We first found Kale Me Crazy on IG and it 1000% lived up to the hype! This spot proves that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. Everything we tried was SUPER fresh, full of flavor, and didn’t leave us needing a nap after. Plus, they’ve got the nutrition info right there for you AND the option to customize and boost your protein however you want! Some of our highlights: -The salmon salad was a FAV—light, zesty, and packed with flavor. You could taste how fresh the ingredients were in every bite. -The egg bagel sandwich? Delicious! The bagel had that perfect chewy texture, and we added tuna for an extra protein punch. -The chicken quesadilla was our “comfort food that won’t weigh you down” choice—warm, satisfying, but still somehow light and energizing. -1/2 Size Mediterranean hummus… Dare we say it? It might just BEAT Aba’s. a MUST!!! Creamy, Perfectly Salty, and downright addictive, especially with the spinach tortilla chips that they serve it with! On top of all that, the customer service was top notch—friendly, fast, and super helpful when we had questions about the menu. Whether you’re a health nut or just looking to dip your toes into the world of better-for-you meals without sacrificing taste, this place is absolutely worth the visit!

This is a super food eatery that started in 2013 and now has around 25 branches around the country, mostly in the Southeast and including this branch N FM 620. There are a handful of tables inside and outdoor seating as well if weather is favourable. Opening hours are 7am to 8pm (weekends), 9am to 8pm (Sat) and 9atm to 6pm (Sun). Menu is a nice selection of salads, poke, toast, wraps, sandwiches, smoothies and a few other healthy food options. Passed by recently and was served a very good Quinoa Bowl ($13.5). This was a a great plant-based bowl. All ingredients were fresh and tossed with a light lemon vinaigrette. This was an excellent lunch, one I'd be glad to return for regularly if I lived in the area.

Extremely sad and disappointed with this experience. I saw all of the great reviews and thought I would try this place but the smoothie I got tasted like blended up water and the tuna salad barely had any tuna, and my husband hated the bagel sandwich. Super disappointed that we spent $45on this.

Perfect Breakfast Spot! Kale Me Crazy has become my go-to breakfast place! The vibe is fresh and energizing, and the food is just what I need to start my day off right. I especially love that all their coffees are dairy-free by default, so there's no need to ask for substitutions. Whether it's almond, oat, or coconut milk, the coffee always tastes smooth and delicious. And don’t get me started on the egg sandwich. It’s amazing. Made with clean, quality ingredients, it's warm, satisfying, and way more nourishing than your typical breakfast sandwich. The business owner personally knows me from how often I come, and my favorite order-- matcha rose latte. It was around the corner from my work office and it was favorite spot to unwind and relax. The staff was top notch from the service to the beverages and food made fresh and with such care. I'd recommend everything on the menu! I've known this chain from the original location in Atlanta, GA and I'll say this is my favorite location by far. The owner is doing something right here :)

Kale me Crazy is consistently one of the best restaurants in our area. The food is fresh and healthy. The customer service is wonderful and their catering is top-notch. Every time we order from there it's just easy. The owner Nicole is great at communication. If you ever need to cater a party consider them!! Delicious!

Exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a healthy lunch for me and my 13 year old son and was so impressed!!! I ordered the Tuna wrap and my son had the Chicken Wrap. Absolutely delicious and a perfect portion! I ordered online and picked up. The space is so clean and elegant, I wish I could have stayed to eat there. Staff was super friendly!

Heads up: Google map sucks at directions, but its right near the YMCA right there. Healthy, overpriced, and unseasoned. You can really make most of the menu items at home. The staff is really nice though!

The chicken pesto sandwich was phenomenal. Had it delivered via lunchdrop and it was surprisingly fresh. Healthy and still packed with flavor. 10/10

A very cute little spot to get a light, clean meal with some great smoothie options. The chicken pesto wrap was absolutely delicious but I think everything is a bit overpriced. Almost $14 for the wrap without any additional items seemed a bit over the top. And I was honestly still hungry after finishing it, so was a bit disappointed with how much I spent and lacking feeling full. It would've been nice to have chips, a side salad, or even a pickle wedge on the side included with the wraps price.

In response to the owner I eat chicken and I know a frozen processed breast piece when I see one. Pics speak a thousand words. I add a close up. I personally don't eat this type of chicken products due to the texture and lack of health benefits and I know may quick places serve it that's why I specifically asked you if it was breast meat. Very disappointing and my review stands.

The service was fast. It has a nice chill vibe to it. I ordered their deluxe Açaí bowl however the topping v. the amount of açaí you get isn't really proportional. I found myself eating just the açaí smoothie part at the end with no fruits or topping. That's the only thing i would say that they need to work on.

Good food. Went for lunch and had a sandwich and quesadilla. I would return again and try their smoothies and coffee.

This was my first time trying and my partners first time eating in, but has ordered delivery multiple times. The guy taking our order was so nice. He read and explained the whole menu to me showing the favorites and really what all they had. There are lots of great options if you want sweet or savory. And this is a Great option for a healthy breakfast or lunch, but still packs a really good taste and flavor. I got the tuna wrap but modified it a bit because I'm picky :). It still had so much flavor and was very good. The kale chicken salad, was also great and he couldn't even eat the whole thing, so you get plenty of food. It's very very clean inside. Tables and bar top to sit at. They do have a few healthy drink options as well. They do not have soda, etc . They also have one option of chips.

Kale Me Crazy has been one of my favorites. However, the produce hasn't been as fresh lately. Today I ordered lunch to go and when I got home, the avocado on my order was bad. I have a picture attached. It's really unfortunate, I thought better care was taken for the food their customers are consuming. In this day and age of food recalls, I hate to think food is going out the door and to their customers that isn't high quality. I hope to see this turnaround.

Went on morning not busy at all. Staff friendly and helpful. Received order within 5-10 minutes. The acai bowl was filling and refreshing.

I stopped by this place after work today! There was quite a bit of traffic on 620, but it was worth the drive. This was my first visit and I got the Go Getter smoothie and a vegan wrap. Both were delicious. All of the filling in the wrap was fresh and the kale was crisp! They also had lots of seating inside and out. I took my order to go but I'll definitely be back! Great service, too

There was less than 5 people in the restaurant and it took 30 minutes to get my Acai bowl. The worse part was that I didn't even get an apology. The acai bowl was ok, but a bit pricey. It was not too sweet, but I wished I would have asked if I could have some honey.

Best hummus in all of Austin! Amazing Açaí bowl too! And they always have the most fresh ingredients in everything they serve.

Best egg salad sandwich on a bagel! Yum! I'm ordering this again. It's a little hard to find the place but back behind Whataburger by ARA.

This was a bit out of the way for me but the menu seemed exciting enough to give it a try. The staff was warm and inviting, the gluten-free wraps were mediocre (small, lacking in flavor, very little stuffing substance) but the smoothies/ juices were great! They don't have gluten-free toast but do have gluten-free wraps (which are thick and not too good).

I love their smoothies. On my first visit, I attended a meeting and bought a tuna wrap afterward. Really fresh greens and well-prepared. I took a while to decide what to order and the young cashier was patient and had lots of information about each wrap. They host an outdoor market, too! I share this because I want them to stick around longer than the post-it businesses that haven't stayed long enough to enjoy. And I plan to do a proper detox and continue to try everything on the menu. My son recently enjoyed the wraps and we have chosen Kale Me Crazy instead of our usual pizza or burger options as he is favoring plant based food. They have great menu signage for the hard to read folks so you don't need to bring your 'readers'. Check out the breakfast options of acai bowls, avocado toasts and fresh green smoothies. Health is wealth, turn back time and eat smart here.

This was some of the best food I've had. It was fresh. It was clean and it was delicious. I had the smoked salmon salad. It was so good. I also got b signature latte. I mean you wouldn't even know your eating healthy. It was so good. I also ordered a tuna wrap to go and some of the orange juices. It's so good you have t try it. It's a little pricy but so worth it.

I love their açaí bowl and just recently tried the avocado toast and it's amazing! I go at least 2x per week.

Everything is very good and fresh. I recommend the Quinoa bowl and the powerhouse smoothie.

I travel to Austin for work and I LOVE this place. 100% healthy options and everything tastes wonderful. I've tried everything from the pressed juices, smoothies, bowls, to coffee and loved it all. The staff is also super friendly.

Really sad to be writing this because I go here with my colleagues to eat often since it's close and healthy but this review is about the service we received yesterday. We came in and the woman in the front was right off the bat rude and unwelcoming, she looked annoyed. No greeting, just stared at us like we were bothering her. We ordered our items and she walked away, when she came back, we said thank you and she again looked annoyed, didn't smile, sarcastically said thank you and just turned her back. Not sure if we did something to offend her but never had this service before , everyone is usually so polite and sweet. Safe to say we won't be returning if this is how service will be.

I had tried out another location of this place while in Houston and had an absolutely amazing experience. Food was amazing and the owner was working and very personable. Here at this location I received a good experience with the staff and was very happy with that. The place was very clean and decorated well, but food was pretty subpar and smaller portions for sure. The poke bowl wasn't set up as you would expect and instead of being able to mix it all together it was basically each part of the bowl all separated and with the tiny bowl there wasn't much way to mix it. After finishing I was still hungry and went with the açaí bowl and was very disappointed by it. It was runny and wasn't very good. Definitely wouldn't recommend that. I still went with a 4 because the service was good and everything was really nice, but I wouldn't go back for food. For $30 I wasn't full and not the best tasting. However, I recommend trying it if you never have as you may have a better experience!

The Mediterranean hummus is the best!!! We also tried the quinoa but it had too much kale in it. I will come back all day for the hummus

I can't tell you because we ordered from their website and it door was closed when we arrived. The order went through and I called but no reply. I've had to dispute the charges. If you are going to close at 3 don't leave the order system open at 6:30.

$15 for an açaí bowl that was mostly just açaí with barely any toppings. The açaí was kinda bland. Not terrible but not great either. My first time here. Don't think I will go back.

I am obsessed with the No Mayo Tuna Wrap from here. It is so delicious and the olives really make this wrap extra delicious. Their smoothies are also really good and they will let you customize any of them.

I got a gift card to here for teacher appreciation week. When I went to use it, there was no balance on the gift card. The person who checked us out told the owner what happened and she added money on it for me to come back next time! So sweet and I will be coming back for another smoothie and lunch. Received the Turkey Combo with 1/2 Quinoa Salad with Peanut Dressing via delivery from here. Wrap was carefully packaged and survived the trip from the restaurant to home. The wrap was super fresh tasting, full of delicious veggies, turkey and hummus. The salad was light and refreshing and the peanut dressing complemented everything very well. The salad also held together on its journey home. My main feedback for the place would be the price point should probably net at least a full wrap plus 1/2 salad for the combo but I also understand there are additional costs with doing everything fresh. A very enjoyable meal and experience overall and I recommend you check this place out if you're looking for something light, fresh and healthy!

Great healthy options , wish it was in a busier center cause they need more traffic . My favorite is the protein balls! Healthy and mighty ! Definitely recommend this place !

Kale Me Crazy? More like (Kale Me) Crazy-overpriced. I had the Powerhouse smoothie. It tasted quite good (I liked the creaminess of the avocado), but no way was it worth $10. That's enough for a whole plate of real food. The wraps, salads, & acai bowls are similarly overpriced. Just because you're a "health" brand doesn't mean you can charge sky-high prices. The staff is friendly though. This location is close to me, but I won't be back. I'd rather just drive farther to Juiceland.

Never will I go here such a racist place to stop at we ordered over $50 worth and the place made us feel like we shouldn't be there. Girl handed my husband the go bowl and dropped it didn't want to accidentally touch his hand wow what a horrible place but the food was decent. Never again and I didn't think Austin was like this probably just this place. Know what your worth and don't let people make you feel that way at treat you like that understand god made us all equally to love one another not hate or have hate feelings bc of the color of our skin.

So happy to have Kale Me Crazy close to our neighborhood! Really fresh and tasty food that our whole family loves. We've tried almost everything and some of our favorites are the Acai bowls, chicken wraps, smoked salmon salad and the smoothies. Service is always friendly and the restaurant is super clean.

I tried their ceasar kale salad. Really fresh and delicious. Nice staff and good place to eat for relaxing day.

Ordered to-go and our meals looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Still good and same level of nutritional goodness, but it looked like a 6 yr old made the wrap and had to reassemble it all in order to eat. I also ordered the poke bowl and there was hardly any fish. Such. A. Bummer. I had about 4 bites and it was gone, maybe 1/4 cup of poke. Tons of rice - cool, not exactly what I was hoping for.

Excellent!! Favorite restaurant in this area. It has great food from low calorie to high calorie options, all tasting fresh and light. Smoothies are excellent and they have multiple sizes and optional additions to make it have the nutritional values you want (I added Vega protein). Also excellent customer service. We got the kale wrap and pear salad combo and the quinoa bowl. The lady behind the counter was very kind and gave great suggestions. I had forgotten to request the gluten free wrap instead of the spinach wrap and she graciously changed out my wrap, free of charge! We're visiting from Dallas but this will be a must stop every time we're here!

We were looking for something healthy after a hike at River Place Nature Trail and found this place. My husband got tuna poke and loved it. And had salmon toast and requested gluten free bread and it was yummy as well. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Quincy. She was awesome! I also got the super Matcha and once my husband tasted it, he wanted one for himself! It was so good! Highly recommend this place!

Advice: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH "chicken" I ordered a bowl and added "grilled chicken". When I got my meal, the chicken was white, and weird fake "grill" marks on it. I called and asked if it was real chicken or some vegan version I didn't realize I was getting. The girl on the phone acted so confused and annoyed with my question and informed me that is how their chicken comes from the manufacturer. Gross. If I'm going to pay $7 extra on top of a $20 meal, give me actual grilled chicken... too many good places in Austin for a place like this to be ripping people off. Honest Mary's is way better for food. Drinks are good here though. Recommend the smoothies!

This is by far my fave restaurant right now. It's not an overstatement to say I'm addicted. The food is incredibly fresh and healthy. I feel so good after I eat at this place. The service is friendly and personal. Everything is made fresh after you order it and app ordering is super easy. The restaurant itself, is quant and always clean. Plus it's a way nicer spot for a casual business meeting than Starbucks. If you like clean eating, I highly recommend giving it a try!

I spent $10 for a smoothie that was watery, small, and had no flavor. I understand that we're in the middle of a pandemic and that businesses are doing their best, but for the time it took to make this smoothie and for the price, I really was hoping for a much better taste than this. Even if I had to wait a little longer, but was told that I'd get a better smoothie as a result, that would've been a better experience for me.

I agree they are a bit pricey but, for what you get it's understandable. Everything is fresh in the way of the fruits and vegetables; which is basically all they have in the store! my daughter loved the mango surprise smoothie and I had a peanut butter smoothie it was decent. I'd like to try one of their protein bowls next time I go. Please Support your local businesses this place just opened not even a week before the pandemic closed down the entire state and country. We all need to start going to give our hard-earned money to local mom-and-pop healthy food places like this if we don't want to lose the places we like and need .
