"Opened March 5 in far west Austin at 8300 North Farm to Market 620 Road, Building N200, this counter-service health-food restaurant offers a wide menu of bowls—poke, açai, quinoa—and salads; toasts such as avocado and almond butter; wraps with proteins like tuna, chicken, or eggs; vegan options and hummus; plus bottled cold-pressed juices and shots, coffee and tea. The compact space features a small dining room with both bar and table seating and will serve as the Austin flagship by housing the location’s juicing facility. Owner Nicole Tomaszewksi plans to add products from local vendors (including snacks) and to open additional Austin-area locations in Cedar Park, Lakeway and eventually downtown. Hours are weekdays 7 a.m.–8 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.–8 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.–6 p.m. The concept was founded in 2013 by Roi Shlomo and already has locations across Georgia and in states such as California and North Carolina, with franchise openings planned in Houston and Dallas this year under different owners." - Nadia Chaudhury
