Honestly was very surprised by this location. It has a lot of potential with the atmosphere. It was fairly empty when I went. It is on the pricey side but the food was delicious. The drinks were also good. This is a great date spot or a place to eat and drink before a night out. Plan on returning here. The calamari was amazing along with the plantains. Recommend the fish taco as well.

Visited this place Feb 15 and it’s the worst customer service! the bartenders have no personality rude and cannot make drinks, I ordered a drink from the menu grey goose and tonic I questioned the bartender and asked her why she didn’t put grey goose as stated on the menu, she said oh you wanted grey goose I said well that’s what the menu says.. she proceeded to get annoyed I said ok it’s fine this round but she still charged me the grey goose price, they added vodka to the glass from a clear bottle with no label, couldn’t even see what brand name it was was, bathrooms were horrible and dirty, sound system is not good broken speaker system, and overall I wouldn’t recommend this place, very deceiving from their Instagram videos!

The service at this restaurant was really good. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We made dinner reservations for 7:30 p.m. and the restaurant was not very busy on a Friday night. It started getting a little bit busier around 8:30 p.m. to 9:00pm. Giving my friends and I a chance to be able to chat without too much noise or feeling rushed. The restroom was very nice and clean and overall the service was good. There is parking down the street on Mongolia

Awful. On top of the food and service being awful when I went there, for some reason, they think the way to garner business/support from the community is to ruin the whole community's peace and literally lower property values with their awful loud music that isn't even for their patrons, seeing as how their speakers are outside and aimed at the road. The food and service is awful here, and they have no consideration for the community.

We walked in not even thinking they were opened they were on their brunch menu but we really wanted to try their tapas sampler which was on their dinner menu. They were happy to do that for us and were so inviting.. dare I say we were super impressed with the service and the food. The presentation was exceptional and the flavors matched. Chef Walter is awesome. They also have a non alcoholic passionfruit drink which is awesome. After we had their tapas sampler we had their pesto seafood pasta which I must say was scrumptious. We will definatly be returning and I would recommend this place to anybody. The flavors are awesome. Went back today for Taco Tuesday and once again far from being disappointed best tacos I have ever tasted.

Let me just get this out of the way, pricey but worth it!!! I don't know who's in kitchen but this is perfect Japanese Peruvian cuisine. My group had the pisco basil cocktail, the grilled octopus, the quinoa salad, the fisherman's ceviche, the seared scallops, and a maracuya juice. There's $8 parking or street parking. After 6pm the parking is free. Nice decor and patio. Friendly, and polite service. Highly recommend if you want the best and you're feeling spendy.

It's always a fun experience, especially o the nights they have live music and dancing.

I visited Jungla last night, and it truly is a gem! The music was great, and the service was outstanding. They even serve hookah at this Mexican venue, which is really cool! I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely come back again. I want to extend my respect to the owner of the place. I had a chance to have a brief conversation with him while I was buying tequila shots--he's a great man!

came here for a night cap and it was a party!! it was so crowded for a Saturday night. we proceeded to have a shot! kind of pricey! Music was great this time around. maybe we give this place another opportunity to have dinner from our last experience.

I went this Friday and it was closed. No sign as to why it was closed. The hours on the window and yelp said it was open. But..does anyone know if this location is permanently closed?

Their chicken and waffles no offense were not an entree plate more like an appetizer chicken nuggets and waffle my friend had to order some sliders to fill him up. Don't get me wrong my food was delicious the plating/presentation could be better but chicken and waffles i was not at impressed and I say chicken nuggets because honestly 4 pieces of bite size chicken is more like a kid's meal l. What really did it was the waiter to giving himself a $32.48 tip! Like wtf he didn't even give us the choice of whether or not we wanted to give him a tip and on top of a 6% service charge for what ?

This place is yummy! Love the Ambiance on a Friday night! Live Dj and drinks are good. Love that they have a happy hour! The night we came was for cinco de Mayo.. only had one server at the time so it was a bit of a wait to ask for anything.

"Another Saturday night and I ain't got nobody, I got some $$$ cause I just got paid..." ooops, sorry couldn't help help myself...Let's start this again... 6:00pm on a Saturday night all up and down Lankershim Blvd between Chandler and Camarillo was booming...not here:( We had the entire place to ourselves!!! So, word has it that this places blows up later at night. Hence all the "specials." They have a DJ, dancing etc. *Duly Noted and filed in my brain. I ordered a regular margarita - no salt, my friend ordered a "blackberry skinny mezcal," small chips & salsa (fyi: which was not free), to start. Food: chicken tostadas ($15) for my friend and for me the shredded chicken tacos that came with a small bowl of refried beans and a few chips (14.00) Both dishes were very good. You just don't get a bang for your buck. Would have liked rice and beans, free chips and salsa. Space: interesting decor very festive, high ceilings, huge bar, and outdoor covered patio and a lounge area where I believe the DJ sets up "later" at night. Very clean with 2 Unisex bathrooms. Server was Jasmine. Very friendly & attentive. *Parking stinks in this area. Try parking on Magnolia by Nigel's beauty or a side street near there. Less stressful and you won't have to drive around in circles for 15 mins. Would I come back? Maybe but most likely later with the youngins and I would have my "dancing" shoes on!!!

Went there on a Friday night to see a band. They advertise 2 for 1 drinks on their IG without any disclaimer, but if it's a "special event" they don't offer 2 for 1 once you get there and won't honor their own advertisement. Service was horrible, slow and rude. Had to tell staff at least twice that the bathrooms were out of soap and paper towels. Only two actual bathrooms, with a large crowd of women there was always a line and the men used the women's bathroom. They demanded a 15% tip, even though we were not done, simply because the waiter was leaving for the night. My husband refused because we were not done and the waiter sucked, he was going to give it to a promoter person instead. They made us close out our tab and we said we would leave a cash tip before we left, they started saying they require the 15% and became aggressive. We ended up leaving without giving a tip to anyone. Next thing we know there is an unauthorized charge by them for $30 more than what we spent! Fraudulent charges on top of the awful service. Food was not even anything to brag about, over charged dominos chicken wings. Don't expect 2 for 1 drinks, don't expect even mediocre service, and pay cash so you don't get scammed.

Awful restaurant awful bar. They played loud music and are just ultimately obnoxious for no reason and nobody ever goes there. I don't know how they're still in business. They should be shut down immediately.

I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. The drinks were really delicious and you could tell quality ingredients/fresh fruit juices were used as the mixers. The "spicy tamarindo margarita" and their signature drink "la jungla" were both amazing. The aguachiles verde needed some help. It's a shame because the shrimp was so fresh/clean and such high quality but the aguachile sauce needed way more lime/cilantro/chile/salt. It was really lacking in flavor but has the potential to be delicious. I hope the chef can work on the recipe because with just a couple changes it would be bomb. Our friends said their food also needed more seasoning. We were there during the playoffs and maybe they weren't anticipating such a large crowd but they were seriously understaffed. There was only one chef and ~60 people in the restaurant so it took forever to get the food. The manager was very apologetic and comped some of our drinks but hopefully he can staff the restaurant more appropriately in the future since it is a nice spot to watch the game. The servers were friendly and attentive and the space was nice and clean. Large TV screens and good sound system.

We have been here several times before for dinner and it has always been a good experience. We came here on a Saturday night 12/10/22 to celebrate a b-day. It was pouring rain by the way so I am guessing that is why it was pretty empty but that's ok ... Our group of 10 danced the night away! Lounge area: 5/5 Towards the back it is like a little lounge with music playing. No cover charge and we danced the night away. There were several groups also enjoying a night out so the vibe was festive regardless of the rain outside. Food/Drinks: 5/5 The food and drinks are really good a little over priced but good nonetheless. We only had drinks this time around and they were strong! Parking: 1/5 This area sucks the only reason we came here was because we parked at the Kalaveras lot and ran over here (it was raining). Staff 5/5: They are always really nice and friendly. Bathroom: 0/5 That restroom stinks!!! Please do something about it GEESHH. We went once but it was bad!!

Let's start with hours of operation, per website and call when I made my reservations, the restaurant opens at 8pm. This was not the case, we waited 40 min outside for the business to open. The service was not the best, our food took a long time to come out, drinks included. The taste of food was bland, the only dish that had flavor was the enchiladas. I do feel like the main focus is the atmosphere which is unfortunate because now the food and service lack the attention needed.

Nice vibe, quick service and good music. I've only been here a handful of times but the staff and owner have been extremely patient with us. There was a time my sister drank too much and was a little out of it but they let her recover with water while we supervised her. We really appreciated that and it ended up saving our night. All the best to the staff here and we will be back!

Decent food and drinks. Service was a bit slow and not attentive to us, the customer. The restaurant is super dim and dark; great for clubbing, but not that great for eating (I like to see what I eat). The cerviche I ordered was pretty good. The overall price of the foods and drinks was expensive for the quality and portion. So if you come here, be sure your wallet is ready. Overall, I had an okay experience here.

We got there at 6pm; it was empty when we showed up since they just opened but the owners had a playlist and it was great! The drinks were great and strong! Make sure to eat, their food is delicious, we had their sampler and it was all super good and so flavorful! We'll be back for their nighttime festivities. They have a DJ from 10pm - 2am.

Been waiting to come here since I would see the hype on social media but something's are just for media I suppose . Came here @8 since it shows it's open at that time but didn't open til 9 pm . I came with my brother , his wife and my husband . We ordered the pork belly which was probably the best thing we got . My husband got the nachos de asada and they were mid . My cuńis and I got some bowl drink for 2 people and it was ok I've had better cocktails . My husband got a cocktail as well it was ok . My brother ordered a topo chico which they didn't have . For the 2 drinks and both appetizers it was $120 . Over priced for the portions and amount of alcohol they put as well . I will say the lady who was our waiter was super nice and took care of us but my rating is based off the drinks , food and cost . I will say it is nice inside and big enough to take a group of people . I believe it's a good enough place to go sit and mingle with your friends or family and have some shots but not a dinner spot . I probably will go back for a girls nite instead and try other cocktails but the ones we had were alrite .

I celebrated my Bell Jeff 20 year high school reunion. Jungla is a special place. You need to try the tacos gobernador. The space has excellent service and Latin music. The drinks are made with natural ingredients. Real lemon lemonade with the vodka lemonades. The staff is harmonious and it truly feels like family here. We had a great time. Will definitely be back.

Crypto?! Whatever. The food is really good, the margaritas were the drop that made this place four stars for me! The wait person was darling and fast and accurate (all these things matter when you're out for fam dinner)! Am I right?! We kinda made the ambiance since the joint was empty, save a trio tucked in the corner and a couple at the bar. The music was cool, and there are large tv monitors around. So I'm thinking it's a good sports bar. Sorry, good cryptocurrency sports bar

This place was fun, they had the women's world cup soccer game on their many screens, the Bad Bunny music was vibing and we even made it in time for some happy hour deals. The food and drinks were good and the service was great! The ceviche we ordered had Peruvian fusion and was really good. This is a great spot to chill, grab a drink and food, and enjoy the vibe.

I tried to go twice after this review. First time I drove 30 min to get there and I went during their business hours and they were closed. Doors locked, no one in inside. Second time the bartender greeted us and asked if we had reservations and unfortunately we didn't. He took a minute to see what he can do but there was only 4 tables occupied. I asked for a table of 3 and he seated us on a table of 2. I politely asked if we can get the table next to it that would sit 4 even tho we were 3. He said "give me a couple minutes guys I need to check on availability for that table, we're packed today"...... again almost the whole restaurant was empty lol there was only 4 tables occupied! I told him it's okay we didn't want to be an inconvenience and we would go else where. He then responded "okay good luck guys" with a bothered attitude. Unfortunately I won't be coming back here.... It's not worth the drive to be disappointed.

Believe it or not, this is the same cocktail they charged $18 for. The inconsistencies really speak as to why they don't have customers throughout the week. The only good thing is the music I could play on my Spotify. Their late night happy hour is a rip off The Staff at the bar was friendly, however, at the table it was fast service without any connection. Over all I wish I would want to come here but you're better off at Kalaveras down the street.

It IS open on Sunday. Had great DJ's. Could elevate the decor and service a bit... final straw no TP or paper towels in the bathroom. I think that would be opening check list procedure. But $40 for a shot and a beer.. don't think I'll be back... Except- music was great!

Like once a month this band IG goldenstateband2021 plays on Thursday at 9:30p. Good location to meet friends for a drink for their first set. This place just needs to restock Soap to wash your hands. I attempted to wash my hands and all that came out was water. Furniture needs an upgrade as it's shedding and not a great look. They do not sell Coors light or Michelin Ultra. And now that it's summer, this place desperately needs either ceiling fans or fans on the corner of the room for circulation.

Subpar drank, subpar beat, with overcharged cover $25. Only thing I recommend is the nice bouncer who let me in for free after Simply not wanting to go in.... You know that's the key to victory but also defeat for the so called crypto bar. Well this bar must be in a recession because it's hurting my wallet and my time just like my real crypto investments at the moment. Music is a really bouncy tired house music. Maybe try another event based night. Pass move along

We had my sister birthday dinner and celebration at Jungla Mexican food crypto and let me just say we were surprised with the food, service, and ambience experience. To begin it was a group of 6 girls, and customer service was great! Our server was so sweet and she suggested the best drinks (Tamarindo Spicy Margarita my fave). Appetizers where so good and big enough portions that we ended up sharing our delicious dinner plates. Drinks were on point and live DJ on Friday had us dancing the night away!! Such a cute spot for a date or girls night out! Highly recommend

This is not a place to get food. The entire place smells like cleaning supplies and the food is like a bad version of bar food. Not sure if this is supposed to be a club after hours, but it's a strange restaurant/bar, with below average food and watered down drinks. Will not stop in again. Lovely staff nonetheless.

First, let me say that the overall vibe inside is dope. The DJ was absolute fire and the host is very nice...however, that is where any redeeming qualities end. Several people walked out of this place before being helped/placing an order. There was a table of maybe about 10 people who were seated and left after staring at menus for 20-30 mins with no help, a family of 5 (I think?) who also weren't helped at all and left right behind us and the whole time, people who came and were seated AFTER us, placed orders, got food, ate and paid before any of our incorrect orders came out (but they had a different waitress). At the end of it all, we were told that the kitchen had only opened at 6 pm and everything was behind schedule. Service: Our waitress ignored me after getting 2 orders for our table when there were 3 people sitting there. We literally had to call out to her twice to tell her I was ALSO ordering food. I explained upfront I had a specific food allergy, she repeated the allergy back to me to confirm and then still brought the allergen out with the WRONG food for the table. I also ordered a shot for my (very weak) drink and was repeatedly told it wasn't ready yet even though I never saw her go to the bar that we were sitting right next to. She would come check on us if we flagged her down, but not really outside of that. We asked for napkins several times before receiving them and when we asked for water, we were brought cups that had melted ice in them meaning that they'd been sitting out for a while. Food: Food allergy aside, we didn't get to eat the food because of the overall treatment and how long we had to wait for a table/to place an order to begin with. The one piece of food that made it to our table was a chicken quesadilla (for $20 -- $13 for the Quesadilla and $7 to add chicken) and there was a random flower (stem and all) cooked INSIDE of the quesadilla (didn't find this out until the next day when someone bit into the flower stem). We also asked for a to go container and without going to the kitchen, we were told none were available, so we wrapped the food in the paper it came out on when leaving. Drinks: We ordered the Jungla and a Michelada. Both were watered down. The Jungla and Paloma were both in big tub dispensers with ice, and the ice was mostly melted so what I got was a warm, watered down mess that they poured over MORE ice. Also, how the heck do you ice down a MICHELADA?! THE WAIT: We had a 9:30 reservation, we were told there was a wait because they were behind. We were patient, left and came back, still waited an additional 30ish minutes (on top of the 40-50 mins from before). When we were finally seated, there was another wait for someone to come take our order (about 20 - 30 mins) then after our order was placed, we got 1 quesadilla after another 30-40 mins and the wrong thing for the other 2 orders about 30 mins after the quesadilla. We ordered another shot that never came. Prices: It's not worth it. The Cinco De Mayo drinks were advertised on IG as $10 specials and we were still charged full price. A couple of drinks and a quesadilla came to $60. You can get better food (assuming), definitely better drinks and 100% better service elsewhere. The owners were there and seemed nice but this whole experience was outrageous. I have no intention of going back when there are so many other places to go.

My wife and I get here early to see a band ( first time here because of all the hype on social media ) . We found the last two seats available even though waiter was lost not knowing there was more seats available for us . I get it it's dark and small and not to mention their bathrooms dirty with piss all over the floor . They refused to provide their 2 for 1 drinks as they promise they do every Friday , $70 hookah took about 45 minutes to bring out. Over price Drinks and food took about 30 minutes to bring out . Manager seems drunk and coked out . Waiter never came to our table asking if we needed anything else but on the contrary we were always flagging the waiter to order . Later on Waiter came to our table demanding his 15% tip 3 separate times , no where does it say there's a 15% mandatory tip plus leaving a tip is optional and we always like to tip with a minimum 20% and I think bad service doesn't deserve it .Tbh one of the worst service I have experienced in my life ( I know, it's crazy me writing this ) and another waiter was rude too . I swiped my card to pay and to find out the next day they over charge my card. The food wasn't all that , I highly do not recommended this place . Find another spot to hang out . Don't waste your hard earned money here. Sad to say this place sux . I feel robbed and violated .

Alright, enough reading about people who show up for breakfast and are mad the dinner menu isn't available. This place is actually pretty good, and the beans ARE NOT cold. A bit pricy for some tacos/drinks, but it is 2022 after all, inflation is real people. Now for the food, basically some high end tacos, with some damn fine snacks/appetizers/dessert .. street corn, nachos, and the churros.... Oh man the churros are so damn good. Might go back just for the corn and the churros like the drunk couple who sat behind me did. drinks were 8/10 would order again, their signature drink was .

The food was good and the service as well. The place was pretty empty, only a handful of people there. The music was good. Now I'm wishing I'd gotten a copy of my receipt as I just realized that their menu says they add an 18% gratuity, which fine...but the fact that they still give you the option to tip more on top of the initial amount?! is not right. In my case I didn't see that at the restaurant and I double tipped. In my opinion this place is overpriced. Will probably not return.

Place is lit and they also accept crypto currency. ;) We tried their Sunday brunch and their chicken chilaquiles were bomb.com We paired it with pancakes and berries and a fight of mimosas. Great experience and highly recommend. The inside is beautifully decorated and outdoor seating is great for couples that want to come enjoy some time alone. Also, their nachos with shrimp are sooo good! The sauce was delicious and the shrimp cooked to perfection. My husband was really impressed and satisfied, we will be back soon. :D

My family and I had an amazing time last weekend going out for some delicious Mexican cuisine while my brother and sister in law were in town visiting. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was superb. A special shout-out to our incredible server Lisa for making our night out extra special. She really went above and beyond. Will definitely be back soon!

If you're looking for something good to eat, come here any day of the week. HOWEVER! If you're looking for a place to eat with some good music (reggaetón/ hip hop) than come to their Dj events on Taco Tuesday's or Sunday Brunch! I promise you won't regret it. I wish I had pictures to upload of my food but i ate it. I will post my drink.. For food I love their shrimp tacos & tiger shrimp ceviche, as well as enchiladas.

The customer service at this location is a complete joke. My husband and I stopped by to get a meal and drinks and not one waiter came up to us to ask us if we were ready to order. They just sat us down. The atmosphere wasn't well welcoming. Won't come here again

I was overcharged with drinks and didn't notice until I got home. Never gave me a receipt even though I asked. This was the nightclub after hours. I had tipped pretty nicely to get overcharged, will not be coming back.

Sooo friendly! Great margaritas, great owner and staff, friendly to my dog (he had the best time on the patio during their Wednesday beer pong tournament), and I had tasty ceviche while watching the dodgers

We went there last Friday as a group and we're buying drinks at the bar. At first it was fun and cool, however as the night went on and people were buying drinks I noticed that they charged me $60 for 2 drinks! I asked if it was a double shot and the bartender (can't remember her name) said it wasn't. Since it was my friends birthday I didn't want to make a scene so I let it go. I'm assuming she thought we were too drunk to notice, but just be careful.

I couldn't order because there was no waitress and it was too noisy to talk, so I left. The bartender was nice. But, I didn't think I could yell loud enough for him to hear me. I didn't have a menu or a bar code to access the menu.

I love this place, been coming for over two years now. Such a vibe with the ambiance, food and music. Dj playing on the weekend with, yes, Spanish music. There drinks are all amazing!

Literally my new GO-TO bar in NoHo! The owner, Carlos, is absolutely AMAZING and makes sure to take care of everyone here and ensure they have the best time. I'm bringing people every weekend because it's an amazing experience and all my friends always have the best time when they come. I can't recommend coming here more!

I felt unsafe and I left and I saw two physical fights. The service was terrible. I do not recommend this place at all.
