As Italian, this pizza is a big no. The dough is very rubbery and the ingredients don’t taste fresh/good. The garlic knots are just horrible!

Google
Best employee/customer experience in a pizzeria so far. They have excellent staff. Slice was slightly above average quality and standard size. However at almost 5 bucks a Slice, I expected more. I know rent is high, but dang!

Google
Nothin special. not bad but def not exceptional. I don’t like to review a place on price but $30 for this pie when every other pie in the neighborhood is $20…. I would get a slice and judge for your self. Personally I like a lil more sauce. They deliver pretty quick tho

Walked in and the girl behind the counter was very nice. I asked if they had the garlic knots and they did not. I asked if they only had pizza by the slice, they said they could make me a fresh pie. I was not willing to wait so they warmed me up two slices. They weren't warm. So I ended up having to microwave it when I got to the hotel. The pieces weren't placed in a box, but just on an open plate in a paper bag, so I had to carefully walk and balance them as I was walking back to the hotel. Luckily it wasn't a long walk. There was seating but it was small cramped area. The pizza probably would have been very good fresh, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

Tried the pepperoni pizza and the garlic knots. The slice of pizza was a bit small than I’d expect and the garlic knots weren’t great (the garlic was spread uneven on the knots). Going to give them another try since it’s only the first week. They have gluten free and vegan options . Seating outside is cute.

Just nah!! I used to eat here a year ago very good piZza!! I don't know what happened to this pizzeria! Poor quality pizzas that does not justify the price. I used to believe that this pizzeria was Italian, but don't be fooled by the name... you might even get poisoned.. just stay away

This place is superb! Many times I passed by and just now entering. Pictured is the eggplant parmigiana pizza. I ended up getting two slices and the guy replaced them from the Sicilian that I originally with no problem. As soon as I entered I noticed some of my favorite ol skool hip hop songs playing. Wonderful atmosphere, food and people.

Google
My rating is strong 3 stars. Not because of anything horrible, there just isn’t a reason to give 4 or 5 stars. I went on my lunch break and it was easy to grab a slice and head back to the office. I don’t think you’re missing out by not coming here. You’re also not gaining anything. This place is just a good ol’ MY slice pizza place with good seating. Nothing horrible. Nothing outstanding. Neutral.

Yelp
I was craving pizza and stopped by Juliet's Pizza to satisfy my cravings. I chose cheese, pepperoni sicilian, and eggplant parmesan. The staff members were friendly and reheated the pizza slices for me. However, all of the slices were dry and overly salty. I can't pinpoint where it went wrong exactly, but the other prominent flavors did not blend well together. As a result, I was unable to finish more than half of the food.

Yelp
I was in New York for a couple days and as always, I was jonesin' for a slice of pizza. The place I wanted to go to (which I absolutely love) has a crazy up charge for one slice of pizza, and I really don't eat much so it did not make sense to me to not only have to spend $6, but paying an additional $2 to get a pizza lol, but let me talk about Juliet's pizza. The first thing you noticed upon going in is you are immediately greeted by everyone in the restaurant. I don't know who the guy was behind the counter, but he seemed to be training the girl at the register and he was so freaking nice to me. He went over the types of pizza, the history of the place, prices, and asked if I was eating there or to go. He even made recommendations for toppings. It was amazing. I chose one of the premade meatlovers pizza, and I love the fact that the ricotta cheese on it is fresh! Cost was about $3 with a $3 tip so I guess I was paying the same as the other place I was just complaining about lol, but this was within walking distance of my hotel in Long Island. The vibes were immaculate. The pizza was bomb.

Yelp
I like having this place nearby and its in a good location. Always pleasant staff. A bit weird theres no seating inside. Is this pizza as good as the classic Italian pizza place you get anywhere in Manhattan? Sadly I can't say that it is. Not the kind of dripping w cheese I'm used to on the upper east side or really anywhere in Manhattan. A bit dry and thin on the cheese. But it's not bad. Kind of like Williamsburg pizza. Clean, nice location. I don't like the blasting music they've always got overhead. Reminds me of after hrs when it was time to clean up the kitchen and the customers were gone so we can blast the music. More than once I actually thought the kitchen was closed when I stopped in because of that blasting music. Its a good little spot though.

Yelp
Amazing spot with nice workers. Great slice in Long Island city with nice options and highly recommend the meat slice sith ricotta onnit and then adding some hot honey on it. Lots of seating and right next to Dutch Kills bar.

Anthony R.

Yelp
I do want to praise the service more than the slice itself. The pizza was alright but the presentation was lacking a bit (especially the mushroom) - though I feel it's hard to get a chicken parm pizza wrong. But the worker was able to customize our slice any way that we wanted and took care of us well.

Yelp
The food is really good. I appreciate having a simple pizza place in the area. But $4 for a slice is a little outrageous, but then I remember the area is gentrified, no shame in the making money game. Customer service was completely on point. I wonder what the gastropub is gonna be like once it is in place. My pizza was really good and wasn't a bland white slice. The crust was pretty perfect and the slice was not too greasy. My partner in crime got a pepperoni slice that wasn't too greasy as well. I can't wait until they have more options because I definitely want to come back and try everything. In terms of the place, the seating is mostly outside. I'm glad I didn't come here on a hot day. Depending on the time of day, I definitely wouldn't sit outside if it is too busy. You can get a pie to go and bring it to one of the lovely parks in the area. Personally, would I come back here again? Yes. Is it worth the $4? Maybe just lower it a little bit. But honestly, their lunch special looks amazing $8 for two slices and a beverage that's a great bang for your buck. Two pepperoni slices for $9 with a drink is great too.

Yelp
After what felt like years of walking by and seeing this place under construction, Juliet's has finally opened! They're in soft opening mode as of July 2023, with limited hours and menu items, but so far I've liked everything I've tried. Pepperoni and plain slices are really good, and the San Gennaro (special) is also great. Garlic knots are decent, but pizza is definitely the move here. The ingredients are pretty fresh and the crust is basically perfect. Apparently, desserts and more menu items are coming soon. Meanwhile, I'm thrilled to have a slice joint on my block!

Yelp
Got two slices to go. Very fast service Cheese slice was 3 stars pepperoni was a 4. Pricey About $10 for 2 slices $30+ for a pie. One and done location

Benny.mimi M.

Yelp
Pizza is good. Gave it a 4 stars for no indoor seating and no street parking. Clean inside and service is quick.

Brian L.

Yelp
This place has no right to charge the prices they do. With pies as expensive as L'Industrie but tastes half as good if not worse. Thick crust with a cardboard chew. Sauce was kinda bland.

Tanya R.

Yelp
Juliet's Pizza is right across the street from where I work which is great because I like pizza. My pizza shop tastes are pretty basic so a super hot, extra cheese slice with a drizzle of chili oil cured my craving today. Pricey but tasty.

Yesenia M.

Yelp
I've really appreciated this addition to the neighborhood as other pizza options are either take-out or more of a dine-in restaurant experience, whereas Juliet's is the perfect in-between. The pizza is really good; while it doesn't have that NYC pizza flavor, it's really tasty and fresh. My favorite is the white slice. As another reviewer noted, the slices are slightly smaller than average and also slightly more expensive than average. All in all, it's a solid option for a quick bite. They continue to offer a limited menu, but I hope they transition from the soft opening phase soon as I would really like to try some of their desserts!

Tiffany H.

Yelp
Came during the soft opening ordered garlic knots, two regular cheese, one pepperoni and one white pizza. Garlic knots weren't as seasoned and flavorful as I would've liked. The pizza slices were good and I like that they give you the option to customize your own pizza with a variety of toppings for $0.75 each.

Christina M.

Yelp
I had a chance to go to Juliet last week. The hours right now are limited, as it just opened. The space is small, but with a decent amount of outdoor seating. I went near closing time, but it was pretty crowded, with a line and a good number of people sitting outside. I tried the following slices: Plain (3/5): An okay plain slice. Crust was decently crispy, sauce okay, could've had more cheese. White (3.5/5): I enjoyed this slice more than the plain. There was a good amount of different types of cheese, but it was a little bland. Definitely could've used more garlic or something else to punch it up. I had also wanted to try the garlic knots, but they were out by the time I got there. Also didn't get to try the Sicilian. I had an okay experience at Juliet's. Seeing as how it's one of the few slice shops in LIC, and that it's probably experiencing some pains having just opened, I would try it again.

Merav I.

Yelp
Overall super bummed at the price, quality, and sizing. I first went here once for a slice and thought - fine, too expensive, but fine. But when I went back a second time I got the TINIEST old cheese pizza tasting slice for around $4.50. I had to go spend more money down the street for lunch after I had wasted almost 5 bucks on the tiniest-old-tasting piece of pizza in NYC. What a bummer, not returning.

Matty M.

Yelp
This was a special gem. Been waiting on it to open. Has a limited menu for now (wise decision). They're banging it out for the pepperoni and white pizza. Cute, small, takeaway or eat outside (or even stand inside if it's cold). Had your typical beverages, including a coffee soda which I was not brave enough to try on the first try.

Yelp
Tragic. That's how I would describe this pizza. Let's put aside the fact that after waiting an eternity for a Sicilian slice it was somehow still ice cold, cheese that might have been polly-o at best, key food generic at worst, congealed, not melted atop flavorless sauce that need salt but was more so so criminal to the tomatoes that gave their lives for this disgraceful attempt at pizza. In NYC, where pizza can be found on every corner, you should avoid this corner spot at all costs or get a bag of the impossibly small and out of place doritos in the case on the counter which would have been tremendously more satisfying than this poor attempt at pizza. I recommend instead of this place, eating Ellio's straight out of the freezer, it would have the same net result and you'll save yourself some money. Actually, scratch that, my deep apologies to Ellio's pizza, at least you're not trying to be something that you're not...

Brian Y.

Yelp
This pizzeria seriously holds back their cheese. The slices are also a bit smaller than your average sLICe/Joe's pizzeria. I guess this is how they keep their costs down. You also save 3.95% by paying with cash. Or is it more of an up charge if you use credit card? I'll never know. With that said, taste is good, clean, and not super oily. Their dough really shines.

Thanos N.

Yelp
$5 a slice for THIS pizza?! I really don't mind paying for good food, but I'd rather get a dollar slice and actually enjoy it. This was one of the worst pizzas I've had in a long time.

Derek S.

Yelp
Been here twice now for slices only - so this is a "slice only" review - first time the cheese slices were warmed appropriately but lacked a crisp crust or flavor in the sauce. Second time the pepperoni and cheese slices were soggy and the amount of grease from the pepperoni and cheese was substantial - the pep slices used are too thick - and drowned both crusts. Slice LIC on Vernon is twice as good as well as some other spots in the LIC areas. Nice service and team there - just focus more on the dough.

John S.

Yelp
Very disappointing for a pie at this price point. Two bros pizza is a step up in terms of flavor. Felt the ingredients were on the lower end. Not enough cheese and little to no sauce. Too much crust overall. I want to give them a few months to figure out a better recipe.

Jonah M.

Yelp
A long time in opening -- but really? Had the Sicilian -- leaving aside not fully heated-- so bland- no character. This is New York- home to great pizza- this was more like an airport experience. Soda selection was also limited, thankfully cans not fountain. There's still time- get it together. This will not fly in LIC. We didn't wait 2 years for this.

Larry N.

Yelp
Good pizza and garlic knots- pretty fast for a call ahead order too. The sauce wasn't too sweet, unlike some other spots in the area.

Min Y.

Yelp
The pizza was too delicious to share a picture. The crust is my favorite plus it's exactly what I was going for. I can still savor it. Wanting for more. The entire place looks very neat and I like it a lot. Service was snappy. Definitely coming back! 9/10

Christian K.

Yelp
It's not bad but it's not great. Think of it as LIC's own Joe's with a less tasting sauce and way smaller size. Would definitely come back if I'm craving a slice since I don't have to go all the way to sLICe.

Leticia S.

Yelp
It seems like everyone in the area has been waiting for this establishment to open. The wait is now over, and it was worth it! Pizza is amazing here. Excellent crust, fresh ingredients, a little menu at the moment, but more is on the way, and I can't wait to try it all!

Alex B.

Yelp
Easily the best slice in the area. Pepperoni is great and the dough has the ideal crunch. I would pick this over anything else in LIC/Astoria.

Bi O.

Yelp
Great Pizzas !!! It will become an excellent pizzeria. super staff, still in soft opening.

Gerry B.

Yelp
The etiquette of the staff are high above all, very respectful and have great customer service. (Slice Only) I admit that the pricing and quantity of ingredients are not equal. As of now, a plain slice is $4 dollars and the quantity lacks serving of cheese/sauce over crust. At most the slice was okay, but could be better. The location and theme are nice.

Greta P.

Yelp
Just great pizza! Really good NY slice shop in LIC! Can't wait to try the other options

Laura N.

Yelp
I was waiting on Juliet's to open and it didn't disappoint. This pizza will ruin other pizza places for you. Seriously, this place is amazing! Plus, I appreciate the fact it's local. Go get a slice!

Mason S.

Yelp
Does the pizza here ever look fresh? I've walked in here and walked out so many times because the pizza never looks good to eat. Decided come here recently. Got charged $5 for a pepperoni slice......It was greasy, dry, not a lot of cheese or sauce and had a little too much pepperoni. It was not a very good pizza. Fancy, hip name for a pizza shop that serves bad pizza.

Vincent P.

Yelp
Finally! A great slice place in LIC. Pizza was super fresh and tasty. The white slice was amazing!

Abby S.

Yelp
Light on flavor, cheese, and sauce. So disappointing. Please do better, this is NY we should know how to do pizza! What gives?! Did you test out recipes before you opened to the public? Come on now! I've had better pizza in the suburbs please fix it & I'd be happy to become a regular.
