Quick Summary: I definitely recommend this for the experience. Service is atrocious (which in this case makes is exceptional) and makes for a very fun experience. Food and drinks are low quality and certainly overpriced. Also, if you’re a protective parent, it’s not child friendly. They swear, throw up the middle finger, and will take jabs at you. It’s not just rude staff. It’s an interactive experience.
Pros:
- the service. Yes, the service gets a 5/5. How often do you get exactly the service you bargained for? All of the servers have unique personalities. Some are just super annoyed and impatient, some are dismissive, some are more frustrated. I genuinely can recall most, if not all, of the servers in that restaurant. They all interacted with us.
- there is a lot of interactivity. From being called on stage, to being called out for not being a romantic enough partner. It’s all good fun. I can’t imagine going here weekly but definitely glad I came with my partner.
- they have a Karen wig. What more can I say?
Cons:
- the food quality. Look, bad service is a fun and amusing, no doubt. But this is a restaurant first and foremost. The quality of the food and drinks was very poor. The cheese curds came without marinara and were mediocre on their own, the burgers were frankly dry and unimaginative, the drinks were weak and pretty mediocre.
- the price is very high. The quality does not match the price at all. $17 for a burger that tastes worse than a Big Mac is not great.
