Katie O Soul Food

I finally made it to Katie O’s Soul Food, and everything I ordered was amazing. I had two pieces of fried catfish — crispy, seasoned perfectly, and fried just right. My sides were all full of flavor and tasted homemade. My plate had: • Fried catfish • Candied yams • Collard greens • Mac & cheese • Potato salad • Cornbread For dessert, I had their banana pudding, and it was absolutely delicious. I washed everything down with a strawberry lemonade that was refreshing and sweet. When I say I came home, made my plate, ate, took a shower, and went straight to sleep? That’s how you know the food was GOOD — seasoned to perfection, fresh, and made with love. To make the experience even sweeter, I later found out the owner is actually my good friend’s niece. The hospitality and courtesy were on point from the moment I walked in. Everything was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

10's across the board. I loved everything I ordered. My only complaint is I wish I had a cornbread instead of a dinner roll. Nonetheless I enjoyed it with my catfish. Please send me the recipe for your Mac it was sooooo good. I would definitely say this is true authentic soul food. Yummy!

I waited an hour and I’m actually really disappointed I wanted tik tok to be right about this one but it wasn’t. $30 Down the drain! I ordered a turkey wing meal with mac and yams. The yams were soupy and didn’t have any nutmeg or cinnamon, it was just sweet didn’t taste like traditional yams. The mac was just ew no flavor and the cheese was curdled, horrible. The turkey wings were the best thing in the whole meal but the meat was very dry, but it was seasoned well. Tbh go to Vera’s their food is better and half the price for the same exact meal.

FIRST OFF i would like to say all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. This place has been the talk of the town, so of course there was a line before opening. Came with my sister after seeing many tik tok reviews. The served samples while we’re on line & the line moved semi quick. After an hour we ordered, food came up to $96, waited another hour for the food. So far good experience. The food was hot & packaged neatly. BUTTT the big banger for me was the food was sadly mediocre. I was expecting more from all the videos and post I was seeing. It’s NOT nasty at all, but for some reason was expecting more. The candied tea was TOO SWEET, gave a cake ish taste. The mac n cheese was kind of oily so the cheese didn’t stick & the banana pudding didn’t have enough cookies. The collard greens didn’t really have taste. The turkey wings were AMAZINGGG & juicy falling off the bones & the garlic parmesan chicken was very tasty. Overalll I’d give it a 4/10. Spending almost $100, I’m kind of disappointed in the taste of the food.

What an experience! The entire staff, owner etc. was so pleasant. The owner was so welcoming. You’re immediately greeted when you walk in and asked if you would like to try samples of the food. Everything is made fresh to order. The food was delicious. I drove out from Queens to try it and I’ll be back. The day I went, they was playing oldies outside, felt like I was home with family. 10/10 recommend.

I came here with my friends because we saw it on tiktok and wanted to give it a try. I ordered fried chicken, mac & cheese, cornbread stuffing, and soul punch. We waited almost an hour for our food which wasn’t an issue because we weren’t in a rush and they seemed busy. Our food was ready and we sat to eat excitedly, and to our disappointment the food was extremely underwhelming. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the mac and cheese was overcooked and was chunky, and the cornbread stuffing just didn’t taste good. The soul punch was not too bad but it was just extremely sweet and tasted plastic-like. We were really disappointed because tiktok said it was good and there was a lot of people on line for it so we expected good things from this place, but unfortunately it was not good at all. I’m sure many others think that the food is good but to me and my friends the meal was a huge disappointment and definitely 100% not worth the $32 payed. Overpriced and disappointing!

Katie O did an absolutely amazing job catering my wife’s birthday dinner! The food was beyond delicious every dish was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. Katie’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made the whole experience even better. She truly helped make the night unforgettable. Highly recommend her for any special occasion! 👏🍽️🎉

I’ve been here three times because I really wanted to give them a fair chance, but after my last visit, I don’t see myself going back. The food isn’t bad the mashed potatoes were amazing and the turkey wings were seasoned to the bone, but the service is extremely slow. It took nearly an hour to order and another hour to get our food. $25 for a one-piece catfish dinner feels overpriced. I also saw others mention getting samples, but I wasn’t offered any. Having only one cashier taking orders definitely adds to the long wait.

Really cute spot that reopened a few months ago. I've gotten take out several times now. I've gotten the fried catfish, mashed potatoes, yams, potato salad and the Mac and cheese and everything has been delicious. The best really quality comfort food. The drinks are bomb too. The service is always fast and there's always the same people who are super sweet and welcoming. Such a great neighborhood spot.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I wanted to love them so bad, but for my food was a hit or miss. Service is slow let's start with that and the prices are up there. Besides the fried Pork Chops and Catfish nothing else was to my liking. The turkey wings were different. The flavor was off and was overcooked. The Mac and cheese had a flavor that I couldn't describe. The candied yams were very sweet and the greens were decent. Not sure if I'll venture here again, since this was my 3rd time ordering from them.

Ok wow! We've passed by here so many times but it was never open. Serendipitously, we walked by, saw that it was open, and stopped in. We are SO glad we did. My husband and I met "Darrell" who was smiling from behind the counter. Before we even had a chance to browse the menu, he was offering us samples of lemonade and best-seller sides. He offered us 6 different foods from the menu, and even one that wasn't on the menu. The customer experience was off the charts. We got a platter with fried chicken, mac n cheese, and fries. For the $25 price tag, it was worthy. The quality of the food was exactly what we were looking for. This isn't "cheap" soul food by any means. The mac n cheese had the perfect texture, and was perfectly spiced. My husband said the fried chicken was crisp and fresh, Darrell boasted about the fact that they use fresh ingredients only, you can taste it! We dove in way too quick to take a pic, but it was awesome. Their multi fruit lemonade was great too!

I scrolled on by this restaurant late night while searching for soul food on Uber Eats. Of course fees/taxes and such are ridiculous so I decided to wait an extra day and stop by in person and I'm glad I did. Customer service is superb. Very pleasant people in a small hole in the wall joint. Hubby ordered and waited outside for the food because you know, Covid! Moving along. The food is AMAZING! It's very hard to find good soul food in the city, let alone in Brooklyn. All was great, however I do have a very few minor complaints. The jerk pork is made with what I believe were Ham-Hocks and that turned me completely off due to all the unnecessary fat and strong taste of the hocks. The jerk flavor was on point of course but I wasn't expecting Jerk Pork to be a ham hock. Secondly the collard greens are overly seasoned but nonetheless it taste great,not entirely like collards but great. Lastly, the chicken was also overly seasoned on the salty side but again it was very good. A little less seasoning on the greens and chicken, along with real pork butt or pork shoulder would make this a 5 star joint for sure. Macaroni and cheese was some cheesy goodness and so were the yams and potato salad. Will I come back again? Heck Yes! Grab a friend, place and order to go and sit down outside to eat. I chose to eat it at home because I had to absorb all the goodness while in the comfort of my home and couch lol.

This is the best soul food I've had in a really long time! The food tastes homemade and is packed with lots of flavor! I ordered the baked turkey wing meal with a side of mashed potatoes and collard greens. Oh my! I was at a loss for words, it was that good! My entire meal was cooked to perfection. I ordered through UberEats, so the wait time was a bit longer than expected. It took an hour and 30 mins, but honestly this meal was well worth it! It seems like even during this tough time business is still busy! I will continue to support them!

This weekend was an UBER EATS weekend. I ordered BBQ wings ( which I paid an extra $1 for 6). Collard Greens, Mac Cheese. And Fried Whiting, Mac Cheese, Yams. The food smelled delicious! Someone wrote a wonderful little inspirational note on both of the containers, made me smile. The 1st bite of the fish was amazing. I then tasted the yams, they were good the Mac cheese was good as well Also, they gave free cornbread. Nothing special I then opened my other order of barbecue wings. 6 wings for a dollar extra. I got 6 pieces of wings/winglettes not 6 full wings...smh! With that being said the wings were cooked very very well the sauce was amazing now on to the greens they too started out nice but after a while you can taste the greasiness or the oil that they use very unpleasant Everything else was passable

It took the restaurant 60 minutes to deliver an order to me 10 minutes away. Minus that I ordered a Shrimp Po'Boy. When I got my order the sandwich was on regular sandwich bread. I've never seen a Po'Boy on sandwich bread...always a hero. To be overpriced and terrible order service, I'm extremely disappointed because the flavor and food are good but not worth the jip I feel. At least call and say hey I ran out of the traditional bread for Po'Boy rather than serving this. I hope they improve in this area but I definitely won't be ordering for a while if ever. This isn't my first time having issues. I always come back because the food is good but presentation, customer service and delivery can do better for the way they are pricing. My delivery guy was nice so no fault to him Update...cornbread was staler than Kristen Stewart's personality. I don't know if because my order was late but the cornbread had no flavor and was a crumbly dry mess

It's typical soul food - fried chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give the food about a 7. And the workers aren't the most polite buttttttttttt their banana pudding is everything. I mean everything. So much so I don't buy meals I just come here for the banana pudding. It's the best banana pudding I've ever had and it's a good size for under $5!

Good Food. In all fairness, this is the only combo I eat when I visit the location . I'm funny when it comes to Soul Food, however I'm smart enough to stick with a good thing ! The collard greens are good AF, they CAN be eaten by themselves. The fried chicken (mouth waters) is consistently good. The potato salad has a mashed potato type of consistency BUT the taste of it is dope.

Was craving southern food and was excited based on the photos and reviews. I ordered via u we eats and it came in timely fashion. I ordered a lemonade and did not receive my drink (very disappointed). The collard greens was delicious as well as the candy yams. The macaroni and cheese was a little too salty and the jumbo fried shrimp had tons of batter on it. Was ok in my opinion

Best soul food in Brooklyn so far! The food taste reminds me of the old Mr. Leo's. I ordered takeout and everything came very neat and complete. I had the smothered pork chops that were not just covered in some brown gravy. No,These were well seasoned and not soaked with unwanted no taste gravy, these were perfect! I also had the 5 cheese mac and cheese, potato salad, macaroni salad with tuna in it, candy yams, string beans, creamy mashed potatoes and corn bread (Sweet and yummy like I like it). I also ordered the banana pudding (OMG) and the red velvet cake (OMG). Thank you Katie O's Soul Food. Now I can stop searching for soul food around town.

Katie O, thank you for everything you do for us. This place has everything: Shrimp-fire Chicken-fuego Cornbread-gods gift Mac n cheese-cheesy heaven on earth And good. Lordt. The banana pudding. Bruh. Treat yourself. You deserve this.

Soooo good !! the girl working at the time was super helpful and nice and let us sample everything . Great food, the food does take some time to come out but I think because they get a lot of customers . Nicely sized portions for a good price, I got the fried chicken with mac and cheese and mashed potato with oxtail gravy ... simply tastes AMAZING . I still think about it to this day !

This place was DELICIOUS! Not only was the food good, but the service was great. Ms. Katie really knows what she's doing and knows how to keep customers coming back ! I ordered the BBQ jerk chicken with the baked mac n cheese with green beans and cabbage. It came with. Price of cornbread on the side. The chicken was perfect, sweet and spicy ; and the mac n cheese was cheesy with a nice crust layer on top (I love that!!) I also ordered the homemade lemonade (disclosure: it comes in a soup container ‍) and it was AMAZING! I'm from Boston, but luckily my friend lives in the neighborhood. I will be back!

Delicious! The best fried chicken I've had from delivery service ever! The Mac n cheese is to die for and the banana pudding is soo good! Delivery was prompt and my order was correct! Firstly, I want to say that majority of the negative reviews on here are in relation to a second party delivery service. Don't be upset at the restaurant cause seamless doesn't deliver quickly. Secondly this place is the absolute best, Katie is an absolute doll and her food is delicious. Every time I eat here I eat on location and it's just amazing, the turkey legs and resta pasta are fantastic, Love love love Katie Os.

I ordered a rasta pasta which was $14 through uber eats and this is what I received. This is not even $5 worth of pasta. Complete rip off. Highly disappointed and upset.

After a little misunderstanding on the phone, I was a little wary of ordering from this place because I'm a stickler for customer service. However then woman on the phone just explained she was a little overwhelmed it was a particularly busy Friday and she was understaffed. Having worked in food service my self, I was completely empathetic and decided to order my meal for pickup. Now I had my reservations but she gave me an exact time frame for my food to be ready and she delivered on that promise. Boy can she cook her butt off. My salmon cakes were perfectly fried, beautifully and delicately seasoned. The Mac and cheese was great ( I prefer mines a little sharper ) it was flavorful and on point. Last my collard greens ( not vegetarian) and cornbread were perfect compliments. To top it off , the banana pudding was the perfect southern sweet treat to end the meal. I would definitely order from this place again, it's nice to see other black owned restaurants in my quickly gentrifying neighborhood that are not Carribbean ( big up my Trini massive). I encourage everyone to give this place a try... Pick up your order though lol!!!!!

So the plus I always order food with Uber Eats because atleast it will arrive, instead of 2 hrs later with Grub Hub or Seamless. I ordered catfish which is an additional $1 so it $15 for catfish with two sides. Now the catfish was crisp and delicious but there was only ONE smallish piece. How do you give one piece of fish for a whole order when that is all of your protein. I mean would you serve one piece of chicken? Ummm no you won't. My two sides was mac n cheese and candied yams. The mac and cheese was tasty, not enough cheese for me but liveable. The candied yams is sooooo good. It definitely sweet. Like eating a piece of pie. Now this would be a best meal if it had 2 piece of fish. But at one piece, I'm not sure I'll buy again.

The food is amazing and extremely tasty. I enjoy ordering the salmon cakes with the fried fish. The chicken wings make ya lick your fingers. The juice with a splash of something of your own makes a Friday perfect.

Ordered food from uber eats and it came at a decent time but the oxtails were way too salty, and the rice& peas were dry. My boyfriend also couldn't finish his meal. He couldn't finish his barbeque wings because it tasted like it had been sitting all day and his fries came lukewarm. He ALWAYS finishes his chicken no matter where it's from...but he couldn't with this meal. We used to really like this place but our last few times have been a disappointment. We won't be returning. We haven't tried the banana pudding yet but hoping it's not as bad as the meal.

Ordered from here on Ube Eats. We got the two persons combo and ordered fried chicken and jerk chicken. The fried chicken was delicious! Skin was seasoned well. The jerk chicken was great too but wish it had come with sauce on the side. I love love love the corn bread!

Ordered through UberEats today and gave the restaurant a call regarding a mix up on the UberEats app. I have to say their customer service is amazing and whoever I spoke to tonight deserves 5 stars for their politeness and knowledge. I can't wait to order from them again and I will definitely stop by with my husband as soon as the indoor seating is allowed.

I ordered the 5 cheese Mac n cheese and the yams . The Mac n cheese was delicious i loved it , super cheesy . The yams were disgusting they tasted like they used diet brown sugar . It was not good at all . I don't like to waste food but i had to throw them out .

The food was pretty decent, a tad bit on the expensive side but the wait was ridiculous. Ordered pickup and got there and had to wait an additional 20+ mins just for a sandwich and a side. I'll probably be back but not frequently.

Ok so this is my second time at Ms. Katie's. Dare I say second time is the charm? My first time was tasting a bit of this and that to at least let me know what I would not have to have again IF I came back: Mac & cheese (I take it very seriously folks. Über cheesy doth not a good Mac maketh); fried whiting (fish was ok. catfish, however, is spot on!); string beans were spicy but lacked depth of flavor; turkey wings were very tasty and fork tender; the yams were some of the best I've had. With that being said, today was round two. The verdict... Total yumminess!!!! I had a catfish combo (1pc catfish and 4 shrimp w/yellow rice& gravy and collards w/turkey necks). The verdict: I was seriously surprised a $16 plate didn't warrant at least 2pcs of fish. The fish was delicious. Better than the fried whiting from my first trip. The shrimp were soooooo good! Will def get shrimp again. The yellow rice n gravy was...not my cup of tea. More orange than yellow. And the gravy, tho tasty, just made the rice even more artificial tasting. The collards were very good. Lots of turkey meat. So much so I was wishing for a more greens to meat ratio. Call me crazy. Lol. I also got a side of yams cuz KATIEEEEEE! Baby those yams! Ms. Pattie needs to stick to singing cuz you trumped her pie situation. Hands down!!! Finally, I also gave the banana pudding a try. Only bcuz I peeped it had crushed and broken Peppridge Farm Chessman on the top instead of regular ol' Nilla wafers. Yum right? It was more of a fluffy, mousse-y version than I was expecting. But still a very tasty bite. I will be stealing that idea of the Chessman cookies for my next banana pudding. Ok folks. You got the entire rundown. Will I be back? Yes indeed! P.S. Katie, if you're reading this, I'm coming from a loving place. Just wanted to tell you to keep smiling. No matter what. It's all part of running a business. When you have folks walk thru your doors let them appreciate YOU. Your warmth and mirth was so welcoming on my 1st visit. Trust me, that personal touch matters. No matter how stressed of a day you're having. Remember: busy is a good thing$$$ Keep yuh head up doll. See you soon :) UPDATE: 1/15/17- just went into Ms. Katie's. And walked rite back out. No greeting no smile. But who cares. Then she tried to hit me with the 8 shrimp for$ 20.81. GIRL BYE! I know she know she's on the corner of east New York Ave in BROOKLYN. Not midtown. Hunty please. I will drive to Linda's Rib Cage in bed-stuy. She serves up delicious food WITH A SMILE, great prices, and more than decent portions. Not for nothing, but with the horrible reviews Katie is getting for her piss poor customer service, her inflated prices, and tiny portions, I would be amazed if she keeps her doors open til the end of the year. Get with the program doll. And fast!

I had the oxtail and it was better than Golden krust ok and the Rasta pasta is delicious, worth the money I will be going back to this place soon

I was just thinking about this place today, we had the jerk chicken with mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and rasta pasta. It was so so good!

**** Online order review **** +++ - I enjoyed the bbq chicken, I can't wait to visit in house to try the fried chicken ++ - 'Small' dessert portions are good enough for two people - Entree proportions are enough to satiate - All four sides I sampled were tasty (Mac n cheese, green beans, yams, potato salad) + - Fried shrimp was good, but I think it would taste better in person. Fried foods never deliver well. +/- - Peach cobbler and banana pudding were delicious, but incredibly sweet - - Very length delivery time at over 1.5h - I wish they added larger portions of side TIPS: - Apparently you should call ahead if you order fried food, and they make it fresh

I've semi enjoyed Katie O's via Uber eats and realized that the food was too good to have delivered. Every time it came, it was cold. The waits can exceed 90 min for delivery. So what did I do...I took the trip after surgery to get outside and enjoy a hot meal. Imagine to my surprise that after waiting over an hour and spending upwards of $80 I expected to receive a HOT meal. When brought to the attention of staff, rather than offering a solution I was offered excuses as to why my lobster tails could not be possibly cold. When I tell u the tails were ice cold like they had been sitting for upwards of 10-20 minutes before being plated. When asked for a manager to come out, we were left to wait another 15 minutes before I just packed it up and left. I am more disappointed that this is a black owned establishment and took into account that they just reopened and was packed. There is a way to handle customers, especially with the price tag three meals came to. They have enough bodies in the building to be a little more organized imho. I hope they do better but unfortunately this will be the last time I patronize this establishment.

Straight up worst ordering in experience I've ever had. At the 90 minute mark I called to ask where food is and they told me it would be there in 10 minutes at the 100 minute mark they called me back to ask me what my cross streets were even though they're listed on my Seamless account. At the 2 hour mark I called again and they were closed. So I'm $40 down on a Saturday night with no food. If you want to eat... I wouldn't bother.

Your Uber Eats delivery person doesn't have sense enough to ring the doorbell. Yeah, I know that they eat the food they don't deliver. This seems like it was done on purpose. Next time he walks in your restaurant for a delivery, you should make note of his non-delivery!

I love the food from this restaurant , hands down. It saddens me to say I don't think they are ready for an aggregate delivery service like Uber eats. Every time I order from there something is missing, they call and say they are missing something, they essentially need to step their game up technologically.

Everything is delicious and well seasoned!! This is now one of my new favorite takeout spots.

I was walking down the street and the amazing smell literally brought me in the door. My daughter was not feeling it and then the nice woman behind the counter offered us tastes of LOTS of things! My kid left with some mac and cheese (omg good) and holy cow - the banana pudding. I had jerk chicken with greens and steamed cabbage. The chicken was fall apart delicious. The veggies were tender but THE GREENS - those were some life changing greens. Some of the best Caribbean food I have ever had - I will be back and I will dream of the greens. But OMG the banana pudding - the stuff dessert dreams are made of. 10/10, WILL GO BACK! Food and Service A++.

Katie O's is down home southern cuisine in the middle of Brooklyn. They also offer well seasoned and savory Caribbean favorites like Stewed or jerk chicken really well. The banana pudding is light and creamy, a must have! The mac and cheese- the true test of southern fare- is the star of your plate as it should be. Fried chicken & fish are great as well as sautéed fish which they made to order for me since I was laying off the fried foods. Katie, the owner, prepares the food with live and serves it that way as well. It's my regular go to spot now when I want to eat soul food. I think it'll be yours too.

Food is really tasty but so so greasy. Its pretty excessive the amount of butter used in this food. They also give out store bought cornbread, which i find very tacky. Service is pretty slow & their hours don't really make sense.. I would only recommend this place if you're really craving soul food.

This was as good as my home cooking. Sometimes I want soul food but don't want to go thru all the prep to cook it. Turkey wings, Mac & Cheese and greens we're delicious!!

Food is amazing but they REALLY need to update their delivery time estimates...they say 60-70mins for delivery but on the 3 times I've ordered, it literally took 2.5hrs (no exaggeration)...

Delicious Food.... Especially the potato salad and the banana pudding ....which are my FAVORITES... I knew I had to go to the hood to get my HOME COOKIN', all the resturants in my area (Williamsburg) have ZERO soul in their food... And the woman behind the counter was so welcoming it made me want to eat the food even if it was nasty, and thank GOD is was absolutely yummy!! I will be back and I would def recommend them to all the people like me looking for some good soul food

Ive never been in the restaurant but katie O's is my go to when ordering off ubereats. The food is always super delish. Pricing and meal deals are good and just off my phone experience i would have to say the customer service is impeccable. Always polite and accommodating. I have to make a trip to the restaurant itself ASAP. Waiting for my ubereats as i type!

Just ordered a shrimp poboy for delivery. It was absolutely superb and unlike any other poboy I've tasted! I especially loved the sauce (there was a hint of fruity sweetness to it in just the right way). The portions were also pretty hefty and the price was fair. I think I may have found a new favorite spot at Katie O's and will 100% be ordering again!

Very kind staff. Very short wait. This is a classic Caribbean comfort food Dinner spot. Glad to see these types of places still in the neighborhood. The fish was fresh, and the chicken well seasoned

1st time I ordered the catfish meal was 5/5. Great service and fresh food! 2nd time. It took longer to deliver but it was raining and the food was still great. They called to let me know there was no yellow rice left so they would send me peas and rice... ended up receiving another kind of rice. Didn't bother to correct it since it was still great!

I order from them for delivery and the delivery guy delivered my food to the wrong address. I called the store and the young lady told me the driver said he gave you the food. I continue to tell her I did not receive the food. She went on to tell me what do I want her to do he said he delivered the food to you. I will never order from this business again I wish I can give it 0 stars.

This was my first time coming- my cuz told me the food was good...so I figured let me give it a try. We went to the restaurant and ordered at 6:19 and didnt receive our orders until 7:30....yes...over an hour later. Didn't order anything extravagant....just some fried shrimp, collard greens and potato salad. I asked before ordering how long it would take for the shrimp and was told only 10 mins (cuz I heard there's a wait for it) so I thought that was fine. So where outside of the restaurant talking, (because of covid and all) and we're noticing its getting darker and darker. After like 30 mins, I went in to ask about the order and was told that there's a lil wait...after 45 mins...I went back in....was told there about to bag out orders up...after an hour I was told that they're putting my banana pudding together...which was funny because the only reason I ordered it was because there was a lot pre packaged in the fridge. After like 10 mins after that (its not 7:30) I received my order...thank goodness I checked my bag- i was missing my potato salad. While looking through my bag I'm noticing that the food containers weren't warm...but it was already over an hour, so I just went home. Overall, the food was ok....just would've been better if it was warm...even when I checked my order before leaving the store; seems as though the food was made some time before and was just sitting there...and no it wasn't as if my order was waiting for my cousin's excuse her food was just as cold as mine. So if u like cold food this place is great.

I've ordered from here twice and both times my order was missing something. I think the food is okay and edible, but the fact they take forever to deliver and don't even take the time to double check your order to make sure everything is these detracts from whatever good they have. When I get my food, I want to eat it while it's still hot, not wait around for the other half of my meal to be brought to me an hour later and eat it cold. On a side note, the banana pudding leaves a lot to be desired. One sad slice of banana and two cookies. Bananas are cheap in the stores, people. Please don't cheat a paying customer.
