography can you find such a collection of masterfully produced, stripped-down songs with originals like "no pressure over cappuccinos" or "princes familiar" that show a real maturity and growth when compared with the juvenile complaints of Jagged Little Pill. 10/10

Just doing this to make up for Jeffreys lame post. It's a good place with good people.
