Kasa and Kin Filipino Restaurant in Soho

Overall, the food was absolutely fantastic and the service was exceptional from start to finish. We ordered the sinigang and it was beautifully cooked rich, comforting, and full of flavour, though a slightly bigger portion would have made it perfect. The crispy pata was simply divine, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. It was definitely one of the highlights of our meal. The BBQ was also very good, with a nice twist that made it stand out from the usual. The halo-halo was good, though fairly standard compared to what you’d normally expect. The only slight letdown was the bread, which didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the dishes. I believe this is something they could still improve on.

Our family’s first time trying Filipino cuisine and came away a fan for life! Far and away the best food we had over the course of five days. Incredible, welcoming atmosphere with too many flavorful, unique dishes to name a favorite. Everything was seasoned perfectly. A staple stop anytime we’re in London going forward!

Soooo good, this filled my Pinoy cup completely!! Don’t skip dessert or the pork bbq! We ordered the pork belly sinigang, kare kare and pork bbq. Loved it. Dessert- molten ensaymada with tres leches sauce, ube soft serve and ube cheesecake! My fave was the cheesecake! Everything was deeeeelicious I’m still relishing the flavor. Staff were so accommodating and friendly too.

Went to find a Filipino restaurant in London to celebrate our daughter's birthday and randomly came into Kasa and Kin. We never regret choosing it. The atmosphere is so pleasant and the staff are all so lovely especially the guy who was always checking on us. I forgot his name. They surprised our daughter with a lovely dessert with sparkling candle and bubbles, and singing Happy Birthday. Salamat po! The food was delicious and the servings was great. Still craving for their halohalo with a sumptuous amount of ube ice cream.

Ordered the lunch bento menu, it was a good amount to make sure you had enough of everything. The sinigang was perfectly tart and sour without overpowering anything. And the garlic friend rice and kare kare tasted great together. Ube hot chocolate had a strong taste and was rich and smooth! Perfectly warming. Great for a lunch spot

Kasa and Kin offers a good variety of Filipino food and very good service. We ordered the sinigang, kare kare, chicken sisig, BBQ pork belly, wagyu lumpia, garlic rice, and calamansi slushies. Overall, the dishes were good, though some could benefit from bolder flavours. I really liked the BBQ pork belly though, it was tasty and well paired with its sauce. The calamansi slushie was also refreshing and a great complement to the meal. Prices aren’t the cheapest (rice is £5 🤯), but portion sizes are quite in line with what you pay. What made the experience stand out was the service. We were looked after by several servers, all of whom were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. If you’re in central London and craving Filipino food, Kasa and Kin is worth a try.

Such a lovely Filipino spot with a modern twist that makes the dishes really approachable. We definitely over-ordered (eyes bigger than our stomach!) but happily took leftovers home. I tried the ube affogato and found it a bit strong for my taste, but the staff were so kind about it. One of the titas (I think her name was Christine/Christian) offered to add more coconut milk to adjust it and even gave me extra ube ice cream on the house. The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful. Their bakery items are amazing — especially the ube pandesal. Perfect for pasalubong!

We had desserts first as we arrived @ four pm (desserts lang ang menu until five) but then still had so much space for dinner after. Super sulit and had a great time with my ates. Our server, Kuya Marvin was nothing short of amazing, too!!!
