Almost have to wait for an hour outside the restaurant to get a table. Pizza was good. Ambience was ok and the service was good.

This place is utterly disgusting. I can't believe I found a dead fly in my pizza.. a DEAD fly! For crying out loud.. please do not eat here and waste your money.

Yelp
This is a good/not great spot. Meatballs and dessert were bang on, but the pizza lacked a little pizzazz. Service was tremendous and ambiance was cozy and warm on a bitterly cold December evening. Def worth a stop!

Yelp
Juliana's came highly recommended by many a friend during our visit to Brooklyn. Like the idiots we are, we walked from our apartment all the way to the restaurant. There was already a line out the door for walk ins. Luckily it was a well lit area and we dressed warmly. When you get towards the door, there are heaters to keep you cozy and a menu for you to peruse. We gave them the number in our party (2) and waited about 30-35 minutes which wasn't too shabby. Once we were in, we received water and more menus. The restaurant was bustling and full of life and pretty lights. We decided on one pizza and a salad. We waited about fifteen minutes and the salad came out first. Not bad, but not the best salad ever, it was very vinegary and maybe just too much for my taste. We got through about just a third of the salad when we noticed a hitchhiking beetle squirming around on my husbands plate. We were surprised but hey...maybe that means it's extra fresh??? Hahahaha! We alerted our server and they were so kind and apologetic and offered to replace our salad but we said no thanks! Our pizza came out nice and hot! The flavor was good but I wasn't blown away. I did appreciate the decor and the excellent service. When it came time for the bill, we were given a discount because of the beetle haha but we tipped generously, enough to cover the entire salad and a bit of the pizza. Wanted to be sure to support the staff during holiday season.

Yelp
A local recommended this spot for authentic NY pizza, so we decided to give it a try. There was a line to get a table, but it moved fairly quickly and we were seated in about 15 minutes. I ordered the margherita veggie pizza with ricotta, and my husband went for the white chicken pizza. The pizzas came out fast, which was a nice surprise. However, mine was a bit too burnt on the edges, which isn't really my preference. We were excited to dig in and enjoyed the flavor of the pizzas. That said, the portions were disappointing. Even after finishing our individual pizzas, we were still hungry. For the price, we expected them to be more filling. Overall, the pizza had good flavor but wasn't anything extraordinary. The price-to-portion ratio didn't work for me. I'm sure there are better pizza options in New York!

Trevor T.

Yelp
I've had better pizzas at chains. We had the broccoli rabe pizza and the one with prosciutto. Maybe they weren't the best pics but there were only about 4 specialty pizzas to choose from so they should have been good....and they weren't. I felt that the pizzas were dry and the taste wasn't anything to write home about. Just super mid The line was promising (long), but just no wow factor to be found. Just for reference, I'm from San Francisco Bay Area and live in Orange County.

Michelle d.

Yelp
We walked up and saw the line so we ordered a pizza to go online. It took the amount of time that we were quoted, approximately 35 minutes, so we did some store browsing in the area. We got the pizza, grabbed an Uber and went back to our hotel. The pizza comes in a paper bag, which I think is great for low waste, but it did not keep the pizza very warm for the 10 minute Uber ride. Still we were very happy with the flavor and chewiness of the crust.

Yelp
Juliana's pizza in Dumbo is coal fired pizza institution by NYC pizza legend Patsy Grimaldi. We came just before opening at lunch time to avoid the long queues that can sometimes form. We started off with a chocolate egg crème and two large pies (Margherita and a margherita pizza with ricotta and sausage). This pizza is incredible. Fresh sauce, yeasty dough that's a perfect crispy yet chewy and the fennel accented sausage really did it for me. Well worth a little bit of a wait for some fantastic pies

Yelp
This is my 2nd time here (both times were about 2 years apart). Very good pizza. I love thin & crunchy crust so I asked for it extra crispy. The service was very friendly. I went there about 30 minutes after they opened & they were already packed. I ordered a personal sized classic pizza -a Margherita & added prosciutto & ricotta. It was so delicious. It was made in just minutes too. When I left there was a small line out the door (it was Sunday brunch time). Ambiance is very chill & welcoming.

Jenn C.

Yelp
Food: The pizza is really good here! The crust is thin and has a nice char on it. They have a variety of toppings and pizzas come in small, medium, or large. They also have salads, meatballs, and appetizers. There was a short wait when we arrived but the pizza was well worth the wait! The line goes by quickly even though it's 20 people deep at a time. Service: Service was average. Not great but not bad. Ambiance: The place is small but has tables for large and small groups. Tables are very very close together and the space is tight in the restaurant. Dining there feels a bit rushed because of all the people waiting in line so I wouldn't go here if you're looking to dine leisurely. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Yasser H.

Yelp
This was really a 3 star but I'll skew it to 4 Ordered the margherita pizza from here. We arrived here close to their lunch closing time. I guess they close for a couple of hours during the afternoon, which I wasn't expecting. We had to rush n eat and at one point, we were told that no more orders will be accepted. The pizza itself was fine. Nothing much to elaborate. your typical margherita. I have had better at other competitors. I believe this chapter was a onetime visit. Ambiance was ok. Restaurant itself felt hot from inside.

Ajay S.

Yelp
I saw a YouTube video that this was great pizza, but imo it's ok. 40 minutes to wait is not terrible and if you sit inside there's an area they make pizzas for you. Had a half and half. Pepperoni and margarita.

Juliana P.

Yelp
Easily my favorite pizza in NYC! I recommend coming at opening if you can to snag the best seats/less wait! Wonderful service, cool history, and delicious pizza. I love that you can do a 1/2 and 1/2. Authentic interior and brick oven-- a must visit on a random Saturday, for takeout, for a special occasion, etc.

Akela J.

Yelp
This has been a place on my list for quite sometime being a brooklyn staple with consistently long lines Ambiance: 3/5 the scenery was quite rustic very chill environment. Nothing super fancy so definitely a place you go for the food not for any special reason, unless you are all for the simple life. Service: 3/5 I mean this place is super busy so what else can you really expect, definitely order well in advance or make reservations ahead of time. Food: 3/5 while I enjoyed how thin the crust was and how fresh the ingredients were, it really did not stand out to me. I think it lacked flavor and as someone who has had similar style pizza in Italy, no I'm not just used to the overly processed cheese of America. But do try for yourselves and let me know what you think.

Mandy C.

Yelp
Not sure what the hype is about. We got the margherita and the white pizza. The bread was nice and thin and chewy but there was no variety of flavor except for sweet, making the pizza a little boring to eat after a slice of each. We got the pizza to go because the wait to dine in was 3 hours.

Eunseo C.

Yelp
I loved the margherita pizza. The crust was super thin and buttery, and I loved the herby taste of their marinara sauce. The pepperonis were good too, but I felt like I was able to enjoy the sauce and the crust more on the plain side. I waited about 20 minutes because I got there shortly after they opened. I also liked that it was casual but not too hectic in there!

Karthik S.

Yelp
Juliana's is still as delicious as ever. I just visited again today, and it was as enjoyable as the first time I went. I've been a few times this year, and every time has been fantastic- the consistency is impeccable. Every time I've introduced a friend to Juliana's for the first time, they have become fans themselves. Definitely try it out- you'll be glad you did. I reported in my original review that the service was "hurried", but honestly that was only true the first time I went during peak lunch rush. The service staff are always very kind and helpful.

Cindy Z.

Yelp
I've been really looking forward to eating at Juliana's as this is owned by the original owner of Grimaldi's, so this is the original Grimaldi's. There are no reservations, so you stand in line until you get a table. Luckily, the wait isn't too bad and we only waited about 10 minutes on a Monday evening. Once you're seated, the service is super efficient and quick as the pizza and beers came soon after we ordered. This is great, especially when you're hungry. Between the three of us, we ordered a Personal White Pizza ($18) with Anchovies ($5) and a Large Margherita Pizza ($30) with Pepperoni ($6). The personal pizza is pretty small and because of the size, there's more crust on there. I didn't like that there was no sauce on the white pizza, so it's literally just mozzarella as the garlic was lacking as well. Luckily, the anchovies gave it some salty flavor though. The Pepperoni Margherita is simple and basic. It's not bad, but not amazing. I felt like it lacked much flavor, so the chili flakes were a nice topper to the pizza. Overall, I'd rather go to Grimaldi's next door even if the line is longer. If you're in a rush, Juliana's is not bad though. A lot of people also get takeout from here to enjoy at the Promenade, which is nice.

Lisa P.

Yelp
We visited this place two years ago and had to check them out again to determine whether we were hungry or whether this place was delicious. Well after our pizza we realized and co firmed this place is delicious. The pizza was tasty and delicious with a choice of toppings along with a Caesar salad to compliment the meal. Arthuro was friendly and d willing to assist. We had a great time. Give this place a try when you are in the DUMBO area. The atmosphere was nice and quiet and. It too loud. They have one bathroom so pace yourself you may have a wait.

Brittany R.

Yelp
Delicious food! There was a wait to get in but 100% worth it. Service was quick. Very cramped space, but what isn't in NY? 10/10 would go again!

Deyna J.

Yelp
Long wait outside in the heat but reviews said it was worth it. We ordered a large pizza. Whole sweet onion and 1/2 pepperoni. Stella Artois and Riesling too. I've been to Grimaldi's next door on a previous visit to DUMBO. This place is owned by the original Grimaldi owner, there is no affiliation between the two restaurants according to Juliana's website. The pizza was delicious. The service was excellent and quick once we made it. I can't say it was worth the wait because it was so hot and uncomfortable outside. But the coal oven fired pizza is very good! They did have a water cooler outside. The restaurant is small so if the line is long you can be waiting a while.

Pratima M.

Yelp
A sit-down pizzeria that's the sister restaurant to the popular Grimaldi's next door -- I loved the old-school pizzeria vibe. We didn't have to wait longer than ~15 minutes to get a table for 3 on a Saturday evening. The food comes out really fast and the service is efficient. The pizza itself was good -- the sauce and toppings were yummy. A large pie was more than enough for all of us, who came in hungry. I wish the crust had been a little crispier and that you could add more than two toppings per pie, though. Overall a decent pie, worth a visit if you're in the area.

Yelp
: In the past few weeks, i've trekked over an hour from Manhattan to Brooklyn and lost alot of times in the subways just to satisfy a Juliana craving. Still as delicious as ever. No wonder the place is always has an insane queue, jam-packed with tourists, and often has hurried service because they're so busy and are spoiled by having near-constant stream of patrons. So you'd think the pizza quality would suffer because of quick turnovers and popularity - but you'd be wrong! Am not a pizza person but if it's Juliana's- i won't definitely say no. The crust is always perfectly cooked, never burnt, always thin and airy and a bit chewy just the way i like it. The ingredients are impeccable- from the sauce, to the cheese up to its toppings. If you're wondering whether to try Grimaldi's next door, i can say unequivocally that Juliana's pizza tastes better. It's frankly not even close. I usually get the Margherita with roasted red peppers and pair it with siphon bottle seltzer (and a take away, of course). The only inconvenience that I encountered was some slight misunderstanding amongst staff. They skipped giving us the table twice which i believe the service is on a "first come, first serve basis".

Cat C.

Yelp
We had family in town so they wanted NY pizza so we came to our favorite pizza place here in DUMBO. There is only street parking available but there is a garage nearby as well. It is a small restaurant so there is you wait on a queue for a table. Once inside, it is dimly lit but bustling. We ordered Matt's Mix salad, lentil soup and the Margherita pies. The pizza is sooooo good! Always a treat whenever we are in town!

Ashley W.

Yelp
We were a group of 7 and walked in on a Wednesday evening. The service was quite slow and I did have to ask the host to bring us water after being empty for quite some time. The salad and pizzas were good. Salad had a great acidity to it and the two pies we ordered were: number 3 & number 4 - both high quality ingredients and tasted good. I've had better pizza in nyc but this was a solid spot if you're in dumbo and also very well priced!

Elizabeth K.

Yelp
Food: margarita pizza was full of flavor and fresh arugula is must ($7 add-in opt.) Pizza crust was very crispy and cheese was fresh- decent pizza Staffs: friendly and kind Ambiance: quite crowded and ppl line up during peak time so would recommend going there early. Turnaround is quite fast though

Fernando E.

Yelp
Brooklyn NY. If you are in the neighborhood and need a quick bite of pizza, please don't hesitate to visit this venue. It's priced but it's worth it. Yum yum.

Tola O.

Yelp
Stopped in while visiting DUMBO. It was a short wait to be seated. We had a medium pizza and it was plenty for two people. Pizza was good with clean flavors. I would consider adding onions or garlic next time to top of off. Was tasty! Seating is European and the food came out quick fast! You could totally come in on a lunch break.

Michael C.

Yelp
I really liked the pizza here. We ordered a large cheese pizza and a small cheese pizza... unanimously we preferred the small. It had way more crisp. The sauce was good, the cheese was good, but the crust/crisp on the small pizza was worth the admission. Next time I come I'll probably ask for a large pizza well-done, as the large pizza we had was a wee bit soggy. The ambiance is nice and the service is quick. Definitely a solid spot in the heart of Dumbo, a stones throw from the ferry stop.

Dana O.

Yelp
Got a classic margerita pizza with sausage. The crust was so thin and crunchy, but chewy. The herbs treated so fresh and I could taste it all in every bite. Service was great and the pizza came out within 10 minutes. We tried the egg cream, which is like a creamy seltzer drink. It paired well with the pizza since it's a little sweet.

Betsy J.

Yelp
Been here twice now and it is really one of the best pizza's I have had. Located right by the Brooklyn Bridge near DUMBO. There is no reservations so sometimes the lines are long but the wait isn't too bad. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is casual. I would definitey go again!

Jenny T.

Yelp
I tried New York-style pizza for the first time and I loved it! As a popular restaurant, I'm in no surprise how many people were willing to wait in line just to have a taste to see what the hype was all about because I waited in the line as well. The Margherita pizza is a classic and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. I'm usually not a huge fan of tomato-based sauce but I didn't mind this at all, it was delicious! The basil and mozzarella added a touch to the pizza that pizza chain restaurants just can't replicate. The Special No. 6 Grilled chicken with house-made guacamole was a unique and different experience for me, I enjoyed it! The service here is amazing and I love the ambiance! Though the wait may be long, it was worth it

Travis F.

Yelp
Amazing pizza! Our fave that we tried during our trip to NY. Thicker crust than what I'd consider a typical NY style pizza, but still thin and surprisingly light, not very filling, which was great, cause I didn't want to stop eating it! lol Our server was very helpful and attentive. Casual atmosphere and the decor set the mood. Also, there was a line when we arrived, but it went quick. We didn't have to wait long, which was nice.

Shawn H.

Yelp
Best pizza in Brooklyn. This is the original owner of Grimaldi's and it is way better than Grimaldis.

Wai L.

Yelp
I may as well been living under a rock. Since moving to LI, I've been left out of touch with the NYC restaurant scene drama. Fast forward to yesterday, while walking to %Arabica coffee, I notice the new Grimaldi's location and a long line outside of Juliana's! I had no idea. After diving into the wiki rabbit hole, I am all caught up with the backstory! Long story short, the original Patsy Grimaldi retired and sold his franchise and naming rights to restaurateur Frank Ciolli in 2011. Since then they've expanded to 43 locations, including moving the original location to the building next door. This drew the OG Patsy Grimaldi to come out of retirement to open Juliana's (named after his mother) at their original site! Well it's been forever and I forgot how the original tastes by now. Been getting LI Grimaldi's for ages and it felt quite sufficient, but going to Juliana's helped me recall all the lovely details. OMG the crust. I have never been so conflicted between finishing every last bite of crust vs moving onto the next slice. The balance of thinness, texture and subtle saltiness is of the highest quality. The cheese! So delicate and delicious. Love love love. Bonus. They have a pretty good draft selection of local beers. I got the 5 borough - Czech Pilsner. Went perfectly with the pizza dough! Worth the wait. I recommend getting there before they open at 1130 am. We waited about 20 min. Immediately seated.

Naomi C.

Yelp
Tucked in DUMBO, this place had a short line at 11:30am on a weekday and my party of 3 waited about 5 minutes in the scorching heat. It was worth it. We had to go classic and got the Margherita Pizza with half of the pizza with sausage. It was... the best pizza I've had (that is not a Chicago pizza - sorry! I love Chicago pizza!). The tomato sauce was from another dimension, it tasted so fresh and I could TASTE the tomatoes. I have no IDEA what the tomato sauces I've tasted before were doing but they were not doing it like this! The crust is cooked thin and perfectly. I never thought I would like thin crust pizza. The bottom is slightly burnt (because of the charcoal) but you don't taste it. How they do that??? Who is the witch they are hiding in the kitchen? It's not greasy like a normal pizza and actually tastes a bit... healthy??? HOW!!! They have everything down to a perfected formula. If I lived in NYC, I'd come here ALL THE TIME!

Ashlyn K.

Yelp
My friend and I went to Juliana's at 1pm on a Thursday. Juliana's is my friend's favorite pizza place, and I finally got to check it out! There are no reservations, so coming at non-peak hours would probably lead to the shortest wait time. One thing that helped us was that is was a little misty and cold when we went. We were having a great conversation, so I was not tracking the time, but we did not need to wait more than 30 minutes in line. At a certain point, there is also a strong heater which made it comfortable to wait in the cold. The interior is like that of a standard pizzeria, but there is a quaint, classic feel with the chalk signs for things like dessert or egg cream. We split a large margherita pizza ($28.50), which was perfect sizing for the two of us! My only critique was that there could be more basil on the pizza. However, every other aspect of the pizza was fantastic. The dough was thin and chewy and was proportioned appropriately. The highlight of the pizza is the sweetness of the tomato sauce, which was so refreshing! I expected service to be terrible because of the popularity and quick turnover, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was good! They clearly have the chain of command down in the kitchen, since we did not have to wait long for the pizza. In addition, we had multiple check-backs and water refills. If you have the time to wait, I would highly recommend Juliana's for pizza near the bridge!

Anthony S.

Yelp
Juliana's Pizza is one of the best pizza places in NY! There is almost always a line to eat at the restaurant and once you've had the pizza you'll understand. The pizza served at Juliana's isn't going to wow you with a horde of ingredients but instead, it will satisfy your idea of elevated quality pizza. On this visit, I ordered the Margherita pizza to go (due to the crowd) and it didn't disappoint. The pizza was light with an abundance of basil and cheese and the crust thin and crispy. If you're looking for a real good pie in DUMBO, consider Juliana's among the numerous choices for pizza! P.S. They don't serve slices at Juliana's so you'll have to order a personal or opt for a whole pie to share!

Brittney D.

Yelp
Visiting from Houston and I HAD to have pizza in Brooklyn. A yelp! review hipped me: Juliana's is opened by a Grimaldi- and it's allegedly superior. I haven't had Grimaldi's but Juli's was yum. We got the marg and added arugula and ricotta. Satisfying crunch on the crust, ricotta was creamy. I felt the sauce lacked salt. But they didn't stop me from crushing. Two word review: stringy cheese

Sydney C.

Yelp
One of my favorite pizza places in NYC, never fails to deliver an excellent meal; don't get discouraged by the line outside; we waited only 30minutes for a table for 8 on a Saturday afternoon; have someone from your party wait in line while you explore dumbo! Service is friendly and fast. Seating is a bit tight, but hey, that's New York.

Sarin P.

Yelp
I didn't get to indulge in too much pizza during my recent NYC trip, but during our walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, we decided to place a pickup order with Juliana's. The ordering process was seamless online and we picked up a medium pizza to enjoy during sunset. It came with about eight slices, which was perfect to feed three people. The tomato sauce was subtle, which I liked. I would be interested to return and try more things off their menu.

Stacy P.

Yelp
This was really good pizza!! We went early and still had to stand in line. That's a good sign. The service was excellent and very helpful. We started to order a pizza that came without sauce and the waiter steered us in a different direction after asking us a couple questions. We shared a salad and brought pizza home with us!! Today we went by a noon and the line was super long. Get there early! They have a lot of wines with a large price differential so if you're wanting a $200 bottle you can get it. We chose a $40 and it was fantastic. Definitely would go back! Family oriented atmosphere and friendly service!!

Vanessa H.

Yelp
Great pizza joint! I was visiting the Brooklyn Bridge with family at around 7 ish pm on the eve of New Year's Eve, so I was expecting a crowd, but not a ginormous one. The line was outside which seemed long, but the turnaround time for these tables is genuinely so fast that we got inside in around 20 minutes. The restaurant is small, tightly packed, and dimly lit, and the large pizza oven where the prepare the pizzas are at the back of the establishment, on full display. One thing that was kinda weird though was that if you had to use the restaurant, you had to walk through the pizza-making area and squeeze right past the chefs who are rolling out your pizza dough. Maybe a little unsanitary I suppose? But I guess it's efficient use of the space. We ordered the arugula salad, the margarita pizza with added pepperoni, and the specialty No. 4. The salad came out so fast, like literal lightning speed, and so did the pizzas shortly after. We got both larges for each pizza, which looked daunting at first, but it was so light and thin that the 4 of us chowed down most of it. The salad was fresh and had a nice lemony dressing. Pretty good salad. The margarita pizza was so good. The dough was thin and crunchy with those little burnt black spots at the bottom - true coal-fired pizza. The mozzarella cheese was SO flavorful, definitely my favorite part of the pizza. However, I didn't really enjoy the sauce: I thought the sauce was quite sour and I feel like there was too little of it. There were some parts of the pizza that were completely void of sauce. The pepperonis were fine, a bit thicker and chewier than what I prefer. The No.4 had tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, and arugula on top. It was also pretty good, however the arugula's bitterness overpowers all of the other lighter flavors on the pizza. Maybe if there was less arugula or some kind of balsamic glaze, it would be better? Still tasty though. Another downside is that the AC fans blow directly onto the middle tables (where we were sitting) which makes the pizza get cold so fast. After I ate one pizza slice, my second slice was already cold (and I'm a fast eater.) Maybe this is their strategy to get people to leave faster... who knows! Anyways, this was a great meal and you should stop by if you're around the area!

Styliana R.

Yelp
This is a nice and cozy spot in a trendy part of Brooklyn right down the street from the water. The service was wonderful and the food was tasty. The thin-crust, brick-oven pizza really let the fresh ingredients shine. Would definitely come back on another visit to Brooklyn!

Tansy W.

Yelp
Expect a wait as they don't take reservations but the pizza is fantastic! The dough is nice and chewy and the sauce is perfection. For two of us, we got a personal margherita with pepperoni, a personal margherita with arugula and prosciutto, and a calzone with a side of marinara (the marinara side is needed). Everything was delicious! As for a wait, there is one but they're pretty efficient. We arrived on a cold Saturday in late November at 3:47pm and there was already a line, even though they don't open until 4 (see photo for the length of the line). We got seated at 4:11, ordered 5 min later, and got all our food at 4:24pm. We ended with the NY cheesecake, which was also good. Can't wait to return!

Rebecca P.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza. I recommend sitting at the bar for some pizza-making entertainment. We got two pizzas, my favorite was the white pizza with mozzarella, garlic, ricotta. It's pricy, but you're in NYC.

Shasta L.

Yelp
Well right off the bat we waited in line, that's how you know the pizza is good! The host was also a server and the maitre d, he was fun to watch in action. This place was small but had lots of old school pizza character, and the aroma of all the herbs and spices used was intensely satisfying to my nose. The flavors were on point, we had the soup of the day lentil, was delicious, the calzone was cooked perfectly, perfect amount of dough the fluffy cheese and herb ratio! And the pizza looked and tasted fantastic. Long line but worth the wait

Matt M.

Yelp
Classy Pizza restaurant in the heart of Brooklyn only one block away from the DUMBO Fulton ferry stop and next to the Grimaldi. This place could be very busy at times. Highly recommended!

Hari K.

Yelp
I love this pizza spot in Dumbo! I had been to Grimaldi's before, and I'd say that these are at the same level (would probably slightly favor Grimaldi's (sorry!!!), but 5 stars nonetheless)! Easy to get seated this Tuesday evening and I love that their menu is crisp/not too many options, but is available for customizations. I think splitting a pie is totally the move here, and get yourself a ricotta topping please!!! It is 100% worth it. I thought both the margherita and classic were delicious (slight preference for the classic), but you cannot go wrong here. Great quick service and I think this is a high quality pizza joint I'd totally be willing to come back to.

Yelp
For sure lives up to the hype! Pizza was delicious light cooked to perfection. Make this the only stop in Brooklyn for pizza !

Yelp
We waited outside for a little while, we were first in line to get in. The hostess came out in no time to usher us inside to our table the restaurant was dimly lite and large enough to accommodate large groups. We sat at a Large corner table with view of the Brooklyn bridge. Our waiter was super friendly, warm, welcoming and even cracked some jokes with my 8 year old. We ordered the the lentil soup to share and immediately had to order another bowl because it was hearty and insanely flavorful. For pizza we ordered the classic large margarita pizza overall we had a fantastic dinner there, I will definitely recommend this restaurant for the Brooklyn style pizza experience.
