"The original Karver location in Sheepshead Bay, opened last year, features a large 4,800-square-foot space. It serves as the production hub for pastries delivered to the Downtown Brooklyn location and offers customizable sandwiches with various flavored breads made on-site." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya

Great service/staff, ambiance and delicious food. Highly recommend for an amazing brunch and dinner. Terrific new menu by Chef Byron Penafiel and the pastries by François Payard are out of this world!! Definitely my go-to spot in South Brooklyn for French brasserie fare.

Cozy and quiet. Had dinner with my girlfriend and seating was plentiful. Menu selection was ok. I enjoyed my steak but loved my dessert! Will be going back for more dessert and coffee

One of the worst eating out experiences. I was only given the menu after 15 min and asking twice for it second time being the manager. The waiter was non existent and his only job was to take our order. Never saw him again. So ordered the steak which was supposed to come with grilled vegetables, garlic confit and a sauce. I received a plain piece of meat and fries when I asked about vegetables I was told the kitchen ran out! When I made a big deal I did get some veggies that looked like they scraped them from somebody else’s meal. So I did not touch them !! Took about another 30 min to get check and pay. None of this was done by our waiter. Terrible and disappointing experience, never will I be coming back 09/22 at 930 pm.

Really good food and great service. Perfect brunch spot and surprisingly not that expensive.

Nice location. But price is unfounded high. For example peace of cake is $7, exactly the same peace of cake in Brookfield plaza (downtown Manhattan) is $5... excuse me 😐 but the second place is more fashionable but thea aren't cheat a customers sale them so expensive pice of.... cake . Just add my public. Next time I' ve ordered cappuccino "to go". I was only one on line. And I waited my coffee 10 min!!! The guys just talk and do nothing. I thought maybe coffee mashing was cold , but it was 11 am... so.

Excellent pastries, delicious French onion soup. Service and kitchen QA is something you'd expect to be better

I usually go to the Cafe portion of the store. My wife and I love the sandwiches. I particularly love the fresh bread, especially the squid ink bread. It's fantastic. Today I went to the restaurant portion with my wife and friends. We had a great time. Food was excellent and the service was great. I will definitely come back.

Had the eggs Benedict classic. They were delicious but the side home potatoes were undercooked. Price is just a bit too high.
