Just Salad

I absolutely love Just Salad at 334 w 34th location! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly faces, and it’s always a pleasure to see the amazing staff. The manager Sergio and Kayle are especially outstanding—they’re efficient, welcoming, and always make me feel like a valued customer. It’s such a nice personal touch that they even remember my name! On top of the great service, the salads are consistently fresh, delicious, and satisfying. You can really tell they care about quality. It’s become my go-to spot, not just for the food but for the genuinely warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Just Salad is absolutely amazing! The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. A huge shoutout to Shea, Kayle, Simon, and the rest of the incredible team who make every visit so enjoyable. Shea is super friendly and always ensures everything is perfect. Kayle is efficient and has such a positive vibe, and Simon goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Everyone here works so hard to deliver a fantastic experience. This place is the best for healthy, quick, and tasty meals. Highly recommend!

Kayle is a rock star! I come here a lot. He always greets me by name and makes a great salad! This place runs like a machine and they always do a great job. Quick service during busy hours, too.

This is a great location! The staff are friendly and courteous. The ingredients are always fresh, the speed of service is quick (especially during the lunch rush), and the bowls always taste amazing, all of the above is why I routinely return with my Just Salad re-usable bowl in hand! This continues to be my top lunch spot.

I come here every so often to get lunch for takeout since I work in the area. The salads and warm bowls that I have ordered are always fresh. The service is rather quick and the staff is friendly. The prices however can be a bit steep depending on what you are ordering. The establishment is very clean but they don't really have too much space for indoor dining. Overall, I recommend and will definitely continue to stop by to get lunch in the future.

Been a Just Salad customer for a decade now, and I have to say of all the locations I’ve frequented, this one is by far my favorite. The staff is always helpful and the food is delicious. Kayle specifically is always friendly and provides a warm atmosphere. There is no place I would rather eat lunch!

Wanted to try something different. This is right below my office so it was convenient. They are really busy during the lunch break. You could order for pick up so you don't wait in line but honestly they were very fast and they had lot of workers. The workers here paid attention. We got two salads and 3 smoothies. The smoothies were great and the salad was so good. I would definitely go back again and get lunch here. Thank you.

I love Just Salad but this is probably my least favorite location in the city I have tried. I was thrilled when it opened in my neighborhood but when I went to get a salad for dinner tonight, I found the ingredients not up to par. They were out of the crispy chicken, the braised chicken thigh I got instead was very dry and looked like it had been sitting out for hours, the avocado was so hard I had to cut it with a knife and was nearly crunchy, and all the ingredients in the bar generally looked old and not fresh and like it had been sitting there for a while. The workers were also not as friendly as usual and ignored me for the first 5 min or so that I was there. Will try this place again given how much I love Just Salad and hope this was a one off outlier situation.

Healthy, Fresh, and well balanced. This was a filling salad that made for a perfect lowkey dinner

I appreciate Brandon's energy and enthusiasm for making my meal, and Madeline for answering my questions on the nutrition facts if the food. I'll be back again!

My first time at Just Salad today was phenomenal because of the wonderful staff. There's not a location in Washington (yet!) and the plant based offerings were exactly what I was looking for in the afternoon for a light lunch as I continue to explore NY on foot. The team are a shining example of customer service done beautifully; kind, compassionate and patient while they answered my questions and prepared the salads & smoothies with the utmost care. Looking forward to trying all the vegetarian menu items overtime at this location only!

What is this HALF filled bowl?! I like just salad but this is my first time ordering from this location and it was depressing. I'm already paying for some lettuce and handful of toppings, don't scam us on the amount man.

One of many fast casual salad spots in NYC. I've been here once and ordered the shawarma bowl, which is a cauliflower and broccoli rice based bowl, and detox smoothie. Both were pretty good. Would recommend if you're looking for a quick salad/bowl meal.

One of my favorite salad places ever. My favorite is the crispy chicken poblano. Fast and reliable service. Everytime I've gone in the staff has been so nice! Love the greener imitative (no plastic) products that they serve all of the food with. Tons of options, they do great with substitutions !

This just salad location is blessed with 2 amazing ladies who are there day in and day out with a smile and a welcoming vibe. Jada and Ty always greet me no matter how busy it is and I feel special the moment I walk in. I've been working for at starbucks next door and I always look forward to my break they make my order with love and haste and you can't find that in most places.

I'm the 5th reviewer here im a pioneer man i got the salad with the chicken barbacoa and the spicy avocado (yo that was spicy) and it was a good time. delicious meal that I had with my friend (he brought his own lunch and made pork chops and those looked good too tbh, dm me for the recipe)

I should say always I been greeted by Jada she makes you feel like you are at home , main reason why come back almost every day to grab a quick salad Since past 3 months its been awesome experience a thumbs up congrats guys management team good job to find talent like her attract more business thank you for the great experience time and time again!!!

The food here is very good and I will definitely be returning often. There was a desperate need for a healthier lunch takeout option on W 34th, so I'm very glad this place finally opened. I love that they have Beyond Beef meatballs as an add-in option. The service so far has been pleasant and swift. The only thing that I would say could be better is that their warm bowls are not really warm. I've ordered a brown rice based bowl with the meatballs a couple of times and the food is room temperature at best.

Love this just salad location! Jada and Thai are super nice and the service is always speedy even during peak times. I keep coming back to this location thanks to them and their fresh and fast preparation of the food!

Jada's customer service is truly exceptional! She has a great attitude and is super helpful whenever I need a salad fix!

I love coming here. Everything is so fresh and delicious. But the best part is Jada and Thai - they are the sweetest!
