We went there for the first time & we liked the restaurant interior. It was very quiet & clean. The food was delicious & the service was perfect & fast.

Ive been coming here since 2007 when I lived in South Corona. Even when we lived in Lakewood and now in Riverside. Still my favorite kabob joint around. Their Boneless and Juicy Chicken is bomb!!! Their beef koodebeih has changed alittle thru out the years. But still good... Best Kabob place in the IE hands down...

Google
Kabob Hutt was a surprisingly great experience. It’s almost like a hole in the wall. The place could benefit from a remodel but the service and food was amazing. The portions were HUGE. I had a whole meal for later after having eating until I was full. The cost is super reasonable, I wish I lived closer.

We had lunch there, unfortunately food taste different from years ago.

Google
The food was well-prepared and tasted great, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the restaurant, which seemed to be coming from the restroom area. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

Ordered the tender bowl. Came w literally 4 slices of onion. 1 slice of tomato and 2 slices of peppers. No tenders, just 1 kabob off of the stick, dry chicken. Asked for garlic sauce. None added. Food dry as all heck. Good lord. No thank you. I'll go down the street.

Google
The hummus was good. The food ehhhh. Service was nice. I would choose elsewhere in the future for dining. I would suggest to the owner to really read reviews and listen to your customers, make the necessary changes needed, the restaurant was dead when we went in. I hope the best for the establishment.

Have eaten here many times. Food is delicious. One of my husband's favorite restaurants and he's Persian. It's very informal but nicely decorated. Persian food is outstanding. Have the beef or chicken kabob.

Yelp
We really love this restaurant and you will too... The food is auththentic, bursting with flavor. They serve large size portions and the price is very fair.. go check them out.

Yelp
My husband and I have been coming here for years for our Mediterranean food. The food is not the same. First off they raised the prices and give literally half the portion as before. Service isn't good anymore. We started going to a place up the street instead. Much better experience. Sad this happened to our old favorite place.

Yelp
The place is located right off the freeway off Main Street. Location is kinda tricky for parking bc the entrance is in the front but there is only parking in the back. The place kind of looks run down, and definitely needs upgrades in certain areas, the counters were peeling, some decor was dusty and old, then it kind of smelled like old wet rag. I will say our server was super sweet and the food came out fast not like 55 min as long as I read from some people. We ordered the filet main dish and the juicy chicken main dish and the house salad with chicken. The filet was just ok, needed more seasoning. We did ask for like a garlic sauce and they brought it out and it did help with the dish. The chicken was good I will say and juicy. The portions threw me off tho, definitely way more rice than meat and then just lacked a balance. I'm use to like maybe a small salad or small side of hummus with this $21 dollar meal, but all it was was the rice and some meat and literally one cooked tomato. The portion is ok, but for the price it is just not worth it. I feel bad bc it does look like the restaurant is struggling business wise but I have to give an honest review. The food is ok nothing crazy spectacular but not like disgusting, but for sure not worth the price. For 3 dishes (2 rice main dish and 1 salad with chicken) our total was $66 and with tip it was $76.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant! Outdoor seating available too. As soon as I stepped in, I thought "what a perfect place to host a party"! So many dishes to choose from. I didn't want anything too heavy and this was just perfect. All the kabob choices looked delicious but the crazy thing is I fell in love with their house salad with Persian cucumbers, walnuts and feta cheese, my new favorite.

Yelp
Lamb Shish Kabob plate claims to give 8 oz. of lamb and got about 4oz if that. I know because I weigh my protein intake on a daily basis. Food was okay, the salad that I paid 3 extra dollars for was good however the $5 maust moosier was not that good and the position was small for the price. I asked for a spicy sauce and was charged $2 for, I was not advised of the price ahead of time. Waiter finally asked me for I wanted a refill after I was done eating. I will not be returning or recommend to friends and family.

Yelp
Before I go on to the review I will preface this by saying I've been to this place 15-20 times since 2016~ but not recently. Until last week. It was not the same kabob hutt I remember going to a few years ago. I am not sure whether the management has changed or whether the staff is too new but the service we received was at par. They didn't have lemonade, they said it was coming soon. They didn't have fries either for kids. The food was above average. It was not as good as I remember it to be. The pieces of meat were a bit bigger. There was no live music on the weekend. The dining furniture is the same as I remember it which also meant that it was showing its age especially comfort wise. Probably not going to go anytime soon.

Bahareh B.

Yelp
This place used to be great years ago but over time I think the food quality has declined. There are still excellent food items offered, like their fesenjoon and adas polo, which are super tasty, but the tahdeeg was rubbery and old. The filet mignon was dry and had a gamey after taste. The service is very slow but honestly their service was never the greatest. I am just sad that my experience there has been subpar and hope it improves because finding good Persian food in Inland Empire is difficult. Panini Grill in Riverside just doesn't offer the menu range I am used to and Rumi's in Norco was no better.

Yelp
For the last 2-3 years I've ordered food and left behind a tip. This time I went to pick up my order and asked for extra spices called sumac that comes in tiny package no more than an ounce. Plus 2 tiny pieces of butter. They had the audacity to ask for $3.00 more. As I looked around I wondered why is the place so empty at 5:00 pm I kid you not . Not one customer. Now it became obvious why. The level of service sucks so is the quality of food . They're becoming Very greed . I will never recommend them to anyone or either go there ever again.

Yelp
This place warms my heart. I will drive from LA to Corona to get their house salad with juicy chicken. The chicken is always juicy, hence the name. They have a really good date dressing that pairs well with the salad.

Yelp
Food was good. Environment was good. Service was good. Pretty tasty food nice place as well.

Yelp
the food and service is amazing the food is so incredibly flavorful it's ridiculous and so affordable if you want authentic kabob this is the place to go

Yelp
If you're in the area, and craving Persian food, it's a good spot. It's decorated nicely. If you're really looking for authentic version food, though, it might not be the best place for you.

Yelp
The front staff should not snicker as unhappy customers are LEAVING. It makes people regret driving 20 minutes out of our way to supporting this local business!!! Our family have regularly dined-in and catered family events with Kabob Hutt over the years, but have rarely had opportunity to order take-out. Needless to say, we won't again. Employee said sumac and flat bread are extra charge when I asked for more (not enough provided for 2 large orders of borani and double orders of chicken and beef koobideh dinners.) It was not an excessive customer request and was never charged extra at previous visits. When in doubt, ask your supervisor. Management need to re-train regarding professional customer service plus give staff the autonomy to satisfy customers. Look at it this way: it's COSTS LESS to keep a regular customer than to find new ones. Thank you!

Michele L.

Yelp
Chicken was delicious as was the hummus. Service was a bit slow but our server was very nice. Comfortable, enjoyable environment.

Priscilla R.

Yelp
Do not recommend! Asked for the chicken plate and barely got a few piece's of chicken it was all rice horrible experience

Aria E.

Yelp
I never leave a review but I had to with this place. I ordered the large tadig and few other items, drive home and when I open the box there were two tiny pieces. This was their large and it wasn't even comparable to a small. It was just two tiny pieces of tadig for a big container of sabzi. I called in to tell them wtf is this and they said they can replace it if I come back but who wants to drive back for their mistake? Their staff obviously doesn't want to be there as you can feel it in their food. There are better spots up the road if you want Persian food, steer clear of this establishment.

Yelp
Wow. Amazing food and service. I've lived in Corona for 11 years now and today was my first time trying this place. We had the Lucia Polo rice, hummus, chicken kabob and baklava. The flavor and freshness were like nothing I've had. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Th BEST Mediterranean food in Corona. The food is always fresh, consistent and delicious! It is a bit pricey, but it is most definitely worth it. Our favs are the filet mignon shish kabob plate, beef koobideh, hummus, and house salad. The house salad is too diee foor, especially with their sauce. I recommend calling in first then picking up because they do make everything fresh, it does take some time! But other than that, no other Mediterranean food near by can compare!

Yelp
Always a good hearty meal from Kabob Hutt. It's our go to Persian stop short of driving to Irvine. Try the tadgeh appetizer with three different experiences to get a great overview of Persian cooking.

Yelp
Please refrain from going to this place...starts with the location...located in a very shady area...the ambience and cleanliness was also not maintained inside the restaurant...food was mediocre too..I had ordered chicken kebab which wife met half cooked..once the food arrived there were flies around, the plates were not clean which all suggested that the hygiene standards were not maintained..the only saving grace was my server..she was a cute girl who was very attentive and paid attention to all my requests...however I am not returning to this place again!

Yelp
The food is good but I waited for food i had ordered ahead of time (was quoted 30 minutes and waited 55).

Yelp
The drive from Whittier is so worth the food and service!! Thank you for such delicious food and wonderful ambiance! Keep it up!!!

Yelp
This was not the first time we've ordered from this restaurant, but it certainly will be the very last. I never thought it was outstanding as far as Persian restaurants go but it was good enough that we have had carry out numerous times over the years. This last order was the very worst takeout food from any restaurant, no matter the cuisine, we have ever had. The house salad lettuce was almost chewy, for lack of a better description, so one or two tries and it was a toss out, and that was after removing the Persian cucumber slices that were limp and slimy to the touch. It's as if the salad was made several days ago. The chicken shish kabob meat was also very chewy, and flavorless all together let alone the vegetables being well above charred, so another toss out. The chicken koobideh, while not being chewy, would just break apart to the touch. Pick up a piece with tongs and it would just break away except for the part being held by the tong. Could not have been drier and somehow, with koobideh usually being spicier, had no flavor whatsoever. Whover put that salad in a container had to be fully aware it was way beyond expiration dates, as for the rest, someone had to be aware of the lack of any form of quality paid for and presented to us. If we had this food served to us while dining in, it would have been sent back immediately. All of this might explain why the restaurant was completely void of patrons that my wife noticed when she picked up out order at 5:30 pm on a Friday. I am very suspect of the "great reviews", which I did check prior to ordering, as I am aware they have had county health inspections downgrades in the past.

Yelp
The food is so delicious here! My mouth instantly waters when I start to talk about it Their house salad with citrus dressing and the filet mignon shish kabob are my go to's. Honestly, so healthy and delicious. My friends and family always stop and grab a quick bite when they're in the area.

Ezzie P.

Yelp
The food and service is always so great. We order on door dash all the time & We ordered catering for my salon party and everyone was getting up for 2nds! Thanks kabob hutt!

Yelp
I ordered kabab expecting authentic flavor, but it was completely off. The kabab didn't even taste like kabab--it had an odd flavor that didn't match what it should be. On top of that, the packaging was extremely cheap and unprofessional, making the whole experience worse. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
Been coming here for years. Never encountered such rude treatment from employees. Asked for meal to be packed family style and employee karen said it was already packed and they couldn't do anything about it. After i pleaded on the phone to change the packing to family style she said she would do it but will never do it again. (mind you, the website doesn't have a section to add comments). Then she proceeded to throw her manager under the bus saying shes pleaded multiple times to have that changed on the website but no one does anything about it. She proceeded to say how busy they were and now the cooks had to repackage and they need to work on other orders.I walked in and i was the only customer and they were standing around .Then i go to pick up my order and they packed it in smaller containers. When i question why the bigger tray wasn't used nick said "go ahead and open it and count it if you don't believe me". Just overall rude employees. Probably the last time i will be ordering food here. To make matters worse, i paid for extra bread and when i asked for extra butter he said sure, it will be $3.49. At that point i just walked away.

Yelp
I mobile ordered (via yelp) it was phenomenal as usual. I love the connivence of being able to order ahead and it being ready when I arrive. We ordered quite a few plates and everything came out perfect. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. The staff is very friendly and the inside is very clean.

Yelp
This is probably one of my favorite Persian food spots. Always delicious and always satisfied! I order the beef koobideh or the filet mignon plate. The salads look delicious as well but have yet to try one.
google avatar

Ricardo C.

Yelp
They have good food, never really had an issue coming here. Today going through the drive thru, they automatically add 20% tip which is outrageous. FOR A DRIVE THRU ORDER! The girl hands me the handheld to sign and walks away. Going forward, I'll probably start going to Rumi's which one street down. This place is convenient but that some major BS right there. And they didn't give me the flat bread/butter/sumac they usually give you.
google avatar

Yelp
My friend recommended this restaurant. The restaurant is located off the beaten path--with plenty of parking space. Their Chicken Koobideh and the house salad were both delicious. I asked our server if they have "Bamieh." He doesn't know what I am talking about. Being a Persian restaurant, I would have assumed that he knew what I was talking about. I explained to him what it was, and he offered Baklava instead. I deducted a few stars because of their restroom. It smelled so bad, and it wasn't clean. They should make an effort to keep their restroom clean since it's a gender-neutral restroom.

Sam B.

Yelp
I'm middle eastern , I know what authentic shawarma should taste like and I was amazed to find out that the shawarma here is spot on as you would get in the Middle East. I had a beef shawarma sandwich, the bread was so good and fresh. The toppings were perfectly put, the meat was so flavorful and juicy. Just amazing. I wish we had one in riverside but I'm glad I don't have to drive to Anahiem anymore for good Arab food. In addition, they do not skimp on portions!! They filled this baby up and got me full. can't believe it took a Facebook video that went viral for me to find out about this place but it glad the algorithm chose it for me. Owner was also really nice. Stop by and give this spot a try, you will not be disappointed!

Yelp
So incredibly disappointed at my own people and their integrity. My boyfriend drove almost an hour to surprise me with Persian food (I'm 100% Persian) he got us Ghorme Sabzi, Koobideh, and Shirazi Salad. The Ghorme Sabzi had NO meat in it NOT A SHRED. All beans. It also was very flavorless whoever cooked and served it for almost $20 shame. The Koobideh was pale, dry, and flavorless. For another almost $20 The Shirazi Salad was old and slimy. Like it was made last week. To the Persian owner I am so sad that this is the level of food that's being represented to people blindly as food. Since my boyfriend was black they assumed he didn't know and won't know.. lack of integrity is my concern. Forget the money and time spent on the food. None Persians would never know this is crap unless they were well versed in our food.

Yelp
This place is solid! The chicken koobideh was very juicy! Dog friendly patio area! They brought ice water for her too!!

Yelp
So I used to absolutely love this place when I moved here 5 years ago. But lately their service sucks. I went through the drive-thru today because I am currently unable to walk due to a surgery. I opted for two dressings for my salad because it gave me that option on the mobile ordering through the website. Turns out you can only get one dressing and they chose for me. Which really sucks because I love their house stressing and instead I ended up with the dressing that I was trying for the first time and don't like. I wish it would have been as easy as me driving back down there and getting the correct dressing but unfortunately I need help getting in and out of the car and the person that helps me had just left. I called and spoke to somebody at the restaurant and at first they told me they couldn't find my order even though I was just there 5 minutes ago and the person I was speaking to on the phone was the person that helped me in the drive-thru. After explaining the situation she says to me well the most I can do is leave a note for them to give you an extra dressing next time. How about next time don't make a choice for me on what kind of dressing I get and ask me! I would have gladly paid for the extra dressing. I normally check my orders before I drive away from a drive-thru but I did ask her if the dressing was on the side and I would think at that point knowing that there was two dressing choices on the order you would have said we can only give you one if they're one that you prefer. This is the second time I've gotten lousy service there and my order has been wrong. I guess it's time to start spending my money elsewhere. The house dressing with the only reason why I chose going there instead of a different Mediterranean place. Don't get me wrong if they get your order right the food's really good. So if you go there make sure that your order is correct or better yet go inside and eat cuz it seems like they can't get their drive-through stuff correct.

Yelp
I ordered via yelp for pickup. To be honest I didn't know they offered that! So convenient and it was ready in 20 minutes! Service upon arrival was so friendly and cheerful! The inside is clean and smells fantastic. The chicken koobideh is juicy and tasty. The Ghormeh sabzi was flavorful and the highlight of my meal! I ordered the stew with Tahdig and requested the ghormeh sabzi to be packaged separately to prevent any sogginess in transport. I requested ( paid extra when necessary) plenty of bread, butter, and onion. Every single request was granted and nothing was missing from my order. Utensils and sumac were included without me even having to ask. Absolutely outstanding service. Thankyou!

Yelp
We Love it ! I come here all the time . It's definitely a family favorite and the menu is great . Bowls are delicious and very well proportioned

Rochelle C.

Yelp
I've been to 2 events catered by Kabob Hutt and each time everyone was raving at how amazing the food was. Not only was it delicious but it's also healthy so you don't feel guilty going back for seconds. The chicken and beef kabobs are my favorite. I would definitely go to the restaurant because after having it at events I still think about it and crave it.

Yelp
This is one of legit Persian restaurants! I normally eat Persian food by LA area, however it will be one out of blue moon due to unbearable distance from where I live. Found this restaurant and at first I was doubtful due to 3.5 star overall rate. But I thought trying won't hurt. So I ordered Lamb Chop Kabob and Beef Koobideh Kabob Bowl. These 2 menus made me so grateful that I found Persian Restaurant that I can come back again near to my place. The foods served hot and the important thing everything so tasty, starting from Rice, Meats to the Salad Dressing. The food also served pretty quick considering grilled food will take some time for food to be served.

Hassan N.

Yelp
Have been coming to this location for as long as I can remember for birthdays, graduations, and just when I'm feeling some good Mediterranean food the quality is always the exact same I know what to expect every time i order no matter the day I go. Thank you for great food.

Marie M.

Yelp
Most delicious food EVER!!! The meats are so tender and juicy. what ever their secret recipe is they are doing it in perfection. The portion sizes are generous and is prepared to order. I cant go without saying how professional and exceptional their customer service is!! This is a family owned business who takes a lot of pride in serving their customers with nothing but the best. Everytime I have gone in I'm greeted with a big hello and smiles. This place is a must must try. Lastly I must point out just how clean this place is.

Lisa J.

Yelp
Food was outstanding! What a nice surprise! Great location and easy to order. Cute place too! Thank you!

Kia R.

Yelp
We had three offices catered today with food from Kabob Hutt and what can I say... AMAZING!!! The food was excellent, flavorful, perfect temperature... everyone enjoyed it. There was not one complaint. We highly recommend this jewel of a spot if you haven't tried it already. We will definitely be returning and staff is saying they will have to bring their families here too! THANKS KABOB HUTT!! See you again soon!
google avatar

Sylvia G.

Yelp
i've ordered through here a few times through DoorDash and I don't have any complaints. The food is always fresh and my orders have been correct. Their food is really delicious and the presentation even though it's takeout still always looks great. They always provide utensils and make sure everything is packaged nicely. I would recommend coming here if you like Mediterranean food the hummus is really good and I also like the chicken kebab.

Yelp
This was so amazing we had it last night we order 2 dishes! I'm so happy we found a really good Persian food spot near us. I almost wanna go back the next day for lunch!!!

Alee K.

Yelp
I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a mouth-watering kabob that left me craving for more. The patty was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a juicy, pink interior

Yelp
I'm a fan of the Hutt, the food is always fresh and tasty. They have a great salad and very tasty kabobs. One of my favorite items on the menu is there rice dish, filled with dates, raisins, lentils and fried onion. The environment could use some refreshing. The place looks a little worn out.

Yelp
My favorite Persian middle eastern food in Corona. My new favorite is the double beef skewer with the Apollo rice.

Yvette F.

Yelp
This is overhyped and not an experience of of food that I would want to have ever again no taste at all no salt no flavor just horrible
