Highly recommend this place. The hospitality was was amazing! The food itself was exquisite!! I got the hush puppies and fried pickles for appetizer which had amazing taste along with their sauce. Our meal was the Shrimp Lovers Boil along with steam rice and sausage link. If I could give this place 10 stars I definitely would!!!!!!

Nicole and Jason were AMAZING! Nicole took time to give suggestions as it was our first time there and was very accommodating to our group. The food was great, if you want spicy let me tell you…they got it! But even my sister who doesn’t do spicy was able to enjoy the crawfish on the lowest spice level. Definitely will be coming back and recommending.

Good food and nice staff. The boudin egg rolls were good, even though the texture of the filling was not to my liking, the flavor was good and the dipping sauce was delicious. The chicken and sausage gumbo was very tasty 😋 I wanted to try the crawfish etoufee, however they didn't have any the day of my visit. My coworker had the fried catfish and also the turkey necks and said they were both very, very good. Overall, we both give this place a thumbs up👍🏽 and will be back to try more!

Been going here for about a year because I love their crawfish. I ordered the same flavors every time but each time they tasted different. For to go order, which happened several times when staff would put me on hold long enough for me to drive up there while being put on hold, walked in to empty restaurant and staff were just hanging out. Restaurant is clean and good seasonings for seafood boil.

Went back again and just as yummy now as it was a year ago when we first went. Staff was welcoming and checked on us often. DELICIOUS!!! MY daughter and I loved every part of this seafood boil!! King crab, sausage, egg, potatoes, corn and shrimp was worth the $$ spent and we will go back. I read a review about the potatoes needing some seasoning or something... my first bite I felt the same. However, i let the half eatten potatoes sit in the garlic butter sauce and it was PERFECT!!

The food was hecking yummy. I ate there for lunch today and the vibe was so chill. Fried pickles, Gumbo, loaded shrimp combo, and their crawfish fries are just awesome. Definitely worth checking out if you love Cajun food and food fusion places. 💕✨💕✨

I went there around 8:35PM; I was very excited I love crawfish seafood I grew up with this food. I’m from Galveston all we eat is Cajuns creole food, and many people was telling me how good the food was. I wish I had the same experience they did with food, but I did not. I waited 15 minutes to order there was a couple in front of me who had order previously, and they was waiting on their food. Once I waited and ordered my food came very fast, it was strange for food to be ready that fast; I think they gave me someone else’s order seriously. I was suppose to have the ghost pepper spicy flavored shrimp and crawfish for $26.00, but when I got home there was no flavor. As you can see on the picture the only seasoning was garlic, no Cajun seasoning. According to my friends I should give this place another try, but I don’t know; maybe I’m used to Houston and Louisiana Cajuns seasoning. I only ate shrimp and corn, the potatoes wasn’t seasoned with nothing.

1st time visiting and I'm absolutely impressed! The staff... SO NICE! They literally made my day! I loved how everyone had masks on being safe and responsible! I had a strawberry margarita... really good. Today they had $3 drinks and a LIVE BAND! The crawfish AMAZING! The Blasian sauce had a nice kick to it. Everything seasoned to perfection. I noticed they had board games available tonight which is pretty cool. Definitely added a more chill vibe. I'll be back to try those Crab Legs!

The Kassian boil is delicious i always get the crawfish with potatoes eggs and corn in the blasian and garlic sauce so good the service is great as well we usually order for pick up always a smooth transaction 10/10.

Let's get down to business. Lots of noise bout the place on social media so we decided to try. We got there and it's a nice nautical vibe going on in the place. Our waiter didn't speak any English and had to use a translator app on his phone to help us. We get our food and it's sorta what we ordered but was so tired from the language gap we just took it. Food was good nice flavor so that was great. BTW you eat with your hands here.... Well they give you gloves! Went to settle the bill and my card would not complete the order. Let me back up. You order from your table and pre-pay for your order. At the end you settle up jic you add more food to complete the order. Well my card wouldn't work. In fact it sent my card into fraud status. Now we need help but remember the ONE person in the place doesn't speak English. What a fiasco!! So he gets someone from the restaurant next door to help us and the one that comes tells us that we have to pay with a different card because they don't see that I've prepaid even though the auth is on my card. My husband pays and we leave. Today we have 3 charges on our account and I go back to get this settled and guess what-still no one that speaks English. Then I hear some barking and notice there is a dog tied up in the kitchen! Now the owner from the restaurant next door comes out and says I can't refund you I only see one charge. Even though my bank is now show 2 posted charges. He was rude and dismissive and I have darn near $100 missing from my account for the weekend. Moral of this story... order the food to go with cash

This place is always shockingly empty to me but maybe it's because people are mainly ordering to-go like I am lol. Their crawfish was delicious the first time I ate in but when I ordered to-go the last time, my crawfish were extremely dry? like they weren't bad but there was no juice at all in the crawfish or the bag.. it was pretty odd. Solid spot.

It's finally summer, so time for road trip dates and weekend trips. And if your travel love language is food like mine, I know you'll be trying out some awesome restaurants outside of Dallas. So, I have this one for my seafood lovers! Just down the road in Austin you can find some of the best seasoned boiled seafood at @kasianboil . I have crawfish, shrimp & snowcrab while there and yes, it was goooooood! It's a Must Visit & I will definitely be going back. Pro Tip : Ask for a side of sauce.. you'll want more one you taste it. The birthday queen requested seafood boil and the local spots are closed on Mondays so Yelp brought me here to this location to try their seafood boil. We can tear up and eat some seafood. In my mind, I didn't think it would take too long to order and get our items to go. I should definitely order in advance next time as the birthday girl was famished by the time I came home. I was hangry too that I did not get any photos. The ordering process is all done via QR code. When you arrive, you scan the QR code and place your order. I did see some patrons prefer to order with the gentleman up front so that seems to be an option. Since we had the menu up on our phone we ordered through their website. That's actually a great idea to do it that way since I'm sure the menu changes especially with the changing seafood prices. We ordered the Crab Lovers boil in garlic butter sauce and Shrimp Lovers boil in the Blasian sauce. We wanted to try both of the sauces since we like spicy seafood boils. Both of them were really good and definitely had a kick. We were missing a corn from the crab boil and extra egg we added on from the shrimp boil. We also wanted to try the hush puppies. They were ok and the magic sauce was a nice dip to compliment them. Might have to go back to get some crawfish next soon it's the season.

So I returned after my 3 star review to see if I could increase it. I couldn't. Service was terrible. The food was just okay and the air didn't work.

They are under new ownership and this was our first time visiting, and was hopeful after reading past reviews. The food was honestly disgusting. We were the only 2 people in there and it was hot as hell inside. We spent $75 on 3 lbs of unseasoned, bland, over cooked shrimp with their heads on. they "season" the seafood after its been boiled which doesn't do anything but waste seasoning. The fries were good but we ordered the fry basket and got a small handful of fries and 2 hushpuppies which we didn't order lol. overall, i do not recommend this place if you are looking for GOOD louisiana style seafood.

Cajun + Asian, need I say more? Kasian Boil knows how to bring the spice & flavors to the table and leave you wanting more. Came here hungry on a Sunday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised by the good service. You pick where you wanna sit, and order at the counter. I happened to check-in on Yelp and to my surprise scored a frozen daiquiri of my choice. Per the woman helping me (wish I had gotten her name) I chose the strawberry/mango daq & was quite astonished at how tasty my drink was. Had to of been over a decade since I last had a frozen drink of any kind and was delighted I did. We went with the crawfish, snow crab and shrimp family pack that comes with corn, sausage and potatoes along with the Blasian garlic butter. My mouth is salivating just reminiscing on how spectacular everything was. I opted for no gloves as I wanted to have the optimal sensory experience. If you have any doubts, let them go! Support local, good things are bound to happen.

Came again this weekend and ordered the crawfish boil with Ghost seasoning--Yummy! We also ordered the fried shrimp and fries. There were 10 fried shrimp and they were delicious! Shrimp were big in size and fries were deliciously crispy!

By no means am I a crawfish expert but, Kasian Boil was totally delicious. I ordered 2 lbs of crawfish with the Kasian sauce. The sauce was spicy without being painful and also had some sweetness to it. Overall it was really good. The staff was polite and very helpful. Taking down 1 star for bathroom cleanliness, but otherwise would definitely go again.

Terrible service! The server told us to take a seat but failed to mention you order online through your phone. The server was out a lot. She'd leave the restaurant and return 5 minutes later and then go missing again. We ordered our drinks through the app and she never brought it to us, we had to ask for them. We ordered a sprite but they didn't even have sprite there, just off brand sodas. You have to pay and tip before you can get your food. I'd go ahead and tip low because there's zero service anyways so what's the tip for? The food said it would be ready in 15, we got it about 30 minutes later. When the server gave us our food, she said one of our meals was out so we have to reorder... why was this information not provided to us 30 minutes ago. After another 30 minutes, the one order wasn't even ready yet so we left after we ate what we had been given already. The crawfish was really great but the service ruined this place for me. If you order from here just do take out but come 15 minutes after your said order time.

Came here mid May and finally writing this review. Walking towards the place, before getting to the door there was a bit of sewage smell. There was nobody here , maybe since it was early? It was weird since the person working the register was also working the kitchen. Anyway we ordered 1 bundle crab legs and 2 lbs crawfish, super fresh but flavor was lacking. We also got free daiquiris with yelp check in, and let me tell you whoooo those drinks were strongggg. Not sure if it's because we hadn't eaten but not even half the drink and 2 of us were stumbling lol of course we continued to drink it which had us blacking out for a bit. For strong daiquiris, come here.

Wanted to give them a try for a while so when I saw a Groupon they were offering I had to buy it. I ordered over the phone and drove right through their drive-thru to pick up. The gentleman who helped me at the window was super nice. Oh and be careful not to get too close in their drive-thru window... I almost drove right into a small pole that's a little out of view but luckily he warned me. We got a Crab & Shrimp Boil which came with 2 crab clusters, 10 shrimp, 1 corn, 1 egg and 2 potatoes with your choice of sauce (we chose garlic butter). We also added 2 extra corn, 5 pcs sausage, 2 sides of jasmine rice and extra garlic butter. This one plate was enough for my daughter and I to share. We're pretty weak when it comes to spicy foods so thankfully the garlic butter was quite mild, however, the sausages were a tad bit spicy. We both said we should've gotten more rice because topped with the sauce it was delicious! It's a little messy but soo worth it.

I was rooting for them because the service was EXCELLENT.... but nahhhh fam. The seafood was not fresh at all. It tasted like it was previously frozen...frozen for a while lol. Not much flavor, and the daiquiri was weak as hell. It was tasty, so tasty my friend thought it was a regular fruit smoothie so if you get one, bring your own liquor to add. Issa No For Me Dawg‍

Haven't been here in forever because of bad service, finally decided to go back because it's crawfish season and I won't be back. I bought a coupon on Groupon and it wouldn't work on the website so I called to place the order and was told I couldn't place an order over the phone to pick up food, I had to go in. My husband goes in to place the order and there's no one at the front so he places the order online but doesn't pay yet and they tell him he can't use the coupon because he's already paid. We've had nothing but problems here. The last time we came, we scheduled our order for pickup in the drive thru it wasn't ready for the scheduled time and we ended up waiting like an hour for it in the drive thru. Editing to add, they also got our order wrong and did not give us most of the add ins we purchased a la carte, which are not cheap.

Nasty! We have been to this location before and it was really good, today not the same experience AT ALL, first of all, the A/C was out so it was very hot, they were out of crawfish, we ended up getting the shrimp boil, not in a bag like we're used to. The shrimp was head on and poop sack still in tact, they were mushy and disgusting. There were no napkins on any of the tables around us so had to hunt some down. Dead cricket on the floor by our table. Worst $85 ever spent! No utensils offered, we will not be returning

Amazing food and service from Chef Cam and team. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Lots of great sauce options and really quality seafood. Food came out quick for our large group and the restaurant had plenty of seating for all of us too!

I know this is a tough time for businesses and I have been doing my best to support local businesses...but I'm still going to put my honest review out there regardless. I've been craving crawfish and I'm used that real good Cajun Viet Crawfish down in Houston. This places comes close but fell short for the following reasons: 1) I ordered 3 lbs of crawfish and half of them the meat was dried out or non existent except for the gunk at the head. 2) the flavor was only surface flavor. Not flavor whatsoever inside the meat. However their sauce was flavorful just wish the crawfish was submersed in it. Their andouille sausage was tasty and the corn was sweet. I did appreciate the size of the crawfish. It's larger than most places in town. If you like a lot of flavor in your crawfish I would suggest ordering an extra container of sauce.

So my girlies I came here for the experience of a lifetime and they delivered. I asked them to make my crawfish and shrimp plate spicy as possible and it was wonderful. Their seasoning was amazing!!! The lady who served us was so lovey !!! Anyone rating this place less than 5 stars is committing a hate crime. We also got their hush puppies and loaded fries which came with a tremendous amount of crawfish for the price. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for great flavorful seafood place!! Best food I've had in a while :)

Much respect to Kasian Crawfish and their fantastic staff for opening admist a pandemic! I agree with other reviews that say the flavor is all "surface," hence the 3 star average rating. The crawfish are big, fresh, meaty but flavorless once you get past the shell. The pricepoint is unbeatable. They have specials posted on their FB so go follow them! They often host Mudbug Monday events- $25 for 3 lb crawfish plus corn/potatoes but check FB to make sure. Since it's so cheap, i haven't minded making myown sauce at home to supplement but i think the business should be working on getting the flavor to soak in!! 1/2 cup finely minced garlic 1/2 cup melted/softened butter 1/4 cup any brand packaged cajun seafood seasoning powder 1 cup juices from crawfish boil bag

This one is a tough call, and I'm landing on a cautious 3 stars (OK) for now. We had some seriously not good things occur during our visit, yet the staff were trying hard and the crawfish flavor was so fantastic, I'm going back again for more. If you love mudbugs, happen to be in North Austin, aren't in a hurry, and have a foodscale, press your luck at Kasian Boil and you *may* be rewarded with a delicious meal. THE GOOD Kasian Boil is a locally-, Black-owned, family-run business in my neighborhood near Mopac & Wells Branch serving Viet-Cajun seafood boils and a limited other menu of rice bowls, eggrolls, and fried seafood. I am rooting for this 1 year-old small business to succeed. During the pandemic, the number of indoor tables is limited and there are a few outdoor 4-tops on the sidewalk for those who prefer that. The crawfish right now (March 2021) are SUPERB - fresh, clean, good sized, and seasoned perfectly. The Blasian Butter (that's Black+Asian) has the most perfect spicy, garlicky, salty zing I've ever had in Austin. Everyone in our group of crawfish fanatics were raving about the quality of this boil. Flavor, amazing. Shellfish, fresh & clean. No dead ones in the batch. THE BAD Servers/hosts (ranging in assumed age from 12 - 25 on this day) were friendly and eager to please, but seem overwhelmed, disorganized, and lacking service industry skills. There was no pacing to the visits to our table, follow-up orders were forgotten several times, and they had minimal knowledge of the menu or how to help new guests order. This was busy dinner on a Saturday, during prime crawfish season, normally considered the best shift of the week and one in which the A-team would be handling guests; is there no A-team at Kasian? Did the floor manager no-show this time? This crew needs coaching on how to run the front-of-the-house in a busy restaurant, how to manage problems at the table, and to know the full menu (which isn't that big) by heart. We requested outdoor seating for our group of 6 (COVID precaution), then we had to arrange our own table, carry chairs outside, and request to get paper cover (standard for seafood boils) on the filthy tables. If you offer outdoor seating, the service team needs to know to treat that table just like those indoors: visibly clean between guests, set the table with supplies, return periodically, etc. Those pretty daiquiris you see on the social posts? Not available. We were told they weren't frozen yet at 5:30p on Saturday. Our waiter didn't know the bar menu and couldn't say if any Louisiana beers (like Abita) were available... at a Cajun restaurant... during crawfish season. Drinks aren't shown on the online-only menu, so if your staff don't know the drinks menu, you aren't going to sell many drinks. Also, no iced tea - blasphemy! But the worst offense came with the shorting of our crawfish orders. The price per lb here is steep at $12/lb (it's usually around $10/lb in Austin), so most folks are going to look at multi-pound options to get a little break. Our group of 6 went for 4 orders of 3 lbs for $33. The first 3 bowls came out together and we dug in, hungry & not looking closely at the volume. By about 1/2 way through the meal, we all voiced the same thought: there is no way that this is 3lbs of crawfish. Each bowl was less than 1/2 full, with no sausage & 1 corn included. Our waiter never came back until we were done with that round, and she dropped off the 4th bowl that was 3 times as full as what we got the first time, with more veg. At that point, we realized we were charged $99 for $33 worth of crawfish - unacceptable. We brought this up in as non-Karenish a way as we could; the waiter went away for a long while then came back to say that the kitchen may have made a mistake and they would remove 1 of the 3 lightweight orders from our bill. At the time, our group didn't want to make a fuss and we were just ready to leave, so we accepted the offer. What *should* have happened was that each of the initially served $33 orders would be discounted down to $12, since they were really only 1 lb and didn't even include sausage. You can see my photo comparison of the menu item versus what we got. Really, any waiter or expediter at a Cajun restaurant serving boils during crawfish season should know exactly what 3 lbs of crawfish looks like, and if the right order is not being delivered to the table, they should take it back to the kitchen & fix it without a word. They also should come back to the table and inquire if there are any straight-tailed crawfish (indicating dead before boil) and replace them - that's a basic standard. Will I go back? Maybe I'm a masochist, but yep, I bought the Groupon for 30% off $25 and will be trying again for a to-go order this week. Those crawfish are just too good! But I'll be bringing my kitchen scale and I will check weight before I pay this time. Protip: BYO gloves, shell crackers, & bibs. They don't have those.

Went to Kasian Boil with a group of friends recently. Ordered crawfish, wings, and fries. The crawfish and wings were amazing. The wings were actually spicy and were seasoned very well. The crawfish were a good size and were a good spice level as well. The service at the restaurant was quick and the person who took our order was helpful. The only issue we had were the fries and this might be personal preference, but we would have liked to see the fries seasoned a lot more.

This was such a pleasant surprise. I thought places like this were all the same...I was wrong. It was so delicious!!! We got the garlic butter which was so flavorful. I've heard the Cajun and spicier ones are amazing, too. We will definitely be back.

Best Crawfish spot heading towards downtown ATX! The specials are a great edition and the food was great! Definitely my go to spot! Our server Justin was the man!!!

The flavor was wonderful, my sisters and I also got a mango and strawberry daiquiri. You have to order at the bar and pick a place to seat. The food came out fast and was hot ! I will definitely be returning soon !

Four stars because the crawfish was good. The service was terrible. I felt so bad for the girl but she was doing the best she could. If they could get some people in there with more customer service experience it would be better. Like I said, crawfish was pretty good (for Austin tx lol) but hey, I'll get what I can take ;).

The reviews were mixed but my experience was excellent . The gentlemen running the front was so nice and friendly. He made sure we had Everything we needed. The food was fresh and the crab was so sweet. I got ghost pepper but it's not the kind of spice I like. I like more of a Cajun spicy not a pepper spicy . However I got garlic butter and the sweet and spicy as well and I liked that . I would also get garlic butter mixed with blasian on the side. That combination of dipping sauce was to !! I had the crawfish too and I ate the whole bag. Overall I'll give it 10/10.

Checked this spot out today and was satisfied. Hadn't had crawfish in over two years and this definitely served my palet right. Crawfish and crab combo with extra potatoes and garlic butter on the side. Flavor was just right, I could have went a little higher on the spice list but wasn't sure if I'd like it, but next time I'm going all in. Service was pretty good, liked the fact that there were youngins getting work experience and they did great. Restroom could use some attention and supplies in the walkway wasn't appealing, but it definitely didn't stop me from endulging.

Excellently prepared crawdads, shrimp and crab with your seasonings done to your liking. Now that we are upon the crawfish season again, I look forward to many visits the next several months.

If you're looking for good food and good vibes then this is your place.I took my daughter here for her birthday b/c was one of her seafood birthday requests.I chose this spot off its rating.I think it's a little pricey for 2 pounds of crawfish considering the fact back in New Orleans where I'm from 2 pounds of seafood is pretty affordable,but overall it's a nice place customer service was excellent I would give 5 stars for my overall experience but it was the prices for me.So give this place a strong 4 star.

First, let me say this is the BEST crab I have ever had. Cooked right when you order, so it comes out hot and fresh. Just like all seafood should be prepared with the exception of sushi. I was getting it to go, so that can make it hard. However, they have it down by the time I got home and served it 10-15 min later it was still perfect. I went big and got the family pack, it's sounded like a lot of food but I love shrimp, crab legs, and crawfish so I had to try everything. IT WAS A LOT of food and worth every single penny! The guy who was helping me order was so warm and friendly. He explained the menu and all the options. He helped me decide on the Blasian and Garlic Butter sauce for the food and it was 100% the correct combo. Perfect amount of garlic with the right amount of heat. I added extra corn and potatoes this is definitely not necessary but definitely delicious. The restaurant was empty with the exception of 2 other people enjoying dinner I was able to wait at a table while they prepared my food to go. When I was leaving 3 other people came in to dine. The restaurant was super clean and very well spaced for social distancing. All the staff was wearing mask that I saw. Right when you walk in you immediately noticed the amazing aroma of fresh cooked seafood and there is a table with games if you want to grab one and play while you wait for your food. You will also noticed how clean it is. I know I already mentioned this but it is worth noting it twice. It appeared they served margaritas or some type of frozen beverage and beer. Plenty of parking. Great to watch the game and eat dinner, a date night, celebrating something fun, or just to go food in a Tuesday! I have already been telling everyone I know about this and have plans to return next week for lunch with a friend.

"YES GIRL YESSSS", I screamed as soon as I saw all the butter and garlic at the bottom of the clear produce bag. I'm still drooling just typing and thinking of it. If you love crawfish as much as I do, you know finding the perfect crawfish runs rare in the hill country. Sadly, we are in the last few weeks of crawfish season. The crawfish are getting smaller, but the flavor doesn't stop at Kasian Boil. I ordered 3 lbs of the Spicy Garlic Butter Crawfish, along with the Kasian Fries and a side of Potatoes drenched in Butter. I definitely feel the more butter you use, the more love. So that means I was extra loving my meal... Since the Crawfish comes in a clear produce bag (TBH this is the only way to eat it), the flavor soaks into the crawfish even MORE. To those who complained about a "surface" flavor, trust me, you'll thank me for this. The magic of the produce bag marinates your mudbugs, along with retains heat in the bag. When the season returns, I will highly return!

ABSOLUTELY amazing food and service! Carl was our go to and he made sure we had the best time! Crab was literally the best I've had. So happy we decided to come here this beautiful evening!!

So 1st time customer and with crawfish Season kicking off, it's time to do the rounds. Over all a really good experience. On par with a lot of the reviews, the customer service lacks and can be a lot better but ya know it is what it is. It's not rude service it's more like what are you here for and here it is. Straight to the point no pleasantries. And honestly not the worst thing in the world. Now the the cook of the crab legs and crawfish. EXCELLENT!! they know what they are doing back there. Soft, juicy, easy to peel, and great portions. Their sauce set up. AMAZING!! Great flavor all the way through. IMO definitely a top 5 flavor profile in Austin. Fired catfish and egg rolls. These can be hit or miss at most places but they got it on point here. Catfish fresh, flaky, tender with a crisp cornmeal batter. Never had it better. And the eggrolls you can taste are hand made and not frozen. Very impressed.

The sauce is mainly just garlic flakes and oil. Got the Kasian sauce and it was all over the place in taste. Shrimps seem like the frozen ones you buy at the store and the sausages tasted like breakfast sausages

Today I was not satisfied with my experience, When I ordered my food everything seemed pretty ok until I opened my catfish basket and only saw 1catfish filet on my plate. However on the menu it says 2 catfish filets comes with the catfish basket. When I walk-in the lady told me scan the barcode. I did so and when I got my plate I explain to the lady that this was not right . The lady went to the back and grabbed another lady , she tells me the picture is not from their restaurant and that she didn't make the menu. I informed her that is false advertising. She was not nice about it , rolled her eyes and was getting upset because I was asking questions about the menu. Also when the general manager called she just brushed me off and they said that they will not fix it and give me another piece that as advertised on the menu. Will not return because customer service sucks.

It started with the hostess Celeste, professional , knew all about the menu , polite, cute great smile!!! The food came out of the kitchen fast and piping hot, the fried shrimp and fries baskets smelled great and had just the right crunch !! Delicious !!! I will keep going back over and over !! The Cajun turkey necks were so tasty and so much flavor!!! The beer is icy cold and margaritas are great!!!!

OMG as soon as you walk in it's smells so good, reminds me of sea restaurants in NOLA. It first time there and Baby them crawfish hit you hear meh!!! I will definitely be there on a regular, if you know bout crawfish get the Ghost with the garlic butter spicy ! just right... And the daiquiris is delicious and made right. y'all just don't know how happy I am. I got 3 pounds of crawfish and I promise you I feel like I got cheated the way I ate up them crawfish up lol I got to get 5 pounds next time. I plan to be a faithful customer...

This is not a five star dinning experience, and it isn't meant to be; no crystal glasses, nor will you get the appropriate utensils-bring your own. You will get lovely polite and prompt service, brown paper on the tables, plastic glasses, an enormous amount of really good crabs, for the price. You will have a blast digging through it, eating the shrimp in the Cajun sauce...wowed! If you didn't bring your crab breaking gloves and a crab cracker, you will have some scratches on your hands, but Dang...you will be happy, smelly, evidence of your meal all over your tee, and making plans to go back. All in all, a great place!

Good food, bad customer service. First time I tried this place, I tried to order via phone for pickup. Someone picked up and put me on hold for 20mins. I drove there, saw the receiver just laying on the counter. I was told I was 5 minutes late for their last order of the day. I came here the second time just because I wanted to use my Groupon. Those girls acted like they don't want to be there. They frown to take orders. Im here to spend my money not begging for food. Y'all can do better. 3 stars is for the food. Zero star for customer service.

We had drove past this location and wanted to try Kasian Boil. We ordered the King Ransom Plate, which includes King's ransom Platter 1/2 king, 1lb snow, 12 shrimp, 5 sausages, 2 corn, 2egg, 2 pot 1/2 king, 1lb snow, 12 shrimp, 5 sausage, 2 corn, 2egg, 2 potatoes with Kasian butter. The food was seasoned perfectly and the size of the crab legs wasn't skimpy. Even with two people, it was more than enough food. If you order on Groupon, there's a deal of $25 off food and drink, any day for dine-in or takeout. Note: I don't know when this is ending.

Staff was NOT welcoming at all! They told us to order online but there's no menu to order from. I asked for a paper menu to see exactly what they have. The server made me feel dumb for asking questions about drinks and food because she would not show me a menu. I can't tell if the server was having a bad day but I will not be returning! Moving forward, please be a little nicer to your 1st time customers and have multiple menus (online,QR code, or paper) available for them to order.

Drowning out my miserable experience. The food when it finally came out it was ok. It did not come out the way we ordered it.

The vibes at Kasian Boil are very chill. The staff was awesome and receptive, and the GM Jason was welcoming and kind. I had the chicken and sausage gumbo and it was amazing, it had great spice and balance of flavors. The crab legs were some of the best I've had around, and much more affordable than other chains. 10/10, amazing local business, give these folks some support.
