Kabuki Madrid

"The Kabuki Group’s latest culinary venture, in the heart of the city’s Salamanca district, remains faithful to its roots, inviting guests to explore dishes with their essence in Japanese cuisine but with an Iberian touch – a concept which has been synonymous with the Kabuki brand over the years and its desire to transport guests back to Japan. In this spacious setting, with its restrained lighting and meticulous decor, the cuisine is centred on a tasting menu complemented by an extensive cocktail menu." - Michelin Inspector

Kabuki is an amazing spot for Japanese food! The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the whole experience really makes you feel like you’re in Japan. The cozy, intimate vibe is perfect for a date night.

Really good gyozas, amazing miso soup and good deserts but a bit expensive for the size

Kabuki is a magical place, both in terms of the elegant hall, the professional and courteous staff and the outstandingly delicious food. I have no complaints, everything was of the highest standard. We decided to order first some nigiri, with salmon flambé, with pancetta iberico, but these with wagyu and turbot impressed us the most! Beef and sea bass tataki (half portion) were extremely soft and rich in taste. For the main course we decided to take comparable dishes, Wagyu ribs and Wagyu shank, prepared in a very similar manner. It was interesting to compare these two types of meat which ultimately tasted very different, both meats melting in the mouth. We couldn't pass up the legendary brioche served with ice cream, chocolate and matcha sugar. This is now one of my favourite desserts I've had the pleasure of eating. Dear Kabuki Team, thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for the birthday gift!

Absolutely spectacular. Kabuki Madrid is a masterclass in Japanese-Spanish fusion. Every dish is a perfect balance of flavor, elegance, and technique. The toro tartare, the truffled egg nigiri, the usuzukuri—each bite is unforgettable. Impeccable service, a refined atmosphere, and a wine list that elevates the entire experience. Truly a culinary gem in Madrid.
