I will never forget my first bite of carne en su jugo at this place — it was one of those life-changing moments. The staff, like everyone else in Guadalajara, were incredibly nice, warm, and chatty. If you’re visiting and looking for a place to try the famous carne en su jugo then this is it!

It was ok. Service and vibe were perfect, but the food was a bit bland and the salsa wasn’t really spicy which was a bit surprising. The quesadilla was especially disappointing.

I got the carne en su jugo takeout and it was as delicious! The portion was really big (more than enough for even someone who eats a lot like me). Both the soup and the meat were really good. I hope I can come back and dine in next time!

The meat is delicious, but the service is awful! It was our first time, and none of the servers helped us understand or choose the dish. When we asked them, they didn't say anything about the dish or preparation.

The carne en su jugo is good, but not the best in the city (I still think Que Pacho or Carne Garibaldi is better). I ordered the arrachera for myself and it was okay. The queso fundido was okay as well. Since you are in the area, I would prefer Carne Garibaldi next door.

This is my first time eating karne en zu jugo. After eating it in Kamilos I also ate in karne garibaldi the next day. My god I think the karne en zu jugo here in kamilos is amazing. They also provide with the frijoles soup. The atmosphere is also very nice and had a good feel of authentic Mexican restaurant. Here the carne is very well minced and the falvour is also amazing. Will definetly try again and this time will order just the karne jugo they give in the jug. Then Jamaica de agua is also very good right amount of sugar and Jamaica.
