Visiting from NYC and friends took me here for lunch. Amazing service and food. The cookies are the draw. The service is a tad slow, but it’s a great and easy wait. The owners are incredibly friendly and take time to welcome everyone and check on you throughout your stay. Very dog friendly.

New owners! Excellent concept, buy a meal, feed a shelter pet! Fresh coffee, fresh creme, and great atmosphere! Dog friendly on the patio! Can't wait until warm weather to take my furry friends! Excited about the menu, too. Walking distance for those of us in Pharr srea, so try it again with great new owners! Great concept to help feed shelter animals, and enjoy a beautiful day with your dog! I'll be back soon! ♡

Love this spot. The front porch seating area reminds me of sitting on the front porch at grandma's. Good vibes! I had a kale breakfast bowl with smoked salmon. It was filling and pretty flavorful. I would definitely get it again. The owner's mom was super nice and friendly. Good neighborhood eatery.

We planned several stops for places to try on my sister's birthday. This place was first. The place seemed promising. The attendant had such a horrible attitude. This was even before she opened her mouth. We were coming there for breakfast but the energy was terrible so we decided to just get cookies and leave. The cookies tasted like the attitude of the cashier. I wish we wouldn't have gone there. I think that garbage made me sick.

Love their cookies...Breakfast Cookie is the best. Miss their Blueberry cookies, but there's not one cookie there that I won't give a stamp of approval. Miss that they're no longer in Decatur but hopefully they'll find a second location which I can visit in the near future! Love them!!

I really want to love this place. I love their focus on the planet by using quality compostable products. Their donation policy for animals is amazing. But, someone please help them run their business and teach someone to scramble an egg. Their wait times for food is horrible. I ordered a salad that had no nuts listed on their menu and came home to discover it had nuts. I have a serious nut allergy! They charge extra for everything and their upcharge is outrageous. My last time in there ( which will be my last) left me with a $5 cup of coffee. Just basic coffee with less than a tablespoon of low quality coconut milk. Which, wasn't even full. I truly do want to love this place but I will never step foot in this place again. Try to kill me and charge me $5 for coffee?!

I will never order from this place again. I called 36 hours in advance to place an order for 6 dozen cookies for a high profile corporate event at our company. Attendees included Partners, Executive Directors, and Senior Managers. The person on the phone who took the order was very dismissive and rude. When I asked to place an order for 6 dozen cookies, she huffed and puffed and said "Oh Nooooo, we can't do that, we need at least 24-48 hours notice. Since I gave 36 hours notice, this fell within the time. If you have a "Cookie Studio" open for business and can't produce a simple 6 dozen cookies. Why be open for business? We paid almost $20 to have it couriered to our office only for them to be short 30 cookies out of the 72 ordered. They gave us 1 tray of cookies that totaled 40. When I called and told them it was short, they said it was 72 however quickly took that back when I informed them I didn't open the package. I had a co-worker recount to confirm we were indeed over 30 cookies short. They said, we would have to come pick it up (our office is in Midtown; Cookie shop in Buckhead and it's almost time for our celebration to begin by the way). I asked them to refund us the courier charge if we had to drive to pick them up after paying for them to be delivered. The manager smirked and said "refund delivery?" Why wouldn't you refund deliver if you messed up our order? She later called back and offered a credit instead of a refund. I insisted that we do not wish to do business there again and wanted a refund. I have never had such a headache over ordering cookies. Rude and unable to produce. Follow up 1 day after this took place on 4/25/2018: The owner of The Cookie Studio called me this morning and was mortified that this incident took place. She was very pleasant and professional which immediately made me have a change of heart about ordering from them again. She explained that she researched the issue and the order was indeed given to the bakers wrong by the attendant. She also did not charge us for any of the cookies received. She even offered us gas however I declined because it was the thought that caused the change of heart. She explained that they indeed produce thousands of cookies per week and hundreds of cookies per day. She was not aware that I was treated so horribly until she read the review. I appreciate her transparency and quick response to this incident. I have informed my team of the owner correcting the issue and we have decided to order from them again in the future. The cookies were amazing.
