Truly an awful place. The employees don’t care about customers. The restaurant is always dirty. They barely even blend the smoothies right. I’m always picking out frozen food that’s barely even blended. They don’t even have bags with logos anymore. They are clearly struggling financially because of how poor of a service they provide. A lot of smoothie shops do the same thing they do but even better. I suggest going there instead. These guys hate customers.

Absolute worst juiceland in the Dallas market. There’s always something out of stock, a few times I went in and they told me they couldn’t make juices? Your name is literally JUICEland. Staff can’t be bothered, act like they don’t care at all.. can’t even answer a question because they’re wearing headphones and can’t hear you speaking anyways. Over it. Will not being coming back to this location, I’d rather drive an extra 10 min to a different one

I literally waited here 15 minutes for my order while the employees just stood around and talked to each other with no one else in the store. The absolute worse customer service you could ever imagine! The attached pictures were taken around 9:15 AM on Thursday, November 9.

This place is full of unprofessionals. They take forever to get to the register, they barely greet me, and the black female and the white blonde female employees just looked at me like I’m not even supposed to be here. I felt very unwelcome walking in when this isn’t how you treat a customer just trying to pick up an order. Please do better

People really nice working but everything in there is OLD - the fridge doesn’t work for the food , and my fruit was old my bananas were more than half black - spent $14. Won’t ever go to juice land again, too many other competitors to deal with that . Also smelt really bad inside store

I am obsessed with Juiceland, and am so happy they came to Dallas! The best smoothies with only real fruits and veggies + other ingredients they make in house (like apple juice). Fresh, delicious and nutritious. They also have excellent food (love their hummus and their Frijole Roller). If you’re having a bad day, or need a healthy refresh, Juiceland will sort you out :)

Love me some Juiceland ! I just wish there was a little more consistency to the smoothies. 😅 I always order a Moontower and some days it’s a liquid smoothie and other days, like today, I needed a spoon not a straw to consume it. 🙈 Still delicious tho!

Such a cute spot with wonderful customer service and fun old school music. I loved the juice that was recommended (Ztra Holla Pain Yo!) and the protein oats were sooooooo filling 😌 I’d come back for sure!

Quick service and I feel the least rushed here out of all locations. I like to switch up my juice or smoothie sometimes and the staff is very helpful and patient with any questions I may have. Wild child or moon tower are my go to for smoothie but I always enjoy the ginger shot or blue majik. Parking isn't awful here just watch out for the lunch rush. Nice, clean, and you can even play Pac-Man while you wait for your order.

I door dashed a Wundershozen Bowl but instead of a bowl with the full toppings and everything, I instead got a smoothie. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't put in the supplements either. I don't go there anymore since the staff have been rude as fuck recently treating me like I'm not even supposed to be there, but clearly yall are hiring the wrong people. Absolutely disrespectful

My husband and I really enjoyed our food! I ordered a smoothie and he ordered a smoothie bowl. Both were thick and delicious. We went an hour before closing, and the girls working were friendly, and had our order out in a quick minute! The place was clean and organized. We will be back for sure!

My husband and I have been coming to this juiceland for 3+ years. We are here everyday and they know us and our order which is so wonderful. The staff is friendly and fast, but I am writing this review specifically to shout out Rosemary (rose) & Ray!! These two ladies deserve some acknowledgment for showing up everyday and holding it down! Truly they are the backbone of this location and we are grateful for them everyday. Keep slaying ladies!! We see you and appreciate you!!!!

scam. juiceland waters down their expensive "juice"!!! they are now sneaking in ice even after you tell them no ice. even after they show it ont he register as no ice. not going back. plenty of ohter places to go.

Wait... I think this is the best smoothie shop in Dallas?! As a gluten free girl I'm no stranger to the smoothie bowls and juices around town. Stopped in on a whim and was blown away. Staff were so friendly, my bowl cost LESS THAN $9, and the flavor was off the chart. Also -- best gluten free granola I've ever had!!! You have to try the Moontower smoothie made into a smoothie bowl

I've never had a Juiceland smoothie that I didn't love. You cannot go wrong with the incredible array of different concoctions and high-quality ingredients. They have an amazing product! Where JuiceLand goes wrong is in the delivery of said product. On multiple visits to this location, the employees are so absorbed in chit-chatting with each other that the wait time is greatly exacerbated. The counter persons I've placed orders with have all been courteous and efficient. It's the handoff from placing the order to the making of the order that is excruciating. I want employees to have vibrant and great relationships with one another- It's important, but there is a time and a place. Personal conversations in front of customers is not only awkward but let's me know the focus is not on expediting the smoothie, but on rehashing weekend shenanigans. It's this reason why I budget my time and only come here when I know I don't have to urgently be somewhere. Otherwise, I'd come here more often. Once again- the smoothies are stellar and easily THE BEST. But, there is no sense of urgency to get the smoothies made. I understand there are web orders and it's understandable there may be wait times, but the repeated instances of employees being lackadaisical and unfocused because of personal conversations is frustrating at times.

First let me say I'm very picky when it comes to going to any type of juice place. Some places just aren't fresh. JuiceLand has fresh ingredients and their pricing is great! I really wish they had more locations because I would definitely go more frequently. My favorite smoothie here is the clementine. It's super refreshing!

Ordered through DoorDash at my work. The smoothie (Wild Child) was amazing! I enjoyed the beyond wrap also. Very flavorful and the sauce it comes with was amazing.

this was a fine experience, cute interior and expansive menu. i just don't think i like juiceland ): i got one of the juices that had watermelon and beets in it, and the pricing is wayyy too overpriced. i paid like $8 for a 14oz juice. but the juice just tasted like beets, and it wasn't very good. it tasted super healthy which is the goal? but it wasn't very yummy...

Delicious healthy smoothies and a very kind staff. Great for when you're on the go and need a quick bite.

How can you not like juiceland? My favorite is their spring roll noodle box. I crave it and have to drive here to get it. Since there is not a juice land by my house. Wish they did!!! Love the workout recovery so delicious! Can't go wrong with anything really!

The smoothies are amazing. However the staff here has no sense of urgency to make them. One customer walked in before I did then I ordered and the three staff members stood around talking before they began making our smoothies. The smoothies are pricey then to stand around and they wait.

This is SIMPLY AMAZING! The Wundershowzen! Consists of: Almond milk, banana, spinach, hemp protein, and peanut butter! The people here have the most beautiful energy and they are extremely knowledgeable! If you have a question, ASK IT! They'd love to help.

The staff were super upbeat and cheerful. The playlist was great and the service was super speedy. One of the best visits I've had at a JuiceLand. Kinda sad I'm just visiting the area and it won't be a regular spot to hit. great job ladies, have a spectacular day! You started mine off right.

This place is so good, I am willing to drive 45 min to get a smoothie here. I feel like that says a lot, considering that I hate driving. I really enjoy the honey bears - the peanut butter is really filling, and it's sweet enough as a treat! Just as good as the Houston locations!

The juice is awesome! I ordered the Pleasant Valley in the largest size and I also ordered an iced matcha tea latte. I have tried matcha before and never liked it but this was amazing! I can't wait to come back and try other flavors

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at juice land. Even though we ordered one of the drinks without peanut butter it was made with the ingredient which caused an allergic reaction. Sadly their employees don't understand the severity of the situation. Don't take a chance with JuiceLand.

Staff: AMAZING Product: AMAZING COVID Operating Procedures: DANGEROUS AND COUNTERINTUITIVE First things first. When you arrive on site, the door is closed, and the first thing each and every customer did when I arrived was OPEN THE DOOR. Second: Once the door is open, the customer has to maintain close distance to the employee (putting both in danger) because the door does not stay open by itself. Third: They're using a baby monitor to ATTEMPT to talk with their customers (which epically fails). This ends up with both customer and employee leaning in to one another to place and take an order. (insert smh emoji here) Lastly: They're unable to enforce that customers wear masks because they choose to keep the customers outdoors (Dallas county orders state "People also must wear masks in outdoor public spaces when they can't keep six feet apart from others."). This encourages customers that aren't within 6ft of others not to wear a mask. All while touching the door, propping it open with their body, and leaning in to the at-risk employees to place an order. Juiceland: Don't take my word for it. Ask your staff. Bring this review up to them, and ask them what you could be doing better. I'm sure they will echo my concerns. Your COVID policies are supposed to keep everyone safe, but unfortunately they're very counterproductive. Maybe opening the interior (which would allow you to require masks - like most well established restaurants - think Chipotle, Starbucks...) and implementing better, more intuitive, and health-conscious policies would both improve your bottom line, and everyone's safety.

Instant food poisoning. I had the frijole roll and some of the hummus, along with a smoothie. It only took about 30 min after eating it to make my stomach upset. Should've known better. The inside of their work space could've been cleaner too.

Watermelon juice is always bomb. Expensive drinks but worth it. I tried the Wild Child smoothie and the smallest size was already filling. The staff is super nice and will recommend you popular drinks from their giant menu. I went around noon and even though it was somewhat busy, the drinks came out quickly. About 5mins or less since ordering. I did see that they also do online ordering if you're in a hurry. They also have those healthy aesthetic fruit/açaí? looking bowls I saw on the menu. And will probably try it out soon :)

I freaking love this place! I have been to this location, as well as the one on Sylvan. Both times, everything was excellent! I've tried multiple of their vegan to-go dishes, as well as their smoothies and juices, and everything is very fresh and high quality. In fact, they have some of the best hummus I've ever tasted. Go here ASAP, they do not disappoint!

The smoothies are great but for the love of God please turn down the music!!!! Absolutely infuriating to walk into this place and have to yell to communicate at 11am on a weekday. This is not a night club, it's a smoothie place!!!!!!

Best juice place ever! Their flavors are great and they use awesome ingredients. Try the Honey Beary or Wundershuzen :) So excited they opened this location! We have been going to their Austin locations for years and are ecstatic this one just opened down the street from us. I also just tried their premade to-go quinoa bowl and was shocked how tasty that was!

JuiceLand makes my absolute favorite smoothies and I was so thankful when this location opened. It's conveniently located near some workout studios I visit, so it's the perfect post-workout treat! JuiceLand makes high quality and fairly priced drinks, that aren't your typical smoothies or juices. The berry godmother and the wild child are two of my favorite smoothies. The watermelon juice is refreshing if you want something lighter than a smoothie. I'll continue to visit this location for a long time!

I just love JuiceLand. ENDLESS amazing options!! They have great rewards so be sure to type in your number ;) Hands down favorite is Bam Bam with kale (sometimes bee pollen if my allergies are whack)! It's so tasty and filling. I'm also a big fan of their shorts- B12 and liquid gold if you're feeling off- seriously bring me back to life! This location is constantly friendly, helpful and CLEAN. Their staff has been nothing short of amazing even when the line is 10 people deep!

I was basic and got a strawberry banana smoothie but it was so good! Right now you can either order at the door when you arrive or order online ahead of time. Watch out Smoothie King, JuiceLand is the new place to go!

There was no wow moment for me at this place. It's not very flavorful a bit bland but it is refreshing.

I didn't get the lady's name that helped me but she Was so excited I had come in. She helped me figure out what I wanted. TMI she recommended a special shot for menstrual cramps called the Noni to Fear it wasn't bad and it actually helped. I didn't get a smoothie due to the fact I wanted something light. So I ended up getting a lemonade with liquid gold also for the cramping. Definitely will be going back. Everything looked good!

Very good drinks. But very dirty inside I was shocked the floors the refrigerator glass the counters. Gross!

I just came into the store today and got what looks like a very disappointing acai bowl with peanut butter on top. The quality was so poor compared to what is advertised in store and online and on social media. I got 5 strawberries 5 bananas and 90% acai. So I basically paid $10 for a smoothie? I'm highly disappointed in what I received and was expecting at least a bit more fruit on top

Great service and fresh, delicious drinks! They will be opening another location up north, and I couldn't be more excited. I'll definitely be a frequent customer. I ordered two drinks and the immune booster shot. Got a basic strawberry and banana smoothie for the hubs and a mango yummy goodness something for me (I can't remember the name - sorry!). Since I had just gotten off a plane and was going to get on another plane the next day, it was recommended I get an immune booster shot. The best recommendation. The shot was delicious and potent at the same time. I really liked it! It has oregano oil in it which I know works wonders. I'll be back for more! The staff was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions about their products. I arrived right before closing, which I always feel bad about doing, but I was coming straight from the airport. The team welcomed me without any signs of irritation. They chatted with me willingly despite almost being off work. I really appreciated our conversation and their friendliness. It was like talking to new friends. I wish I got their names. But I hope you know who I'm talking about... Thank you for your wonderful service! This is definitely a must-try! Your body will thank you.

Best smoothie hands down. Everyone else makes a juice slushy. I appreciate the real ingredients with no syrups.

My review is solely off my customer experience and has nothing to do with their quality of smoothies or products. I live extremely close to this location and have been a loyal customer for years. During COVID I have been walking to this location to pick up my online orders. I have continued to do this during the summer as well. I was on a walk this week and stopped to pick up my smoothie before continuing my workout. As I approached the store I told the worker my name and said I was on a walk and also wanted to purchase a water. With disgust, the male worker said "Excuse me do you not know what is going on?" I was shocked and said "I am so sorry I do not." He pointed towards the Dallas County regulations for COVID and said "I will bring you your smoothie but cannot give you a water because you are not wearing a mask, you can purchase a mask and then I can give you a water bottle." I mentioned again that I was outside, exercising and no one was around me. He brought me my smoothie and the smallest cup of water and shoved them at me and said in a nasty tone "Hope this holds you over!" As I grabbed my drinks I could hear him talking about me to his co workers as I left. I am very disappointed and my husband and I will not be coming back again.

Okay YES, fresh juices are EXPENSIVE, but when you look at all the FRESH and QUALITY ingredients they use at Juiceland, it makes sense. Not only is there a health benefit, but it's freaking delicious! I got two smoothies from this cute shop and they were both delicious. Would definitely come back if I were craving a fresh drink.

So Happy to Have you in Dallas !! Still not as close as I had hoped but better than all the way to Sylvan...My First Visit to Lovers Location AWESOME... this place is SO Dang cute , And Cool!! Love the Vibe!! If you can't find a Juice here .. it's just Not on the planet ... And the Vegan Food a Total Bonus ... it's Delicious even if your not vegan... and the staff happy and go out of their way for you ... All the love from Me this is my Jam!!

I love Juiceland- it is some of my favorite juice!! However, I went by this morning at 7:30 and it was closed? This location opens at 7:00 so I was very confused. Saw two other customers met with the same confusion as well. no notice on the door of a delayed opening today. ended up going elsewhere for my smoothies. Frustrating!!

I'm obsessed with this place! Their smoothies and food are delicious! So far I've tried the Julio Verde smoothie (its a bomb green smoothie)! Another smoothie but I can't remember the name! It was part of their Special of the Day though. The Thai wrap is SO flavorful and filling. Same goes for the quinoa hummus tabouli. Super refreshing, light and hearty. I find it a little cheaper than other smoothie places in the area, and the feel inside is very unique. So far customer service has been great! Everyone has been so friendly and fun! Can't wait to try out more from their menu!

This was our first time going to JuiceLand. The drinks and smoothies are amazing! You should definitely try one we drove 30 minutes away from our home to get these great smoothie after hearing about them from a friend. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa was kind enough to walk our drinks from around the bar to where we were standing looking at their merchandise which is also adorable. Thanks for the great service guys! We will be back often!

Terrible. I will never come back to Juiceland. I was THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE waiting on my order. The forced me to stand on markers on the floor while I was reading their wall advertisements. Then, when they handed me a shot I ordered, I took the shot and threw away the cup. Immediately after, the man told me to put my mask back on as I'm finishing my drink and that I am not permitted to take a drink inside the store. Again, only person in the store and I only took my mask off to take the shot I ordered. Yet, he told me to leave.

Love this place the smoothies are amazing but today I had a awkward experience that left me feeling embarrassed and upset from one of the workers ..I don't know if I will ever go back .. I don't need someone to make me feel bad when I am the customer buying from them..They definitely need some help with customer service !!!

My husband and I stopped here after going to another smoothie spot that used powder...we're not about that life. Give us our fresh fruit!!! We were so happy to find this gem (with some tasty veggie wraps) after landing at Lovefield. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they seem to support local athletic teams which thought was pretty cool. It's all about community, right! I will defined check them out again when I'm in the area.

Love the selection of items here. My favorite is the fresh coconut! They will cut it open enough so you can put a straw in it to drink the fresh coconut water.

Good smoothies and friendly service. There's a cool little arcade you can play on for free while you wait for your drinks. Cleanliness was great. Only giving 4 stars because the cashier had asked a very uncomfortable and personal question which created an awkward moment between me and a friend. You don't just randomly ask "how long have y'all been together?" I'm sorry but I found that very rude. That could happen to ANY two people that walk in and aren't a couple.

This is my favorite smoothie place! JuiceLand has the best tasting juices, shots, and vegan food! The staff is great!
