Kabuki is a magical place, both in terms of the elegant hall, the professional and courteous staff and the outstandingly delicious food. I have no complaints, everything was of the highest standard.
We decided to order first some nigiri, with salmon flambé, with pancetta iberico, but these with wagyu and turbot impressed us the most!
Beef and sea bass tataki (half portion) were extremely soft and rich in taste.
For the main course we decided to take comparable dishes, Wagyu ribs and Wagyu shank, prepared in a very similar manner. It was interesting to compare these two types of meat which ultimately tasted very different, both meats melting in the mouth. We couldn't pass up the legendary brioche served with ice cream, chocolate and matcha sugar. This is now one of my favourite desserts I've had the pleasure of eating. Dear Kabuki Team, thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for the birthday gift!
