Just Salad

I came in to the 7th ave bk location for a hearty salad to support my newly active lifestyle. I was greeted by the whole team and helped by Desmond and Shay. I appreciate that they were so patient with me as i customized my salad. I usually feel pressure from staff because im so indecisive but they were super chill and friendly. They even gave me great reccomendations that tasted amazing. I also thought it was sweet that they know the names and orders of their regular customers; to see the old man hand them his bowl and just walk to the register gave me a little chuckle. Honestly theyre serving more than “Just Salad”, theyre serving a little bit of kindness and a lotta bit of care, making this a staple spot in the neighborhood. Dont just take my word for it, come see for yourself ☺️

Hello! I just wanted to leave a quick review about Shay. She was incredibly kind and welcoming when she helped me today. She had such a warm attitude, was constantly smiling, and made the whole experience really pleasant. Customer service like that truly makes a difference. Thank you, Shay!

Can’t tell you how many times they send the wrong food or missing items on Seamless and then you can’t call a person in the store to correct the order. You have to go through a lengthy “chat” process on seamless to get refunded for the items that were the whole reason you placed the order in the first place. Making mistakes is human and to be expected from time to time at any restaurant but it’s truly unbelievable how frequently it happens at this particular just salad.

Don’t recommend. I mistakenly thought that being part of a chain meant excellent service. The staff is rude, the rudeness is off the charts.

I literally went in and it wasn’t busy and they forgot my chicken in my salad . Didn’t even chop it up like I asked

Desmond in park slope is very friendly, very welcoming and respectful. Best customer service since I’ve been a customer for the past 5 years. Because of his customer service I’ll keep coming back.

Accidently ordered from 252 7th Av Just Salad instead of 461 Dean St Barclays Center one. Was my mistake so I didn't mind walking up instead. There's no comparison between this Just Salad and the other. Customer service at 252 7th Av is trash. Been to Barlcays Just Salad over 10 times no issues, 1st time going to this one, bad experience. I walk in, staff don't ask a thing. I ask the guy (Tall Darkskin guy, maybe with braids) if my Pick up is ready by Name, he says"'It's coming in a minute" Mind you, I ordered 35 mins prior and he didn't check where my order was, his automatic response was it's coming. Next cusotmer comes in, repeats the same thing. So me and that 2nd customer notice that there's a pick up area and there's 2 orders there, so the customer checks 1 and it's his, so I check the other, it's mines. This was about 10 or so Minutes after waiting. Additionally, this Salad was for someone else and I didn't even tell them I got it from a different Just salad and they asked me why it was so dry and "Blah" as she stated, it's the same Salad order she's been getting for the past 2 years from Barclay's just salad, so even food quality not the same I guess. While waiting those 10 mins, 1 other employee came out the bathroom I believe, Short Hispanic male, went behind counter, washed hands but didn't ask 3 of us (1 additional customer arrived) what we were waiting for, and then another employee, seems to be a Hispanic female comes from the back, does something by the salad greens for 3 mins, also doesn't contact us or say anything besides a joke of some kind to the co-workers they chuckle and that was that. Some employees and some businesses simply understand Customer service, and some don't. Wouldn't go back to this one ever again. This happened Saturday Feb 14th. I accidently went into the 461 Dean S Just salad, encountered 2 new workers and both were real nice and told where the other location was.

Just Salad is this eatery chain making really good salads and wraps. First and foremost the one I was at here in Park Slope Brooklyn was very busy, very clean, very affordable and very good! We all shared: * Chicken Caesar with Romaine + Kale, Roasted Chicken, Parmesan, Croutons and Creamy Caesar Dressing and Fresh Lemon * Chicken + Tzatziki Harvest with Basmati Rice, Black Lentils, Braised Chicken + Parsley, Pickled Red Cabbage, Kale Chickpea + Seed Salad, Greek Medley Red Onion, Cucumber + Chickpeas Cucumber and Tzatziki * Balsamic Chicken Avocado Salad with Romaine, Roasted Chicken, Avocado, Corn, Cage-Free Jammy Egg and Grape Tomatoes * Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap - with Extra Crisp Romaine, Garlic Butter Croutons, Oven Roasted Chicken, Shaved Parmesan Smoky Poblano Ranch (Homemade) * Open Water drink in an aluminum bottle which I find very smart not using plastic bottles. Everything we ordered was just great. I would come here in a New York second, pun included.

Good place for a quick, easy, and healthy meal. Add ons can quickly increase the cost of a salad, so be mindful. Yummy dressing options!

I got a warm bowl from here which has chicken, lentils, sweet potatoes and brown rice. The bowl was healthy; something which I really need and they have plentiful to offer. The bowl tasted fresh, but the chicken could be dry. It took me a while to chew. I really like the black lentils with my brown rice, find it has a nice mouth texture. The service can be a hit or a miss depending who serves you. Sometimes they're neat and sometimes my bowl is a mess. The interior is nice and bright with a menu that is displayed above. The shop is at the corner of the street.

Just Salad Park Slope is a nightmare. The kids that work there are horrible. I walk out half of the time. Last night, I asked for black pepper and lemon on my salad. The girl put salt on it. I said I didn't ask for salt. She smiled, and said "I made a mistake". I said "you should make me a new salad, as ordered". She WALKED AWAY. I said "fu%k this place" and left. I guess business is good - weed stench and reggae with kids working is the image JUST SALAD is comfortable with.

The rice was not fresh, in fact I couldn't eat some of it because it was so hard and dry :( the other ingredients in the bowl were fine. Service was quick and I appreciated how easy it was to order and head out. I just wish the quality of the rice was better. The shrimp bowl also only came with 5 tiny shrimp but oh well :/ unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back.

I've had multiple salads delivered from hear the ingredients are always fresh. Got exactly what I ordered every time. Grub hub was always on point. I recommend Just Salad.

I came here a few days ago, and I was so hungry I fell for the Pick 2 Combo (with smoothie). My colleague also did this but opted for a different smoothie. Long story short, we both regretted it and totally wasted our money and half of our meal because both were truly inedible. I've never had such a bad smoothie in my life. It tasted like everything (too much going on) and nothing (I could not pinpoint a flavor) at all, as it was too sweet and not tasty at all. I was so sad, as this was my meal to get me through my shift. My shrimp caeser salad was decent, but I wish I had known about the smoothie before I had left. Other than that, staff is friendly and offer a 10% discount for healthcare workers.

I ordered this salad from ubereats and baby it was delicious. The home made vinaigrette was so darn tasty. The restaurant got my order correct, which I appreciate. I will be ordering again.

Once, I tried it for lunch ordering thru DoorDash. My choice was a Peruvian Chicken Bowl - minus Kale. It was pretty satisfying dish with too many ingredients to mansion, with base of a brown rice. Also, I ordered a small chicken noodle soup and a bread (which was missing from the order). I would order from Just Salad in Park Slope again.

Well like the name says it is just salad and they do it well. Sometimes you just want a big bowl of salad and nothing else. They offer many different options and it is all good. Definitely a great spot for just salad (sorry for the pun)

Want a quick healthy meal to go, this is it. Not so much to sit on a romantic date, but good for a Takeout. Not for nothing, great workers here. Very large amount of orders and they are all handled pretty organized. Especially Ruben He is on his GAME! Has order names memorized and always knows what is happening in there. I'd assume he's manager, but who knows

I don't often leave reviews but wow, I came into the store right before closing and Portia made me a customer for life with the care she put into my meal. The portions were spectacular, the toppings are varied and fresh, and the staff could not be kinder. It was quick and delicious and a great value for the price. Bravo Portia and the entire crew. Just Salad take note, you have a spectacular team on staff at this store.

The first time I ordered from Just Salads, it was great! it was fresh, tasty, exactly what I expected, that experience is what brought me back. However after today's experience I was completely disappointe. I ordered a simple Caesar salad which came without crouton, and wilted lettuce. Im trying to figure it out because how do mess up a salad especially when Salads are your thing?

I love just salads and frequent theb6thavenue location as I work right at the hospital. Usually never a miss on my order but this time... i was heartbroken.... I was starving and ordered the Peruvian chicken bowl. Albeit delicious, the rice was hard like it wasn't even cooked.... I couldn't eat it. Becuase I mixed everything together so the whole bowl was ruined. I just picked the chicken out at it and threw the rest away. Sigh ....

Never ordered from here before and was in the mood for salad so I used Uber Eats. The order came on time and the serving seemed a fair sized portion but that is where the good part ends. The ingredients were not fresh at all. The salad was wilted, soggy, uninspired fast food quality. I managed to eat about twenty percent of it before tossing it still hungry. Really, it tasted like the salad was made three days ago and then sat out in the open. Awful.

Returned to Just Salad in Park Slope Brooklyn. This location is pretty busy, I admire the way they are able to handle the large number of orders & people waiting. Last week, they ran out of lettuce & had to cut more. That's a sign of high demand- when a salad place runs out of lettuce! The (consistently) best salad here is the CHICKEN CAESAR which comes with Romaine & shredded Kale, chicken, Parmesan and Caesar dressing, lemons plus croutons. The other salads are good too, but the Caesar hardly ever disappoints. It can be made without the chicken or with the Beyond Chicken (plant based) option.

Went to pick up an online order and it was 20 minutes late coming out. When I asked for a little more dressing, I got attitude and then she just poured it on top and did not mix it in. No apology. Very rude.

Overpriced salad but makes you feel good for eating somewhat clean. Their homemade dressings are incredible and their ingredients are always fresh. If you build your own, just be careful because it can get pretty pricey up to a $20 salad.

My Visit on 7th is always a delight!! the service the hospitality and the warmness of the overall staff is Amazing. Ayse is not only creative but welcoming. One of the main reasons why i return!!!

I came in today and ordered a crispy chicken pablano. Tayshaun made my salad very delicious, he made my experience very enjoyable.

There a reason why just salad shutting down at 830? Seems kind of lame to cut 30m early cause the staff is tired. Was trying to go there tonight and manager told me was closed but clearly friday night trying to dip early.

Quick and friendly service. Walked in and Andy was pleasant and helpful. He was extremely patient as I wasn't sure on a few things. He also made sure everything I got everything I paid for. The place was clean and a staff member was making sure of that while I was waiting. Andy needs a raise... or at least a larger tip.

Stopped into this location when I was waiting for my cat at the vet. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Porschue made my Backyard Barbecue salad and helped me add on everything I wanted to make it my own. Fast and friendly service and a good salad!

My mom and I came here after visiting my dad in the hospital and when I tell you that Tivo [employee] brightened up my day?!?! Seriously, that man is vibessss! I'm excited to go home and eat my lil salad, bc he actually gave me a decent sized salad and wasn't stingy like the chipotle employees can be. Downgrading to 3 stars since they've forgotten my drinks (twice) again and some of my toppings since my last review. When you're paying $20 for a seltzer and a salad you better get it right. I want my damn croutons!

I recently came here to get a salad for the first time and it was probably one of the best salads I'd ever had. The workers are also super helpful and give great recommendations. Especially Ayse who was particularly helpful and patient with me. I definitely will be coming back here again

I find that a "Just Salad" salad maintains my weight, great taste and filled with vitamins. I frequent this location at least twice a week and it is wonderful! The service is amongst the best in Park Slope! However, there is one individual there who deserves a shout out, attends to what is needed and is always attentive!! That person is Aysa! She greats you with a smile, knows exactly what I like and is smart. She truly is a bright beacon in that location filled with stars!!! I don't write reviews often, but I am doing it for one who truly deserves!!! Thank you, Aysa!!!

I am a health care professional at Methodist Hospital right around the corner from just salad in park slope. Being in a extremely busy environment as the hospital , sometimes I am looking for my break time to head over JUST SALAD to have a good healthy meal but most importantly the super friendly staff that always welcome me with a smile, I've been to various locations but the customer service from this location is one of a Kind, a perfect ambiance after a long shift . Thank you to Aysia,Dante, Alyse, Gio, Andy , Matthew , Porschua , Ari and everyone else for their great customer service

I'm a fan of Chicken Poblano. The only con at this place that I noticed so far is the staff. Some of the workers are very friendly and attentive, but some are laughing and showing you attitude. I ordered 2 salads and 2 smoothies. After they made smoothies I found out that they does not have straws. Instead of saying sorry or offering some solution the worker (girl) was smiling and laughing . When I said that I do not want these smoothies without the straws she just turned and walk away suggesting to go to some nearby grocery and get one. Seriously? My wife was in the Hospital at that time, I did not want to go and hunt for straws. After a couple of minutes of arguing another worker found a pack of straws in one of the cabinets. Food is good the staff needs to be better trained.

This place is straight trash and nasty. Took over 2 hours to deliver my food and I found hair & plastic in my food. Dirty and unsanitary establishment. Do you not realize that people can get sick like this??

Had this place delivered today and tried the autumn Cesar salad and the earth bowl but with ginger miso dressing. The dressings weren't very good and the pre dressed salads were a little over dressed but overall we're good portions. They come with a measly half slice of bread that you should definitely skip. All in all I think there's better salad shops.

Okay I normally don't frequent these kinds of "fast food" chains because the quality is never great but my friend kept raving about them so I gave it a try. We went at about 8pm on a Tuesday and there were a few people inside ordering. I went with the spicy tofu crunch since I wanted something a little heavier than a salad. The guy helping me asked if I wanted any substitutions and I was able to easily swap out the almonds + edamame for corn & tomato. When we got to the dressing station I asked if I could use a different dressing and he offered me some samples so I could pick which one I liked best (I went with the lemon basil vinaigrette). They also ask if you want the dressing light, medium, or heavy which I appreciated since I hate things soaking in dressing. After I paid we went to their outdoor seating to enjoy the meal outside (even tho we saw a rat while out there..yikes). This bowl was absolutely delicious and I couldn't stop eating even though I was soo full. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were amazing, and I was honestly so surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It's realllly hard to find tofu I enjoy and this one was cooked and seasoned perfectly! I adore this place and highly recommend for an easy/healthy meal.

Let me first start off by saying that I do not typically leave reviews, ever. I'm not kidding when I tell you that this was best experience I've ever had in a dining establishment, period. I don't know what was in the air, but from the moment I walked in, the entire place radiated pure joy, positivity, and laughter, and love! The staff- every single one of them- provided genuine kindness, enthusiasm, and positivity that made my day. Just wow! My salad was perfect, too! I will absolutely be returning to visit such incredible staff, and to enjoy many more delicious salads! Shout out to Porschia and Tivo, and the whole team!

This place is a scam honesty. I was better off going to chipotle. I ordered a warm bowl with rice, corn, beans and avocado. With an extra small fee for the mushrooms and fajita peppers and onions. Well what I got was a rice dish that was lightly seasoned with barely any corn, beans, chicken, peppers etc. It was mainly rice. I paid $15 for rice. Never again. See picture below.

I bought 2 chicken bowls a couple of days ago because our fridge was broken and my wife didn't want to cook. They were so delicious and the price was good with quite generous portions. The server was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again!

One of my favorite salad chains. Wish they had one in Queens:-) Post pandemic, the portions are smaller and more expensive but with the same fresh, delicious ingredients. Also like their new recyclable salad bowl. With the app, get $9 credit with every $99 spent.

0 stars if I could. I put in my order at 6:40 pm. Went to pick it up around 7 pm. Stood at the register for 20 minutes before someone addressed me. I work at the hospital and majority of my lunch break was gone . Unbelievable. They stared at me and kept on ignoring me. It wasn't until a male customer who came after me was waiting on line too. They took care of him first before finally addressing me. There were 5 workers there too; it's not like it was 1 or 2 workers. And they forgot to add bread to my order.

the young lady making my salad was clearly sick with a cold (or worse), not wearing a mask, and sneezed into her glove! i did not notice if she even changed the glove. MGMT: the staff here needs a lot of training in health dept regulations and other general training

I had one of the best experiences at Just Salad on Seventh Ave in Brooklyn. Ari was so patient working with me and my daughter to order a somewhat-customized salad. Her patience and professionalism is a model of what others in the business should aspire to be. The other servers were kind as well. I'm definitely coming back! Thanks, Ari!
