Junior's Pizza

Perfect local pizzeria. Food's great, staff are always friendly, place is super clean. We're definitely lucky in this area with the amount of good spots for pizza nearby, but if you live north of like King Kullen, Junior's should be your go-to place. They also have some nice local photography on the walls, you can tell the owner must either be a local or really likes the area.

I’ve ordered here twice food is always cold staff has very poor attitude very rude guy hung up while I was asking how long for pick up, I called back and they said 30 mins then hung up no degreet. I rate every place I go to and I refuse order from this place again very unsatisfied with this experience overall. 😞

I got a call from my son last night saying he just had the best pizza on the North Shore. So I ventured out to Huntington to try it for myself. All I can is WOW! finally great pizza. Anthony the pizza maker was so friendly and loved the fact that he was from Brooklyn like myself where the best pizza came from. I cant wait to eat there again.

Best Pizza around, hands down the best in Huntington. My favorite is a well down pie finished off with freshly grated provolone. The Sicilian pie is also exceptional. Any food dish is great if you find yourself in the mood for something other than pizza. Notable heros are the meatball and potato and egg. Salads are delicious and the side of brocoli always hit the spot.

Neighborhood gem. Crisp, excellent undercarriage. Order via Slice app over DoorDash, GrubHub, etc. (better for the small business).

First time here. More to come. Had the meatball parm hero, it was really good. The meatballs were tasty, the bread was perfect. I will be back to try some other things. Pizza looked too saucy will have to try but I am going to try some dinners first. Nice looking place. I would suggest the hero other suggestions hopefully to come.

I drove all the way from New Jersey to try Juniors Pizza in Huntington, New York! The pizza is absolutely excellent! It has a fantastic taste and excellent texture. It is just right. I must say, as an Italian person who has had plenty of pizza in their life, this has to be one of the best pizzas I have ever had! 10 out of 10 must come here again!

4 friends had a great authentic italian dinner. The lasagna, chicken parm dinners and ravioli with vodka sauce were all very delicious! served with salad and bread with Evo.! Service was great! Will be back.

Saw the sign outside for butternut squash soup. It was FANTASTIC. Made fresh and no cream in the recipe but because he blends the ingredients it has a great consistency. Also gave me a fresh baked dinner roll to go with it. Nice gentleman who served me too. Will definitely go back!

Ordered primavera pizza. clearly shown on website for $18. Charged $29 at pickup. Pizza was mostly crust and very skimpy on veggies. Very dissapointed!

Great pickup spot with good food and fair prices for the neighborhood. Keep the small businesses busy.

Went to this little gem tucked off of NY Ave... decide to try the margarita style pie right out of the oven... hands down the best in town. Don't box it.. get a table and get after it...

I had a takeout slice from a fresh out of the oven plain cheese pie today. Best pure NY pizza slice I've eaten in over a year. I've tried several pizza slices from many different places around our beautiful Long Island and had almost given up our local pizza making abilities. I don't know exactly what has happened but the overall pizza quality in our area has definitely declined. Junior's has now given me hope!

I went in knowing I'm not crazy about the pizza from prior visits and a couple of neighborhood deliveries. The crust is too thick and chewy, the pies are over-baked, and overall the pizza isn't flavorful, but I was so hungry I was shaky. I got a pepperoni pinwheel and some marinara for dipping. The pinwheel was pretty good - their dough is better suited to this than to pizza - but the marinara was watery and hard to catch on the pinwheel. The place is not conducive to staying and eating. The TV was blaring Fox News, and some male patrons were talking so loudly at the back, next to the counter and TV, that I had to move to the front windows. Even then, I couldn't hear the women sitting next to me for the racket these men were making all the way across the restaurant. If management took responsibility for asking patrons to quiet down and respect others, if they played anything other than an inflammatory news station (The Food Network makes people hungry), I would have had a decent meal. As it was, I had to eat quickly and leave. I wanted to give the pizza one last try (this was a last chance for them in my book, even going in), but not with all the noise and mediocrity. I was glad to get out even if I was still hungry. In past, I have called for delivery during business hours and been refused because they had no one on staff to drive. If quality is low, staffing is erratic and the atmosphere is annoying, why go back? They're a neighborhood institution whose time has come and gone.

pizza has no taste and its way overpriced quite possibly the worst pizza ive ever had

Ordered a pizza with sausage and meatballs for takeout on Monday 10/5/20....the absolute worst pizza I've ever had. Pizza was cold, dry, sausage and meatballs were just thrown on top. No question this pizza was made several hours earlier. They do make a good chopped salad with grilled chicken, never gone wrong with that. They are Juniors Pizza, that's all they're expected to make well, PIZZA, and it appears that's not happening. With all the pizza restaurants in Huntington Village, no reason to waste your time on this place.

I was going to a meeting across the street at the American Legion Hall and needed a quick dinner. I felt like a couple of slices, so headed to Junior's. I only tried the margheritta slices, but they were very good. A small tossed salad and a drink completed a quick meal. Junior's has some of the best slices in Huntington. Give them a try!

My husband and I were at the movies in Huntington this evening and we knew we were going to get out of the movie at 9:30. I called around the town of Huntington to find that every restaurant was closing at 10:00 P.M. I looked on my around me app and found Junior's pizzeria and restaurant at 142 New York Avenue in Huntington. When I called a gentlemans voice answered the telephone and I asked what time will they be serving until? The gentleman asked me what time would the movie be over and what time we wanted to come in and eat. He blew us away. When we came into the restaurant he greeted us at the door and we found out that he was the owner and his name was Anthony. Anthony immediately asked how our evening was and told us the specials on the menu and proceeded to help out in the kitchen to prepare our food. Now, I ask you so far is this an amazing, awesome experience? We ordered an Italian salad and by the time my husband and I took our coats off the salad was on the table.I ordered the shrimp marinara parmesan and my husband ordered the eggplant parmesan. The food was out of this world. It came out of the kitchen hot and delicious.The presentation of the salad was as appetizing and beautiful as we have gotten in restaurants where we have paid five times the price of our bill. When the bill came I was shocked how reasonable the prices were for what we ate. We ordered the cannolis for dessert and they were most delicious. All I could say is that if you are looking for a neighborhood clean, comfortable, nicely designed and decorated neighborhoodItalian restaurant I would highly recommend juniors. The crust on both their Sicilian and neopolitan slices have a great taste and a nice crisp to it. The lasagna slice I had was exactly as advertised, lasagna flavor without the pasta.. Incredible sauce and flavor all around. An unexpected jewel to find

Fantastic pizza - my favorites are the lasagna pizza (my husband would love to eat it every day of his life), the grandma pizza, and the white. Wonderful sauce, nice crisp crusts, and great seasoning and flavors. Love the great service, too. You will eat very well if you go to Junior's!

I have been stopping in for a quick slice for years. But last week my friend recommended that we go in for the daily dinner special. Awesome! Affordable and now I go regularly because it's such a great deal! Chicken Franciase or Marsala with salad or pasta $11.95...and that's only the two dishes I have tried. Specials run Monday thru Friday. Nice and friendly staff.

One of the few Huntington pizzeria that deliver, and it's a solid one. We particularly like the spinach and roasted garlic pie...really top-notch in flavor. Good vodka sauce on the pastas, too.

Went here because they offered a Groupon. Owner was very nice and the food was good. House salad is amazing. Penne with vodka sauce seemed a little lackluster, but a little Parmesan did the trick. Eggplant rollatini was out of this world. Great service.

Best pizza in the Huntington area. It's all comes down to the sauce and the dough and they got it on point. If you don't want an oily saggy slice that the sauce taste very acidic like most of the other pizzerias offer in the area then this is the place. Very friendly staff, good selection... I've become a regular.

It's really good pizza the crust is crunchy nice and thin crust good cheese portion and the tomato sauce is amazing I would had given it a five but the owner or who looks like the manager is unfriendly. Doesn't make you feel welcome. I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe was having a bad day hopefully he makes other customers feel welcome

Pretty darn good pizza and other food. We had shrimp parm and penne with broccoli which were both good. Little too much oil on the pasta but no real complaints. We took out this past weekend but I've been in there before. Good spot to grab a white slice or grandma pizza too. Garlic knots also good. If you want a quick meal I have nothing bad to say about this place. Not 5 stars because it's just not outstanding.

Got food here today for the anniversary deals they were having. Disgusting. Will not be going back. True waste of my money. Much better places in the area

For a while I thought the crust was too thick on the pizza but then I started asking for thin crust and that sealed it. Great pizza in a town saturated with pizza joints. And one of the few that delivers dependably and on time.

Half a traditional portion and double the price most everywhere else. Food itself was mediocre...I ordered the eggplant parm... sauce unusually heavy. Ceaser salad was very good though.

The best pizza place in the Huntington Village. Pizza is delicious, cooked to perfection. All dinner meals and salads are fantastic. Warm and inviting environment. Stop by and visit Anthony. He will make you feel right at home.

Great place to grab a slice of pizza. We stopped here after meeting our photographer. We love the pizza and cheese ravioli. The restaurant has a home feel and a great atmosphere. We customized our pizza slice which was great. Perfect place for a quick bite or lunch/dinner.

We have been going to Junior's for years because it's the closest to our house and they deliver. The food was always relaibly good until our last trip. We ordered our usual large pie. The dough was too thick and the whole thing was overcooked (even burnt in spots). I am in no rush to go back when there are so many better options out there.

Best grandma slice I've ever had. Cute local place with very nice owners. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone in the Huntington area looking for a good slice.
