Grub Street and Just Salad Debut Breakfast Salad Collab

"As part of a collaboration with Just Salad, we helped develop a limited-run Breakfast Salad that we tasted at Just Salad HQ and immediately knew was something special. It doesn’t taste exactly like a breakfast sandwich but rather like the spirit of one — fresher, more vibrant, and at once new and familiar — making it ideal for lunch or dinner. The salad features a base of spinach and romaine tossed with crisp turkey bacon, hard-boiled egg, cubes of sharp white cheddar, grape tomatoes, slivers of scallions, and crunchy croutons, finished with Just Salad’s buttermilk ranch and an optional drizzle of sriracha. The Breakfast Salad is available at all Just Salad locations for the month of February; as part of the collaboration, Vox Media will receive a percentage of all sales." - Grub Street
