Update from Nov 2023. I wanted to give this place a second chance and went for a work lunch on a weekday. The food and service were great. I had the octopus appetizer and a branzino entree which were both amazing. A friend ordered the lamb chops and said they were some of the best he ever had. I would definitely recommend this place. I am so glad I gave it another try. Visited this new Greek spot in the middle of Miracle Mile. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was fantastic. They welcomed us with a small courtesy cocktail which was delicious. We decided to share a hummus and fried calamari appetizers and a chicken skewers entree. This was plenty of food for two. The hummus and pita bread were very good. Fresh and tasty. We finished all our pitas and ordered a bit more for $3. The fried calamari was good but nothing extraordinary. The calamari gelt a bit dry. Still it was not bad. Finally, the chicken skewers were good. The presentation and taste was good but nothing I would order again. We ordered the lemon potatoes as a side dish for the chicken. These were good but again not outstanding. The price was reasonable for a restaurant of this level and in that location. Overall we had a nice dinner in a nice ambiance with great service and good food. We would possibly return to try some of the other dishes. No rush though.

A great dining experience , we came by this place by mistake while walking down miracle mile and decided to try it. It was a great choice , the atmosphere was excellent ( music , lighting , decor) and the food was great and it felt authentic. The service was also great. Pricing wise it was pretty mediocre for fine dining , a bit towards the high side. We paid 140$ for two people but i felt it was worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kaia, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the host, who promptly seated me at a cozy table. The menu was full of enticing options, but I ultimately decided on the LAMB CHOPS , KEBAB, GRILLED OCTOPUS and I'm so glad I did. The flavors were expertly balanced, and every bite was a true delight. It was clear that the chefs put a lot of care and attention into each dish, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. But it wasn't just the food that made my experience so special. The service was truly exceptional. My server Sheherezade from Maracaibo - Venezuela was attentive and friendly, always making sure that my water glass was full and checking in to see if there was anything else I needed. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and had great recommendations for wine pairings. Throughout the course of my meal, I was struck by how smoothly everything ran - from the timing of the dishes to the attentiveness of the staff. It was clear that everyone was working together to create an outstanding dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Kaia to anyone looking for a truly exceptional meal with impeccable service. The combination of delicious food and attentive, knowledgeable staff make for an unforgettable experience that is truly hard to beat.

The best Greek food in Coral Gables. Came all the way from NY to experience the wonderful dishes of Chef Mimi, friendliest staff and amazing food. Staff greet you with smile and servers answer any questions and make good recommendation. Food themselves are exceptional. I'll definitely recommended, great experience.

Every single item we ordered was amazing! I don’t usually leave reviews but wow! The hummus is the best I ever had and I’ve had a lot! The octopus with the purée delish! We also had the chicken skewers which were very good and the baklava and ice cream soooo good! Xavier was an excellent waiter! Attentive and accommodating and made sure we were happy. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Service was fast; food very tasty and presentation incredible! Drinks were really tasty too. Prices could have been more reasonable. Not incredibly spacious nor roomy; but that can seldom be a problem. Really cute for pictures 😊
