"Juliet Cocktail Room is one of three standout cocktail bars at the Venetian — alongside Rosina and Electra Cocktail Club. The vibe at Juliet is opulent and classic with lush velvet couches for seating and cozy decor that spans Victorian era. Mixologist Chris Zaide curated a menu of inventive drinks made with precision. There’s the Fields of Norway, a take on a gin fizz with Norwegian Aquavit, Dansk Mjod Viking Blod, and green chartreuse — playfully served in a Viking horn-shaped glass.
