JuiceLand Frost Tower

Grabbed some refreshing and overpriced smoothies here, unreal how much fruits and vegetables cost these days. Place had nice decor and staff were friendly. Smoothies were pretty bland, but probably healthy.

Staff was so nice. I am out of California so I asked what they would suggest. The nice lady behind the counter suggested to Levitator. She has a great taste in drinks. That was the best juice I have had in forever. I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience, i ordered a smoothie and some food. It was all delicious. The cashier even gave me some complimentary chips to go with my food. They are super friendly, and I appreciated it very much

The smoothies are delicious - but the manager’s* attitude is not. He is incredibly rude and inconsiderate, nonresponse, and sour. The other staff I encountered was delightful and refreshing. How completely unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disregard and disrespect by a leader. This place has the potential to be a wonderful spot for people to gather, but I see now why every time I go in, it’s empty. Negative energy should never be projected on customers and this will get you nowhere fast. *I will correct this review and state it was an employee and not the manager. I apologize for the initial incorrect information. Juiceland has reached out and offered me to email their team with details for further conversation, and responded both on social media and on Google promptly, of which I am grateful for. Service is hit-or-miss at different JuiceLand locations. Sometimes there is a long wait, sometimes not (even if you order ahead online). Staff are usually upbeat and friendly when serving customers. Their smoothies, juices, bowls and shots never disappoint.

Not the first time I’m popping by here to give Juiceland a shout out and it won’t be my last. A year ago I bought the reusable YETI tumbler which comes with an ongoing discount. Great purchase! Really inspired me to get smoothies as often as possible. In a typical week I have 4-5 large Mr. Peabodies, hold the spinach, double the kale. This is my favorite meal in the world—light, refreshing, filling, healthy DELICIOUS. But there’s something else that keeps me coming back. While I go to a variety of locations depending on where my work takes me on any given day, I spend the most time at the Frost Tower location. The staff there (and at the other locations) is WONDERFUL. Every day they greet me with good cheer and by name. They have my order memorized even though it’s not on the menu. It’s like the days of my youth when I was a big old drunk and the bartender had my drink waiting for me. Only now it’s not about getting drunk, it’s about getting healthy. The great attitude of the employees nourishes my soul at least as much as the smoothie nourishes my body. Just this morning Jim and I had a wonderful chat. I mean the smell speaks for itself! You can smell just how clean and pure this place is when you open the door!!!!! Super cute atmosphere and the food and smoothies are delish!

I added ginger to my Wild Child smoothie because I was upsold at the register, having been told it was a good choice. However, I probably wouldn’t recommend adding ginger, as its strong flavor overpowered every sip. The Wild Child smoothie has many delicious and sweet fruits, such as pineapple, dragon fruit, banana, and mango, which were unfortunately overshadowed by the ginger.
