K-Poppin Korean Fried Chicken

Second time customer. Got the naked and charbroiled wings. Wings are large and meaty which is why they are pricier than other wing places. Large amount of sauce. This is my wing spot in Miami.

Nuggets and waffles were a bit dry, the wings were okay and the chicken sandwich was good. When you go in you have to check in on the iPads to the left(the smaller ones). Once you type your name or order number a locker number will pop up on the screen for the corresponding locker on the far right. Then you just grab your food and go, no need for interactions with staff.

Really wanted to try something new… so happy I did. I practically had an out of body experience - my tastebuds went on joyride throughout my meal. If I would make one criticism it’s that they’re not open 24 hours a day so I can’t eat the Korean BBQ nuggets for every meal.

The korean BBQ sauce was great and love it. Was a bit let down. Perhaps I was comparing it too much to the standards of Korean fired chicken of LA and NYC. The disappointment was mainly from the almost stiff skin on the chicken. Korean Fried Chicken should be a bit more tender and crispy to bite through easily. It shouldn’t be fight to tear the skin off the meat against my teeth and gums. And the “honey soy butter sauce,” which just tasted like regular soy sauce. It just made the chicken taste a bit too salty even from just dipping into it lightly. (Pic is of chicken with the sauces on the side.)

New to the city, went for some korean fry chicken, driving back and forward cant find the restaurant. Actually it's not a restaurant, it doesnt even have a take out place. You can only order through delivery apps, tried to order from their site but it show they are closed? What? It seem they are sharing the kitchen/building with other food stores( I wont call them a restaurant or carry out because they dont). After trying to call, order at front, website for over 30mins , I gave up. Never tried their food so I wont know.

Alright people. Stop what you are doing and go check this place out. Show them some love. Food is out of this world amazing. Hope to see you guys open a sit down restaurant. Absolutely unreal, the best wings I've ever had. See you again very soon!

Fried chicken was like rubber and SOGGY! The manager was even worse rude and filled with attitude . How is this place still in business ?

Fantastic chicken sandwich. Great curly fries. Will order again and try other chicken sandwiches for sure. Would just like it a bit saucier

It does not exist anymore at this location. I went there for lunch and was told they no longer rented space inside the food hall.

YUM wow this is just as good as it looks. Only disappointments were that 1) it is a take away only 2) they do not toss things in the sauce it comes on the side 3) no utensils or napkins were included in my bag. The fries were addicting as was pretty much everything else. VERY happy w my order

Loved this spot in Wynwood! This is a togo food hall! You order before hand or at the kiosk and pickup your food togo! What we ordered: *10 piece chicken and waffle This was delicious! The chicken was perfectly fried with a sweet taste to it! Such a great combo with the waffle! Definitely on my top five for best chicken and waffles. * Edgewater Sandwich This was such a good sandwich! It was so savory! This chicken sandwich had a coleslaw mix in it with a yummy sweet soy. This is a must try on the menu! We will definitely be coming back soon! Hope you enjoy!

Ordered the Wynwood. It was everything I wanted. Very crispy coating to the chicken and the chicken is well seasoned. The coleslaw and spicy mayo are the perfect combo for this sandwich. Also, to make it a double it's only $5. They don't skimp on the chicken breast, it's a huge piece of bird. Lol. A few improvements I suggest is simply maybe offering a no bun option for those on keto, offer the coleslaw as a side and to use sea salt. That is all. Oh maybe add Belgian waffles. Thanks for the yummy food.

The K-Poppin is popping! They fry their chicken to perfection! I enjoy the sandwiches. I had family in town and they tried the medium wings with two sauces. The BBQ was good but the sweet and sour just tasted sweet, no sour. I love the potato dippers. You can't go wrong with those at all. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

After being highly disappointed with another chicken place at the eatery decided to give this place a try. The staff was super friendly and helpful making me feel at ease, answering any questions I had about the menu. Shout out to Ray! The chicken is not frozen- fresh! Even when I got home the wings were hot & fresh. You can tell that they make their food with love. Got the garlic butter and something with chili oil..both were delicious. The curly fries were crispy. We also got the potato dippers which are like curved French fries for you to scoop sauce with. All the sauces were fresh including the ranch and blue cheese. They also have chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and varieties of shrimp. Don't sleep on this place

This is not a place where you can dine-in. My sis and I found that out when we arrived LOL. Metered parking out front. When you arrive, there are 2 kiosks where you can place your order. I opted for the Wynwood chicken sandwich with curly fries (sold separately) and my sis had the Wings with curly fries. Though the wait was quoted for 25 minutes, we waited almost 40 minutes. After all that, the food was BOMB!! Though pricey, it is well worth it. Everything was seasoned to perfection and delicious. Now that we know that we can order BEFORE we arrive, I would definitely take advantage of that next time. Highly recommend.

Great fried chicken sandwich. My friend and I didn't realize it was take out only, but it still worked out. The location is interesting... you can order ahead, or via the kiosk inside. The wait wasn't too long, but it seems like a popular restaurant. Next time we will definitely order ahead.

I went to K-Poppin Korean Fried Chicken for the first time last weekend and ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich and fries. I have loved fries for as long back as I can remember and these were delish! The sandwich was huge, I could barely hold it in one hand. You definitely get a tasty meal and bang for your buck here!

The best Korean fried chicken in Miami/Wynwood! The sauces were especially tasty and service was great by the staff. Chicken was crispy and loved the grilled wings too. My order was ready for pick up on time and although it's not a dine in spot, nice ambiance and it's convenient for pick up or Ubereats.

Foods great... wait sucks. Plan ahead and all will be great. Parking is also a pain in the rear but like I said, foods good enough to figure out the timing and parking.

My hubby and I are always looking for new spots to grab a bite to eat. We wandered upon K-Poppin at the Wynwood Eatery and so glad we did. We had the Korean 10 piece chicken nuggets and the potato dippers. The chicken nuggets were so fresh, made of all chicken breast. They were moist and flavorful and there was an array of sauces we tried them with. The ranch and Korean bbq sauces were amazing and were also made from scratch. I can't say enough good things about K-Poppin. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a delicious, freshly made bite to eat, We can't wait to go back again and try the other items. Chef Ray is in a league of his own.

I'm what one would call a chicken nugget connoisseur. K-Poppin makes the best chicken nuggets I've ever had in my entire life. The Korean BBQ bites of heaven arrived fresh and hot with a zesty sauce with the perfect amount of kick. I rarely leave reviews but this one is 100% worthy of one. Highest praises to the chef. Yum. Yum. Yum.

Doesn't deserve one star... this location houses many restaurants, Applebees, Panera bread etc (I suppose with one kitchen?) . Was looking for Korean fried chicken.... from kpoppin . The taste seemed nothing like Korean but was very familiar to me. What it seemed like was maybe Applebees or Chili's barbecue flavor probably? Never again.

Great food and tastes fresh! Shrimp and wings are also massive! You can choose to pick up or get it delivered, no dine in component available yet. Highly recommend the bang bang shrimp and the buffalo wings.

Super flavorful sauces and seasoning! Texture was also great, crispy but didn't feel too heavy. The shrimp size was big, which made it meaty and delicious. I think the sauce is the best part, must try!

Really enjoyed this restaurant very much. My daughter-in-law's family is from South Korea so any chance we get to find a decent place, we're very happy about it!

K-Poppin takes comfort food to the next level! It does not get any better than this place. Everything tastes very fresh and is popping with flavor. 10/10 would recommend it.

Best chicken in Miami. Fantastically flavored, large portions, and simply delicious. My go to spot!
