Train is never on time, station attendant never knows when the next train is, the next train arrival time ticker on the station never says anything other than "every 15 minutes" now. Station attendant is frequently missing on the weekends and spends more time on her phone and advertising her online shop than actively making sure trains are coming and going on time, or at least being there to let people know when the trains are going to be late. Why even bother having a train schedule is 9 times out of 10 the train wont be anywhere NEAR on time. The best you can hope for is 10 minutes late at this point.

Clean - cool to see the EL street-level. I like the seating set-up better on this train-line than the others

I don't use that station often because it is next to the Kimball CTA Brown Line Stop.

I wish you could go lower than 1 star this place doesn't even deserve .1 star. Let me explain. Me and my best friend were trying to go through the gate and we asked the assistant for help. And we tried explaining that we bought the ticket online. And she didn't seem to care at all she said was if you get it from the machine over there I can help you but if you do it online I can't help you. And we tried explaining it more and she just repeated her. And we were trying to explain that bought it online. She was super rude.

Clean and friendly. I like the station because it’s close to noon o kebab
