Jules in Brooklyn Heights is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. The cozy ambiance sets the perfect tone for a laid-back meal, and the servers were incredibly welcoming and attentive.
We tried three pizzas, and the thin crust on each one was a standout—light, slightly chewy, and full of character. My favorites were the Soppressata and the Potato Ricotta pizzas. Both were beautifully balanced, with flavors that didn’t overpower but still made an impression. The Potato Ricotta, in particular, was a delightful surprise: light, airy, and perfectly executed.
If you’re into thin-crust pizzas with thoughtful toppings and a warm atmosphere, Jules is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to going back!
