This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The first time, I let it go thinking anyone can have a rough day, but what happened yesterday was just poor service, plain and simple.
I ordered a bowl and was served watermelon pieces that looked and felt like squishies—not fresh at all. I kindly asked them to replace it, especially because I was planning to share it with my baby. They did change it, but their “solution” was to fill the bowl with huge chunks of banana and barely two spoonfuls of açaí. The coconut oil, which is my favorite part of coming here, was nowhere to be seen or tasted.
This place is not cheap, so you’d expect better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
